Nowadays, vehicles are the main requirement for carrying out activities of daily life. One of the most widely used by Indonesians is motorbikes. The motorcycle safety system provided by motorcycle manufacturers has not been effective and still has many shortcomings. Besides, the rampant motorcycle thief and robbery cases have made vehicle owners have to pay attention to their motorbikes' safety. An integrated motorcycle safety system is much needed. The design of a motorcycle vehicle system that is integrated with the Arduino via Bluetooth media provides quite maximum test results. Based on the results of testing, the accuracy of the tool gives 99% results. This safety system can turn off and turn on the motorcycle stock contact automatically. When the motorbike is on, Bluetooth on the motorbike and Bluetooth on the helmet are separated beyond a distance of 10 meters, the stock contact on the motorcycle vehicle will turn off so that the motorbike cannot be turned on at the same time the alarm will flash. The motor can be turned on after Bluetooth on the helmet, and the motorbike is connected or reconnected. With this, the safety standards on motorbikes are getting better. Motorcycle users will feel safe after leaving their vehicle.

Motorcycle ignition which also functions as a motorcycle safety needs to be designed and made as safe as possible to avoid the loss of the vehicle from theft cases. This equipment is designed to turn on/off and search for motorcycles using a remote from a smartphone with an android operating system via a bluetooth network. The bluetooth input is controlled using the Arduino Uno microcontroller. From the test results, it is found that the maximum distance that can be achieved between Android and Bluetooth to operate a motorcycle engine is about 10 meters. This system also makes our motorcycle engine ignition a smart ignition.

Abstract A Hele-Shaw apparatus that produced spreading diffusion flames in the near extinction limit was designed and constructed. A scaling analysis was used to determine the maximum test section height for which effects of gravity could be neglected. Preliminary results showed that this apparatus could be used to produce flame instabilities which resemble drop tower test results from NASA [1,2] and other diffusion flame instability studies [3,4,5,6]. Therefore, the Hele-Shaw apparatus is useful for studying flames in a simulated low gravity environment. Additional unstable behaviors seen in the device, such as flame pulsing and spreading blue cusps, not in the NASA testing further supported the need for investigations during longer microgravity times on the International Space Station. The initial testing was only used to gain an observable region of unstable flames. Further studies will be directed at explaining and quantifying specific behaviors with test conditions.

In the development of smart grid solutions, the contribution of industrial consumers is prime essential to ensure the energy system transformation. The present article introduces a covenant with the implementation of an economic dispatch (ED) in the electrical framework with the smart grid. The proposed ED strategy is comprised of two steps; the first step includes the swarm optimization technique of energy ED with the net loss of the power system and the second step consists of an ED that considers the cutoff points of system security. The prime goal of the second step is to minimize the net loss and the foundation development of the generator cost function. The test framework is comprised of four generators with one battery storage apparatus that considers the energy demand. The ED will perform for 24 hours. The test results show that the two-step ED technique not only reduces system losses but also the fuel consumption of the system as well. This article gives ideas to the industrial consumers to implement a smart grid in the industrial sector.

Railways are a mass transportation system with high safety and punctuality. These strengths have been well proved by tests and evaluations. Railways are an integrated system with cars, power, signal, communication, line structures and operation. Among many safety standards of these systems, contact force between wheels and lines can be chosen since a derailment coefficient evaluated by contract force is the most important fact that decides the safety of railways. Especially regarding express trains, since they run twice faster than conventional ones, the evaluation of a derailment coefficient is more important than any other criteria. Currently, Korean express trains between Seoul and Pusan use the same stations as conventional trains in Daejeon and Dong-Daegu; therefore, express trains run on conventional lines from express lines. This paper describes test results acquired by increasing the train speed where express lines and conventional lines are connected. Test results tell that it is safe with under 0.8 derailment coefficient and running time is reduced by 10~30 seconds in each section.

Abstract: In order to wash the polluted substation insulator quickly and safely, so as to improve the reliability of substation systems, an on-line dry ice washing system which would be applied in 220 kV voltage level was developed. Based on the results of the indoor simulation tests which provided the optimal washing parameters, the on-line dry ice system was developed. Moreover, a trial test was run in a 220 kV substation belonging to Hubei State Grid. The test results show that the vehicle system can meet the requirements of on-line washing tasks in 220 kV substation. Therefore, the washing system features advanced technology, excellent performance, and promotional value.

The purpose of the study is to determine the best composition variation of the fifth variation of the composition of the composite material against the wear test, hardness test, tensile test comparing values ​​ with the safety standards of the brake lining composite SAEJ 661. Making the specimens was performed by mixing the ingredients with a mixer for 15 minutes and then do the process of compaction, with a load of 4 tons and detained achieve holding time is desired, then dies (mould) are placed in the oven and do the sintering process at a temperature of 1500 C for 180 minutes and specimens removed from the mould, the process of finishing and testing. These test results show that the composition of the material that is on variation V best price obtained 96.575 HBN hardness, wear rates of 1,29x10-6 gr / (mm2.detik), and a tensile strength of 0.842 MPa, but the brake friction material not meet safety standards SAEJ brake 661.

