Reducing the time for carrying out the strength analysis of a structure in the process of manufacturing shaping tooling using modern tools of virtual computer design and modeling, namely mathematical 3D modeling in a small-scale production with the use of additive technologies, is the main task. With the help of numerical discretization, the investigated model is divided into a finite set of elements, which can take any form of the element and be defined in different reference systems. This will make it possible to predict approximately numerically the behavior of the material during its deformation under the action of the given loads applied to the 3D model. The use of additive technologies with the use of modern computer modeling, which is based on software, is an urgent task. This approach will make it possible to develop equipment with a complex geometric shape, bypassing the stage of writing control programs and performing labor-intensive operations for the primary processing of the product. This method is based on the process of constructing a 3D model of the shaping tooling that repeats the shape of the reflective surface of the reflector, using modified high-temperature engineering plastics. The process of evaluating the effectiveness of the developed model is shown on the basis of strength calculations, safety factor, deformation, static stress and displacement. The results of the work can be used in the design and manufacture of dimensionally stable products of complex geometric shapes from non-metallic materials used in the aerospace industry.

The article discusses the integration of additive technologies into production, presents the advantages and disadvantages of 3D metal printing. The data of the current indicators of the effectiveness of technological processes when using 3D equipment are analyzed, the difficulties of introducing additive technologies into production processes are determined. Conclusions on the trends and prospects of development of engineering solutions in the field of additive technologies are formulated. So, additive technologies provide an opportunity for a business entity to reduce production lines, minimize the production time for complex technological parts. In addition, the specifics of the operation process of parts - the result of high-tech production, provide both a long service life of component elements, and a high degree of reliability of materials, functional stability and structural strength, and, simplification of repair work (replacement of parts of parts), which generally determines the quality of manufactured products. This, in turn, determines, in economic realities, the development of economic and technological innovative engineering solutions through the promotion of additive technologies, increasing the economic indicators of the production activity of a business entity. The characteristic features of 3D printing of metals studied in this article make it possible to highlight the defining technological processes of the principles of printing, constructively represent the properties of additive structures. It can be stated that in the current period of development of economic and technological innovative engineering solutions, the field of promoting additive technologies has significant achievements and prospects. Small-scale production is gradually being introduced into additive manufacturing, which has distinctive characteristics for the mechanical engineering industry. The introduction of such technological equipment provides an opportunity to speed up the manufacturing procedure, improve the properties of the product, despite the high cost (0.8-1.5 million euros). At the same time, from a strategic economic position in comparison with classical technologies, high-tech engineering solutions act as highly competitive.

To date there are a large number of methods for processing polymer materials, both thermoplastics and thermosets. However, most of them are appropriate only for large-scale or mass production of polymer products, while in modern conditions there is a tendency to produce small batches of products of complex configuration. One of the universal methods of processing polymer materials in small-scale production is the molding of products by injection molding without pressure in a vacuum. This process integrates in a single technological cycle of the synthesis of the polymer and its processing. It is suitable for processing most thermosets, as well as for some thermoplastic polymers. In addition to the processing of polymers, this method allows the manufacture of polymer-filled and super-filled composite materials. This work is devoted to a review of the method of free casting in vacuum into elastic forms. The materials used for processing by this method are considered. The materials required for the manufacture of elastic forms are presented. The main stages of the technological process of manufacturing polymer products by this method are described.

The problem of optimizing the life cycle of complex three-dimensional objects in small-scale production is considered. Additive technologies and optimization algorithms for the placement of three-dimensional objects are considered as technologies to solve this problem. Using the multilevel synthesis method can significantly reduce the time for prototyping new products. It should be noted that since several independent parts can be manufactured at the same time, this problem belongs to the class of optimization geometric modelling problems, namely, the problem of three-dimensional irregular placement. An algorithmic solution is proposed for the most complex task - placing 3D objects in a container. The results of the analysis of the effectiveness of the proposed algorithms are discussed.

In Vietnam, the construction of hydropower projects has contributed significantly in the cause of industrialization and modernization of the country. The place where hydropower projects are built is mostly inhabited by ethnic minorities - communities that rely primarily on land, a very important source of livelihood security. In the context of the lack of common productive land in resettlement areas, the orientation for agricultural production is to promote indigenous knowledge combined with increasing scientific and technical application; shifting from small-scale production practices to large-scale commodity production. However, the research results of this article show that many obstacles in the transition process are being posed such as limitations on natural resources, traditional production thinking or the suitability and effectiveness of scientific - technical application models. When agricultural production does not ensure food security, a number of implications for people’s lives are increasingly evident, such as poverty, preserving cultural identity, social relations and resource protection. Since then, it has set the role of the State in researching and building appropriate agricultural production models to exploit local strengths and ensure sustainability.

The prevention of Diabetic Mellitus (DM) and its complications is the main aim of this study, in addition to the training of lotion foot care application and the development of small scale industry. The research team delivered knowledge in the form of training on Diabetic Mellitus, healthy food, treatment and prevention of complications, and small-scale production of cosmetic products. The aim of this study was to determine the correlation between training on diabetic and lotion foot care application as preventive measures against diabetic complications on the patient's blood glucose levels in the community of residents in Banyuurip Jaya, Surabaya. It was expected from this training that the knowledge of the residents increases and people living with diabetic undergo lifestyle changes and therefore blood sugar levels can be controlled. The parameters measured in this research were blood glucose levels, the anti diabetic drug types consumed, and compliance on diabetics. This study used the data taken from 60 patients with DM over a period of one month. Questionnaires and log books was used to retrieve data and changes in blood glucose levels in diabetic patients. The results showed the demographic data of patients with type 2 diabetic of 85% female and 15% male, with the range of patients aged of 61-70 years of 46.67% and had history of diabetic (90%). The history of drugs consumed by respondents was anti diabetic drugs such as metformin (40%), glimepiride (33.37%) and insulin (6.67%). In addition, the increased knowledge of DM patients after being given the training compared to before training was shown in several questions in the questionnaire. A statistical analysis using t-test analyzed a correlation between training provided in order to enhance understanding of the patient, as well as correlation with blood glucose levels. A paired T-test showed that there was a relationship between the knowledge of trainees before and after training (p less than 0.05). An interesting result was that there was no relationship between blood glucose levels before and after training provided (p> 0.05).
