A company acquisition is a legal act performed by a legal entity or an individual to take over the company's shares by buying shares or part or all of the company's assets. Acquisition provisions are regulated in Law Number 40 of 2007 concerning Companies and Government Regulation Number 27 of 1998. One of the legal problems in the acquisition of a company is the delay in reporting the acquisition of shares in need. This study aims to analyze the share acquisition mechanism according to Law Number 40 of 2007, Law Number 5 of 1999 and Government Regulation Number 57 of 2010 as well as the legal provisions on the delay in reporting of share takeover faced by PT. Plaza Indonesia Realty, Tbk, which acquired PT. Citra Asri Property. The method used in this research is normative juridical. Data collection techniques in research using literature study with data sources of primary legal materials and secondary legal materials. The result of this research is that in the takeover of PT. Citra Asri Properti has caused several legal consequences, namely: legal consequences for shareholders, legal consequences for employees and legal consequences for the company's organs. This legal effect only affects the shares that are transferred from the old owner to the new owner and the rest remains valid as before. Due to the late reporting violation of the share takeover of PT. Indo Plaza Indonesia Reality, Tbk as stipulated in the applicable fines in Article 6 of Government Regulation Number 57 of 2010

The research aims to uncover the symbols in the novel The Alchemist and to gain knowledge about the moral teachings in the symbol. This research is descriptive qualitative approach. Data sources in this study are words, phrases or sentences in the novel Alchemist. Data collection method is a literature study method with note taking technique. Data were analyzed using description and content analysis methods. The results showed that the novel The Alchemist contained many symbols. These symbols include: (1) wise parents, who symbolize both negative and positive things. From his appearance, parents can symbolize something bad, but behind his old age he symbolizes a knowledge that is very much and wise; (2) stones that symbolize something hard, not easily broken, and can provide clues to something; and (3) deserts or deserts which can be interpreted as symbols of drought, aridity, unattractiveness, emptiness, despair, determination for ignorance, and also as symbols of devotion.

The Arab Spring

This study aim to explain phenomenon of Arab spring that occurred in Syria and describing the triggering factors of conflict Syria and the analysis of Alawie group in Syria. The type of this study uses a qualitative approach with the literature study method, because the data collection techniques used make books and documents related to the Arab spring in Syria as a reference frame, as well as some data from a valid website. Data analysis techniques through three components, namely data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions in which data verification is also accompanied by triangulation of data sources. The results showed that the phenomenon of Arab spring that occurred in Syria converged on inter-ethnic conflict that occurred between the Sunni-Alawie, then triggered by the phenomenon of Arab spring that spread in the Middle East.

The process of bankruptcy general confiscation sometimes clashes with criminal confiscation process. The present study aims to look at curators’ authority and responsibility to sell bankrupt properties, which have been confiscated by investigating officers in a case of criminal confiscation. It also delves into the legal ramifications that may occur and into the concepts of bankruptcy settlement. This study employs a juridical normative method and the necessary legal material are collected through literature study. The legal material are analyzed in juridical qualitative approach, using a comparison between bankruptcy laws in several countries. Based on the result of this study, it is concluded that curators’ authority and responsibility are still applicable even though they are subject to appeal. The legal consequences in the case that bankrupt estate is being confiscated by investigating officers due to the conflict between criminal confiscation and general confiscation require the court to prioritize the criminal confiscation. Once it is resolved, bankruptcy assets/estate are returned to the curator. This study recommends that there should be an effort to legally synchronize and harmonize Article 39 Point (2) of KUHAP (Indonesian Law of Criminal Procedure) with Article 31 Point (2) of Law No. 37 Year 2004 Concerning Bankruptcy and PKPU (Suspension of Payment/Debt Moratorium). One of the solutions offered in this study is by implementing E-Court, as is the case in Indonesia’s Constitutional Court, especially in Commercial Court whose habitat is digital and that handles legal problems pertaining to creative economy.

Inventory has an important role in business activities. This is because inventory has an effect on changes in the production market and anticipates price changes in the demand for many goods. PT. Barkah Jaya Mandiri is a company engaged in manufacturing where the management of inventory at the company is still done conventionally. This causes various problems such as the occurrence of discrepancies in the stock of goods, discrepancies in data and final reports as well as obstacles in the production process in the event of a shortage or excess of raw materials. (Material Requirement Planning) in order to overcome the problems that occur in the company. The combination of the SDLC model and data collection techniques including observation, interviews and literature study were also carried out in this study in order to achieve the system that will be built to suit the targeted needs. With this system, the management of inventory data at this company can be done easily and accurately and save time compared to the previous system, so that the procurement of manufacturing raw materials is optimal and employee performance is better.

<em>The behavior of theft of electricity is a form of violation that harms many parties. This research aims to know the violation class and category of violations by electricity customers in 3 years. The research approach used was qualitative research. The data sources in this study involved 1 management party, customers in the 1<sup>st</sup> year were 1,200 people, the 2<sup>nd</sup> year were 1,200 people, and the 3<sup>rd</sup> year were 700 people. Data collection techniques used were observation, documentation, literature study, and interviews. All data were analyzed inductively including data reduction, data presentation, and verification (arranging conclusion). The results of the research showed that the total number of violations for 3 years reached 7.1% which was distributed to 2.2% for class violations and 4.9% for categories of violations. The category of violations that occurred on the customer's side showed that it was greater than class violations. The number of class 3 violations reached 0.9% and violations of this class were higher than other classes. Meanwhile, the kWh violation category reached 2.6% and this violation category was higher than other categories. Based on the rate of the number of violations each year, there was an increase in violations by 0.2% – 0.9%.</em>

The success of a company is influenced by employee performance. By improving employee performance will make it easier for company goals to be achieved. One factor that can improve employee performance is the provision of compensation and motivation. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of compensation and work motivation on employee performance. The sampling technique used is by taking a purposive sampling. The method used in this research is data collection through questionnaires, literature study, and observation. The technique used to analyze simple linear regression data and examine hypotheses simultaneously and partially. The result is compensation and motivation significantly influence employee performance simultaneously.

