The rise of sexual harassment both verbally and non-verbally against women by men makes women not have any role in criminal law as a victim, this has implications for women's psychology to feel humiliated, lack of confidence, trauma and fear, as a result of the above women who be a victim of sexual harassment who cannot carry out their work or there is also mental illness, stress or some who commit suicide. The purpose of this study was to determine the legal arrangements for the protection of women due to acts of sexual harassment by men today and how the legal efforts of victims of sexual harassment against women. The methodology used in this research is normative legal research with primary, secondary and tertiary materials such as laws, journals and books. Some of the existing regulations such as the Domestic Violence Act, the Child Protection Act and the Pornography Act have not touched on the issue of sexual harassment against women in Indonesia, the first-time researcher; There is a need for regulations governing the protection of women especially regarding acts of sexual harassment. Second; Preventive and repressive efforts are needed to prevent acts of sexual harassment against women in order to protect women so that women are able to rise up, advance, prosper, happy, independent and contribute to the Family, Nation and State. Preventive efforts can be carried out with outreach, workshops and training on legal awareness of women's protection while refressive efforts are in the form of action by the police.Keywords: Women, Sexual Harassment, Legal Protection.�AbstrakMaraknya tindakan pelecehan seksual baik verbal maupun non verbal terhadap perempuan yang dilakukan oleh laki laki menjadikan perempuan tidak memliki bergaining dalam hukum pidana sebagai korban, hal demikian berimplikasi pada pisikologi perempuan merasa direndahkan, kurang percaya diri, trauma dan takut, akibat hal di atas perempuan yang menjadi korban pelecehan seksual yang tidak bisa menjalankan pekerjaanya atau pun ada juga sakit jiwa, stress atau ada juga yang bunuh diri. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaturan hukum perlindungan perempuan akibat tindakan pelecehan seksual oleh� laki laki saat ini serta bagaimana upaya hukum korban pelecehan seksual terhadap perempuan. Adapun metodelogi yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian hukum yuridis normatif dengan bahan primer, sekunder dan tersier seperti peraturan perundang undangan, jurnal dan buku. Beberapa peraturan yang sudah ada seperti Undang undang Kekerasan Dalam Rumah Tangga , Undang Undang Perlindungan anak dan Undang Undang Pornografi belum menyentuh ke arah persoalan pelecehan seksual terhadap perempuan di Indonesia, Peneliti berkesimpualan� pertama; Perlu adanya peraturan yang mengatur mengenai perlindungan perempuan khusunya mengenai tindakan pelecehan seksual. Kedua; Perlu adanya upaya preventif dan represif dalam mencegah tindakan pelecehan seksual terhadap perempuan dalam rangka melindungi para perempuan agar perempuan mampu bangkit, maju,sejahtera, bahagia, mandiri dan berkontribusi bagi Keluarga, Bangsa dan Negara . Upaya preventif dapat dilakukan dengan sosialisasi, workshop dan pelatihan-pelatihan kesadaran hukum perlidungan perempuan sedangkan upaya refresif berupa penindakan aparat kepolisian.Kata Kunci: Perempuan, Pelecehan Sekual, Perlindungan Hukum.

This study aims to analyze the problem of legal protection for children in the perspective of human rights. The type of this research is socio-juridical or including descriptive research with a non-doctrinal approach, which views law as a socio-empirical symptom observed in experience. The research method used is descriptive research with the type of incorporation of normative legal research with sociological legal research related to the implementation of legal protection for children in the perspective of human rights. The results of the study show that the results of this study are the legal protection of children in the perspective of human rights in essence is an effort made by parents, government and society to fulfill and guarantee all children's rights that have been guaranteed in the convention of children's rights and laws Number 35 of 2014 concerning Child Protection. Legal protection for children in the perspective of human rights is less implemented because the government has not implemented its obligations in fulfilling children's rights so that there are still legal violations of children. The recommendation of this research is to implement legal protection for children in the perspective of human rights, parents should be fully responsible for the behavior of children and the government establishes policies that are in line with the wishes of the community, so that the common perception between parents, government and society is realized in fulfilling the rights child.

