This study aimed to identify the degree of school principals acquiring of educational technology competencies and its relation to teacher implementation of education technology from teachers point of view, the study used the descriptive analysis correlative approach, two questionnaires were development first one consisted from (20) paragraph, to determine the school principals acquiring of educational technology competences, the second also consisted from (20) paragraph to determine the teacher implementation of education technology , the sample of study consisted from (340) female and male teacher. However, the finding of study showed that the school principals acquiring of educational technology competencies from teacher point of view was average and the teacher implementation of education technology from teacher point of view was also average, the finding also showed there was a statistically significant relationship between the school principals acquiring of educational technology and teacher implementation of them at the level of (α ≤ 0.05). In addition, the finding showed there weren’t any significant relation in the degree of school principals acquiring of educational technology competencies from teacher point of view refers to variable of teacher's sex. Furthermore, there were significant differences at (α ≤ 0.05) according to teacher qualification for higher education.

This study aimed to identify the role of school principals in increasing student interaction with educational platform in light of corona pandemic from teachers' perspectives, the study used the descriptive analysis approach, a questionnaire was development consisted from (31) paragraph, the sample of study consisted from (650) male and female teachers. However, the findings of study showed that the role of school principals in increasing student interaction with educational platform in light of Corona pandemic from the teachers’ point of view came to a medium degree and with an arithmetic mean (3.66), and the arithmetic averages ranged between (1.75-4.60), and there weren’t any significant differences in the degree in the role of school principals in increasing student interaction with educational platform in light of Corona pandemic from teachers' perspectives refer to variable of teacher's sex (male| female). Furthermore, there were significant differences at (α ≤ 0.05) according to teacher qualification for higher education. Therefore, a set of recommendations was set one of the most importance was the necessity of holding training courses for school principals on the concept of educational platforms and benefit from them.

The quality of education is an important issue in the world of education, because by looking at the quality of education can be a reflection of the success of education that is carried out. If the quality of education is good, it can be said that in the implementation of good education, likewise if the quality of education is low, then it can be assumed that in the implementation of education there are serious problems. Therefore this paper was appointed to inspire education observers to pay more attention in maintaining and overseeing the quality of education so that the output or graduates can be relied upon. This article review method uses qualitative. While presenting data using descriptive analysis and designed using a central approach by looking for literature that discusses the quality of education and education technology. The results of this study are the relevance or relationship between educational technology and the quality of education, because the quality of education with regard to everything that achieves the achievement of quality education both in terms of student achievement, teaching quality, and school performance can be achieved well through an educational technology approach. That is because with educational technology involving people who have an important role in the educational problem, it is then regulated by standardized procedures and the next stage is organized for analysis and finding solutions to solve them

The aim of the study was to identify the role of the school administration in employing the educational technology in the educational process from the point of view of the teachers of the private schools in Amman Governorate. To achieve this goal, a questionnaire was developed consisting of (30) sections divided into three areas: employment of education technology, Increase the motivation of teachers to use information, and the sample of the study consisted of (74) teachers and teachers, and the study reached the following results: 1-  The role of school administration in the employment of learning technology in the educational process in private schools in the province of Amman from the point of view of teachers was a medium. 2- There are no statistically significant differences at the level of (α0.05) for the role of school administration in employing learning technology in private schools in Amman Governorate from the point of view of teachers

The modern education technology course is a compulsory course of teacher professional in Colleges and universities, after years of teaching practice, the teaching content and teaching form has been relatively mature, but there are still some problems: the contradiction between class hour and teaching content; the limitations of communication between teachers-students and students-students, the lack of collaborative learning, etc. Put forward the way and scheme by using QQ group to solve the above problems.

