Neurolink is the work product from Musk in the year 2016, which was about to develop an implantable and high-brain -computer interface (BCI). The treatment for the sensory and motor activities Brain-machine Interface (BMI) is also used for the treatment of neurological problems. The aim of this review is to explore some detailed information regarding the recent advances in Neurolink project - the benefits, merits as well as the demerits it has. This concept that is a project with neuro link was completely a new idea, and the modern world needed equipment like this, to help people with neurological disorders since the turn of the century. This new invention has a three stated goal, the first and most predominant one was for treating any kind of neurological disorders, and the second one is for the people who met with an accident and last and final was to create BMI. For example, a paralyzed person can use a BMI to move a mouse cursor or a robotic arm. Such options let them retain more independence. This idea of developing BMI of Musk was completely a new idea, and it was positive towards people, and cost-effective means of delivering neurosurgical care to underserved areas are the conclusions from the initial experience of this new project. This review is an attempt to update the recent advance of Neurolink project; further research is the need of the hour to know about its complete use for human beings.

In a fast-changing world different social institutions and organizations have emerged in order to maintain the well-being or the harmonious existence of human beings and much contribution has been done in the maintenance and the promotion of well-being of humanity. However, the modern era with its rapid developments confronted with many challenges such as environmental pollution, serious health issues, population growth and scarcity of food & sheltered specially the direct man-made issues related to the peace and co-existence of humanity. As a result, physical, social, mental and spiritual well-being has been greatly affected and damaged. Buddhist teachings emphasize that peace is dependent on the physical, social, mental and spiritual well-being of individuals living up wards in any society. Thus, it signifies a state of harmony and friendship, calmness and quietness and also the freedom from war and violence. Hence in the achievement of harmony and peace most significant is the identification and verification of the fundamental issues with impartiality, justice and honesty that lead to the warfare between the nations or countries which is the Buddhist standpoint. In the modern world warfare takes place from many aspects. They have been able to avoid such which is the only fact that humanity can be proud of in this civilized world. However, the situations within some countries are not satisfactory especially in some Asian and Middle East countries where there is divesting warfare between the divided groups who have the underhand support by the powerful. Such lead to the attitudinal change in the people where as their social consciousness becomes widened and deepened. Thus, the attitudinal change gradually takes place which is the key factor for lasting peace in the sustainable developmental countries. Thus (a) Respect for morality (b) Attitudinal change (c) Widening of social consciousness (d) Establishment of higher ideals are the key elements found in Buddhist teachings in theory and upwards practice.

Da'wah is an obligation for everyone, especially someone who has been equipped with religious knowledge in depth, because the substance of the da'wah is to invite to the good and leave all forms of renunciation in a good way and and equipped with adequate knowledge, as well as its activities so that the message from The mission reaches the desired target. The development of the era marked by the fast flow of globalization can be felt by the people to all corners of this country. This causes us to have to rack my brain to develop strategies so that the preaching delivered can be accepted in a society that is very aware of worldly technology and modernization in various fields of life. Therefore, conventional propaganda activities tend to be less heard and sought after by the public today. In response to these problems it seems that Islamic music can be used as an effective means of da'wah today. We can assume that Islamic music is art, and art is beauty. By nature human beings are very fond of beauty, so it would be nice if preaching is delivered through media that is preferred by humans. In this study the authors collected data from various reference sources relating to Islamic da'wah and music that explained the relationship of Da'wah with Islamic music, the material and content delivered, the delivery strategy, the delivery ethics and other supporting matters, so that the propaganda activities through Islamic music can well realized and achieve the desired goals.

In the modern world, most of the people are engaged in their work for most of the time. So, they could not monitor their health regularly but taking care of health is a vital one for the human beings in this generation. In order to provide solutions for this problem, a Smart healthcare device is necessary for people to monitor their condition continuously which may not be provided outside hospitals. It helps in town areas and villages where nearby healthcare centers can be in contact with city hospitals regarding the health condition of the patient. In hospitals, patient’s health rate like pulse rate needs to be consistently observed. This proposed device is mainly designed for continual observation of the health parameters of the patients. The patient’s health parameters are displayed on the designed device as well as transmitted to their trusted contacts using the Wi-Fi cloud. In this device, we used the pulse oximetry sensor to monitor the health parameters like blood oxygen level, blood pressure, hemoglobin, stressed and heart rate. And the measuring health parameters were display in the OLED display and the data were stored in Wi-Fi cloud and transmit the parameters with the blynk application.

Without self-understanding we cannot hope for Enduring solutions to environmental problems, Which are fundamentally human problems. —Yi-Fu Tuan, 1974 Human beings interact both with the social world and nature. Both, economic development and stable environment are required for the continual improvement of lifestyle and living standards of the people in the society and for the Earth Community as a whole. But until now, the development was human oriented and limited to rich nations. The development was achieved by damaging the environment and over exploitation of natural resources which were nonrenewable. That caused instability of environment and crossed the threshold limit of environmental damage. The major challenge of our times is to find new and practical ways of drawing inspiration from the rich diversity of human experience as well as modern scientific insights in order to establish effective means of governing human behavior to ensure that we contribute to the prosperity of the whole Earth Community instead of destroying it.