In this paper the author will analyze the legal treatment of juvenile delinquency in Republic of Macedonia, in historical aspect of the development of its legislation. In this way it will be presented the place of the criminal law for juveniles in the criminal legal system of the country and its development during today. The study will be focused on the innovation of legal protection of delinquent children, especially it will be analyzed the sanctioning of juvenile perpetrators and their special treatment from the majors in Republic of Macedonia. It will be a chronological comparison reflect of the juvenile sanctioning based on some of laws in Macedonia such as: Criminal Code of Former Yugoslavia, Criminal Code of Republic of Macedonia (1996), Law on Juvenile Justice (2007) and Law on Child protection (2013). The purpose of the study is to bring out the types of criminal sanctions for juveniles in Republic of Macedonia from its independence until today which, above all, are aimed on protecting the interests of the juvenile delinquents. Also the author of this paper will attach importance to the so-called “Measures of assistance and protection” provided by the Law on Child protection of Republic of Macedonia, which represent an innovation in the country's criminal law. This study is expected to draw conclusions about how it started to become independent itself the delinquency of minors as a separate branch from criminal law in the broad sense – and how much contemporary are the sanctions to minors from 1996 until today.

This study aims to explain the factors that cause of cases of violence against children and legal protection of children's data analysis begins with collecting data, reducing the data, presenting data, and the final conclusion. The results showed that the factors that lead to violence against children that occurred in purworejo refer to acts of sexual violence, which resulted in a deep trauma for the victims, as well as their follow-up is handled purworejo police station. Violence against children in purworejo is a case of sexual act that refers to the handling 76E jo Article 82 by Act No. 23 of 2002 on Child Protection. where the victim is a child and the perpetrator comes from within the family and outside the family. Violence against children should look by the community, in education needed either within the family or outside the family, it affects to grow to Consderng children, because every child deserves the affection in the family environment.Keywords: Violence; Children protection; Families.

ABSTRAKSetiap anak yang menjadi korban tindak pidana berhak mendapatkan restitusi seperti yang tertuang di dalam peraturan pelaksana dari Pasal 71 D Undang-Undang Perlindungan Anak No. 35 Tahun 2014 yakni Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 43 Tahun 2017 tentang Pelaksanaan Restitusi Bagi Anak Yang Menjadi Korban Tindak Pidana. Pelaksanaan restitusi kepada korban hanya ditujukan kepada beberapa tindak pidana tertentu saja termasuk tindak pidana kekerasan seksual. Diterbitkannya Peraturan Pemerintah tersebut bertujuan untuk memberikan perlindungan hukum terhadap korban khususnya anak-anak atas penerapan hak restitusi. Penelitian ini termasuk tipologi penelitian hukum empiris. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan restitusi bagi anak yang menjadi korban tindak pidana kekerasan seksual di Provinsi Riau berdasarkan Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 43 tahun 2017 belum berjalan dengan baik. Hal ini disebabkan oleh beberapa kendala yakni kurangnya kesadaran dari aparat penegak hukum untuk mendorong terlaksananya restitusi bagi anak yang menjadi korban tindak pidana, administirasi pengajuan permohonan restitusi yang rumit, dan kendala restitusi yang tidak dibayarkan dan ketentuan dalam Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 43 Tahun 2017 yang kurang jelas. Fokus penelitian ini adalah penerapan restitusi pada anak korban tindak pidana berdasarkan Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 43 Tahun 2017.Kata kunci: restitusi; anak korban tindak pidana; kekerasan seksualABSTRAKEvery child who is a victim of a crime is entitled to get restitution as stipulated in the implementing regulations of Article 71 D of the Child Protection Act No. 35 of 2014 namely Government Regulation Number 43 of 2017 concerning Implementation of Restitution for Children Who Become Victims of Criminal Acts. The implementation of restitution to victims is only aimed at a number of specific criminal acts including sexual violence. The issuance of this Government Regulation aims to provide legal protection for victims, especially children, on the application of restitution rights so that they can run well. This research is a typology of empirical legal research. The results showed that the implementation of restitution for children who were victims of sexual violence in Riau Province based on Government Regulation No. 43 of 2017 has not gone well. This is caused by several constraints namely lack of awareness from law enforcement officials to encourage the implementation of restitution for children who are victims of criminal acts, administration of submission of complex restitution applications, and restitution constraints that are not paid and the unclear provisions in Government Regulation Number 43 of 2017. The focus of this research is on the provisions stipulated in Government Regulation Number 43 of 2017 concerning the implementation of restitution for children who are victims of criminal acts.Keywords: restitution; child victims of crime; sexual assault

