The curriculum of education is always changing and developing according to the needs of education in which all components of the nation also provide encouragement for education providers aiming to always carry out the process of improvement. For this reason, the implementation of the curriculum must have guidelines that must be adhered to. To overcome the above problems, the principles of curriculum development can be used as guidelines for the delivery of education. In this article, the speaker uses a type of library research method, namely in obtaining data from library documents such as books, books, magazines, journals and other documents. Literature study is a form of research related to the way of collecting research materials and data. The data collection technique used is the documentation method, namely by collecting and analyzing documents. The result of this research is that in implementing the curriculum, it is necessary to have guidelines that can be used as guidance. And among the 9 principles of developing the existing curriculum, each education provider is good to be applied in accordance with the existing institutional conditions.

Hidden curriculum is an integral part of the implementation of the education system. The existence of a hidden curriculum is absolutely necessary as a means of transfering positive character values to students. This study aims to determine the shape and implementation of hidden curriculum at Ehipassiko High School as one of the schools characterized by Buddhism. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. The data collection technique of this study uses observation, interviews, and documentation. The result of the study show that the hidden curriculum that appears in actual curriculum practice is reflected in learning activities such as: (a) the initial, core, and final activities of learning, (b) attached to all subjects; (c) student attitudes and comliance, and (d) exemplary teacher. Hidden curriculum in the learning process has a function as a tool and methid to increase the repertoire of students knowledge as well as a melting atmosphere of learning, resenting a respected and interesting teahing educator mode, so as to arouse students interest in learning. This research is expected to be an input for Ehipassiko Hidh School n particular and Buddhist schools in general to improve the quality of good Buddhist education.

This study aims to 1) determine the values ​​of Aqidah Education in "Novel MARS How Meaningful a Mother in My Life" by Aishworo Ang. 2) find out the relevance of Aqidah Education Values ​​in the novel "MARS How Meaningful a Mother is in My Life" by Aishworo Ang with current Islamic education. The research method used by the author is content analysis. This analysis is used by the writer to reveal, understand and capture literary works. Meanwhile, data collection techniques are literature study techniques or documentation by examining various writings related to the object of research. The collected data were then analyzed using the stages of data processing, categorization, and data interpretation. After analyzing the data, the authors obtained the following conclusions: 1) The values ​​of aqidah education in the novel "MARS How Meaningful a Mother's Figure in My Life" by Aishworo Ang includes: a) Illahiyat, (a matter of divinity such as about His Essence) b ) Nubuwat, (prophetic issues, scriptures, etc.) c) Ruhaniyat (unseen problems such as spirits, angels, jinn, etc.) d) Sam'iyyat, (problems that can be known through revelation, such as barzhakh , heaven, hell and others) 2) The Relevance of Aqidah Educational Values ​​in Aishworo Ang's Novel "MARS How Meaningful a Mother's Figure is in My Life" with current Islamic education, which is in accordance with the aims of education aimed at improving the quality of Indonesian people, namely humans having faith and fearing God Almighty, this is in line with the contents of the story in the novel "MARS How Meaningful a Mother's Figure in My Life" which generally contains the values ​​of faith, including faith in Alla. h, faith in the book of Allah, faith in the Angel of God, faith in the Prophet, faith in the Last Day, and faith in the destiny of Allah.

Apparatus on the quality of public services in Wala Village, Kecamatang Maritengngae, Sidenreng Rappang Regency. The population in conducting this study were people with male and female gender, amounting to 3,725 people from two environments, the data collection technique used was the Slovin formula with 92 results, taken based on purposive sampling technique. The type of research used is descriptive quantitative research, data collection techniques used are observation techniques, questionnaires, literature study, and documentation. The data analysis technique is using the validity and reliability tests using the SPSS 21.0 application and a Likert scale. Based on the research that was taken from the results of the questionnaire data, it was obtained that the recapitulation of the Apparatus Performance variable with a percentage of 67.4% was included in the "Good" category while the recapitulation of the Public Service Quality variable with a percentage of 69.6% was included in the "Good" category.

