The study aims to (1) describe the perception of sugarcane farmers in the district was on a partnership with PT PG Gorontalo farmers. (2) describe the factors that influence the success of the partnership program sugarcane farmers in the district was by PT PG Gorontalo. (3) analyze the contribution of sugarcane farmer partnership with PT PG Gorontalo to the income of farmers in the district was. This research is quantitative. Sources of data in this study are primary data from questionnaires to farmers. Data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis, regression and simple regression. These results indicate that (1) The partnership pattern obtained and applied to partnerships sugar cane farmers in the district was by PT PG. Tolangohula namely Gorontalo Province Operational Cooperation patterns Agribusiness (KOA). Farmer partnerships to provide benefits to growers of sugar cane but still less than optimal on the issue of determining the selling price of sugarcane is not appropriate and farmers' rights and obligations of the partner company of farmers not fulfilled in accordance with the terms and agreements. (2) The results of multiple regression analysis about factors that affect the success of the partnership of farmers found that internal factors, external factors, the characteristics of partnership, participation of farmers and supporting components of the partnership jointly significant effect on the success of the partnership program sugarcane growers of the people in the district was the value of the determinant of 63.30%, while it partially only variable that does not pick internal factors have a significant effect. (3) Partnerships sugar cane farmers in the district was by PT PG Gorontalo positive and significant impact on people's income taboo Sugarcane farmers in the district was the positive benefit contribution rate of 0.268 or by 26.8%. This shows that the partnership is very beneficial for farmers' incomes but its implementation still need to be addressed in order to provide a greater contribution to the income of farmers folk taboo.

The utilization of e-commerce media in the trading world brings impact to the international community in general and the people of Indonesia in particular. For Indonesian people, This is related to a very important legal problem. The importance of law in the field of e-commerce is mainly in protecting the parties who transact through the Internet. The purpose of this study is to know the legal review of the buying and selling agreements through electronic media as well as to know the legal protections for sellers and buyers if one of the parties commits a default. The research uses a normative juridical method of approach and the discussion is done in a descriptive analysis. The source and type of data used are primary data and secondary data. While the data collection techniques using literature studies, and the data obtained will be analyzed qualitatively. The agreement to buy and sell through electronic media is a new phenomenon that has been implemented in various countries and regulated in the Civil state nor law ITE. Legal protection for the parties in the sale and purchase agreements through electronic media is governed by the consumer protection ACT. Any breach must respond to any loss arising from his or her actions.

The partner in the community partnership program is Usaha Ilabulo Bakar. Ilabulo is a typical snack from Gorontalo. Formerly by the kings, Ilabulo symbolizes "Totombowata" which means united. PKM program by taking independent business partners as Ilabulo Bakar business actors. Partners who until now have many competitors that are difficult to develop. Every time Ilabulo was made per night, it could only be around 500 - 600 packs. The selling price per pack is around Rp. 5,000. Related to this PKM program the proposer wants to expand his business with ilabulo products globally by online marketing. This PKM program will help partners in the form of packaging improvements, product taste and quality, brands that do not yet exist, aspects of sales using only verbal communication, as well as simple management, the concept of inventory in warehouse does not yet exist and the financial management system is still lacking manual. and online sales training (e-commerce) of ilabulo Bakar products can be made as souvenirs typical of Gorontalo.

This Community Service is a Community Partnership Program that was carried out by to partners of the Brown Sugar Cane Business Group in Latellang Village, Patimpeng District. The processing of sugar cane so far has been very simple, and some of the sugar cane businesses were out of business due to the consumption and need for brown sugar cane by the community, especially the Latellang and other villages, who are reluctant to consume brown sugar cane. This reluctance is caused by the aroma of brown sugar cane. Therefore, diversification of brown sugar cane products was carried out by processing brown sugar cane into Liquid sugar and Recengan sugar. The results of the PKM program were able to provide partners with increased knowledge of processing brown sugar cane into a diversified product that has high economic value and reduced the price of brown sugar cane from Rp. 10,000 per kilogram into products with 250 grams of brown sugar cane as raw material. 2-3 bottles of Liquid Sugar (250 ml plastic packaging) with a price of Rp.10,000 per bottle and produce 15 pieces of Recengan Sugar. Especially for Recengan sugar packaging, it is packaged in pouch containing 8 Recengan sugar ata a price of Rp.10,000. The impact will be revive the production of cane brown sugar to the Cane Brown Sugar Business Group partners, especially in Latellang Village.

