Abstract: Mental revolution for civil servants is an important part that is inseparable and as a form of an example for the private sector and civil society in order to build cohesiveness or togetherness. Not optimal sense of suspected dipengruhi by a factor of commitment and factor income. This research method using kunatitatif and analyzed with multiple linear regression statistical analysis. Penenlitian of results proved that the commitments and revenues provide positive and significant impact on the unity government employees in providing services to the public. Problems togetherness of employees is a form of mental changes and revolutions that need to get serious attention and become the focus means. Therefore, need support in various circles. The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of auditor characteristics (competence, independence and accountability) on audit quality. Respondents from this study were auditors of the public accountant office in Surakarta consisting of 45 respondents, the research method used in this study was purposive sampling and tested using multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that competence and accountability influence audit quality, this shows that the more competent an auditor and auditor who has good accountability will affect the quality of the audited, while Independence does not affect audit quality.

This study is aimed to determine and analyze the effect of the implementation of motivation and culture on the employees productivity at Huta Padang estate of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Asahan Regency North Sumatera. This research method uses a quantitative approach, the type of research is a survey. The sample was determined by stratified random sampling method, 95 people. The data collection through questionnaires. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results showed that partially and simultaneously, the implementation of motivation and culture had a positive and significant effect on the employess productivity at Huta padang estate of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Asahan Regency North Sumatera. The determination coefficient value of 0.882, indicates that the influence of the implementation of motivation and culture on the employess productivity of Huta Padang estate of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Asahan Regency North Sumatera is 88.2%. The culture has more dominant influence on the employees produktivity at  Huta Padang estate of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Asahan Regency North Sumatera, with a direct influence of 73,2%.

The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the effect of Liquidity, Leverage, Activity, and Profitability on Firm Value in the Consumer Goods Sector Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2015-2018. This study uses a quantitative method with a desciptive type. The population of this study is the Consumer Goods Sector that is listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2015-2018 period, as many as 50 companies. Sampling using purposive sampling and obtained a research sample of 60 samples from 15 sectors of consumer goods multiplied by 4 years. This research method uses multiple linear regression. The coefficient test results obtained from the Adjusted R Square value are 3.7%, which means that the variation in the Firm Value variable described by the independent variable is 96.3%. The research results simultaneously show that liquidity, leverage, activity, and profitability have no effect on firm value. Meanwhile, partially it shows that liquidity, leverage, and profitability have no and insignificant effect on firm value, but for the activity variable has a significant effect on firm value.

This study aims to investigate the effect of audit opinion and audit findings on the level of corruption in the Regional Government in Indonesia in 2017. The object in this study is the local government included in the Public Integrity Survey conducted by the Corruption Eradication Commission in 2017. The sampling technique used in this study was saturated sampling with a total sample of 19 local government institutions. The method used in this analysis is multiple linear regression using IBM SPSS 25. Insurance is a fund raising agency sourced from the receipt of insurance premiums from the public and distributed by claims. In addition to premium receipts, the company also puts its funds in the form of investments. This aims of this paper is to analyze the investment returns, premium income, and claims expense to profit using partial correlation, determination and multiple linear regression. The methods that use to collects the data for this final task are using observation and study documentation using quantitative analysis. Analytical technique is multiple linear regression using IBM SPSS 21 software. The used data in this paper is secondary data that obtained from the website of Otoritas Jasa Keuangan. From the results of the correlation coefficient test partially obtained investment returns and premium income has a significant relationship to profit, a positive value of 0.657 and 0.737 means the relationship is strong and unidirectional whereas, claims load has a significant relationship to profit, negative value of -0.786 means strong relationship And counterclockwise, simultaneously (together) shows that investment returns, premium income, claims expenses have significant relationship to profit, and a positive value of 0.881. The result of determination coefficient test shows that there is a significant influence of 77.6% and the remaining 22.4% influenced by other factors. The regression equation formed is Y = -2,682 +  +  – 2,369 + e.

This study aims to determine the effect of training, work discipline and organizational culture on the organizational commitment of employees of PT. PLN (Persero) Tanjungpinang Area. The research method used is descriptive statistical method with a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques are carried out by observation and questionnaire. The number of research samples used was 74 respondents. Analysis of the data used is multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing in the form of T test and F test and analysis of the coefficient of determination. The research conducted resulted in training having a significant effect on the organizational commitment of employees of PT. PLN (Persero) Tanjungpinang Area because the value of t arithmetic> t table or 23,057> 1,994 and the significance value produced 0,000 <0,05. Work Discipline has a significant effect on the organizational commitment of employees of PT. PLN (Persero) Tanjungpinang Area because the value of t count> ttable or 2.649> 1.994 and the significance value produced 0.010 <0.05. Organizational culture does not affect the organizational commitment of employees of PT. PLN (Persero) Tanjungpinang Area because the value of t count <t table or -1.424> 1.994 and the significance value produced is 0.159> 0.05.

 This study aims to 1) Analyze the pattern of changes in commodity prices for spanish pepper in Malang District. 2) Analyzing the factors that influence fluctuations in the price of spanish pepper in Malang District. The research method used is quantitative method that uses secondary data in the form of time series obtained from several related agencies, namely the Central Statistics Agency of Malang District, Department of Industry and Trade, and Department of food crops, horticulture, and plantation in Malang District. Analysis of the data used is multiple linear regression with the dependent variable is the price at the consumer level from 2009-2018, while the independent variables use the data of the price of spanish pepper at the producer level, the amount of production, and the amount of consumption from 2009-2018. The study found that: 1) The development of the price of spanish pepper had a trend that tended to increase during the last 10 years. 2) From the results of data processing using multiple linear regression method with Eviews 9.0 application, it is found that the factor that significantly influences changes in the price of spanish pepper is the price at the producer level, while the amount of production of spanish pepper and the number of requests does not significantly affect the change in spanish pepper prices in Malang District.

The purpose of this study is to simultaneously and partially determine and analyze the effect of accessibility and destination image toward the revisit to Tambing Lake. The variables of this research are accessibility (X1) and destination image (X2). While the dependent variable is the revisit (Y). This study used the research method of causal descriptive, with the sample size of 70 people. The sampling of this research used incidental sampling technique. The data analysis method in this research used multiple linear regression analysis method. The results showed that: 1). Accessibility and destination image simultaneously have significant effect on the revisit to Tambing Lake; 2). Accessibility partially have significant effect on the revisit to Tambing Lake; 3). Destination image partially have significant effect on the revisit to Tambing Lake. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh variabel aksesibilitas dan citra destinasi secara simultan dan parsial terhadap niat berkunjung kembali ke Telaga Tambing. Variabel penelitian ini yaitu aksesibilitas (X1) dan citra destinasi (X2). Sedangkan variabel dependen yaitu niat berkunjung kembali (Y). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kausal dengan jumlah sampel 70 orang. Bentuk pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik insidental sampling. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: 1). Aksesibilitas dan citra destinasi secara simultan (serempak) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap niat berkunjung kembali ke Telaga Tambing; 2). aksesibilitas secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap niat berkunjung kembali ke Telaga Tambing; 3). citra destinasi secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap niat berkunjung kembali ke Telaga Tambing.

Banks are financial institutions that play an important role in the country's economy, one of which is by increasing the collection of funds from the public. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of profit sharing and interest rates on mudharabah deposits at PT. Bank Nagari Utama Padang. The object of research at PT. Bank Nagari Utama Padang. Data used in the form of time series totaling 30 data. Data analysis method uses multiple linear regression. The results showed that the profit sharing and interest rates had a positive and significant effect on deposits at PT. Bank Nagari Utama Padang.
