This study entitled the effect of Compensation, Job Training and Job Satisfaction onMarketing Employee Performance at PT. Agung Toyota Bengkulu. The formulation ofthe problem in this study was whether the effect of Compensation, Job Training and JobSatisfaction on Marketing Employee Performance at PT. Agung Toyota Bengkulu. Thepurpose of this study was to determine whether the influence of Compensation, JobTraining and Job Satisfaction on Marketing Employee Performance at PT. Agung ToyotaBengkulu.This research was conducted on marketing employees of PT. Agung Toyota Bengkulu.While the time of this study was conducted for 11 days, namely on 18 January to 28January 2020. The population of this study were employees at PT. Agung ToyotaBengkulu, while the sample of this research is marketing employees of PT. Agung ToyotaBengkulu, amounting to 97 people. This means that the sample material uses quantitativemethods.With research test data analysis techniques, the results of the study can be concluded thatthe respondents' perceptions about Compensation (X1), Job Training (X2) and JobSatisfaction (X3) affect the Performance of Marketing Employees (Y) with the results ofmultiple linear regression obtained the following equation: Y = 1.734 + 0.378 (X1) +0.570 (X2) + 0.328 (X3) and the coefficient of determination of R2 = 0.802 orapproximately (802%) through hypothesis testing simultaneously (simultaneously) andindividually (partial) in this study by using the f test and t test, Compensation (X1), JobTraining (X2) and Job Satisfaction (X3), = 0.000, it means that values <0.05 show togetherand have significant influence.Keywords: Compensation, Training, Job Satisfaction, Employee Performance

This study aims to determine the effect of the work environment and work discipline both partially and simultaneously on employee performance at PT. Caturkarda Depo Serpong Tangerang Building. The method used in this study uses associative quantitative approach while the sample used in this study were 85 respondents. Data collection techniques by means of questionnaires, data analysis techniques with validity, reliability, classic assumption tests, multiple regression analysis, hypothesis testing, Ftest, Ftest, and coefficient of determination. The results showed that the work environment had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, this can be proven by the regression value of 0.091X1 . Tcount value of 3.086> ttable 1.989 with a significance of 0.003 <0.05. And the coefficient of determination of 28.5%. Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, this can be proven by the regression value of 0.173X2 . Tvalue 4.612> ttable 1.989 with a significant 0.000 <0.05. And the coefficient of determination 36.6%. Simultaneously the work environment and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This can be proven by the value of Fcount 31.222> Ftable 3.11 with a significance of 0.000 <0.05 and the Rvalue of the coefficient of determination of 43.2% Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan disiplin kerja baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Caturkarda Depo Bangunan Serpong Tangerang. Metode yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Asosiatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif adapun sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 85 responden. Tehnik pengumpulan data dengan cara kuesioner, tehnik analisis data dengan uji validitas, reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi berganda, uji hipotesis uji thitung uji F, dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan hal ini dapat dibuktikan oleh nilai regresi 0,091X1. Nilai thitung 3,086 > ttabel 1,989 dengan signifikan 0,003 < 0,05. Serta nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 28,5%. Disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan hal ini dapat dibuktikan oleh nilai regresi 0,173X2. Nilai thitung 4,612 > ttabel 1,989 dengan signifikan 0,000 < 0,05. Serta nilai koefisien determinasi 36,6%. Secara simultan lingkungan kerja dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan hal ini dapat dibuktikan oleh nilai Fhitung 31,222 > Ftabel 3,11 dengan siginifikan 0,000 < 0,05 dan nilai R nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 43,2%. ABSTRACTThe purpose of this research is to know the leadership, incentives and training on the performance of employees at Bank Syariah Mandiri Pematangsiantar Branch. The population in this study is the population in this study is the employees who are in the office of Bank Syariah Mandiri Pematangsiantar Branch as much as 40 people.. The sample is used as many as 40 employees in Bank Syariah Mandiri Office, Pematangsiantar, amounting to 40 people. The data collection techniques in this study are documentation and poll list. Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analyses, classical assumption Test T, Test f and coefficient of determination. Data processing in this study uses the program SPSS 22.00 for Windows Software. Based on the results of the research conducted, the partial leadership testing has significant effect on employee performance. Incentive partial testing has significant effect on employee performance. Training partial testing has significant effect on employee performance. Simultaneous testing of leadership influences, incentives and training significantly affects employee performance.

Employee performance is needed by the company to improve company performance. Therefore, to make it happen, it requires skilled and reliable human resources in their fields. This study aims to determine the effect of creativity and innovation partially and simultaneously on the performance of employees of PT. Tohpati Grafika Utama Denpasar. This research was conducted at PT. Tohpati Grafika Utama Denpasar. The sample used is the employees of PT. Tohpati Grafika Utama as many as 40 respondents. The data analysis techniques used in this study were validity, reliability, classical assumptions, multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination, t-test, and F-test. The results of the analysis show that creativity and innovation have a positive and significant effect partially and simultaneously on the performance of the employees of PT. Tohpati Grafika Utama Denpasar.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi, kedisiplinan terhadap kepuasan kerja dan kinerja APIP, pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja, pengaruh kompetensi dan kedisiplinan terhadap kinerja APIP melalui kepuasan kerja. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner, observasi, interview dan dokumentasi, dengan teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis jalur, pengujian hipotesis dan analisis sobel test. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa kompetensi dan kedisiplinan memberikan pengaruh secara nyata terhadap peningkatan kepuasan kerja, kompetensi dan kedisiplinan memberikan dampak terhadap peningkatan kinerja pegawai. Kepuasan kerja memberikan pengaruh nyata terhadap kinerja APIP. Kepuasan kerja dapat memediasi pengaruh secara parsial kompetensi dan kedisiplinan  terhadap kinerja APIP. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence of competence, discipline on job satisfaction and performance of APIP, the effect of job satisfaction on performance, the influence of competence and discipline on APIP performance through job satisfaction. The data were collected through questionnaires, observation, interviews and documentation, with data analysis techniques using path analysis, hypothesis testing and sobel test analysis.  The results of the study show that competence and discipline had a significant effect on increasing job satisfaction, competence and discipline had an impact on improving employee performance. Job satisfaction has a real influence on Apip's performance. Job satisfaction can partially mediate the influence of competence and discipline on APIP's performance

