The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of dividend policy on stock prices (a case study at PT totalangun persada Tbk). The population of this research is the financial statements of dividend policy and share prices (case study at PT totalangun persada Tbk), for 10 years, namely 2009 - 2018. angun persada Tbk), for 5 years, namely 2014 - 2018. This research is an associative study with a sampling technique, namely purposive sampling. The test results show that there is a significant influence between dividend policy on stock prices (a case study at PT totalangun persada Tbk). With a R2 value of 10.8%.

Purpose-. The aim of this study is to examine the impact of inflation and earnings per share (EPS) on the share prices of the consumer goods sector. Methods- Data are collected from the financial statements in the Consumer Goods Industry Sector, namely 18 companies registered at ISSI. With the period 2014-2018 using a purposive sampling technique. Findings- The analysis results show that inflation has not been proven to have a significant effect on stock prices, while EPS has a positive and significant effect. The implication of this finding is that the fundamental factor information of EPS ratios in financial statements can be useful information to predict sharia stock prices

The purpose of this study was to obtain empirical evidence about the effect of leverage, inflation and Gross Domestic Product (GDP) of the share price at PT. Astra Autopart, Tbk. companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2011-2015. The sampling technique in this study using a purposive sampling. With the technique of purposive  sampling, all the members of the research samples by criteria. Samples that meet the criteria are used research data. Then followed the classic assumption test and test hypotheses by linear regression. The results of this study demonstrate the regression results in regression equation that Y = 2605,424 + 1561,550 X1 + 2,338 X2 + 38,994X3. T test results showed that the leverage anda GDP (Gross Domestic Product) is positive and significant effect on stock prices, while inflation is not positive and significant effect on stock prices. F test results showed that jointly leverage variables, inflation and GDP variables affecting the stock price significantly. Abstract�The purpose of the present study is to explain the influence analysis of inflation, and Gross Domestic Product to the profitability (ROA) of islamic banking in Indonesia. Macroeconomic variables in this research are measured by inflation, and gross domestic product (GDP). The most important indicator in evaluating the banking financial performance is ROA. Sampling technique used here is purposive sampling, it is gained sample amount of 12 islamic banks.The data used in this study were obtained from published financial statements of ojk. Data analysis techniques used in this study is multiple linier regression analysis. t test results showed that partially, inflation and GDP has positive and significant influence on profitability (ROA). While the results of F test showed that simultaneous variable inflation, and GDP have a significant effect on profitability� (ROA). �Keywords: inflation; Gross Domestic Product, Profitability, Return on Asset, Islamic Banking.�Abstrak�Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan analisis pengaruh inflasi, dan Produk Domestik Bruto terhadap profitabilitas (ROA) perbankan syariah di Indonesia. Variabel ekonomi makro dalam penelitian ini diukur dengan inflasi, dan produk domestik bruto (PDB). Indikator terpenting dalam mengevaluasi kinerja keuangan perbankan adalah ROA. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling, diperoleh sampel sebanyak 12 bank syariah. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dari laporan keuangan publikasi ojk. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil uji t menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial inflasi dan PDB berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap profitabilitas (ROA). Sedangkan hasil uji F menunjukkan bahwa variabel simultan Inflasi, dan PDB berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Profitabilitas (ROA).�Kata Kunci: Inflasi; Produk Domestik Bruto, Profitabilitas, Return on Asset, Perbankan Syariah.

Transportation and logistics companies are sectors of companies that are affected by the presence of Covid-19.The purpose of this study was to determine the ratio of financial analysis with liquidity, activity, profitability and solvency partially and simultaneously on stock prices in the transportation and logistics sectors. The method used in this research is secondary data analysis of the financial statements of transportation and logistics companies listed on the IDX from 2015-2019 which are quantitative with a population of 60, the number of samples is 11 using non-probability purposive sampling type so that 55 data reports finance. The results of the study partially show that the liquidity value has no effect on stock prices, activity affects stock prices with a value of, profitability affects stock prices with a value of, solvency has no effect on stock prices with a value of. Simultaneously (simultaneously) Liquidity, Activity, Profitability, Solvency on share prices.

