The 21st-century has witnessed the catalytic effect of Information Technology (IT) on organisational operations through increased robustness and sustained competitive advantage in the knowledge economy. Technology’s disruptive diffusion has not sparred the human resource practice; thus, this study investigates the adoption of electronic Human Resources Management (e-HRM) by a telecommunications-based organisation in Zimbabwe. The study utilised a quantitative case design using a questionnaire targeting 130 managers and supervisors. In meeting the study’s objective, factor analysis using principal component analysis and varimax rotation was conducted. The results show that the three constructs had a direct impact on the adoption of e-HRM. The respondents agreed that e-HRM had automated employee records management and improved communication between employees and managers, increasing productivity. Identified benefits from the results include lowering administrative costs, delivering state of the art HRM services, enabling HR staff more time to focus on strategic reorientation, increasing HRM effectiveness and efficiency, and facilitating the scouting of the best talent globally. The respondents noted that aligning e-HRM processes to the HRM function had some restraints, such as unwillingness to accommodate change, confidentiality and security of personal records through hacking. The study generates new knowledge for benchmarking as Zimbabwean organisations endeavour to embrace e-HRM. The study contributes literature on e-HRM adoption, which appears scant in developing countries such as Zimbabwe. More research on e-HRM adoption in developing countries provides practical and theoretical implications for the HRM practice and the research community. Future studies could involve several organisations for more generalisability of the results.

The article provides a general theoretical description of the origins of legal anomalies, as it allows to analyze in detail their forms, to identify the most common of them, to analyze the causes and ways to overcome them. It is confirmed that legal anomalies are a complex social phenomenon that is closely linked to the legal consciousness of a person and is determined by various negative processes in society. The historical preconditions for the emergence of legal anomalies in Ukraine are studied; special attention is paid to legal nihilism and idealism. The first type of anomaly that dates back to the times of Kievan Rus is legal nihilism. With the development of the state, the factors and the forms of manifestation that contribute to it change, but legal nihilism itself does not disappear. In Soviet times, there are manifestations of legal idealism, which is due to historical reasons. It is noted that the main objective factor in the occurrence of legal anomalies is the historical inheritance of disrespect for the law by lots of subjects since the Soviet era. The author emphasizes that the occurrence of legal anomalies is influenced by political, legal, organizational and managerial, moral and psychological and other factors. The main causes of legal anomalies are the low level of legal culture, instability of legal acts, ineffectiveness and illiteracy of legal acts, disorder of legislation, its inconsistency and instability.

The article says that in the second half of the twentieth century, the Golan Heights became an objective factor of contradictions in the Syrian-Israeli conflict. It is noted that the combination of the need to resolve the Arab-Israeli conflict and, at the same time, the territorial conflict with Syria created additional obstacles to ensuring security in the Middle East region; it does not work without diplomatic agreements with Syria. It is important to understand that from the very beginning of the negotiation process, Syria, whose position was characterized by extreme bias, believed that the Golan Heights was an end in itself, to which its interests were locked, while Israel focuses on diplomacy, focusing its attention on finding adequate means settlement of the SyrianIsraeli conflict, and not just on goals. It is especially obvious that the paradigm of conflict settlement on the basis of the principle of “territory for peace” adopted in the negotiation process became repetitive (frozen) at the level of form, which did not happen spontaneously, but only as a result of the absence of any shifts in its settlement. Moreover, the Syrian-Israeli conflict has no solution within the framework of this formula, since the time of simple and at the same time correct approaches to its settlement has passed. The adherence to this undoubtedly authoritative paradigm, as a kind of ritual, began to restrain the emergence of new unexpected forms aimed at resolving the Syrian-Israeli conflict, which is increasingly saturated with complex uncertainty. The article focuses on the fact that it is critically important to understand that today a different interpretation of the place and role of the Golan Heights in the Syrian-Israeli diplomatic dialogue is re- http://www.hist-edu.ru Историческая и социально-образовательная мысль. Therefore, modern diplomacy must proceed from a critical understanding of a new complex reality - the Civil War in Syria, which makes it as difficult as possible to find and change the paradigm of a Syrian-Israeli settlement of the conflict.

