The study aimed to find the degree of implementation for Career rotation witch it followed at Education Department at a Laith province, and to now the level of organizational loyalty for the same Education Department. And then to identify the relationship between the degree of implementation for Career rotation and the level of organizational loyalty. And also to now the of differences in the degree of Career rotation and the level of organizational loyalty to the staff for the Education Department at a Laith province depending on the following variables: sex, qualification, experience. Descriptive approach was used because its suitable to this study. Methodology and procedures: Questionnaire has been used to collect the data from The study community, which consists of all the staff of the Education Department (120) employees. Means have been used and standard deviations and Independent Samples T Test and One way anova to analysis the study data. Study results: • Implementation of Career rotation at Education Department at a Laith province was in medium level (2.77). • Organizational loyalty at education department at a laith province was in medium level (2.95). • The study also showed a weak positive relationship between the level of applying career rotation and organizational loyalty for the employees. The value of the correlation coefficient was (263). • A significant difference in the level of applying career rotation according the variables: sex, and experience, while there was no statistically significance difference in the level of applying career rotation according to the qualification variable. • The study also revealed that there is a statistical difference in the level of organizational loyalty according (sex, experience), and there are no statistically significant differences in the level of organizational loyalty according the qualification variable. Recommendations of the study:  There is a need to develop a comprehensive and integrated plan to apply the career rotation at the Education Department at Laith province. And Organize Meetings for employees before will be applying the career rotation to explain for them What are the duties and responsibilities for the employee in the new position.

The study aimed at finding out the effect of organizational justice on the job satisfaction of the employees of the Customs Department in the Red Sea State. The analytical descriptive approach was used to collect the study data from its community of workers in the Customs Department in the State of the Red Sea. A total of 120 questionnaires were retrieved, 83 of which were retrieved, of which 81 were valid for the analysis using the statistical methods of the Vaccronbach coefficient, percentages and frequencies, and the KAI test for independence. The study concluded that there is a statistically significant relationship between: distributive justice, procedural justice, interactive justice, and job satisfaction. The study recommended improving the working conditions, strengthening the relationship between management and employees, paying attention to the system of incentives and rewards, The regulatory equity relationship deals with other variables such as organizational commitment and organizational loyalty.

This study aims to examine the relationship between feedback environment practices and creativity in the educational organizations. This study is a quantitative study. A total of 40 polytechnic students from Polytechnic Kuching Sarawak are randomly selected to participate in this study. Data were obtained using a set of questionnaire consisting of three parts. The data obtained were analyzed descriptively and inferentially. Inferential analysis involves <em>t</em> test and Pearson correlation. The findings have shown that the level of feedback environment based on students' perception is high. Simultaneously, the level of creativity among the students is also high. The findings indicated that there is no significant difference in feedback environment between genders. Furthermore, the study also showed a significant and positive relationship between feedback environment and students’ creativity. The results of this study have several implications directly to the formation of high-quality students as feedback environment and students’ creativity are interrelated and inseparable in educational organizations.

Responseto Intervention (RTI) is a service model designed to meet the learning needs ofstudents prior to diagnosis and placement in special education settings. Results of a quantitative quasi-experimentalresearch study to investigate the relationship between the RTI plan andself-reported implementation practices among general education elementaryteachers in a Florida school district using analysis of variance (ANOVA) revealedno significant difference between demonstration school and comparable schoolgeneral education teachers self-reported practices, self-reported implementation success rates, orself-reported data collection responsibilities.Recommendations for professional development opportunities for allteachers, paraprofessionals, and administrators involved in the RTI process basedupon analyzed research study data are included.

The study aimed to determine the relationship between writing anxiety and writing self-efficacy of students learning Turkish as a foreign language. The study sample consisted of 247 international students at B1 and B2 levels at the Turkish Education Application and Research Center of a foundation university. The Writing Anxiety Scale for Learners of Turkish as a Foreign Language, developed by Şen and Boylu (2017), was used to determine students&rsquo; writing anxiety. There were 13 items and two factors on the scale: Action-Oriented Anxiety and Environmental Oriented Anxiety. The Writing Self-Efficacy Scale for Turkish Students who Learn Turkish was developed by B&uuml;y&uuml;kikiz (2012) to determine the students&rsquo; writing self-efficacy. This two-factor scale had 16 items and explained 56.85% of the variance. The research was designed based on the relational screening model. SPSS 21.0 package programs were used to analyze the data. The study results indicated a significant positive relationship between writing anxiety and writing self-efficacy of students who learned Turkish as a foreign language. Besides, there was no significant difference between the Turkish learners&rsquo; scores from the writing anxiety scale and their language level.