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai, dan apakah lingkungan kerja memoderasi pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. Variabel yang diteliti yaitu disiplin kerja, kinerja pegawai, dan lingkungan kerja. Metode penentuan sampel dengan cara sampel jenuh, maka semua populasi dijadikan sampel penelitian. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi sederhana, uji hipotesis, koefisien determinasi, dan moderated regression analysis. Hasil penelitian diperoleh disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, dan lingkungan kerja mampu memoderasi pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dengan meningkatkan disiplin kerja akan meningkatkan kinerja pegawai, dan lingkungan kerja yang baik akan meningkatkan disiplin kerja pegawai.This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline on employee performance, and whether the work environment moderates the effect of work discipline on employee performance. The variables studied were work discipline, employee performance, and work environment. The method of determining the sample by means of saturated samples, then all populations are used as research samples. Data analysis techniques using simple regression, hypothesis testing, coefficient of determination, and moderated regression analysis. The results showed that work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and the work environment is able to moderate the effect of work discipline on employee performance. This research shows that by increasing work discipline will improve employee performance, and a good work environment will improve employee work discipline.

This study aims to determine the effect of work commitment and job satisfaction on employee performance at PT. Mopoli Raya. This study uses a sample of 83 respondents who are permanent employees of PT. Mopoli Raya. Methods of data analysis using multiple linear regression equations, t test, F test and the coefficient of determination (R2). The results showed that work commitment has a positive effect on performance and if work commitment increases by one unit it will increase performance. Job satisfaction has a positive effect on performance and if job satisfaction increases by one unit it will increase performance. Work commitment has no significant effect on employee performance, job satisfaction has a significant effect on employee performance at PT. Mopoli Raya, it can be stated that the variables work commitment and job satisfaction simultaneously affect employee performance. Thus, work commitment and job satisfaction affect the performance of employees of PT. Mopoli Raya.

The purpose of this study was to determine whether the effect of job satisfaction (x) affects the performance of employees (y) at PT. Kreativa Surya Pratama Bandung subsidiary from Telkom Indonesia for Marketing or Marketing. The population is 237 people. This study uses quantitative methods. By using the reference calculation of the Slovin formula, which is as many as 70 respondents, the calculations in this research use the SPSS application. The data analysis technique in this study used a simple linear regression test. Based on the results of research and discussion, it can be concluded that job satisfaction has a partially significant effect on employee performance. This result is based on the t-value of 9.170 and the t-table of 1.995 having a sig value of 0.001 < 0.05. With the acquisition of t-count greater than t-table (9,170 > 1,995). the coefficient of determination of the value of adjusted r square shows the results of 0.549 or 54.9%, so from the results of the coefficient value 54.9% is influential while the remaining 45.1% is influenced by other factors.

Thiss study aims to determine work experience, job training, organizational climate, and its influence on employee performance at PT. Trengginas Jaya either partially or simultaneously. The sample used as many as 30 employees. This research uses descriptive and verification methods. Hypothesis testing techniques T-test and F-test and data analysis techniques for Multiple Linear Regression using SPSS v25 for Windowss software. The result of this study indicate that there is a significant effect of work experience, job training, and organizational climate on employee performance simultaneously of 26.907. In addition, work experience, job training, and organizational climate also partially have a significant effect on employe performance. Among these variables, partially Work Experience has a significantly greater level than the other three variables, which is 3.778

This study aims to analyze the comparison of employee performance before and after the provision of education and job training at PT. Intra Asia Insurance Medan Branch. Data collection by interviews and documentation. The population is all employees of the company and the sample in this study uses saturated samples, namely sampling to all agents totaling 35 people. Data analysis techniques with different test two average paired samples. The results of the study resulted in a level of difference before and after the provision of education and job training showed a z_count value of 24.23> 1.96 which means that there were significant differences between the performance of employees after and received training before getting training. From the results of hypothesis testing, the formulation of the hypothesis proposed for validity test shows that there are significant differences in employee performance before and after the provision of education and job training. Thus, the hypothesis proposed in this study can be accepted.Suggestions given, the company should provide education and training regularly, especially for employees with performance that does not meet the standards and providing education and training for employees who have met the standards also need to be done in an effort to increase the policy targets set by the company.

The research was conducted at Department of Industry and Trade of Riau Province. Based on the background of the research mentioned above, the authors can formulate the problem in this study is whether the Supervision significantly influence the Performance of Employees at the Office of Industry and Trade of Riau Province. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of supervision on the performance of employees of the Office of Industry and Trade of Riau Province ..Data analysis in this research is done by using descriptive and quantitative method. Descriptive method of data analysis by decomposition of theories contained in the bibliography and associated with the data obtained from the results of research that will be collected, grouped and tabulated then taken conclusions. And the quantitative method with linear regression technique sedrhana .. The sample taken in this research is amounted to 69 people, Based on the above output obtained t-count value of 9.626 while for the value t_tabel obtained the value of t_hitung (9,626)> from t_tabel (1.99601), so it can be concluded that there is a significant effect of supervision on employee performance, obtained the value of R_square or coefficient of determination of 0.580, which has the meaning of the influence of supervisory variables against the kiner ja of 58.0% while the rest of 42.0% describe other independent variables that are not observed in this study.
