    This study aimed to identify the role of strategic planning in the achievement of administrative excellence.  To achieve this objective, the study researchers used the descriptive survey method where the questionnaire has used as a tool for the study. The sample of the study was randomly selected nd. Consisted from 41 female leaders of public elementary schools in Central Riyadh. The result of the study showed that the level of administrative excellence was significant. The study also showed that there is a direct correlation statistically significant at level (0.01) between strategic planning and administrative excellence in Riyadh's elementary schools. Moreover, there are no statistically significant differences between the mean responses of family members on strategic planning (in different variables: job and years of experiences) and administrative excellence in public elementary school. The researchers recommended the establishment of workshops and training courses in the field of strategic planning for school leaders in order to increase the efficiency of applying the strategic planning, the awareness of it and its effective contribution in achieving strategic planning in schools. Finally, it plays a noticeable role in practicing both general planning and strategic planning in particular.

  The study aimed to identify the role of strategic planning in dealing with educational crises facing government school principals in Jerash Governorate. The researcher used the descriptive survey method, and the tool consisted of a questionnaire consisting of (24) items, which were distributed to a group of principals of public schools affiliated to the Directorate of Education Jerash, which numbered (80) principals, were chosen by a simple random method, and one of the most important findings of the study is that the role of strategic planning in dealing with educational crises facing government school principals in Jerash governorate was given a total average of (3. 23 out of 5), i. e. a degree of approval. (medium), and there were no statistically significant differences between the arithmetic averages of the responses of the sample members on the scale of the role of strategic planning in dealing with educational crises facing government school principals in Jerash governorate due to the variables (gender, years of experience).   The researcher recommends the necessity of holding continuous training courses for school principals to encourage them to use strategic planning, and to work to involve all school workers in strategic planning, because of this role in understanding all dimensions and conditions of the work environment in the school.

The researchers used the descriptive survey method. The study instrument consisted of the questionnaire which included (20) items, and the study sample individuals consisted of (72) male and female teachers. Results of the study showed that the role of social studies in developing consumption education in secondary schools during Corona pandemic (COVID – 19) came at high degree. the researchers have detected presence of differences between means of the teachers, answers on all fields of the questionnaire according to sex variable in favor of the females, presence of differences between means of the teachers’ answers on all fields of the questionnaire by the academic qualification variable in favor of the graduate studies, and the absence of differences between means of the teachers' answers to all fields of the questionnaire according to years of experience variable. Purpose: The present study aimed to identify the role of voluntary work in improving the social capital and enhancing sustainable development in the Saudi community. Methodology: Participants were (245) volunteers who were members of the Saudi Volunteer Organization (Takatuf). Their ages were between (20-26) years and were all dwelling in Riyadh. The descriptive survey method was used and the main study instrument was a questionnaire developed by the researchers. Main Findings: Analysis of the gathered data to answer the main two questions in the study revealed that voluntary work has a significant role in improving the social capital and achieving sustainable development in the Saudi community. Novelty/Originality of this study: In light of these findings, this study showed the importance of urging people in charge to seriously take into consideration this vital issue related to voluntary work and provide all possible support to institutions of voluntary work in Saudi Arabia in order to help to spread the culture of voluntary work. Moreover, people in charge were recommended to view voluntary work from the perspective of its effective contribution to the development of the social capital and achievement of sustainable development within the community, rather than the perspective of voluntary work as a charitable action.

The purpose of this study was to study the effects of leadership knowledge, work environment, work motivation to the performance of principals of Public Elementary Schools in Rokan Hilir Regency of Riau Province. This research uses the quantitative approach with survey method with causal approach and path analysis technique. This study analyzes the influence of one variable on other variables. The variables studied consist of two kinds, namely exogenous variables and endogenous variables. Exogenous variables have an influence on endogenous variables. While endogenous variables can also affect other endogenous variables. The affordable population which is simultaneously the sampling frame is the entire principals who served in Public Elementary Schools at Rokan Hilir Regency as many as 265 schools. The results of this study indicate that: (1) There is a positive direct effect of leadership knowledge on performance, (2) There is a positive direct effect work environment on performance, (3) There is a positive direct effect of work motivation on performance, (4) There is a positive direct effect of leadership knowledge on work motivation, (5) There is a positive direct effect of work environment on work motivation. Thus, the improvement of teachers’ performance can be achieved well if there is a strong effect from the leadership knowledge, work environment, and work motivation that are well built.  Keywords:   leadership knowledge, work environment, work motivation, and performance