This study aimed at identifying the prevailing leadership styles of managers, the organizational environment prevailing in the public schools in Amman, furthermore the relation between these leadership styles and the organizational climate. Thus, the researchers used the descriptive approach on a sample consisting of (55) teachers of the physical education in these schools, of experience between (10-15) years. Collecting the study data, a questionnaire of the leadership style (Shehadeh, 2008) was used after been modified. It consisted of (2) domains (the dictatorial style, the democratic style) with (15) paragraphs. In addition, the questionnaire of (Ahmed, 2008) was modified to measure the organizational climate. It consisted of (4) domains (communication, organization, working conditions, administrative laws) with (20) paragraphs. However, the five-dimensional Likert scale was used in both tools. The results showed that the dominant pattern in the public schools in Amman is the dictatorial pattern, with mean average of (4), which affected the organizational climate in these schools of an average effect of (2.79). The results also showed a positive correlation between the democratic leadership and the organizational climate (0.61). Accordingly, this research concluded that the leadership style based on consultation, participation in decision-making and teachers&rsquo; personal value esteem has a significant role in the organizational climate.

Purpose: The purpose of this case-series study was to assess the relationship between three instructional methods that fall within the parameters of the revised Accreditation Council for Occupational Therapy Education fieldwork objective C.1.9 and perceived student competence and confidence in providing therapy services in a behavioral health setting. Methods: The study included a convenience sample of (n=49) graduate students enrolled in an entry-level Doctor of Occupational Therapy program and a Doctor of Physical Therapy program in the Midwest. The participants attended a presentation on bipolar disorder and were randomly assigned to engage in one of three instructional methods: (a) lived experience academics, (b) problem-based learning, and (c) standardized patients to further learn about bipolar disorder. Results: Analyses revealed no significant interaction effects on competence across instructional methods but did reveal significant main effects of group and time on confidence. Confidence increased across all instructional methods and exhibited a significant difference between the lived experience academics and standardized patient. Significance: The study results demonstrate a need for further research on how to best prepare occupational therapy students for behavioral health settings

The aim of the study is to investigate the relationship and effect of  job variables rotation, job performance and organizational commitment among the employees working in banking sector in Pakistan. Self-administrated questionnaire was distributed by selecting a convenient sampling the data collected were 435 from the employees in the banks. The data were analyzed with the help of Statistical Package of Social Sciences (SPSS). The findings of the study revealed that a positive relationship was found between job rotation, job performance and organizational commitment among the employees, whereas negative relationship was found between job performance and organizational commitment. The study results are useful for the bankers, employees’ and managers. The study also provided the limitations and recommendations for future research.

The study employed a mixed method research design to investigate the self-perceived levels of learners’ autonomy at the institution where the researcher works. The study also explores the teachers’ support in fostering students’ autonomy. In addition, the study attempts to determine the relationship between genders, learning styles and the learners’ levels of autonomy. The main findings reveal that the level of learners’ autonomy where the study was conducted was at medium level (M = 2.66 out of 5.0 scale). In terms of the students’ perception of their teachers’ roles in fostering students’ autonomy, the finding of the current study reveals that it was quite supportive (M = 3.29 out of 5.0 scale). The finding also indicated that the difference in level of autonomy is not significant between male and female students (M = 2.667 for male compared with M = 2.668 for female students). Finally, the result showed that there a statistically significant difference in the levels of autonomy between students with different learning styles. To be specifically, the students who prefer kinesthetic learning style possess the highest level of autonomy (M = 2.75) compared with M = 2.60 and 2.59 for visual and individual learning style students. M=2.72; M=269 and M=2.62 are the level of autonomy for group, tactile and auditory students respectively.

The present study explored the relationship between classroom environment and academic achievement of the subjects. The subjects 11th class students. The sample of 80 students was selected from various colleges of Aurangabad city. Simple random sampling method was used for selecting subjects. The study was experimental “pre-test post-test equivalent group design” was used for this study. Statistical data was collected from pre-test post-test. Mean, standard deviation and t test were used for statistical procedure. In this study results are significant at 0.05 level. The study showed that there is significant difference between classroom physical environment and academic achievement of subjects.

This study aimed to find the relationship between leadership skills and self-esteem of the Jordanian universities presidents. The sample of the study included all Jordanian universities presidents for the academic year (2011/2012) counting 30 presidents .The researcher used the analytical descriptive approach to theoretical literature related to the two variables of the study, and developed two questionnaires to collect data: one to detect the degree of implementation of leadership skills, and the other to determine the selfesteem degree. Findings revealed a high level in the implementation of these categories of leadership skills and high level in availability of self-esteem indicators. There was no statistically significant difference due to specialty and type of the university. Also, high positive correlation (p. 0.01) between the leadership skills and self-esteem was found. The indicators of self-esteem may be used in choosing institutional leaders and developing strategies, tests to refine those skills, and enhancing the self concept.