The purpose of this study is to find out the concept of khilafah according to Sayyid Quthub and Taqiyuddin al-Nabhani, differences and legal basis. This study is a library model, with primary data sources, the Zhilalal-Qur'anic Tafseer and Nizham Al-Hukmi Fi Al-Islam and qualitative descriptive analysis methods. The result is the thought of the concept of khilafah according to sayyid Quthub: 1). The concept of the ruler / caliph, that who becomes the ruler of the choice of the Muslims, acts in absolute freedom, but that person gets the authority because he constantly applies the law of Allah Almighty. 2). The Islamic government system, the Supra Nasional government (the unity of the entire Islamic world). 3). The pillars of his Islamic government: a). Justice of the ruler; b). People's obedience; c). Consultation between the people and the authorities. Thought of the concept of the Caliphate according to Taqiyuddin Al-Nabhani: 1). The concept of the ruler / caliph is a person who represents the Ummah in government affairs and power and in applying syara 'laws. 2). The system of government is khilafah. 3). The pillars of his Islamic government: a). Sovereignty in the hands of syara '; b). Power of the people; c). To appoint a legal Caliph fardlu for all Muslims; d). Only Khailfah has the right to carry out tabanni (adoption) against syara 'laws; e) The Caliph has the right to make constitutions and all other laws. The differences in the concept of khilafah are both: 1). According to Sayyid Quthub, if the ruler fails, then the ruler can be dismissed if the Muslims are no longer satisfied with him. This statement gives a signal that the people get rid of the rulers who no longer fulfill their functions (zhalim rulers). It is different from the opinion of Taqiyuddin al-Nabhani. An Amir al-mu'minin (Khalifah), even though he is responsible before the people and his representatives, but the people and their representatives are not entitled to dismiss him. Nor will the Caliph be dismissed, except when deviating from Shara law. The one who determined the dismissal was only the Mazhalim court. 2). The system of Islamic government according to Sayyid Quthub does not question any system of government in accordance with the system of conditions of society, but this government is characterized by respect for the supremacy of Islamic law (shari'ah). Whereas According to Taqiyuddin Al-Nabhani that the system of Islamic government is khilafah. 3). The pillars of Islamic government according to Sayyid Quthub and Taqiyyuddin al-Nabhani, points three parts a and b at the above conclusions are: 1). Sayyid Quthub: a). Justice of the ruler; b). People's obedience; c). Consultation between the people and the authorities. 2). Taqiyyuddin al-Nabhani: a). Sovereignty in the hands of syara; b). Power of the people; c). The legal basis for the establishment of the Caliphate according to Taqiyyuddin al-Nabhani: 1). Ruler, hadith of Muslim history from Abu Said Al khudri, Hadith no. 1853 and Muslims from Abdullah Bin Amru Bin Ash, Hadith no. 1844; 2). Islamic Government System, Al-Qur'an surah an-Nisa '(4) verse 59, an-Nisa' (4) verse 65. Muslim, saheeh Muslim, volumes, 3 pp., 1459 and 1480; 3). Islamic Pillars of Government al-Qur'an surah An-Nisa (3) verse 65, and Surah An-Nisa (3) verses': 5.

Information and Communication Technology (ICT) is one of the important aspects in online learning for human resources (HR) in the target schools, namely teachers. Management of ICT needs for human resources of teachers in a fostered school (sekolah binaan) can be done by conducting a training. The purpose of this study is to describe the training process carried out by the PGPAUD FTIK Unisnu Jepara school fostering team and the effectiveness of the training activities. This type of research is descriptive with a qualitative approach. Research informants came from KB Sya'roniyah teachers, with 12 people. The types of data used are primary data and secondary data. while, the data collection methods are observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis technique in this research is descriptive analysis with data testing method using triangulation. The results of the study show that the training process for teachers of the Sya'roniyah KB Purwogondo schools had several stages, those are needs analysis, training objectives, and determining the training program material. Evaluation is carried out to verify the effectiveness of the training. Based on the results of the evaluation of the training activities showed a positive response from the training participants. The ICT utilization training attended by the Sya'roniyah KB teacher was effective because the creativity of the teachers in using ICT after attending the training had increased and the level of parental complaints against online learning had also decreased.

This study aims to see the extent to which the impact of the development of oyster beach tourism objects on the economy of the Tapakis village community carried out by the tourism and sports office of Padang Pariaman district and to find out what are the obstacles that occur when developing oyster beach tourism. This research is based on the existence of problems in the tourism object of the Tapakis oyster beach such as development that has not been maximized and tourist facilities that are not well managed. This research uses qualitative research using descriptive methods. The informants in this study in this study, namely the Tourism Development Sector, the Promotion and Creative Economy Sector, the Wali Nagari Tapakis, the Tourism Awareness Group and Community Figures.The data of this research are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques are carried out by means of interviews and documentation studies, as well as testing the validity of the data by using triangulation techniques and using reference materials. The data analysis technique in this study was carried out by summarizing the records that were found in the field and assisted by data collection tools such as cellphone recorders with informants while in the field, after which a conclusion was obtained. The results of this study indicate that the impact of the development of oyster beach tourism objects on the economy the community of Tapakis village, Padang Pariaman district. The youth tourism and sports office as well as Pokdarwis members have carried out promotions such as placing advertisements, billboards, magazines, newspapers, browsers, Facebook and Instagram. Currently, the facilities at Oyster Beach are adequate, but these facilities have not been well managed at this time and from an environmental perspective it is still not clean enough. the level of visits to tourist objects has started to increase now compared to previous years as well as the economic income of the people around oyster beach tourism has started to improve as well today.