This study discusses political parties reviewing strategies in gaining mass support, the strategy carried out by political parties is to achieve predetermined goals which in this case are referred to as the vision and mission of political parties using techniques, tricks, methods and implementation of tasks by utilizing party structure, so that the work program is in accordance with the wishes of the community. Meanwhile, to uncover the strategy of political parties in gaining mass support, a library research method or approach is used. Literature study or literature can be interpreted as a series of activities related to library data collection methods, reading and recording and processing research materials. Research results show that strategy of political parties in gaining the support of the masses is always trying to fix the party from the party's internal and external parties, so that the party can provide a better change for the community through political party programs and through power struggles in general elections.Penelitian ini membahas tentang partai politik tinjauan strategi dalam meraih dukungan massa, strategi yang dilakukan partai politik ialah untuk mencapai tujuan yang sudah ditentukan sebelumnya yang dalam hal ini disebut sebagai dengan visi dan misi partai politik dengan menggunakan teknik, trik, cara maupun pelaksanaan tugas dengan memamfaatkan struktur partai, sehingga program kerja sesuai dengan keinginan masyarakat. Sedangkan untuk mengungkap strategi partai politik dalam meraih dukungan massa digunakan metode atau pendekatan kepustakaan, Studi pustaka atau kepustakaan dapat diartikan sebagai serangkaian kegiatan yang berkenaan dengan metode pengumpulan data pustaka, membaca dan mencatat serta mengolah bahan penelitian. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi partai politik dalam meraih dukungan massa adalah selalu berusaha membenahi partai dari internal partai maupun ekternal partai, sehingga partai bisa memberikan perubahan yang lebih baik bagi masyarakat melalui program partai politik maupun melalui perebutan kekuasaan dalam pemilihan umum.

 ABSTRACTThe Gig Economy facilitates job seeker to look for job quickly. Job with contract system has become interesting since 2017, and it becomes the main job. However, the development of the manpower sector is not the same line with the appropriate regulation in protecting the freelance workers especially in the Event Organizer sectors. The Event Organizer company often neglect the worker’s rights & obligations, since both parties don’t make working agreement writtenly. But they apply confidence principle each other in making working agreement orally. Since from the dominant number of Event Organizer in South Jakarta legally is choosen as the research object. This research is trying to focus on the people who want to work at certain time with Event Organizer sector to understand the importance of working agreement legally. This research is using judicial research method with qualitative analysis namely the data collection technique is based on library research and interview the freelance workers randomly in the field.ABSTRAKDengan adanya Gig Economy mempermudah dalam pencarian kerja, sehingga mempermudah calon pekerja dalam menemukan pekerjaan dengan cepat. Pekerjaan dengan sistem kontrak merupakan pekerjaan yang diminati sejak tahun 2017 dengan menjadikannya suatu pekerjaan utama. Namun, perkembangan dalam bidang ketenagakerjaan ini nyatanya belum dibarengi dengan aturan yang tepat dalam melindungi Pekerja Harian Lepas terutama dalam bidang Event Organizer. Pihak perusahaan Event Organizer seringkali mengabaikan hak dan kewajiban dari para pekerja, dikarenakan para pihak tidak membuat perjanjian kerja secara tertulis. Namun, menerapkan asas percaya satu sama lain dalam membuat perjanjian secara lisan. Melihat banyaknya Event Organizer di Jakarta Selatan secara legal dipilih sebagai tempat objek penelitian. Penelitian ini berupaya memfokuskan pada setiap orang yang hendak bekerja waktu tertentu dengan Event Organizer, mampu memahami pentingnya suatu perjanjian secara tertulis. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian yuridis normatif dengan metode analisis kualitatif yakni dalam teknik pengumpulan datanya berdasarkan studi kepustakaan dan wawancara Pekerja Harian Lepas secara mendalam di lapangan.

The Islamic Discourse of the Archipelago increasingly found its momentum in the struggle for the meaning of Islam. Many are pros and not a few cons. The pros, driven by the NU religious movement. While those who are cons, radical groups are identified. In this context, it is important to study more deeply about Islam Nusantara. This research uses the method of library research or Library Research. A literature study is a data collection technique by conducting a study of books, literature, notes, and reports that are related to the problem being solved. This article utilizes journals, materials and relevant information to be collected, read and reviewed, recorded as a guide or reference source. The results showed that the ability of Islamic da'wah to adapt to local culture made it easier for Islamic da'wah to enter the lowest strata of society. Inevitably, Islam as a religion that spreads throughout the world appears creatively in dialogue with the local community (local), is in a position to accept the traditions of the community, while modifying it into a new culture that can be accepted by the local community and still within the path of Islam. Therefore, the arrival of Islamic da'wah is enlightenment for the Southeast Asian region, especially Indonesia.

