The research aimed to determine the effect work culture and competence on commitment and performance employee at PT. Nindya Karya (Persero). The research used quantitative approach by basing the rational principle study. The analysis was carried out using the sem analysis method and processed using SPSS AMOS 26. Data from permanent employees of PT Nindya Karya (Persero) were determined based on proportional sampling. A total of 250 respondents were drawn from 5 branch offices in Indonesia. Data collection uses questionnaires as the main instrument, interviews, and observations. The results showed that: 1) Work culture has a positive and significant effect on employee work commitments at the Office of PT. Nindya Karya (Persero), 2) Work Culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Office of PT. Nindya Karya (Persero), 3) Competence has a positive and significant effect on employee work commitments at the Office of PT. Nindya Karya (Persero), 4) Competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Office of PT. Nindya Karya (Persero), 5) Improved work culture will reduce performance through work commitments at the office of PT. Nindya Karya (Persero), 6) Increased competence will reduce performance through work commitments at the office of PT. Nindya Karya (Persero).

An organization of good governance should have the motivation of employees with high job of work and discipline. If employees work well in accordance with the ability and motivation work influenced by their skills and responsible for his job as a form of discipline work and an organization that will be able to more developed ease the achievement of the purpose of the organization. The purpose of this study are (1) the correlation between work motivation with employee performance, (2) the correlation between work discipline with employee performance, (3) the correlation between work motivation and work discipline with the performance of employees in educational department of mojokerto.A method in this research was used a quantitative approach. The techniques to take data collection here is closed questionnaires and Data processing techniques uses correlation product moment test and multiple correlation with the significant level of 5% to know is there any relationship between the variables or not. The result showed that (1) it is proved that there is correlation between work motivation and performance of employees with a correlation coefficient of 0.792, (2) there is a correlation between the work discipline with employee performance with a correlation coefficient of 0.981, (3) there is a correlation between work motivation and work discipline with the employee's performance with a correlation coefficient of 0.981. Based on the analysis of the data above it can be concluded that there are correlation between work motivation and work discipline with the employees performance in educational department of mojokerto.

The purpose of this research are: 1) To know and analyze the description for the work environment, work stress, and performance of permanent employees of PT "S", 2) To know and analyze whether there is influence between the work environment on the performance of permanent employees PT "S", 3 ) To know and to analyze whether there is influence between work stress on performance of permanent employee of PT "S", 4) To know and analyze whether there is influence between work environment and work stress to performance of regular employees of PT "S". This research using descriptive and explanatory analysis. This research is taken 45 regular employees at PT "S", Jakarta. The technique of data collection used survey method by distributing questionnaires, which then processed with program SPSS 22.0. The result shows a significant influence of work environment and work stress on performance.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of competence and motivation on employee performance. This research uses a quantitative approach with a simple linear regression method. Data collection techniques consist of observation, questionnaire and interview. Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of direct com- pensation variable and indirect compensation variable on motivation variable, to determine the effect of direct compensation variable and indirect compen- sation variable on employee performance variable, and to determine the effect of direct compensation and indirect compensation variable on employee per- formance variable with motivation as intervening variable This kind of re- search is explanatory research with quantitative approach by using question- naire. Research sample are 55 employee of PT. Citra Buana Prakarsa. This re- search use descriptive analysis method, path analysis, partially and simul- taneity trial. Statistical calculations show that direct compensation  signify- cantly contributing to work motivation with value 0.347, and indirect compen- sation significantly contributing the work motivation with value 0.379. Direct compensation significantly contributing to employee performance with value0.590. Indirect compensation significantly contributing to employee perfor- mance with value 0.529. The tax revenue in West Java has not fully realized and developed in accordance with the planned target. In line with reality, the employee performance in the Directorate General of Taxation should greatly determine the amount of tax revenue in West Java. Their performance can be measured based on the terms of quality, namely in achieving predetermined standards. While in the terms of quantity and responsibility, it can be measured based on their achievement on completion targets and following existing work procedures. This research method was carried out descriptively and verified. Assessment of scores on research variables is used as a descriptive method, while Path Analysis method is used both to aim and determine causality between research variables and hypothesis test. The descriptive result showed that Discipline, Compensation, Competency, Motivation, Commitment and Performance are categorized as ‘good’, but nonoptimal in their achievements. Verificative results showed that there are partially and simultaneously positive and significant effects between Discipline, Compensation, and Competency towards Motivation, both directly and indirectly. The most dominant effect on competency. Also, there are positive and significant effects between motivation and commitment towards employee performance in the West Java Regional I Office of Directorate General of Taxation.

This research aims to study, analyze, and determine the effect of Work Cultur and, Organizational Citizenship Behavior on Employee Performance PT Kaltrabu Indah Tour & Travel Banjarmasin. Method of data collection is done by passing the question form on the overall Employee population PT Kaltrabu Indah tours & Travel Banjarmasin totalling 35 people who then established as the sample of respondents with saturated samples or samples (total as many as 35 people) census respondents. Using quantitative and qualitative analysis also linear regression program simple and multiple linear regression as well as using software MS Excell and SPSS Version 20.0.The results were obtained as follows: Partially work culture influence the Employee Performance PT. Kaltrabu Indah Tour & Travel Banjarmasin significant effect. And Partially Organizational Citizenship Behavior influence the Employee Performance PT. Kaltrabu Indah Tour & Travel Banjarmasin significant effect. Simultaneously influence Work Culture and Organizational Citizenship Behavior Employee Performance PT. Kaltrabu Indah Tour & Travel Banjarmasin significant effect.

A leader is a person who has the skills and strengths so as to be able to influence others to carry out certain activities, for the achievement of goals. This study aims to analyze the effect of compensation and transformational leadership on employee performance. Using a sample of 76 employees at PT. Raditya Perkasa, this study used a questionnaire as the main instrument. The collected data were analyzed using multiple linear regression using SPSS 20. The results showed that compensation and transformational leadership had a significant positive effect on employee performance. Partially, this study found that transformational leadership has a stronger effect on employee performance compared to compensation. Furthermore, the values ​​of transformational leadership are considered very important in supporting employee performance. Transformational leadership includes two essential elements, namely relational and dealing with real change so that leaders and followers raise themselves to each other to arrive at certain levels of motivation and performance.

This study aims to explore the contribution effect of individual characteristics on organizational commitment and employee performance. The design of this research is a survey method using a questionnaire. The sampling technique was proportional stratified random. The number of respondents was determined as 125 employees through the table krejcie-morgan of 220 State Civil Servants, obtained 140 units of analysis (State Civil Apparatus at the South Sulawesi Provincial Health Office), only in its implementation there were 15 respondents who gave incomplete responses so that overall only 125 respondents used. The quantitative approach is used to test and prove hypotheses through the use of WarpPLS 6.0. The results of this study indicate that individual characteristics have a significant impact on employee commitment and performance, commitment also shows real results on employee performance. The resulting mediation role test shows that organizational commitment is not stated as a mediator because without the support of organizational commitment, in its implementation individual characteristics are also able to provide tangible results in improving performance.