ABSTRACTHealth is the fundamental right of human beings and the constitution of Nepal also envisages that the statewill follow the policy of developing health of the people to improve their living standards. The nationalhealth policy and the evolution of health services in Nepal reveal that there have been attempts to reach allthe citizens with quality services. Health is defined and understood in different ways by different people. However, health of the population is determined by situation and services outside the purview of healthservices. The extent to which health services can influence health of the people is limited and there aregroups of people who advocate that the physicians be active outside the area of health services and medicalcare to promote health.Ideally the principles that guide the health services are equity, quality, relevance and cost- effectiveness, efficiency and compassion. The values of beneficence, non-malfeasance and autonomy also form thecornerstone of the health services. Review of the current health services in Nepal show that further effortsare needed for our health services to achieve those principles. The health services are yet to reach all thepopulation, there is a variation in the quality of services available at different places of the country. Thereis not much information on the cost-effectiveness of the services. A perusal of the health literature from thedeveloped countries recognize that medical harm is one of the important cause of illness but the similarstudies is lacking in our country. The issue of autonomy is still in infancy in Nepal. There is not muchevidence of efforts for quality assurance of the services available.A functional collaboration between medical education, health services and medical practitioners is expectedto achieve ideal values in the health services. There have been a number of international and nationalefforts to bring changes in medical education, medical practices and health care system to make the healthservices more equitable, relevant, and cost-effective and of high quality. The competences and attitudes thephysicians must have in order to provide principle-centered health services have been identified by a numberof studies. Similarly the ways to achieve those goals through better collaboration among the principalstakeholders as well as what physicians themselves can do with assistance from these stakeholders havebeen suggested.Key Words: medical education, medical practices, professional councils, health services, and principles of health services, equality and heath.

The paradigm of communication between people is changing along with global changes in the modern world. This process is related to the integration of technology into everyday life and represents an expansion of the signs and symbolic environment in the field of communication: more and more new images are appearing designed to mark the attributes of the modern world. Pictorial form of communication is a simplified, cost-effective means of communication. That is why it is widely used in education, rehabilitation, navigation systems of public spaces, web and human interaction with cyberphysical systems. However, modern pictographic systems are fragmented and poorly systematized in a constant race for compliance with the requirements of the modern world. They are almost not investigated in their practical application and are limited in their expressive possibilities. This article is devoted to the description of the initial stage of empirical research of pictographic language LoCoS and the stages of development of an alternative keyboard for communication based on it. The conclusion is made about the possibility of the existence of a universal pictographic language on the basis of its semantic and technological improvement.

Human beings have always left signs of their activities behind them. These signs take both tangible and intangible forms, including buildings, sites, sculptural works, antiquities, rock art paintings, belief systems, and traditions. The people of this millennium have recognized the remains of our fore-bears namely archaeological, architectural monuments, sites, and cultural works as an integral part of the cultural heritage of all humanity. They also recognized the fact that heritage is an invaluable source of information about the lives and activities of human beings and their artistic and technical capabilities over the centuries. The Nigerian Ancient Art Tradition which spans eight thousand years is a product of diverse artists from Dufuna, Nok, Igbo-Ukwu, Ife, Owo, Benin, Tada, etc. Also remarkable are the sculptural works created by late Susanne Wenger (an Austrian) and her New Sacred Art Movement in Osun-Osogbo Sacred Grove, which gave meaning to open spaces within the grove. This paper examines the role played by these artworks to project Nigeria to the global art world. The benefits to Nigeria and the global art traditions and recommendations on how to revive this dwindling economic resource will also be examined. The approach used was to study the artworks produced by some of these artists. Some of the findings were that the works were carefully done with suitable materials that have withstood climate change.

Abstract Over the last few decades, finite element analysis has become an integral part of the overall tire design process. Engineers need to perform a number of different simulations to evaluate new designs and study the effect of proposed design changes. However, tires pose formidable simulation challenges due to the presence of highly nonlinear rubber compounds, embedded reinforcements, complex tread geometries, rolling contact, and large deformations. Accurate simulation requires careful consideration of these factors, resulting in the extensive turnaround time, often times prolonging the design cycle. Therefore, it is extremely critical to explore means to reduce the turnaround time while producing reliable results. Compute clusters have recently become a cost effective means to perform high performance computing (HPC). Distributed memory parallel solvers designed to take advantage of compute clusters have become increasingly popular. In this paper, we examine the use of HPC for various tire simulations and demonstrate how it can significantly reduce simulation turnaround time. Abaqus/Standard is used for routine tire simulations like footprint and steady state rolling. Abaqus/Explicit is used for transient rolling and hydroplaning simulations. The run times and scaling data corresponding to models of various sizes and complexity are presented.
