Abstract. This research is a descriptive qualitative research. It aims to obtain information on the relevant themes and types of literary works taught in school. Data seurcesof this research were primary and secondary data . Data collecting, the researcher used library technique. The data obtained were then analyzed using the heuristic and hermeneutic reading methods. The findings show that the relevant themes of German literary work that can be used in teaching are family, daily life, divinity, nature, and health by paying attention to the level of students' language skill. As for the types of German literary works based on the findings, the relevant types are Lyrics and Short Stories.

Literature is a branch of art. About society, literature is a mirror of life that can take advantage of the values that exist in society. This study aims to describe the Language Style in the Piano Novel in Agnes Jessica's Glass Box. The method in this research is descriptive qualitative. Qualitative research is carried out by not prioritizing numbers, but prioritizing the depth of appreciation of the interaction between the concepts being studied empirically in this novel, providing an understanding of course in analyzing literary works with the approach used is a pragmatic approach considering the implications of readers through their various competencies. By considering indicators of literary works and readers, the problems that can be solved through a pragmatic approach, including the various responses of certain communities to a literary work, either as an explicit or implicit reader, both in a synchronic and diachronic framework. The results showed that the language style in the novel Piano in the Glass Box by Agnes Jessica is very varied and creative. Agnes Jessicas' novel Piano in a Glass Box totals 377 pages. The total frequency of using Language Styles is 98 units. In this novel Piano di Kotak Kaca by Agnes Jessicain, there are four groups of language styles, namely comparative language styles, namely parable, metaphor, personification, and antithesis, contradictory language styles, namely hyperbole, litotes, irony, oxymoron, and zeugma.

The background of this study begins from people who rarely use monoligual language (one language). But in daily life, there are still many people who use two languages (bilingualism). People who use local languages and Indonesian language for example. The purpose of this study is to describe bilingualism in novels as a sociolinguistic study that examines language in assessment with the user community. This research is used to provide information to readers about the bilingualism in Gadis Pantai (The Girl from the Coast) by Pramoedya Ananta Toer. This study uses qualitative research with content analysis methods. The data source used in this study is primary data in the form of novel as the main data source. Secondary data of this study are reference books that support the study conducted by researchers. This research is useful for studying bilingualism in Gadis Pantai by Pramoedya Ananta. From the results of the study and discussion it can be concluded that Gadis Pantai by Pramoedya Ananta Toer contains 25 sentences in bilingualism. Bilingualism that is found is between Javanese language and Indonesian language but indonesian dominated. Bilingualism is not only found directly in the communication of the language community but also can be found in literary works. This type of literary work can be in the form of a novel. Bilingualism in novels is found in conversations between characters in the novel.

This paper highlights the role and development of Lawas as a traditional literary work and its preservation toward other local wisdom in Samawa. This study was a descriptive-qualitative research where the author was attempted to use the field research in the process of collecting the data. It is purposively that the participant on the interview was chosen based on the capability of the samples in apprehend Lawas and acknowledged Lawas whether as a traditional literary work or as a local wisdom that renowned to be the preserver of the other local wisdom in Samawa Island.  The result of this study showed that Lawas was primarily become the foundation of the existence of many local wisdoms in Samawa island, such as in Mataq Rame which is includes BaLawas, Ngumang, Sakeco, gandang, badede, batutir, Pangantan (marriage procession), and many kinds of procession related to local parades in Samawa. As a traditional literary work, Lawas independently become an expression medium for the society in the form of literary works and the sacred parade that is perpetuated from generation to generation. It is renowned that the creation of Lawas is based on the three foundation of life that was believed by the community and apply them in the real life. Those three foundations are acknowledging as Raboat Aji Lako Nene, Raboat Aji Inak Bapak, and Raboat Aji Lako Guru.

