Urgency of the research. One of the key aspects of the humanitarian policy of the modern country is inclusive education, which today is gradually entering the Ukrainian educational environment, so the problem of professional socialization of people with disabilities in the socio-cultural and socio-economic environment is extremely relevant. Target setting. Professional socialization of persons with disabilities is an extremely important task of society for the real provision of the right to affordable and quality education in order to implement their life plans for further employment. Actual scientific researches and issues analysis. Well-known scientists have made a significant contribution to the study of economic and professional socialization: V. Andriіenko, O. Vasylyk, L. Vyhotskyi, V. Davydova, P. Koval, N. Lukashevych, Y. Lysenko, O. Navrotskyi, K. Pavliuk, F. Filipov, A. Shevtsov, L. Shypitsyna. Uninvestigated parts of general matters defining. The vast majority of scientific research states problems with the scientific and practical organization of inclusive education. This situation contributed to the search for a scientific and organizational model of an inclusive environment for higher education as a mechanism of systemic professional sociopsychological socialization. The research objective. The main task of this work is to take measures to find a scientifically sound model of the organization of an inclusive environment of higher education as a mechanism of systemic professional socio-psychological socialization in accordance with the theory of human capital. The statement of basic materials. The article considers from the economic point of view the multifaceted process of professional inclusive socialization of society with disabilities in the system of higher education of Ukraine. Conclusions. The importance of inclusive professional socialization of the subject of society with disabilities in the creation of human, intellectual capital on the basis of special national institutions of higher education in Ukraine is determined.

The article deals with the problems of inclusive education in higher education institutions. Inclusive education is the basis and the most effective form of qualitative education for people with special needs. An important component of the inclusive approach is psychological and pedagogical provision of inclusive education in the HEI as an organized system aimed at the development of all components of the personal potential of the subjects of the educational process, regardless of their capabilities: reflexive, cognitive, and activity. The state policy and policy of the Higher School for the Development of Inclusive Education should be aimed not only at motivating people with disabilities to higher education, but also to consider the factors of the social environment and their impact on the development of higher education in general. So, developing an inclusive educational environment, is acquired by students who have a serious motivation for vocational training, their potential capabilities and abilities are often higher than the average student. As a result, after a long time the state receives not just a qualified specialist, but, above all, a motivated professional. In the conditions of the demographic decline of certain periods of development of society, when the HEI attracts a large number of students, including the so-called unpopular specialties. Inclusive education has a broad social dimension, since not only the higher school should be inclusive, but our society, with the support of the state, business and public organizations, should be inclusive. Inclusive education, being one of the main forms of realization of the right to education for persons with disabilities, should become a legally-established institution that has all the necessary components, from the preparation of the complete package of regulatory documents, the definition of norms and principles of appropriate funding, mechanisms for the creation of special conditions and principles of adaptation of the educational environment for students with special educational needs

Indonesia is committed to guarantee the right to education for all citizens without exception. The commitment of Indonesia to Education for All (EFA) leads to the fulfillment of inclusive education policies. The people of Indonesia tend to understand inclusive education as education for people with disabilities. On the other hand, inclusive education has a broader meaning, which does not refer only to special education. Furthermore, it also covers education with special services. The essence of inclusive education is to remove barriers that limit all marginalized learners, to respect diversity and needs, to create patterns of education without discrimination, and ultimately to achieve quality education. People’s understanding leads to questions about inclusive education in legal context, as well as the rules of inclusive education in Indonesia. This paper contains a qualitative study with a historical-doctrinal approach. The study aims to explain the right to inclusive education listed in the rules and regulations in Indonesia and their problems. From the normative point of view, the rules on inclusive education are regulated in the Law Number 8 of 2016 on Persons with Disabilities and the Regulation of the Minister of National Education Number 70 of 2009. Furthermore, the rules of inclusive education can also be found in several other regulations implicitly. Most of the rules have stipulated provisions that include the right to education. Therefore, the Government appears to be progressively realizing the respect, protection, and fulfillment of the right to education, including inclusive education, for all people of Indonesia.

The author considers the questions relating to the formation of lawyers’ professional traits from the point of view of the significance which human capital and investment in this capital hold in contemporary times. It follows from the analyses, which were carried out, that the dire need for taking up actions with the aim to shape lawyers appears one of the most vital tasks. This requires taking into account visible trends in the changing job market. Another aspect results from the need for multilevel qualifications and conditions behind lawyers’ actions and their decisions. Thus, colleges of higher education which educate prospective lawyers, as well as lawyers’ corporations, are confronted by challenges of forming, in young people, features that are indispensable for them to be valuable lawyers and not only executors of simple activities. The author points to the fact that lawyers need shaping because, among others, during their whole social lives and realization of professional tasks their personality traits and potential related to communication will constantly manifest through accepting and following or rejecting and opposing values, principles, reflexions, empathy, sensitivity, the farthest-fetched imagination, objectivism, cooperation, dialogue, distancing themselves from political disputes, etc. Students of the art of law should be characterized by a changed mentality, new vision of law – service to man, and realization of standards of law, as well as perception of the importance of knowledge, skills, attitudes and competences.

