Danau Lait became famous after going viral on social media because of its natural beauty and uniqueness. Located in Subah Village, Sanggau Regency in West Kalimantan Province. Currently, Danau Lait is starting to be visited by many people. Based on references to the number of visitors to Lake Lait in recent months, it has reached more than 8000 visitors. The surge in visitors to Lake Lait is not matched by the accommodation that accommodates the needs of visitors. Therefore, we need a place or place for refreshing and comfortable rest for visitors, namely in the form of a Resort hotel. The function of a Resort hotel is not only to stay but also to enjoy the natural attractions of Danau Lait. The design of this Resort hotel uses the concept of a Neo-vernacular approach, which is a combination of the concept of traditional buildings and modern buildings which are emphasized on the building's facade. The use of this concept also aims to give an identity to the Hotel Resort Danau Lait building. Based on the existing problems, it is possible to create a Resort hotel with a Neo-vernacular approach that can accommodate the needs of tourists visiting Danau Lait.

The article deals with various aspects of plagiarism: definition (discriminating it from cheating and copyright violation), types (intended / unintended), involved people, causes, prevention, detection and punishment of plagiarism. A survey (questionnaire containing 42 items to be assessed in a 5-point Likert scale and one open- ended item) was conducted in Georgia. The questionnaire developed based on the literature review was uploaded on social media in three variants (to analyze the results separately and compare them): for students, for researchers and for assessors. The obtained results revealed that the opinions of the three groups of respondents differed to a certain degree, but were quite similar, eventually. The survey disclosed the existing problems, such as: lack of academic writing (in the native and especially foreign language) and research skills, lack of training in avoiding plagiarism, insufficiently clear university policies in the area, the emphasis on punishment instead of prevention, etc. Based on the obtained results recommendations for universities are given concerning plagiarism policies.

Riam Angan Tembawang Village is located in Jelimpo District, Landak Regency, West Kalimantan Province. Angan Tembawang Village has interesting natural tourism to visit, such natural objects are rivers and waterfalls and are called Riam Angan Tembawang. This study aims to determine the natural tourist attraction of Riam Angan Tembawang Village, Jelimpo District, Landak Regency. This research was conducted by the descriptive method. Data obtained by direct interviews with respondents about the attractiveness of attractions and fill out a list of questions. The results of the calculation of all the assessment criteria for attraction of Riam Angan Tembawang attraction as well as the elements and sub-elements, namely natural beauty 26,66%, the uniqueness of natural resources 22,36 %, the amount of potential natural resources 22,22 %, natural resource 26,63 %, sensitivity of natural resources 17,08 %, types of nature tourism activities 28,33 %, air cleanliness and location no effect 25,77 %, vulnerability of encroachment and the fire 11,11 %. All elements of attraction assess by the Riam Angan Tembawang tourism are 1.080,96 and this area has good area attractions (B) to be developed into a tourist attraction.Keywords: attraction, nature, riam angan tembawang, tourist attraction.

Only a few institutions are professionals in managing waqf in West Kalimantan Province. Baitulmaal Munzalan Indonesia Foundation (BMI) is present as one solution for people who want to donate their fund’s waqf through money in the industrial revolution 4.0 era. Having only been established for three years, BIM has managed to raise funds cash waqf of Rp. 2.9 billion. This paper aims to explain the strategies and constraints faced by BMI in collecting endowment funds through money in the digital age. By using the type of field research and data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and Focus Grup Discussion (FGD), there are two research results in this paper. First, the strategies used by BMI in developing cash waqf in the digital age are companies through social media (Facebook pages and Instagram) and tablig. Kampanye through social media is the most dominant strategy used by BMI and has enormous potential. Secondly, the obstacle felt by BMI in managing and developing cash waqf is negative perceptions from the community (external obstacle). Based on the results of this study, the authors argue that marketing through social media not only has positive implications for for-profit institutions but also non-profit institutions such as BMI in collecting and managing cash waqf in Indonesia.