In ensnaring the corruptors, not from the upstream, but from the downstream, namely by tracing where the flow of corruption funds ends up. It must be understood that a corruptor who then drains the proceeds of corruption means that he has committed two crimes at once. Therefore, the follow the money method is more effective than the follow The Suspect method, namely the handling of criminal acts that prioritize the perpetrators of crimes. With the follow the money approach, activities to hide or disguise the proceeds of corruption can be prevented and eradicated. However, this must still be regulated so that its implementation can be carried out in a concrete manner so that there is no legal vacuum in the implementation of its execution by the Indonesian Prosecutor's Office. The data collection technique in this research is using the library research method. While the analysis technique carried out on the legal materials that have been collected by the author will be done deductively. The results of this study indicate that the regulation of replacement money in criminal acts of corruption is contained in Law Number 3 of 1971 and has been revoked and amended by Law Number 20 of 2001 jo. so that in this case, there is an important role by the Attorney General's Office of the Republic of Indonesia, finally the Attorney General's Office issued Perja Number PER-020/A/JA/07/2014 and then upgraded to Perja Number 19 of 2020 and followed up with a Circular Letter of the Deputy Attorney General for Civil and Administrative Countries with Number SE-001/G/Gs/03/2021 dated March 26, 2021.

It was known that there were lack of order mandatory submission in Local Library of South Sumatra. Implementation of handover and savings of print and record work policy was one of the steps of South Sumatera Provincial Government to preserve the work of the region. This implementation was very influential in determining the quality of local policies or regulations. The purpose of this study was to find out how many local works produced by South Sumatera Province. This research used qualitative research method with descriptive form. Data collected via interview to key informants, observation and literature study using Ripley and Franklin's theories of compliance, the smoothness of the function routines and the realization of the desired performance and its impact. The first dimension of compliance level had indicated the implementation of the handover and the saving of the work in the Library Board of South Sumatera Province, the second dimension of the smoothness of the function routine was the implementation of socialization and the data collection of published works, and the last dimension is the increasing of knowledge and the amount of work received at Delivery of Print Works and Record Works at the Library Board of South Sumatra Province. Indicators of this study can be concluded that the three dimensions used are quite ideal.

The case regarding the cartel contained in the KPPU's Decision Number: 15/KPPU-I/2019 which was carried out jointly by PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero), Tbk, PT Citilink Indonesia, PT Sriwijaya Air, PT NAM Air, PT Batik Air, PT Lion Mentari, and PT Wings Abadi. The Reported Parties are alleged to have violated the provisions of Article 5 and Article 11 of Law Number 5 of 1999 concerning the Prohibition of Monopolistic Practices and Unfair Business Competition by increasing the price of airline tickets. The data collection technique in this research is using the library research method. While the analysis technique carried out on the legal materials that have been collected by the author will be done deductively. The results of the study indicate that KPPU is only an administrative institution, so that KPPU can only impose administrative sanctions and is not authorized to impose criminal sanctions or civil sanctions. The KPPU Assembly has also decided that the business actors are guilty, but the KPPU Assembly has not imposed any sanctions on the mistakes of the business actors. The absence of sanctions imposed on cartel actors can make the perpetrators repeat their actions and in this case consumers will be harmed again.

Research on the Service Quality of Balkondes Restaurants around the Borobudur Temple area was carried out to solve the problem of the level of business competition in the market space, as well as the low targets in achieving what Balkondes restaurants must achieve. This research was conducted to identify the wants and needs of restaurant-restaurant customers around Borobudur Temple, so that they can innovate the applied service strategies. This study uses a descriptive research method approach with data collection techniques through interviews; questionnaire; and literature study. The population in this study were balkondes in the Borobudur Temple area with a non-random sample technique, namely accidental sampling. Broadly speaking, the results of this study indicate that customers give good scores on the aspects of ease of location, comfort of the place, speed of presentation, explanation of waiters and attitude of response to customer complaints, while other aspects studied are only given sufficient scores.