As we know, there are many fields of pedagogical science. One of the most important areas is special pedagogy. Special pedagogy studies the issues of education and upbringing of children with physical and mental disabilities. People with disabilities are those who are relatively disabled in terms of any part of the body or the brain. In our country, special attention is paid to the education of people with disabilities. Inclusive education creates conditions for the protection of social equality, education and other special needs of children with disabilities. According to the teaching methodology, inclusive education prevents discrimination against children, allows people with various diseases to get a perfect education and succeed. Its main task is to create an environment for vocational training of people with disabilities. In modern times, people with disabilities should not be seen as sick, but as people with disabilities. This shapes the social approach to disability. The social model allows these children to exercise their rights to develop their skills. The purpose of inclusive physical education is to teach students to move together, which promotes the improvement and development of human psychophysical abilities. Different exercises should be chosen for each lesson and combined in such a way as to have a comprehensive effect on the body and ensure that each student can perform. It is necessary to ensure the general requirements and their specificity when arranging lessons. Sports have a great impact on the development of the personality of children with disabilities as normal children. Sport is one of the most important conditions for everyone and is acceptable for any age group. All these procedures are more effective when performed in unison. Background: South Africa’s Constitution guarantees everyone, including persons with disabilities, the right to education. A variety of laws are in place obliging higher education institutions to provide appropriate physical access to education sites for all. In practice, however, many buildings remain inaccessible to people with physical disabilities.Objectives: To describe what measures South African universities are taking to make their built environments more accessible to students with diverse types of disabilities, and to assess the adequacy of such measures.Method: We conducted semi-structured in-depth face-to-face interviews with disability unit staff members (DUSMs) based at 10 different public universities in South Africa.Results: Challenges with promoting higher education accessibility for wheelchair users include the preservation and heritage justification for failing to modify older buildings, ad hoc approaches to creating accessible environments and failure to address access to toilets, libraries and transport facilities for wheelchair users.Conclusion: South African universities are still not places where all students are equally able to integrate socially. DUSMs know what ought to be done to make campuses more accessible and welcoming to students with disabilities and should be empowered to play a leading role in sensitising non-disabled members of universities, to create greater awareness of, and appreciation for, the multiple ways in which wheelchair user students continue to be excluded from full participation in university life. South African universities need to adopt a systemic approach to inclusion, which fosters an understanding of inclusion as a fundamental right rather than as a luxury.

The article describes the prerequisites for the creation and implementation of an inclusive educational environment in higher education settings in Ukraine. Contradictions have been identified between the legal framework governing higher education for students with special educational needs and the lack of appropriate physical and psychological conditions for the realization of the right to education, and the contradiction between the existence of a tendency to integrate the educational process and the need to individualize the educational process. It is determined that the state of development of inclusive education in Ukraine is characterized by insufficient development of both social and acmeological mechanisms of interaction of key figures of the educational process. The types of inclusive education implemented by higher education institutions are described. The experience of implementation of inclusive educational policy at Lviv Polytechnic National University and the University "Ukraine" is considered. The author's development of the model of acmeological interaction of participants of the inclusive process in the inclusive educational environment is presented, and the criteria and indicators of evaluation of the interaction of the participants of the inclusive process in the inclusive educational environment are explained. It was found that a serious obstacle to the introduction of inclusive higher education in Ukraine is the lack of financial capacity of universities: there is no equipped environment, there are no special programs aimed at such education. Conclusions are made regarding the importance of acmeological interaction of participants in the inclusive process in an inclusive educational environment, which is not only to improve the situation of students with special educational needs but also to create positive aspects of social development in general.

The processes of optimization of the production plan according to certain criteria by modeling were investigated. Achieving effective results directly depends on the optimal production plan. The most important thing in determining the optimal production plan is the choice of modeling criteria. For the most part, the quality of decisions is characterized not by one but by many incomparable criteria. Therefore, it is necessary to make decisions based not on one but on many criteria. This so-called multi-objective optimization problem. For solving such problems is widely used mathematical methods. Mathematical approach can be used to solve problems in any particular activity as mathematics abstracted from specific features characteristic of a particular solution. Therefore, from the point of view of mathematics, the optimal result can be obtained with various established criteria, but from the economic point of view it is important to choose the ones that are of decisive importance. That is, their weight is important for the consumer when making a purchase decision, and for the manufacturer – in terms of production capabilities of certain types and results (production efficiency). The basis of the operation of any enterprise is a production program (production and sales plan). The main task of the production plan is to meet the needs of consumers in high-quality products, which are produced with the best use of resources, on the one hand, and the enterprise to get the maximum profit, on the other. With this in mind, a two-criteria optimization model that allows to make a production plan was proposed. The plan ensures that products are produced with the best use of available resources and at the same time ensures maximum quality of manufactured products and maximum profit from sales of these products. The solution of the problem with two objective functions and linear constraints is achieved by step-by-step solution of the proposed mathematical model of optimization of the production plan using the method of sequential restrictions. The simplex method was also used. An example shows an algorithm for solving the optimization problem.