This study aims to convert data from Sumbawa Lawas (Oral Poetry) which are currently preserved in the form of books for changes to digital forms. This study uses spiral software development methods and programming languages using Android Studion 2.3.3 as well as SQLite databases targeting Android users version 5.0 (Lollipop). The method of data collection uses a literature study technique with data sources from Boan Lawas book by publisher Usman Amin Trussmedia with ISBN 978-602-0992-88-4 and uses black box testing methods whose testing is done by testing software in terms of functionality. The results of this study are the Android-based for Sumbawa Lawas Application that can be accessed through the Play Store which is equipped with history, type, poetry and meaning and about the application so that it can provide information for Sumbawa indigenous people and people outside Sumbawa.

AbstractThis research is conducted with the aim to find out the reasons for theimplementation of Islamic Education in the Christian Education Institute andto find out the problem of learning Islamic Education in the ChristianEducation Institution and its solution. Putusan Mahkamah Konstitusi dalam pengujian undang-undang terhadap Undang-Undang Dasar Negara Republik Indonesia Tahun 1945 (UUD NRI 1945) dengan amar tidak dapat diterima atau niet ontvankelijke verklaard (NO) pada umumnya tidak memiliki pertimbangan hukum. Akan tetapi dalam perkembangannya MK memberikan pertimbangan hukum baik mengenai pokok perkara dan kedudukan hukum Pemohon. Penelitian ini hendak menjawab dua permasalahan yaitu; apa urgensi adanya pertimbangan hukum yang mengandung judicial order dalam putusan dengan amar tidak dapat diterima? Kemudian bagaimana karakteristik judicial order dalam putusan dengan amar tidak dapat diterima? Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian hukum normatif dengan metode pengumpulan data melalui studi pustaka. Penelitian ini mengelompokkan putusan yang memiliki amar NO dari tahun 2003 sampai dengan 2018 yang berjumlah 375 putusan. Dari jumlah tersebut, putusan NO yang memiliki pertimbangan hukum sebanyak 71 putusan. Penelitian ini menemukan 3 putusan yang didalam pertimbangan hukumnya terdapat judicial order yakni Putusan 105/PUU-XIV/2016, Putusan 57/PUU-XV/2017, dan Putusan 98/PUU-XVI/2018. Simpulan dari penelitian ini adalah putusan dengan amar Tidak Dapat Diterima yang memuat judicial order selalu berkaitan dengan implementasi putusan yang tidak berjalan sebagaimana mestinya. MK menegaskan kembali sifat final dan binding Putusan MK serta sifat putusan MK yang declatoir konstitutif melalui putusan a quo. Karakteristik judicial order dalam ketiga a quo adalah ketika MK memberikan peringatan konstitusional secara bertahap (gradual). Pada Putusan 105/PUU-XIV/2016 MK menegaskan bahwa pengabaian putusan MK merupakan perbuatan melawan hukum, selanjutnya pada putusan 57/PUU-XV/2017 MK tegaskan sifat putusan yang self executing dan yang paling mendasar adalah pada putusan 98/PUU-XVI/2018 yang menyatakan bahwa lembaga atau masyarakat yang tidak menjalankan putusan MK merupakan pembangkangan terhadap konstitusi. Lahirnya pertimbangan tersebut sebagai ikhtiar menegakkan supremasi konstitusi dan marwah Mahkamah Konstitusi.Decisions of the Constitutional Court in judicial review of the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia (1945 Constitution) with an unacceptable verdict or niet ontvankelijke verklaard (NO) generally do not have legal considerations. However, in its development the Court gave legal considerations both on the subject matter and legal position of the Petitioner. This research wants to answer why is the Constitutional Court gives judgment (judicial order) to the case with the unacceptable verdict? What are the legal consequences of legal considerations in the unacceptable verdict on compliance with the Constitutional Court's decision? This research is a normative legal research with data collection method through literature study. This study grouped the decisions that had NO verdicts from 2003 to 2018 totaling 375 decisions. From all of those, NO verdicts that have legal considerations are 71. This study found 3 decisions that have judicial orders in their legal considerations namely Decision 105/PUU-XIV/2016, Decision 57/PUU-XV/2017, and Decision 98/PUU-XVI/2018. The conclusion of this research is that an unacceptable verdict that contains a judicial order is always related to the implementation of a decision that does not work as it should. The Court reaffirmed the final and binding character of the Constitutional Court's decision as well as the character of the Constitutional Court's decision which declared constitutive through a quo decision. The characteristic of judicial order in the three a quo is when the Constitutional Court gives a gradual constitutional warning. In Decision 105/PUU-XIV/2016 the Constitutional Court confirmed that the disregard for the Constitutional Court's decision was an act against the law, then in the decision 57/PUU-XV/2017 the Constitutional Court affirmed the character of the decision that was self-executing and the most basic was the decision 98/PUU-XVI/2018 which states that an institution or community that does not carry out the Constitutional Court's decision is a defiance of the constitution. The birth of these considerations is as an effort to uphold the supremacy of the constitution and the spirit of the Constitutional Court.

Motivation and enthusiasm of a person in the workplace is one important factor to improve employee performance in a company. The motivation and high morale of a person can carry out their duties and responsibilities to the maximum extent possible, with high motivation and enthusiasm from one's employees to have a positive impact on the progress and development of the company going forward. Data collection techniques used in this journal are the techniques of collecting literature study data by collecting all relevant sources from books, journals, articles and other sources.