    This study aimed to: Identify the leadership style prevailing among public school principals in Hail from the teachers ’point of view, and to reveal the statistical significance of the differences in the estimates of the study sample individuals of the leadership style prevailing among school principals, which may due to variables of (educational stage, number of years of experience, and specialization). The researcher used the descriptive method, and prepared a questionnaire consisting of (24) statements distributed to (3) dimensions, which are: Democratic style, authoritarian style and chaotic style. The current study population included all the teachers of public education schools in Hail, who numbered (9390) teachers. The questionnaire was applied to a random sample of (296) teachers. The study found a set of results, the most important of which are: The prevailing leadership style among school principals is the democratic style, followed by the authoritarian style, and then the chaotic style. Where the democratic style obtained a mean (4.18) and a high degree of approval from the study sample, while the domineering style obtained a mean (1.83) and a low degree of approval from the study sample, and the chaotic style obtained an average (1.73) and a low degree of approval. Very members of the study sample. The results also showed that there are statistically significant differences in the degree of the study sample’s estimates of the leadership style prevailing among school principals due to the variable of years of experience, while there are no statistically significant differences in the degree of the study sample’s estimates of the leadership style prevailing among school principals due to the variables of the educational stage or specialization. In light of these results, the researcher recommended organizing training courses for school principals to enlighten them about the modern trends in educational leadership, and urged school principals to follow the democratic style of administration.

  The study aimed to identify the reality of educational transformations for primary school students in light of the Corona pandemic from the point of view of school principals in the Northern Jordan Valley. A number of (35) principals in the Northern Jordan Valley were chosen intentionally, and the study reached the following results: the results of the interviews of the respondents showed that the educational relations were limited and transformed from the school system with its elements to the home system with its elements, and to the transfer of the process of receiving the educational authority From administrators and teachers in the school to parents and older brothers at home, and because of the shift in the spatial presence and the abolition of the role of the director and the teacher as an educational process and its transfer to the educational platforms that came during the Corona pandemic, the educational burden and follow-up became entrusted to a very high rate estimated at (80%). As the student’s dependence on himself and his parents, and in light of the results of the study, the researcher made several recommendations for the need to conduct more studies and research Related to the educational reality and its transformations in light of the Corona pandemic at other age and educational stages, and the need to think of solutions to students’ problems resulting from their confinement to educational platforms and their lack of mixing with their peers.

Educational technology as applied science that changes the definition over time makes the study area and contribution of Educational Technology in the education system at Indonesia also changed. This study is to identify the implementation of Educational Technology areas that have been applied in school institutions at elementary school, so in the future undergraduate researchers can do further research. This study is a descriptive research and has a survey method. The purpose of this study is identifying the implementation of Educational Technology areas that have been applied in elementary school institutions consisting of the area of creating, using, managing and evaluation. This study conducted at SDN Tegal Alur 09 From August to October 2017. To collect the data, this study used a questionnaire sheet, an interview sheet, and documentation. The result of this study has two types data, first, in quantitave data all of Educational Technology areas have been applied in school institution, but only three areas, which get a very good score, meanwhile creating the area get a low score. Second, in descriptive analysis data, there are some indicators of creating the area that haven’t been applied yet, but on the other hand, some indicators in all of areas that have been applied still in the simple and restricted form. Based on the result, educational technology as the study and ethical practice to facilitate learning needs to be introduced closer to the school institutions, because school institution still doesn’t know the existence of educational technology and its areas.   References Arikunto, S. This study aimed to identify the impact of school principals' practice of re-engineering administrative processes on achieving quality assurance standards from the point of view of educational supervisors in the Kasbah Brigade. A survey method was used. The sample consisted of (42) supervisors. The results of the study showed that the degree of practitioners of public schools to re-engineering administrative processes from the point of view of educational supervisors in the Kasbah Brigade was high. Furthermore, the degree of achieving the quality assurance standards from the point of view of the educational supervisors in the Kasbah Brigade was moderate. The study recommended that the principal should pay attention to continuously improve the administrative processes in all its aspects and devise new ways to manage the school and perform its various tasks.
