This study on relation of pronouns and affixation discusses about pronouns structure and affixes usage in Mooi language. Pronouns structures in Mooi language include personal pronouns, possessive pronouns, interrogative pronouns and demonstrative pronouns. The pronouns forms in Mooi language recognize gender forms and will experience sound changes if they are side by side with the first, second and third personal pronouns. On the other hand, affixations in Mooi language include preffixes, confixes, time marker confixes and personal confixes. The method used in this research is synchronic descriptif method, and the data collecting technique is spoken and listening technique. The data analysis technique is generalisation analysis technique that include several stages of forms and units determination in the corpus to morphology generalisation examination. ABSTRAKKajian tentang relasi pronomina dan afiksasi ini membahas tentang struktur kata ganti dan penggunaan afiks pada bahasa Mooi. Struktur kata ganti pada bahasa Mooi meliputi pronomina persona, pronomina milik, pronomina penanya dan pronomina penujuk. Bentuk pronomina dalam bahasa Mooi mengenal bentuk gender dan akan mengalami perubahan bunyi apabila berdampingan dengan kata ganti orang ke I, II, dan III. Sedangkan afikasasi pada bahasa Mooi meliputi prefiks, konfiks, konfiks penanda waktu dan konfiks persona. Metode yang digunakan dalam peneltian ini adalah metode deskriptif sinkronis, dengan teknik pengumpulan data adalah teknik cakap dan simak. Teknik analisis data yaitu teknik analisis generalisasi yang meliputi beberapa tahapan dari penentuan bentuk dan satuan dalam korpus sampai pada pemeriksaan generalisasi morfologi.

The purpose of this research to describe the detective formulas in Japanese anime produced in the period 2014-2016, including Meitantei Konan I Jigen no, Ryuugajou Nanana No Maizoukin, Sniper Psycho-Pass : The Movie ( Gekijou-ban Psycho-Pass ), Ghost In The Shell, Meitantei Konan Junkoku no Naitomea, and Bungou Stray Dogs Season 1. The method used was descriptive qualitative with literary formula approach based on Cawelti. The data analysis technique uses were observing recording and classifying data. The results of this study show that there were 132 data with detective action pattern conventions consisting of six phases and four roles. That are 1) introduction of detectives, 2) crime and guidance, 3) investigation, 4) announcement of solution, 5) solution explanation, 6) end of story. In addition, these four roles are those who are exposed to the threat of 1) victims, 2) criminals, 3) detectives, and 4) crimes, but cannot resolve them. Then, it was found that the ending of the story was an archetypal invention in the anime Ryuugajou Nanana No Maizoukin, while the other five anime had archetypal conventions according to Cawelti's theory.  In addition, in this study, it was found that there is a formula invention that occurs in every detective anime. The form of invention in detective anime is to add a supernatural formula to the storyline. Based on the results of data analysis, the conclusion is that the six animes contain the rules and inventions of the formula detective genre. Formula conventions and inventions occur as the audience becomes more interested in the genre. The more popular a particular genre, the more conventions and inventions as a development of formulas and archetypes.

This study is intended to know: (1) the use of information technology (IT) Media (2) Fiqih achievement students. (3)The Interaction of the between learning media and Fiqih achievement. The method was used in this research is experiment method. The objets of this research are 40 students of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah in Sragen district that separated 20 students as experiment group, 20 students as control group. Data collecting method using questionnaire for the use of information technology (IT) media , interview, documentation, observation and tes for Fiqih achievement. Data analysis technique using Liliefors for normalitas test and y=a+bx for linier test. For correlation use product moment with significant 5%.Based the result of research shows that there is an interaction between the effect of information technology (IT) Media and achievement in Fiqih (Fab>Ftable or 0,866>0,444), it can therefor said that hypothesis was accepted.

This thesis aims to analyze Ngudi Tentrem's savings practices from the perspective of fiqh muamalah in 4th Neighborhood, 2nd Hamlet, Ongan Jaya Village, Yapsi District, Jayapura Regency. This research also discusses the management's efforts to resolve the bad credit problems experienced by Ngudi Tentrem's savings practice. This study is qualitative research using primary and secondary data. The data analysis technique used is the phenomenological paradigm approach. The results of this study indicate that Ngudi Tentrem's savings practices in Ongan Jaya Village are carried out under the pillars and conditions of al-wadi'ah yad adh-dhamanah which involve the contract of two people who have faith, the existence of goods entrusted, and also ijab and qabul. The effort is restructuring which the management will provide interest relief and extension of time to creditors to save trouble to fulfill his obligations. The other way to resolve the bad credit problem is to settle with deliberation peacefully. The phenomenon of the survival of Ongan Jaya village savings is the culture of mutual aid which is still very thick in rural areas. Sense of solidarity and trust make this savings can be borne from its inception in 1997 until now, even though it does not have an official legal entity. The absence of collateral in these savings also adds to the value of its uniqueness, so, the people of Ongan Jaya village, especially, 4th Neighborhood, 2nd Hamlet prefer to choose Ngudi Tenrem savings practice.