Іintroduction. Despite the fact that a significant number of scientific publications by well-known Ukrainian authors are devoted to the issues of legal regulation of credit obligations, at the same time separate studies of banking legislation requirements on "acceptability of collateral" have not been conducted in Ukrainian civil science in recent years. This, taking into account the gradual alignment of banking legislation of Ukraine with the standards of Basel III, and Directive 2002/47 / EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 6 June 2002 on financial collateral mechanisms, necessitates such scientific research. The aim of the article. On the basis of the analysis of the legislation of Ukraine, the legislation of the European Union, scientific advances in the sphere of civil law and banking legislation, in the context of the analysis of the banking legislation of Ukraine, it is safe for creditors. In order to achieve this goal: 1. Conduct an analysis of civil and legal species for the protection of crops for the subject of іх possible delivery to “acceptable safety” and vrahuvannya banks when opening a credit card. 2. Significantly "quasi-security", as viewed by the banking legislation in the form of "acceptable security" for credit cards. 3. Zdіysniti analysis of the approaches to the legislation of the EU in the field of protection from credit denominations. Results. The methodological basis of the study is general scientific and special legal methods of scientific knowledge. In particular, the dialectical method, the method of analysis and synthesis, the comparative law method, the functional method, the modeling method, etc. Conclusions. First, the banking legislation does not consider as "acceptable collateral" such types of collateral as penalty, surety, deposit, retention. Secondly, the banking legislation considers as "acceptable collateral" not only those specified in Part 1 of Art. 546 of the Civil Code of Ukraine types of security for performance of obligations (pledge, right of trust ownership, guarantee), and other types of security for performance of obligations provided by law or contract (reserve letter of credit, performing the function of financial guarantee, guarantees of public entities, guarantee payment), but also contractual constructions which do not concern types of maintenance of performance of obligations (repo agreements). Thus, the banking legislation considers collateral in credit operations from the economic point of view, according to which "acceptable collateral" is only such liquid collateral that guarantees the rapid recovery of the property of the creditor bank, which suffered damage due to default or improper performance of the counterparty loan obligation, as well as "quasi-collateral", if such is referred by banking legislation to "acceptable collateral". Third, the existence of rules in the banking legislation on the acceptability of collateral in no way affects the right of banks to use any type of collateral provided by law or contract, if the application of such is possible in credit relations, taking into account the legal nature of the relevant types. software. Fourth, the set of regulations of the National Bank of Ukraine on the acceptability of collateral can be considered as an institution of banking law, which includes as rules of civil law governing the types of collateral, other rules of contract law governing other "quasi-collateral" contractual constructions, as well as public-law special norms of banking legislation, which establish additional regulatory requirements for banks to ensure credit operations and calculate credit risk.

This project looks for the relationship among variables influencing Mexican key lime supply and demand in the domestic and US market under the scenario of using a higher quantity of fertilizers as a strategy for responding against the threat of citrus greening (HLB). With the help of domestic and international databases from 2000 to 2012, a simultaneous equations model was built capturing behavioral and technical variables influencing supply and demand. The most important relationships among variables were price of the product and disposable income for the demand and use of fertilizers and exchange rate for the supply. This work gives the insight, from the economic point of view, that building a model including the right key variables will give a sense of the general structure of a market and the changes in stability due to a sanitary threat

The article deals with the issues of legal regulation of ensuring accessibility of higher education for the disabled and people with disabilities. The relevance of obtaining agricultural education in the Russian Federation, which should be as close as possible to the main consumer — the rural population, is emphasized. The openness of agricultural education to the needs of rural residents will help reduce migration fl ows and preserve young people in rural areas. Attention is drawn to the fact that obtaining agricultural education is possible and accessible not only for people without disabilities, but also for people with disabilities. The advantage of providing higher agricultural education to this category of rural residents is that they are not aimed at migration, they live permanently and for a long time in a certain territory. The review of the current legal acts regulating the issues of accessibility and training in higher education organizations for persons with disabilities and persons with disabilities is presented. The article analyzes current trends in the legal fi eld of inclusive education. The article considers the concept and legal status of disabled people and students with disabilities, the concept of inclusive education and the requirement for its implementation at all levels, including higher education.
