Moler disease is the primary disease that disturbs the shallot’ cultivation. Hence, it is beneficial to have preventive measures to mitigate the risk and to improve growth. The research objective is to know the effectivity of Trichoderma harzianum suspension as a bio-fungicide and bio-stimulator. The study used seven treatments, i.e., immersion of shallot seeds on negative control (distilled water), positive control (synthetic fungicide+ZPT 1g/liter), T.harzianum suspension with different concentrations of 2 ppm, 4 ppm, 6 ppm, 8 ppm, and 10 ppm, assigned in a Completely Randomized Design (CRD). Treatment that results in a significant level will be continued to the Least Significance Different (LSD) 5% test. The observed variables are the intensity of moler disease and the growth of shallot seeds. Experiment results show the significant difference between treatments. The optimal treatment to reduce the percentage of moler disease intensity is the immersion of shallot seeds in 10 ppm-concentrated T.harzianum suspension, while to improve the shallot growth is in 8 ppm-concentrated T.harzianum suspension. The intensity of moler disease has a negative correlation to the plant’s height and leaf’s diameter but shows no correlation pattern to the number of leaves, wet weight, dry weight, and length of roots.

Batik spinach (Amaranthus tricolor L.) is a plant that is rich in nutrients and can be used as diabetes medicine and dysentery. Therefore, increasing the growth of batik spinach plants needs to be done, one of which is the use of organic fertilizers, which can be used as rabbit biourin. The use of rabbit urine is done because rabbit urine has a high nutrient content compared to other livestock. The aim of the study was to determine the effect of biourin on the growth of batik spinach (Amaranthus tricolor L.). The study used a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with 5 levels of concentration treatment consisting of controls, 25 ml / L, 30 ml / L, 35 ml / L, 40 ml / L, with 5 replications. The results showed that the administration of rabbit biourin significantly affected plant height, number of leaves, wet weight, dry weight and ratio of roots / canopy. The concentration of 25 ml / L gave the highest effect on the parameters of plant height, leaf number, root / crown ratio, wet weight, and dry weight.

The aim of the article is to study the interaction effect between NAA and BAP concentration on protocorm growth and to know the proper concentration for growth of Dendrobium  spectabile  orchid protocorm. This research method using an experimental method which is conducted in the Laboratory of Agriculture Faculty of Winaya Mukti University, Tanjungsari Subdistrict, Sumedang District. The experiment was conducted from June 2017 until September 2017. The experiment used was a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with the factorial pattern, consisting of two factors and repeated twice. the first factor was the effect of NAA concentration which consisted of five levels, namely without NAA, 0.5 mg kg-1, 1.0 mg kg-1, 1.5 mg kg-1, and 2.0 mg kg-1.  The second factor is the BAP concentration which consists of five levels, namel without BAP, 1.0 mg kg-1, 2.0 mg kg-1, 3.0 mg kg-1, and 4.0 mg kg-1. Eksplant is protocorm from orchid D. spectabile which is grown on MS medium (Murashig and Skoog) half recipe as base medium accompanied by each treatment for 12 weeks. The experimental results show that there is an interaction between the effect of NAA and BAP concentration on the number of leaves only. Without NAA or 1.5 mg kg-1 NAA concentration with BAP 2.0 mg kg-1 gives more leaves.  Independent of NAA or BAP concentrations did not affect the number of buds, number of roots, root length, fresh and dry weight of plantlets, and also growth ability of plantlets.  BAP concentration only affect plant height, and the highest plantlet height is found without add of BAP in medium culture

A factorial experiment was conducted with a completely randomized design to evaluate the effects of planting date and density on calendula herbs and peppermint. It had 3 replicates and was done in Khosroshahr research farm, Tabriz in 2006. Under studied factors were: 3 planting dates (10 May, 25 May and 10 June) in 4 densities (25, 35, 45, 55) of the plant in square meters. The results of variance a nalysis showed that there was 1% probability significant difference between the effects of planting date and bush density on the leave number, bush height and the bush dry weight. But the mutual effect of the plant date in mentioned traits density was insignificant. Regarding the traits mean comparison, the total maximum dry weight was about the 55 bush density in mm. Also, the bush high density in mm causes the bush growth and its mass reduction. When there is the density grain, the flower number will increase due to bush grain in surface unit. Overall, we can conclude that 10 June planting and 45 bush density in mm is the most suitable items and results in favored production with high essence for these crops.