ABSTRAKDidirikannya suatu perusahaan bertujuan untuk mendapatkan keuntungan, ketersediaan dana merupakan salah satu faktor penting bagi perusahaan agar dapat beroprasi dengan baik. Penerbitan saham merupakan salah satu cara agar perusahaan mendapatkan tambahan dana dari masyarakat pemodal (Investor. Sebelum menanamkan modal seorang investor akan memprediksi tinkat risiko keuntungan maupun kerugian yang akan didapatkan dimasa yang akan datang, salah satu cara dengan menganalisis laporan keuangan perusahaan. Penelitian ini digunakan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh ROA, ROE dan DER terhadap harga saham pada perusahaan index JII periode 2016-2019. Metode yang digunakan yaitu metode analisis deskriptif dan analisis verifikatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dengan kriteria tertentu, didapatkan 45 perusahaan sebagai populasi dan 16 perusahaan sebagai sampel penelitian. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa ROA tidak berepengaruh terhadap harga saham dengan nilai signifikansi 0,314, ROE berpengaruh terhadap harga saham dengan nilai signifikansi 0,00, dan DER tidak berpengaruh terhadap harga saham dengan diperoleh nilai signifikansi 0,791.Kata Kunci: ROA, ROE, DER, Harga Saham ABSTRACTThe establishment of a company alms to get profits, the availability of fund is one of significant factors in the activities of a company. Issuance of shares is one way for companies to get additional funds from the public investors. Before investing their capital an investor will predict the level of risk of gains and losses that will be obtained in the future, one method is analyze the company’s financial statements. This research is used to determine and analyze the effect of ROA, ROE and DER on stock price in the JII index company 2016-2019 period. The method used is descriptive analysis and verification analysis. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with certain criteria, found 45 companies as population and 16 companies as research samples. Based on the results of the study found that ROA has no effect on stock prices with a significance value of 0.314, ROE has an effect on stock prices with a significance value of 0.00, and DER has no effect on stock prices with a significance value of 0.791. Firm value is a reflection of company performance which is explicitly shown through share prices. The stock price is one of the parameters for investors in investing. The higher the stock price, the better the company's performance. This study aims to analyze the interaction of firm value with other financial variables as reflected in the company's financial statements, namely leverage, profitability and dividend policy, which are also considered by investors in long-term investment. The population in this study were Food and Beverages companies on the IDX from 2017 to 2019. The population of this study was 31 Food and Beverages companies, the sampling technique using purposive sampling method was obtained as many as 19 sample companies. Data analysis using path analysis techniques. The findings of this study: (1) Leverage has a positive and significant effect on firm value, (2) Leverage has a negative and significant effect on dividend policy. (3) Profitability has a positive andsignificant effect on firm value, (4) Profitability has a positive and significant effect on dividend policy, (5) Dividend policy has a positive and insignificant effect on firm value. (6) Leverage has a positive and significant effect on firm value through dividend policy mediation. (7) Profitability has a positive and significant effect on firm value through dividend policy mediation.

This study aims to determine the effect of debt to equity ratio, return on assets, and earnings per share on stock prices with dividend policy as an intervening variable. Secondary data is used in this quantitative study. Sample is gathered using purposive sampling technique. Data from 23 companies during 5 year are used as the sample. SEM AMOS is used in this study to analyse the data. This study found that return on assets, and earnings per share have significant and direct effect on stock prices and dividend policy. This study also revealed that the debt to equity ratio has no direct effect and significant on stock prices and dividend policy. Results of this study also indicated that the debt to equity ratio, return on assets, and earnings per share do not have indirect effects on stock prices with dividend policy as an intervening variable.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh debt to equity ratio, return on asset, dan earning per share terhadap harga saham melalui kebijakan dividen sebagai variabel intervening. penelitian kuantitatif ini menggunakan data sekunder. Sampel dikumpulkan dengan purposive sampling. Didapatkan data dari 23 perusahaan selama 5 tahun yang digunakan dalam sampel penelitian. Analisis data dalam penelitian menggunakan analisis SEM AMOS. Penelitian ini memiliki hasil return on asset, dan earning per share berpengaruh secara langsung dan signifikan terhadap harga saham dan kebijakan dividen. Hasil pengujian juga mengungkapkan debt to equity ratio tidak berpengaruh secara langsung dan signifikan terhadap harga saham dan kebijakan dividen. Hasil penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa debt to equity ratio, return on asset, dan earning per share tidak memiliki pengaruh tidak langsung terhadap harga saham melalui kebijakan dividen sebagai variabel intervening.

The objective of this research is to examine factors affecting return on assets such as cash turnover and account receivable turnover of food and beverage firm listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. Source of data used in this study is financial statements as secondary data based on purposive sampling technique. The results showed that cash turnover does not significantly influence return on assets, this is because the value of t count is 0.558 greater than t table 2.030 so that H0 is rejected. And then, account receivable turnover significantly influence return on assets, this is based on the value of t count 5.659 is greater than t table 2.030 so H0 is accepted. And the last, The output of ANOVA results shows that the F count obtained from the variable cash turnover and accounts receivable turnover is 16.016 greater than F table 2.830 so that H0 is accepted. These results mean that there is a significant influence between cash turnover and receivable turnover on profitability in food and beverages companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange. Based on the results, we can conclude that partially account receivable turnover was factor affecting return on assets and simultaneously cash turnover and account receivable turnover affect return on assets.

This study aims to analyze the effect of dividend policy, profitability, firm size, and growth opportunity on stock prices in automotive companies during 2009-2017. This study was performed by 13 automotive companies. The sampling technique used in this research is purposive sampling method. This study has 8 companies. Data are analyzed using panel regression and hypothesis test (t statistic). The result showed that dividend policy does not affect the stock prices while profitability, firm size and growth opportunity had an effect on the stock price.

The purpose of this research is to know the influence of RETE, CASHTA, TETA, ROE, SIZE, LEVERAGE on the dividend policy on the company lifecycle of 2014-2018 listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The population of this research was an IDX registered manufacturing company in 2014-2018, with a total population of 170 companies. The sampling technique used in this research is purposive sampling, and 76 companies were obfained. The independent variables of this research are RETE, CASHTA, TETA, ROE, SIZE, LEVERAGE; While the dependent variable of this research is a dividend policy. The results of this research show that RETE, CASHTA, TETA, SIZE, LEVERAGE are not significant to the dividend policy on the company's lifecycle. In general, there is a variable ROE that has a significant influence on the dividend policy. Further, if analysis is conducted on each company's lifecycle, the ROE has a significant effect on the dividend policy at the start-up stage.