This research aims to determine the marketing strategy that must be taken from the results of the SWOT analysis at the b Hotel Bali & Spa Denpasar. This study uses primary data sources and secondary data sources with data collection methods through interviews, observation and questionnaires. The analysis technique used is a qualitative descriptive analysis technique, namely the SWOT analysis technique which explains, first, the data collection stage at the Bali Hotel & Spa Denpasar regarding the identification of internal and external factors in the form of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats, the second is the analysis stage, and third namely the stage of decision making to determine the strategy to be taken by the company. The research results from the SWOT analysis show that the company is in quadrant I, where it shows a problem regarding for the strength to see opportunities where the strategy taken is the SO strategy used to be applied in developing strategies that can be suggested at management b Hotel Bali & Spa Denpasar, to can improve the progress of the hotel going forward.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, motivasi, dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Bank Mandiri Cabang Daya Makassar. Jenis penelitian ini, yaitu penelitian asosiatif. Ada beberapa variabel yang dihubungkan dalam penelitian ini adalah variabel Gaya Kepemimpinan (X1), Motivasi (X2), Disiplin Kerja (X3), dan Kinerja Karyawan (Y). Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder . Data primer merupakan data yang diperoleh langsung dari responden dan data sekunder merupakan data yang diperoleh dari dokumen yang didapat dari PT. Bank Mandiri Cabang Daya Makassar untuk mendukung penelitian. Teknik analisis penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif dan regresi linier berganda dengan populasi dan sampel yang berjumlah sama, yaitu 31 orang. Hasil penelitian ini diperoleh bahwa gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, motivasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan Pada PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk, Cabang Daya Makassar. This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style, motivation, and work discipline on employee performance at PT. Bank Mandiri Branch Daya Makassar. This type of research, namely associative research. There are several variables that are linked in this study, namely the variable Leadership Style (X1), Motivation (X2), Work Discipline (X3), and Employee Performance (Y). The types of data used are primary data and secondary data. Primary data is data obtained directly from respondents and secondary data is data obtained from documents obtained from PT. Bank Mandiri Daya Makassar Branch to support research. The analysis technique of this research uses descriptive analysis techniques and multiple linear regression with the same population and sample, namely 31 people. The results of this study indicate that leadership style affects employee performance, motivation affects employee performance and work discipline affects employee performance at PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk, Daya Makassar Branch.

A Cooperative is a financial institution that aims to prosper its members. In addition to conventional cooperatives, there are now sharia cooperatives which in carrying out their operations use sharia principles. KSPPS BMT Salafiyah is one of them, KSPPS BMT Salafiyah is a savings and loan cooperative and sharia financing owned by the Salafiyah Syafi'iyah Islamic Boarding School Sukorejo. BMT is the closest Islamic financial institution to the community. And to maintain public trust in BMT, transparency, accountability, responsibility, professionalism, and fairness are needed in carrying out its operations. This study discusses Good Corporate Governance (GCG) in which there are 5 principles. The focus of the problem in this research are: first, how is the implementation of GCG principles in KSPPS BMT Salafiyah Sukorejo Sumberejo Banyuputih Situbondo?; second, what are the obstacles faced in implementing the principles of GCG in KSPPS BMT Salafiyah Sukorejo Sumberejo Banyuputih Situbondo? The purpose of this research is to describe how the implementation of GCG principles in KSPPS BMT Salafiyah and what are the obstacles in implementing GCG principles in KSPPS BMT Salafiayah Sukorejo Sumberejo Banyuputih Situbondo. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method and uses the instruments of observation, interviews, and documentation. Meanwhile, the data analysis uses descriptive analysis technique, which describes qualitatively when conducting research, with an emphasis on the Implementation of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) Principles at KSPPS Salafiyah Sukorejo Sumberejo Banyuputih Situbondo. The result of this research is that KSPPS BMT Salafiyah implements 5 principles of GCG, namely transparency, accountability, responsibility, professionalism, and fairness. And for the obstacles faced in implementing GCG, KSPPS BMT Salafiyah experienced obstacles in internal factors, namely the ebb and flow of employee discipline in carrying out their duties or obligations, the effort they made was to apply rules to employees to come to the office before 8 o'clock and give rewards to employees with high discipline.

This study aims to describe the local wisdom of the Kaili da’a Tribe in managing agricultural land in Dombu Village, Marawola District, Sigi Regency, Central Sulawesi. This research is descriptive qualitative, the research subjects in this study are the people of the Kaili da’a Tribe in Dombu village with the key informant of the Kaili da’a tribal chief, the types and sources of data are primary data and secondary data with data collection methods through observation and interviews. Qualitative descriptive data analysis technique. The results of this study indicate that the cultivation of agricultural land is carried out traditionally in accordance with the local wisdom of the Kaili da’a Tribe, while the management of agricultural land of the Kaili da’a Tribe includes: 1) Preparation includes customary council meetings and traditional ceremonies, 2) Land Opening, 3) Plowing of Land, 4) Land Harvesting, 5) Basic Fertilization.