A city of Pariangan is an old city in Minangkabau. A city called as the area of origin of the ancestors of the Minangkabau people that have a lot of potential both natural beauty and culture that is still exist and protected. Through the design of brand identity, the various potentials in the city of Pariangan is such a beautiful way that the creation of an effective promotional activities. So it can increase the number of tourists visiting both local and foreign. This will affect the economic sector of the community, either directly or indirectly. In the application of the concept that is inspired from the unique visual design of Pariangan city. Like the illumination motif of the ancient manuscript of Pariangan such as "Kambang Reno", a pointed roof typically of Minangkabau, roof terraced from the old mosque that became the pride of society and the typical stairs of Pariangan city. The color choice of yellow, brown and green to symbolize the natural cycles are some process of planting to harvest the rice. A brand identity of Pariangan city are designed into logos and supporting media such as stationaries, sovenir and social media that synergize together into a visual unity. The Synergy between the media will affect the image formation of the Pariangan city itself to be easier to remember and recognizeable by tourists. The successfulness of this brand identity affects the cooperation of various parties to always be consistent to apply and use this brand.

The World Health Organization (WHO) declared the COVID-19 outbreak has resulted in more than six million confirmed cases and more than 371,000 deaths globally on June 1, 2020. The incident sparked a flood of scientific research to help society deal with the virus, both inside and outside the medical domain. Research related to public health analysis and public conversations about the spread of COVID-19 on social media is one of the highlights of researchers in the world. People can analyze information from social media as supporting data about public health. Analyzing public conversations will help the relevant authorities understand public opinion and information gaps between them and the public, helping them develop appropriate emergency response strategies to address existing problems in the community during the pandemic and provide information on the population's emotions in different contexts. However, research related to the analysis of public health and public conversations was so far conducted only through supervised analysis of textual data. In this study, we aim to analyze specifically the sentiment and topic modeling of Indonesian public conversations about the COVID-19 on Twitter using the NLP technique. We applied some methods to analyze the sentiment to obtain the best classification method. In this study, the topic modeling was carried out unsupervised using Latent Dirichlet Allocation (LDA). The results of this study reveal that the most frequently discussed topic related to the COVID-19 pandemic is economic issues.

Background social media can be a friend or an easy to use means of communication. Instagram is the most used social media and active users of all ages. Social media (Instagram) affects cognitive behavior which can lead to changes in a person’s behavior, because a person’s behavior is influenced by what is known or understood. Objectives the purpose of this study is to know and describe cognitive behavior and the use of social media (Instagram) in students from Bengkayang, West Kalimantan who received a scholarship from the local government. Method quantitative with a cross sectional study approach. Respondents in the study are students from Bengkayang, West Kalimantan studying in UKSW, who met the research criteria. Research sample used purposive sampling of 39 respondents. The instrument used to collect data was a Cognitive Behavior of the Instagram Use Instruments. The results of the Cronbach alpha test for the cognitive behavior of Instagram users are 0,916 and the use of Instagram has a Cronbach alpha value of 0,664. Analysis of statistical test data using the SPSS version 20 program Pearson Product Moment, the significance value of p-value <0,05. Result the significance value of the research results showed that it was 0,000 < 0,05 with Pearson correlation 0,669 which shows the correlation between variables. Conclusion there is a strong correlation between cognitive behavior and social media use in a positive direction, which indicates that respondents use Instagram positively.