Children are often victims of child trafficking crime. There are a lot of factors that support the crime of child trafficking, one of which is the lack of regulation on child trafficking. Based on this background, this research was conducted with the aim of describing how the regulation of child trafficking and how the criminal law policy against child trafficking. This research was designed using a normative legal research method. The results of this study indicated that the regulation of child trafficking is regulated in Law No. 21 of 2007 concerning the Eradication of the Crime of Trafficking in Persons, the Criminal Code (KUHP), namely Article 297, Article 301, Article 324, Article 328, and Article 330, RI Law No. 21 of 2007 concerning the Eradication of the Crime of Trafficking in Persons, Law No. 35 of 2014 on Amendments to Law no. 23 of 2002 concerning Child Protection, and Law no. 11 of 2012 concerning the Juvenile Criminal Justice System. Furthermore, the criminal law policy against child trafficking is regulated in the Criminal Code, the Criminal Procedure Code, Law no. 21 of 2007 concerning the Eradication of the Crime of Trafficking in Persons, Law no. 11 of 2012 concerning the Child Criminal Justice System, and Law no. 35 of 2014 concerning amendments to Law no. 23 of 2002 concerning Child Protection.

Abstrak: Proses mediasi merupakan  upaya alternatiif dalam menyelesaikan permasalahan pada aspek hukum keluarga terutama pada hak dan kepentingan anak-anak. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk dapat memastikan adanya perlindungan pada anak-anak akibat perceraian orang tuanya melalui jalur mediasi. Target khusus  yang ingin dicapai dalam penelitian ini agar anak-anak korban perceraian tidak dirugikan akan hak-haknya. Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian hukum normative, setelah mengkaji sumber data yang didapatkan melalui kepustakaan juga menelaah hasil  mediasi di Pengadilan Agama yang terdapat dalam Akta Perdamaian.Kata Kunci: mediasi, peradilan, Akta PerdamaianAbstract: The mediation process is an alternative effort in the family law, particularly in solving problems on the rights and interests of the child. The purpose of this research is to ensure the protection of children of divorced parents through mediation. The specific targets to be achieved in this study is that children as victims of divorce are not deprived of their rights. The article examines the features of the protection of credit relations by the criminal law of Ukraine. The scope of the article is to study peculiarities of credit and financial relations in Ukraine, to reveal types of crimes in the field of credit relations and specifics of their subjects, to analyze qualifying features of crimes in the field of credit activity. To achieve the purpose of the article, formal-logical and dogmatic-legal research methods were used. Using the formal-logical and dogmatic methods, credit relations as an object of legal protection in criminal law were analyzed. The characteristic features of the personality of criminals who commit crimes in the field of credit relations have been studied. Their specific differences from other types of criminals are revealed, which are manifested in the fact that people who commit crimes in the field of credit relations, as a rule, have a high social status, higher education and are financially secure. Thanks to the research conducted in the article some important features of crimes in the field of credit activity were revealed, such as the fact, that among those who commit crimes in the field of lending, there is a high proportion of women. This fact has an important meaning for the social sciences, since it underlines inequality and gender discrimination.

Provisions concerning Notary regulated in Act No. 2 of 2014 on the Amendment of Act No. 30 of 2004 concerning Notary (hereinafter referred UUJN).[1] In Article 16 paragraph (1) letter (e) states that a Notary UUJN must preserve the confidentiality of all information obtained for a deed in accordance with their oath of office. In facing legal issues, Notary need an organization that can accommodate the aspirations and the problems it faces, so precisely that the Indonesian Notary Association (INI) into an organization that has continuity in carrying out the supervision, guidance and legal protection for a notary.The research objective is to analyze the legal protection of a notary is used as a suspect in the running of their office, to analyze problems and solutions of legal protection against notaries who serve as a suspect in carrying out his duties.The method used in this research is juridical empirical method is a method of legal research that attempts to view the law in terms of real or can be said to see, examine how the workings of the legal community.The results of this study finally provides an answer that before a notary dragged to criminal law to the case of giving false testimony, the investigator must know what the principal case of the case. Due to lack of caution can make  Notary as a suspect. Notaries in carrying out its duties merely formal and only constantire wishes of the parties and then poured into deed. Because there is one of the aggrieved party in the matter and notary asked by investigators to show the deed and is of public interest and obtain permission from MKN, then Article 16 (1) f and Article 54 UUJN about keeping positions can be ruled out because there are interests higher should notary testified that noataris released from his oath of office according to the rules applicable legislation. MKN legal protection given to the Notary ie if it will initiate an investigation or calling to the Notary must ask permission first terelebih to MKN, must coordinate with the IT organization or the competent senior Notary.Keywords: Legal Protection; Suspect; Notary.