The current stage of economic development is characterized by the presence in the regional economy of a change in the ratio of the number of international labor migrants to the number of emigrants, which is expressed, on the one hand, in the loss of a significant part of the able-bodied and highly skilled population, and on the other, in the increase in the share of low-skilled labor due to international labor migration. The aim of the study is to develop a regression model for assessing the migration attractiveness of the region from multivariate data representing macroeconomic indicators. The methodological basis of the study is an integrated approach, in which the concept of "migration" is considered as an objective factor that ensures the development of the region's economy and is a targeted process consisting in the entry of international labor migrants into the country. This, on the one hand, provides opportunities for the development of the regional economy, and on the other, increases the risks of the economic development of the region. The scientific novelty of the study is represented by the development of an approach to assessing the quantitative and qualitative parameters of the attractiveness of the region's economy for international labor migrants, taking into account the priorities and directions of the development of the regional economy.

There are many processes in life that are taken on a daily basis. There are some common ones that we don’t even notice happen every day. One such process is evaporation. This paper also presents on evaporation. To study more about evaporation and other related concepts. It was focus on objective, factor affecting evaporation. The main characteristics, as well as the application of evaporation in pharmaceutical industry of each method are indicated. Evaporation is a process by which liquid water goes directly into the vapour phase due to an increase in temperature. The evaporation process is widely used to make drugs, especially in the pharmaceutical industry. We want to know that on which bases evaporation process effectively works and plays an important role in pharma industry as well as other industries.

This article presents description of social structures such as, for example, states, in the context of their consideration as systems. Moreover, it seeks to develop K. Marx’s model in terms of systematic approach, as well as to justify the application of the Fibonacci sequence to systems in general and, in particular, to social systems. The description covers a wide range of issues, ranging from the assertion of the basic principle of living systems as patterns in resources flows to description of functions of various aspects of states and their economics in terms of objective needs of such structures. In addition, this article justifies synergetic effect based on proposed model, and the way this effect is applied to state systems. Moreover, it includes the description of main changes of socio-economic formations throughout the history as a natural development of social systems, including possible modern stages. The fundamental tool of this description is description of essence of the mechanism of property rights and its formation options. The differences of two extreme directions of such development are also described on the basis of the objective factor of resource provision. Special attention is given to the concept of surplus value as a feature of social production systems.

The article is dedicated to the modern problems of Evenk language functioning and its development prospects. The preservation and development of the language remain an urgent sociolinguistic and sociocultural problem to this day. The research conducted in Yakutia shows that the functioning of Evenk language is reduced to a minimum. The linguistic situation with the native language is assessed as definitely critical and can be one of the indicators of socio-economic ill-being of not only Evenks, but also other indigenous peoples. The main problems of linguistic life in the republic include the reduction of Evenk language functions and inadequate formation of a positive motivation for learning the native language. In the society, there is a complex system of objective and subjective factors that do not contribute tointensive development of positive processes in the preservation and development of Evenk language. In general, subjective factors include poor organization of the educational process in educational institutions, ineffectiveness of training sessions, insufficient attention to the development of speech culture and enrichment of the native language’s vocabulary, low level of educational and methodological support of education and upbringing. The social environment for Evenk language functioning is continuing to narrow, which makes an objective factor.

The paper presents the data of analytical scanning electron microscopy and mineralogical methods for studying the morphology and chemical composition of spiral man-induced products, metal spheroids and native gold from the alluvial mining waste. In all samples, including the tungsten “spiral”, mercurous gold was found. The spheroids were diagnosed as lead ones with a fine impregnation of alumina-silicate substance, antimony and copper ones with autigenic isometric and xenomorphic mineral deposits on the surface, etc. The inclusion of carbon in many newly formed minerals confirms the leading role of this element in the process of technogenic mineral formation as a reducing agent. The identified chemical diversity of numerous ore and rock phases is explained by complex physico-chemical processes occurring in the technogenic system, in which not only the residual gold is transformed, but also new ore-mineral complexes, including gold-containing ones, arise.