A good literary work can provide information about various kinds of community life,including life related to religiosity. Literary works are closely related to religisiutas,because of that, various works appearing showing the religiosity of society, one ofwhich is the Javanese. Modern Indonesian literary works that illustrate this are thecollection of short stories from Umi Kalsum by Djamil Suherman, the lyrical prosePengakuan Pariyem by Linus Suryadi AG, and the novel Ronggeng Dukuh Paruk byAhmad Tohari. Each of these works represents the diversity of Javanese society. Thecollection of short stories from Umi Kalsum shows the religious side of the communitycalled the santri who are so obedient in carrying out their worship. The lyrical proseof Pariyem's confession provides information on how a babu is so resigned to seeinglife, but in her soul holds the wisdom of Kejawen. Meanwhile, Ronggeng Dukuh Parukdescribes the Javanese people who worship the spirits of their ancestors. Even thoughthey have different religions, they basically want harmony. Javanese people who livein santri enjoy harmony when they live with strong Islamic values. The Javanesepeople of the Gunung Kidul area live in harmony if they are always nrimo and see lifeas it is according to its Javanese nature. The Dukuh Paruk community attainsharmony that originates from the worship of the spirit of Ki Secamenggala.

Language is a tool of communication used by people anywhere and every time. Now days people commonly find a figurative language in daily life, for example in a lyric of song. Figurative language is a way to express an idea in implicit way. This research is trying to analyze the figurative languages which exist in the lyric of song “A Whole New World” and trying to find out its meaning by analyzing its contextual meaning. This is a descriptive qualitative research. The data instrument is the song lyric which taken from Genius website. The result showed that this song consist of some figurative languages, such as alliteration, simile, personification, metaphor, and hyperbole. Furthermore, the most figurative language used in the lyric is metaphor. It is highly relatable with the imaginative theme of the song itself. The contextual meaning of each figurative language is also explained based on the situation of the lyric.

This essay discusses Grigorije Bozovic's literary and publicistic work and the degree to which it offers factography for anthropogeographical anthropological (that is, related to racial features), ethnographic ethnopsychological, sociological and characterological studies of our nation living in the regions discussed in his literary and publicistic works. The author particularly analyses his traveller's reports Sa sedla i samara (From the Saddle and Pack-Saddle), Crte i reze (Lines and Bars), Po Drenici (In Drenica) and others; it also analyses the short stories published in Srpska Knjizevna Zadruga (Serbian Literary Cooperative) (Rodjak / A Relative) and in the collections with the titles Roblje Zarobljeno (Captured Slaves) and Neizmisljeni Likovi (Nonfictional Characters). On the basis of the reviews and analyses of Grigorije Bozovic's publicistic and literary works in this essay, one could make a conclusion that they represent a significant scientific material and more than just that, the material relevant for the study of our and other nations in these Balkan regions.

Literary works are never separated from previous works or other texts. “Aku Dipenogoro!” is a literary work in the form of a drama script written by Landung Simatupang which was inspired by the power of divination by Peter Carey. The process of forming a literary work based on the acceptance of the past works can be said to be a reception. Therefore, this study used a reception approach to see how far the acceptance of previous works in Aku Dipenogoro!. The method used in this study is descriptive qualitative. In this case, the researcher compares the texts by looking at the similarities and differences. Furthermore, the findings are described. Based on the results of the analysis conducted by Aku Dipenogoro! as a literary work made several changes from the previous work (Peter Carey's Power of Prediction). These changes are used to give a dramatic effect in the work. Improvisation is used to get certain effects and aesthetics in a work. As a drama script Aku Dipenogoro! refers to dramatic effects in the performing arts (theater).

This study aims to describe the application of sharia principles in the implementation of fintech-based lending services. The method used in this study is descriptive qualitative research and literature. The data used is secondary data from various relevant and up to date literature. Based on the results of the analysis it can be concluded that accounts payable is an agreement between two parties giving money or goods to a second party to be utilized. In terms of engagement in accordance with Islamic law or according to sharia, contracts through information technology media still have to fulfill harmony and terms of contract. The contract scheme implemented by service providers includes the Wakalah bil Ujrah contract and the Musyarakah contract. In the field of muamalah known as the principle of Islamic law, namely the principle of skill or change. The terms of Ijab Qobul must describe the agreement of the parties to enter into the online debt agreement. Abstract— Literary work, directly or indirectly, is the realization and imagination of the author as a reflection and the reality that the author gets from society. Literary works can be found through the life forms of society. Thus, literary works cannot be separated from the elements around them. Literary work along its journey always implicate man, humanity, life, and life. In essence, literary works are born for the surrounding community. Literary works are the products of authors who live in the social world. That way, short story literary works in the form of fairy tales are the author's imaginative world that is always related to social life. There are interesting things that are given to our children to change attitudes and daily ethics. Keywords—: Literary works; short stories; fairy tales.
