In this new normal era, many activities began to operate again, such as offices, malls, etc. This creates a potential mass crowd. The public must follow health protocols as recommended by the government, including wearing masks and checking the temperature to anticipate the spread of the coronavirus. This study tested a tool that included image processing and artificial intelligence to help implement health protocols as recommended by the government. This tool connects Raspberry PI, Thermal Camera (amg8833), Pi Camera, an ultrasonic sensor with Multiple Linear Regression and Deep Learning algorithms. The purpose of this tool is to detect body temperature and detect the use of masks. The system will check on the pi camera frame whether the person is wearing a mask or not. The system is trained using the Deep Learning method to detect the use of masks. The system will check the temperature of the human body and the distance between humans and the tool. Temperature and distance data are entered in multiple linear regression formulas to get more accurate results. The processed results of the system will be displayed on the monitor screen if detected using a mask and the normal temperature will be green and if it is not detected it will be red and give a warning sound. The data is sent to the server and displayed via the web. We found that this tool succeeded in detecting body temperature within a distance of 1 to 3 meters with an accuracy of 99.49%, detecting people using masks with an accuracy of 94.71%, and detecting people not wearing masks with an accuracy of 97.7%.

Obligations are undertaken by the community before claiming their rights as citizens one of them is by paying taxes. Local tax is a compulsory fee imposed by the local government that is forced and used as much as possible to run the government. In determining the regression model, the factors involved by local taxes are Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP), Inflation and Population. The discussion in this research is about the comparison of a backward and forward method on multiple linear regression, and make a model with the program expected to be used to model the regression model on local taxes appropriately. Comparison of a regression model based on the GRDP in Ambon method backward and forward processed with the help of SPSS produce a model of the same, that is . The regression model generated by the method backward and forward involves only one variable (GRDP) with the value of R2 the same is equal to, 0,972 or 97.2%. So there is no difference between the regression model using either method backward or forward.

Taxes are the largest source of state revenue, which is around 70%, so the government tries to increase tax revenues as much as possible by making policies that can later attract people to pay taxes. One of the government's policies is to reduce the final tax rate for public entrepreneurs, which is expected to make public entrepreneurs obedient to pay taxes. And take advantage of technological developments by conducting online tax services both in registration, reporting and tax payment. This study aims to determine the effect of decreasing MSME tax rates and online service systems on taxpayers 'perceptions of MSME taxpayers' compliance that are registered at the West Semarang KPP either partially or simultaneously. This research is quantitative research. The study population is a UMKM taxpayer registered at the West Semarang KPP. The sample was selected using the probability sampling method, which determines a random sample by taking 98 respondents as samples in this study. Data collection method is by field study. Test the feasibility of data on data taken using the validity and reliability test. Hypothesis testing uses multiple linear regression models, so it needs to be held a classic assumption test on the research data obtained. The results of the multiple linear regression test for the variable reduction in MSME tax rates and online service systems have a significant effect on taxpayers' perceptions of MSME taxpayer compliance, both simultaneously and partially.