This study discusses the reconstruction of eco-etimon culinary culture in the Malay community of Tanjung Pura. The aim of this study was to find out the eco-etymon reconstruction of culture in spicy pulp ingredients, their lingual forms and proto reconstruction of the spicy pulp ingredients. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods. The data of this study are words contained in the spicy porridge ingredients of Tanjung Pura Malay community, as well as data obtained from interviews. Then some lexicon of spicy porridge from Karo, and Aceh. Data is collected by note-taking technique, which is to record ingredients from spicy porridge and interviews with informants around the data source. The data analysis technique in this study was carried out by collecting lexicons of spicy pulp, reconstructing the lexicon and the function of spicy pulp, interviewing informants about the existence of the lexicon. Then compare the pattern of sound changes (reconstruction implications) of several lexicons in spicy porridge ingredients. The results of the analysis indicate that the encoding of spicy porridge ingredients by Tanjungpura Malay ancestors in the form of lexicalisation and grammaticalisation is included in compound words and expression metaphors. The reconstruction of language forms and functions of spicy porridge ingredients. BA, BK, and BM have reconstruction based on the type of sound change.

Personal and demonstrative pronouns ('I,’ ‘you,’ ‘s/he,’ ‘we,’ the plural 'you,’ ‘they,’ ‘this’ and ‘these’) are notorious for challenging any theory of natural language. Singular pronouns have received much attention from linguists and philosophers alike during the last three decades. Plural pronouns, on the other hand, have been neglected, especially by philosophers. I want to fill this gap and suggest accounts of ‘we,’ the plural ‘you,’ and ‘they.'Intuitively, singular and plural personal pronouns are ‘counterparts.' Any account of personal pronouns should make sense of this intuition. However, the latter is not very sophisticated and, as we move along, it will be reexamined and relativized. As we shall see, plural pronouns are much more than mere counterparts of the familiar singular ones. It is well known that third person singular pronouns have puzzling behaviors, acting as co-referential terms, bound variables, or unbound anaphora. But co-reference, binding, and unbound anaphora are not confined to the usual examples and extend, in a way, to plural pronouns. My discussion of the latter is partly motivated by this particular behavior.

This research is a school action research that aims to improve teacher achievement through academicsupervision. This research was conducted at SD Negeri 009 Teluk Pauh, Cirenti District. The subjects of thisstudy were teachers of SD Negeri 009 Teluk Pauh, Cirenti Subdistrict with a total number of 12 people,consisting of 4 men and 8 women. This research was carried out in two cycles carried out based on the stages ofplanning, implementation and reflection. The data used is physical data. The average data analysis technique isdescriptive method. The results showed that teacher achievement motivation in the first cycle was 60.1% withgood categories and the cycle increased to 81.6% with very good categories.

AbstractThis study was conducted to the influents of the Islamic symbolisms toward the decision of consumption buying of the food products. This is a quantitative research. A survey was also involved in this research. Data are also collected through questionnaire to gain an accurate information. Data analysis technique used was a simple regression. The research findings show that Islamic symbolisms have significant influents toward decision to buy food products. That is, t value of p significant is < 0,005 (0,000 < 0, 05) while R square is 0,273 or 27,3 %. In conclusion the influents of Islamic symbols toward the decision on buying have influents as of 27, 3 %. Keywords: Islamic Symbolism, Decision on buying, food products.

<em><span lang="EN-US">This study aims to determine the magnitude of the influence of leadership and competence on the organizational performance of PT. Samick Indonesia. This study uses Simple Random Sampling. The population in this study were employees of PT. Samick Indonesia. With 156 samples. Data collection techniques using questionnaires which then have been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used to answer the hypothesis is multiple regression. The results of this study indicate that, Leadership is able to improve Organizational Performance. Competence is able to improve organizational performance thus it can be concluded that leadership and competence have a positive and significant influence on the organizational performance of PT. Samick Indonesia.</span></em>

This research aims at analyzing (1) the effect of vendor’s ability, benevolence, and integrity variables toward e-commerce customers’ trust in UBM; (2) the effect of vendor’s ability, benevolence, and integrity variables toward the level of e-commerce customers’ participation in Indonesia; and (3) the effect of trust variable toward level of e-commerce customers participation in UBM. This research makes use of UBM e-commerce users as research samples while using Likert scale questionnaire for data collection. Furthermore, the questionnaires are sent to as many as 200 respondents. For data analysis method, Structural Equation Model was used. Out of three predictor variables (ability, benevolence, and integrity), it is only vendor’s integrity that has a positive and significant effect on customers’ trust. On the other hand, it is only vendor’s integrity and customer’s trust that have a positive and significant effect on e-commerce customers’ participation in UBM. The research aims to describe the puzzling media as a solution to increase the learning motivation of elementary /MI student. This research is library research. It is a method that the data which is needed in completing research comes from library sources i.e. include books, encyclopedias, dictionaries, journals, documents, magazines, etc as well as various sources on the internet. The data collection technique used in this research is documentation. Documentation means looking for data about things in the form of notes, books, papers, articles, journal, and so on. Then, the data analysis technique used in this study is content analysis. In this analysis, the process of selecting, comparing, and combining various meanings will be found to be relevant. The media is an intermediary or introduction. Puzzle media can improve the students’ motivation to keep trying to solve problems. It is fun for students because it can be repeated. The challenges in the puzzle game will give you an addictive effect to always try and try until they are successful.