<p>An administrator plays a vital role in the growth and development of his/her subordinates. Despite this notion, the role of an administrator in the context of training programs and transfer of training is not well studied. Therefore, this study is set to examine the relationship between administrator’s role in training programs and training transfer. A survey method was utilized to gather 706 survey questionnaires from employees of local authorities of three cities in the state of Sarawak, Malaysia. The results of SmartPLS path model analysis confirmed that the ability of administrators to properly implement support, communication and assignment in planning and implementing training programs has been an important predictor of training transfer in the studied organization. Further, this study provides discussion, implications and conclusion.</p>

This study aimed to reveal the attitudes of Arabic language teachers of the upper basic stage towards learning bridges activities from their point of view in Mafraq Governorate in Jordan. To achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive survey method was used. The study used an electronic questionnaire consisting of (20) items, It was distributed amongst the study sample members, which consisted of (172) male and female teachers, and they were chosen by the available intentional sample method. The results of the study showed that the degree of the Arabic language teachers’ attitudes of the upper basic stage towards the activities of learning bridges from their point of view was high; with an arithmetic mean (2.40), and the absence of statistically significant differences at the level (α = 0.05) in the estimates of the study sample members due to the variables (gender, educational qualification, training courses), and in light of the results of the study, the researcher presented a group among the recommendations the most important is encouraging and educating teachers in Jordanian schools to benefit from the activities of learning bridges in teaching.

<span lang="EN-US">The purpose of the present study is to evaluate the role of beach tourism in sustainable living of rural families of the Mahmoud Abad Township that this study from the manner of goal is applicable-developmental and is based on the descriptive-survey method. The required data in this research regarding the type of method, is collected as a questionnaire that the people under study in this section are the total families inhabiting the beach villages in the area that the volume of the people under study has been selected using the Cochrane formula as 369 individuals and the field data were collected by the standard questionnaire. The results gathered were analyzed using the statistical examinations of Freedman, one-sided Chi-square, Wilcoxon, spearman, Kendal and Kramer. In the economic analysis section regarding all aspects we have come to this point that beach tourism has influenced the economic aspect of the lives of inhabitants and has improved their economic condition up to a point. Regarding the social and cultural state and with evaluation of related issues to this section, the state of being effected from non-native cultures and the culture of inhabitants being influenced has been evaluated and in relation with environmental circumstances regarding the observations and the state of the area and utilizing the statistical examinations of Wilcoxon results, it should be stated that environmental changes has occurred in a negative way in beaches after tourists’ arrival.</span>

The current study aimed to assess the degree of effectiveness of administrative creativity in Ramtha district schools from the perspective of male and female teachers. The study followed the descriptive survey method; and the population consisted of all male and female teachers of Ramtha schools (2100). The study sample consisted of (420) male and female teachers, selected by the random stratified method. In order to achieve the objectives of the study, a questionnaire consisting of (33) items was used. The results of the study showed that the overall assessment of the degree of effectiveness of administrative creativity in the schools of the Ramtha district from the perspective of the male and female teachers was within average with a mean of (2.99). There were also statistical differences due to the gender variable in favor of females, and the years of experience variable in favor of (5-9) years and (10 years and above). The study recommended the need to conduct continuous training courses and workshops to develop the practices and effectiveness of administrative creativity for school principals.

Inclusive education means that students with disabilities are members of the general education classes and do not belong to any other separate, specialized environment based on the characteristics of their disability. This study is conducted to determine the teachers’ attitudes toward inclusive education in public elementary schools in the northern part of Nueva Vizcaya. The study used descriptivecorrelational survey method of research. The researchers used structured questionnaire in gathering the needed data. The study found out that the teachers have a high acceptance of the idea of inclusive education. The overall attitude of the teachers towards inclusive education was comparable regardless of age, class size and length of service. Teachers who were handling bigger class sizes possess more favorable attitude or they feel so fortunate to be a great help to children with disabilities to feel important and accepted by their non – disabled peers. Teachers who were newer in service were more reluctant on the inclusion of inclusive education probably because they have not been trained or have not acquired the variety and latitude of experiences that were vital in teaching children with disabilities as compared to their counterparts who have rendered more years of services in teaching special children.   Keywords - inclusive education, attitudes, descriptive–correlation, northern part of Nueva Vizcaya
