The monograph provides an overview and analysis of ship's rowing electrical installations, modern scientific and technical solutions aimed at improving the theory and practice of electrical systems of ship propulsion systems are considered. Solutions of urgent problems related to the development of rowing electric installations of small-tonnage vessels based on the introduction of combined power plants, including electrochemical sources of electricity (batteries), are proposed. It is intended for scientific and educational purposes and is aimed at specialists in the field of ship power engineering, cadets and students of electromechanical specialties of educational institutions.

This article describes the problems, development and modern trends of foreign language education in non-linguistic universities. It also gives a certain historical division of LSP studying into periods. This article highlights certain historical features of teaching professional English in domestic non-language educational institutions and reveals some modern prospects for the development of methodology for teaching professional foreign languages. The article also gives, as an example, a short presentation of training aviation specialists for foreign language vocational communication. The increased importance of proficiency in a professionally oriented foreign language is emphasized; the approaches that make up the methodological basis of the system of foreign language training are determined.

We substantiate the necessity of developing and implementing an innovative model of continuous pedagogical education in the region. As such model, we consider a multilevel educa-tional complex, created on the basis of the Pedagogical Institute of Derzhavin Tambov State Uni-versity, whose activities are aimed at implementing a number of federal projects in the framework of the national project “Education”. Our position is that the developed complex has a number of undoubted advantages in comparison with isolated educational institutions that train personnel and is able to effectively resolve existing problems in the continuous pedagogical education of the region. We substantiate the structure of a multilevel educational complex, which is a hierarchy of stages, in which the previous stage sequentially ensures the functioning of the subsequent ones. Each of the five levels (preschool education, pre-vocational pedagogical training, secondary voca-tional education, higher and postgraduate education) is described in detail: the basic mechanisms of their functioning are examined, the existing experience of implementation is analyzed, and pro-spects for further development are presented. We determine the results of educational complex of continuing pedagogical education influence on the development of the Tambov Region.

In modern conditions, at the stage of professionalization of the Armed Forces of Kazakhstan, it is necessary to reorient to own forces, to concentrate the intellectual and financial potential on the further development of the domestic system of military education and military science. The aim of this study is to consider the development trends of the training of reserve officers and military personnel in different countries, as well as highlight on the basis of the obtained data the main effective ways to improve the qualifications and improve military-patriotic education of military personnel. As a result, stages of the implementation of ways to improve the military-patriotic education of student youth are proposed, and it also presents what development prospects this brings in terms of improving the Kazakh army, as well as open opportunities for improving the teaching of military training in higher educational institutions.

Researched is the problem of distance education in Russia in the context of the coronavirus pandemic that spread throughout the world in 2020. It describes and analyzes results of survey in the form of questionnaire of both Students and Lectors of Higher Educational institutions in several provincial cities of Russia. As a result of the study it was revealed that about 70% of students and more than 90% of Lectors believe, that the educational process in higher education is inappropriate to completely transfer online. Lectors noted that optimal form of organizing the educational process is combination of online and offline formats. The survey in the form of questionnaire made it possible to assess strengths and weaknesses of organization and content ofdistance education in Russian Universities, difficulties and problems that have arisen among Lectors and Students, and prospects for development of the phenomenon under study. First of all, it is necessary to note insufficient readiness of both Lectors and Students to switch to distance mode. Many organizational difficulties were associated with unstable operation of electronic educational environment, educational portals, information and communication networks, as well as with failures in the Internet. Research has shown that these issues need to be addressed over the long term. Both Students and Lectors recognize that distance learning is a good addition to existing traditional educational system, and some forms of educational work can be left online.

This article raises and discusses the main issues related to the organization of a safe environment for pupils of pre-school educational institutions. After analyzing the psychological and pedagogical literature on the topic of the research, the conditions that will help organize a competent and safe childhood for each child in the educational system are noted. The article is dedicated to the modern problems of Evenk language functioning and its development prospects. The preservation and development of the language remain an urgent sociolinguistic and sociocultural problem to this day. The research conducted in Yakutia shows that the functioning of Evenk language is reduced to a minimum. The linguistic situation with the native language is assessed as definitely critical and can be one of the indicators of socio-economic ill-being of not only Evenks, but also other indigenous peoples. The main problems of linguistic life in the republic include the reduction of Evenk language functions and inadequate formation of a positive motivation for learning the native language. In the society, there is a complex system of objective and subjective factors that do not contribute tointensive development of positive processes in the preservation and development of Evenk language. In general, subjective factors include poor organization of the educational process in educational institutions, ineffectiveness of training sessions, insufficient attention to the development of speech culture and enrichment of the native language’s vocabulary, low level of educational and methodological support of education and upbringing. The social environment for Evenk language functioning is continuing to narrow, which makes an objective factor.