Penderita gangguan henti napas pada saat tidur (sleep apnea) semakin meningkat, hampir lebih dari 80% orang menderita gangguan ini tidak terdiagnosis. Gejala dari sleep apnea yaitu terjadinya henti napas selama lebih dari 10 detik. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah merancang alat monitor apnea agar dapat mendeteksi gejala sleep apnea. Kontribusi dalam penelitian ini adalah sistem monitoring atau pemantauan jarak jauh sehingga orang lain dapat memantau kondisi pasien meskipun tidak sedang mendampinginya. Agar dapat mempermudah proses monitoring dan pendiagnosaan pasien maka dibuatlah alat apnea monitor berbasis Internet of Things dengan dilengkapi notifikasi pada android sehingga dapat dengan cepat dilakukannya penanganan pada pasien. Perancangan alat ini menggunakan piezoelektrik sebagai sensor pendeteksi pernapasan yang diletakkan pada bagian perut pasien. Output sensor berupa tegangan kemudian dikondisikan pada rangkaian PSA. Menggunakan mikrokontroler ESP32 sebagai pemrosesan sinyal yang dibentuk oleh rangkaian PSA dan diolah menjadi nilai respirasi. Nilai respirasi kemudian dikirimkan ke perangkat android menggunakan jaringan Wi-Fi dan ditampilkan pada aplikasi Blynk. Apabila terdeteksi kejadian henti napas selama lebih dari 10 detik maka alat akan menyalakan indikator dan mengaktifkan notifikasi pada android. Penelitian ini melakukan pengukuran amplitudo sinyal respirasi dan nilai respirasi terhadap responden dan juga melakukan pengujian pengiriman jarak jauh menggunakan jaringan Wi-Fi. Hasil pengujian pada penelitian ini alat dapat mengirimkan data dengan baik dan tanpa loss data dengan jarak 5 meter dalam ruangan dan 10 meter berbeda ruangan. Alat ini dapat diimplementasikan pada proses monitoring pasien sehingga dapat mengurangi penderita gangguan sleep apnea. Patients with breathing problems during sleep (sleep apnea) are increasing, almost more than 80% of people suffering from this disorder are not diagnosed. Symptoms of sleep apnea include breathing for more than 10 seconds. The purpose of this study is to design apnea monitoring devices to detect sleep apnea symptoms. The contribution in this study is a monitoring system or remote monitoring so that others can monitor the condition of the patient even though not accompanying him. In order to simplify the process of monitoring and diagnosing patients, an apnea monitor based on the Internet of Things is made with notifications on android so that treatment can be quickly performed on patients. The design of this device uses piezoelectric as a respiratory detection sensor which is placed on the patient's abdomen. The sensor output in the form of voltage is then conditioned on the PSA circuit. Using the ESP32 microcontroller as signal processing which is formed by the PSA circuit and processed into respiration values. Respiration values ​​are then sent to the Android device using a Wi-Fi network and displayed on the Blynk app If a stop breathing event is detected for more than 10 seconds, the device will turn on the indicator and activate the notification on the android. The test results in this study the tool can send data properly and without loss data with a distance of 5 meters in a room and 10 meters in a different room. This tool can be implemented in the patient monitoring process so that it can reduce sufferers of sleep apnea disorders.

Disabilitas menjadi topik permasalahan yang serius periode belakangan ini, hal tersebut dikarenakan penyandang disabilitas rawan akan berbagai tindakan diskriminasi secara fisik maupun mental, bahkan difabel rentan menjadi korban pelecehan seksual dalam ruang lingkup keluarga ataupun non difabel. Para disabilitas menghadapi berbagai problematika dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Penyandang disabilitas seringkali di tolak dengan alasan keterbatasan mereka, bahkan ada beberapa yang menjadikan sehat jasmani dan rohani sebagai syarat utama untuk bisa mangakses bidang-bidang tertentu. Bahkan pelanggaran Hak Asasi Manusia (HAM) terhadap penyandang disabilitas masih dijumpai di lokasi sekitar. Kesenjangan yang diterima oleh penyandang disabilitas menjadi tekanan tersendiri bagi para difabel untuk memenuhi segala aspek kebutuhannya. Pemenuhan hak-hak disabilitas masih kurang diperhatikan, baik dalam sarana bangunan atau infastruktur, maupun fasilitas-fasilitas di tempat umum. Ketidaksetaraan juga terjadi dalam sektor pendidikan, lapangan pekerjaan, politik, dan aksesibilitas terhadap transportasi. Hal tersebut menunjukkan adanya perlakuan yang berbeda yang diterima oleh penyandang disabilitas terhadap layanan publik yang ramah bagi penyandang disabilitas.Disability has become a serious problem topic in recent times, this is because people with disabilities are prone to various acts of discrimination physically and mentally, even people with disabilities are vulnerable to being victims of sexual harassment within the family or non-disabled spheres. People with disabilities face various problems in their daily life. Persons with disabilities are often rejected on the grounds of their limitations, there are even some who make physically and mentally healthy as the main requirement to be able to access certain fields. Even human rights violations against persons with disabilities are still found in nearby locations. The gap that is accepted by people with disabilities is a separate pressure for people with disabilities to meet all aspects of their needs. Fulfillment of disability rights is still lacking in attention, both in building facilities or infrastructure, as well as facilities in public places. Inequality also exists in the sectors of education, employment, politics, and accessibility to transportation. This shows that there is a different treatment received by persons with disabilities towards public services that are friendly to persons with disabilities.