Penelitian dilakukan di Dusun Serukam, Desa Pasti Jaya, Kecamatan Samalantan, Kabupaten Bengkayang, Provinsi Kalimantan Barat, yaitu di lokasi Pos Intai Belanda Bukit Van Dering. Keberadaan pos intai tersebut masih belum diketahui secara luas oleh masyarakat baik yang berada di sekitar Kabupaten Bengkayang maupun di luar daerah Kabupaten Bengkayang. Saat ini, kondisi bangunan pos intai cukup memprihatinkan dan terkesan dilupakan keberadaannya baik oleh masyarakat mapun pemerintah setempat. Tujuan penelitian untuk memahami rencana pemugaran kawasan Pos Intai Belanda Bukit Van Dering di Serukam sebagai kawasan pariwisata peninggalan sejarah kolonial Belanda di Bumi Sebalo Bengkayang. Metode penelitian bersifat kualitatif dengan melakukan wawancara mendalam terkait Pos Intai Belanda terhadap narasumber yang dapat dipercaya serta ditunjang dengan data dari dinas terkait. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan belum adanya perhatian pemerintah dalam menginventarisasi dan merevitalisasi peninggalan sejarah Pos Intai Belanda di Bukit Van Dering Serukam serta belum ada upaya untuk memperkenalkan kawasan pariwisata sejarah Pos Intai Bukit Van Dering. Lokasi Pos Intai tersebut berada pada kawasan Bukit Van Dering dengan keindahan alam sangat alami dan lestari yang cukup potensial untuk dikembangkan menjadi sebuah kawasan pariwisata khas Kabupaten Bengkayang tetapi belum tersentuh oleh pembangunan pariwisata. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa harus ada kerjasama dengan pelibatan setiap unsur pemangku kepentingan dalam upaya merevitalisasi situs Pos Intai Van Dering, serta dapat memanfaatkannya sebagai sumberdaya pariwisata dan materi pembelajaran muatan lokal di Kabupaten Bengkayang.The research was conducted in Dusun Serukam, Desa Pasti Jaya, Kecamatan Samalantan, Kabupaten Bengkayang in the Province of West Kalimantan, which was at the location of the Dutch Lookout Post of Bukit Van Dering. Not many people, either in or outside Bengkayang, know about the existence of this lookout post. Presently, the condition of the construction of the lookout post is devastating and seems to have been forgotten by the community and the local government. The objective of this study was to determine the plan to restore the area of the Dutch Lookout Post of Bukit Van Dering in Serukam as a tourism area of the Dutch colonial history and heritage of Bumi Sebalo in Bengkayang. This research used a qualitative method and carried out by in-depth interviews related to the Dutch Lookout Post and supported by data obtained from relevant agencies. The results suggest that the government has not conducted inventory and revitalization of the Dutch Lookout Post of Bukit Van Dering in Serukam. There has not been attempt also to introduce this historical tourism area. The lookout post was built on Bukit Van Dering surrounded by natural beauty and potential for the development of a tourism area.

Sebatih Village is a village located in Sengah Temila District, Landak Regency, West Kalimantan Province. One of the hamlets in the village of Sebatih is Keranji Birah Hamlet which has interesting natural tourism to visit, such natural objects are rivers and waterfalls and is called Riam Sabada. Riam Sabada cascade is unique with natural environmental conditions. This study aims to determine the natural tourist attraction of Riam Sabada is Sebatih Village, Sengah Temila District. This research was conducted by the descriptive method. Data obtained by direct interviews with respondents about the attractiveness of attractions and fill out a list of questions. The results of the calculation of all the assessment criteria for attraction of Riam Sabada attraction as well as the elements and sub-elements, namely natural beauty 20.5%, the uniqueness of natural resources 18.16%, the amount of potential natural resources 19%, natural resource 21,16 %, sensitivity of natural resources 19.83%, types of nature tourism activities 16.5%, air cleanliness and location no effect 18.83%, vulnerability of encroachment and the fire 18.66%. All elements of attraction assessment by the Riam Sabada tourism are 915.84 and this area has good area attractions (B) to be developed into a tourism object.Keywords: attraction, nature, riam sabada, tourist attraction

Gerindra presented an ad under the title of “Indonesia Bergerak Bersama Gerindra dan Rakyat version Sarjana Kerja Kerja Kerja!”, but due to the use of symbols and visualization, it became viral and caused controversy in the community. This study aims to determine the opinion of millennials response after watching the ads. The research is qualitative research approach used is the analysis of the reception, the technique of collecting data is using interviews, observation and document analysis. The theory used to analyze the meaning of the audience is the encoding-decoding, reception analysis theory and new media theory. The result of this study indicate three position of millennials reception, namely a dominant, negotiated, and oppositional position. In the dominant position, it’s considered as a good political ad because it successfully criticizes the government by presenting the reality of the existing problems. In the negotiating position, millennials saw the ads containing a message of criticism without a solution, in this condition millennials refused some symbols such as the use of profession symbols and titles in it, while in the opposition position, millennials considered the ads irrelevant and interpret it as a black campaign. There are several factors that become the benchmark of the millennials in perceiving that ads in social media like the character of millennials, education background, job, experience and view or tendencies to political parties. This research contributes in the form of policy recommendations to the Gerinda Party to pay more attention to solutions to criticism of advertising so as not to cause new problems.
