On April 2021, the world population were 7.9 billion of which United Nations estimates were 1.65% COVID-19 cases included the Ethiopia in report. The main objective of the study was identify the challenges of in control COVID-19.Methods: The cross-sectional study design was used November to February 2021 in Injibera from Ethiopia. The total 385 respondents using simple random sampling were interviewed. The chi-square test of association and ordinal logistic regression was applied to identify the effect of predictor variables on challenges in control COVID-19.Results: Out of 385 respondents 277(71.95%) were high challenges in control COVID-19 in Injibera. There was a significant relationship with social media and challenges of in control virus (p-value = 0.047). The variables considered social media, housing status and influence were significant relationship with challenges of in control virus (p-value < 5%). Facebook users were the responsible causes of challenges in control COVID-19 (p-value = 0.023). The more social media followed, decreased the occurrence of challenges in control virus. In addition, a unit increase rented, the challenges in control virus decreased by 0.60 times (p-value = 0.009).Conclusion: Winning against the coronavirus together with world couldn’t be a marathon. Introduction: Understanding the epidemiological pattern and causes of poisoning is the first step to prevent and reduce complications and mortality due to poisoning in children. Given that no study has been conducted on this subject in Yazd, this study aimed to determine the epidemiology pattern of poisoning in children admitted to the referral teaching hospitals in Yazd and Taft cities during 2014-2019. Materials and Methods: This descriptive cross-sectional study was conducted on 238 children under the age of 15 who have been admitted to Shahid Sadoughi hospital in Yazd and Shahid Beheshti hospital in Taft city during 2014-2019. The data were analyzed by SPSS version 20.0 using descriptive statistics, Pearson correlation, and Chi-square. In all the statistical analyses, a P-value of less than 0.05 was considered significant. Results: The results showed that the frequency of poisonings was higher in girls (58%), in summer (31.1%), and in urban areas (82.8%). Most cases of poisoning aged less than 15 years (75.1%). The main cause of poisoning in children was drug poisoning (60.5%), followed by cleansing products (10.1%). The most common clinical manifestations included neurological signs (33.6%). During 2014-2019, the frequency of drugs and pesticide poisonings decreased; while poisoning due to drug-opioids and cleansing products increased (P = 0.04). Also, 3 deaths occurred due to poisoning during this period. Conclusion: The higher prevalence of drug and cleansing products poisoning in children under the age of 15 indicates involuntary poisoning in this group. Therefore, proper storage of these substances and more parental care can reduce poisonings in children.

Psychiatric health nurses work with patients who experience ineffective coping mechanisms for the illness they are experiencing. This makes psychiatric nurses often deal with patients who show different types of symptoms with behavioural problems such as violence, assault, and suicide when hospitalized for anxiety and stress for nurses. The purpose of this study was to determine the difference of anxiety level and stress on nurses in acute room and intermediate room. The type of this study was quantitative with comparative analytic design using cross sectional study approach. The sample in this study were 19 acute room nurses and 90 intermediate room nurses. This research was conducted in April 2018 in the treatment room at RSJ Riau Province. The measuring tool used the DASS 42 questionnaire using anxiety and stress questionnaires. The analysis used univariate and bivariate analysis using independent t test statistic for stress variable and Mann Whitney Test for anxiety variable. The results of this study showed there was no difference in the level of anxiety on the nurses in the acute room and intermediate room seen from p value of 0.952 (> 0.05). And there is a difference of stress level on nurses in acute room and intermediate room seen from p value 0,000 (<0,005). Based on the results of this study, nurses are expected to recognize the response level of anxiety and stress experienced by nurses.

More than 500 million adolescents aged 10-14 years in developing countries have had sex for the first time under the age of 15 years. Increased adolescent sexual behavior has an impact on the high number of underage marriages. This study aims to prove whether there is an effect of social media exposure on adolescent sexual behavior in high school. The research site used is in the first place with the highest number of teenage pregnancies, namely 14 people. This type of research is an analytic survey with a cross-sectional study approach, using a chi-square statistical test. The sample in this study was 40 respondents. The results showed that x 2 calculated the value of p = 0.000 (<0.05), which means that there is an influence of social media exposure on adolescent sexual behavior in high school.

Smoking is a serious health problem among teenagers, marked by the increasing number of teen smokers every year. This study aimed to determine factors associating with smoking behavior in class XI students at SMAN 4 Kupang. This type of research was quantitative, with a cross-sectional study approach. The total sample was 71 people selected by a simple random sampling technique. Data analysis used the chi-square statistical test. The results showed that three variables, namely: knowledge, peer smoking habits, and self-image, associated with smoking behavior (p-value = 0.056; 0.051; 0.056; and 0.075, respectively). Therefore, the school should increase awareness and restrict the smoking behavior of students by enforcing rules and sanctions for students who smoke in the school environment.

The increase self-regulation learning has an important role related to academic stress management. First-year students are faced with various academic rules and demands that cause first year students to be stressed. This research analyze the correlation between self-regulation learning and academic stress of first-year students of the Faculty of Nursing, University of Jember. This research method is a cross-sectional study of 126 first-year students using cluster random sampling techniques. Bivariate analysis using Kendall tau b correlation (α <0.05 CI = 95%). The research instruments used were Self-Regulated Learning (Cronbach Alpha = 0.864) and Educational Stress Scale for Adolescents (Cronbach Alpha = 0.849). The result of Kendall tau b correlation test results show p-value 0.015 (α < 0.05) and t = - 0.150. This study found that self-regulation learning correlated to academic stress first-year students of the Faculty of Nursing, University of Jember. The correlation results showed a negative relationship direction with very weak strength, the higher self-regulation learning, the lower level of perceived academic stress. From the results and conclusions, researcher hopes that of first-year nursing faculty students can make more efforts to improve self-regulation learning process as an effort to deal with various problems during the lecture period.

Dengue fever is a disease in humans caused by a virus that infects an estimated 50 million people in the tropics and sub-tropics every year. Aedes aegypti is the main vector of the disease that has a high adaptability to cans in breeding. Various attempts have been made to reduce the incidence of this disease, including PSN (mosquito nest elimination), fumigation, and abatisasi but in fact until now the incidence of dengue fever is still quite high. The purpose of this study to determine the relationship of knowledge and attitude with motivation of Jumanior to elimination nest mosquito in SD NU and Nurul Islam Pare. This research method using correlational design with cross sectional study. The sample in this study is Jumanior (elementary school students as larva monitoring juniors) of 40 people obtained by purposive sampling. The dependent variable are the knowledge and attitudes, independent variable is Jumanior’s motivation measured in the implementation of PSN by questionnaire. Data analized with a statistical test Chi Square. The results showed relationship between the level of knowledge and motivation with strong relationships and a positive direction (cc= 0.733 and p-value = 0.002) and relationship between attitude and motivation with the power relationships in a strong category, positive direction, (cc = 0.724 and p value = 0.014). Jumanior with good knowledge about the prevention of dengue fever will affect the attitude which will lead to Jumanior in implementing PSN. PSN should be included in the material in UKS or extracurricular engaged in the health sector, so that it can be a medium of information for students who play an important role in this regard as change agent in the home environment and health to maintain a healthy school environment.
