In the Supreme Court Regulation Number 1 of 2008 concerning Mediation Procedures in Courts, mediation is a method of resolving disputes through the negotiation process to obtain agreement between the parties assisted by mediators. The mediator is a neutral party who can help the parties in the negotiation process. In this study the aim was to find out how the mediators tried to minimize the number of divorces in the Indramyu Religious Court. In this study the method used is a qualitative method with a normative juridical approach with field research in the Indramayu Religious Court. There are three data collection techniques that the author uses, namely interviews, documentation, and literature review and then analyzed using descriptive methods. The final result of this study is that the role of mediators in minimizing the number of divorces in the Indramayu Religious Court is in accordance with mediation procedures in PerMA No. 1 of 2016. Mediators make efforts with mediation, satisfy themselves for both parties, notify legal consequences that occur and provide solutions by giving both parties a chance to tell the problem. This step is one way to minimize but not every mediation produces maximum results. Therefore, the mediator must issue the latest breakthroughs in mediating and making creative and innovative mediators.

Character Education Strengthening is one of 5 (five) programs initiated by education in Indonesia. KDP is one of the goals of learning so that it is one of the thinking skills needed by students in the 21st century. 4 (four) other programs are 4C (collaborative, communicative, critical thinking, creative), literacy, HOTS (High Order Thinking Skills), and digitalization of learning. Digitizing education, especially online learning, is considered by many to be unable to transfer capabilities in the affective domain. This study conducted a study and analysis of how character education synergizes with digital-based online learning. This study is expected to be an answer to the concerns of academics and practitioners in other fields of education. The method of data collection in this study was carried out through literature review, interviews and observations, and analyzed qualitatively. The results of the study show that online learning based on digitalization implicitly and exponentially synergizes with character education, especially on character values of responsibility, independence, honesty, discipline, hard work, creative, independent, and curiosity.

Objective - This paper examines the role of a health information professional in a large multidisciplinary project to improve services for head injury. Methods - An action research approach was taken, with the information professional acting as co-ordinator. Change management processes were guided by theory and evidence. The health information professional was responsible for an ongoing literature review on knowledge management (clinical and political issues), data collection and analysis (from patient records), collating and comparing data (to help develop standards), and devising appropriate dissemination strategies. Results - Important elements of the health information management role proved to be 1) co-ordination; 2) setting up mechanisms for collaborative learning through information sharing; and 3) using the theoretical frameworks (identified from the literature review) to help guide implementation. The role that emerged here has some similarities to the informationist role that stresses domain knowledge, continuous learning and working in context (embedding). This project also emphasised the importance of co-ordination, and the ability to work across traditional library information analysis (research literature discovery and appraisal) and information analysis of patient data sets (the information management role). Conclusion - Experience with this project indicates that health information professionals will need to be prepared to work with patient record data and synthesis of that data, design systems to co-ordinate patient data collection, as well as critically appraise external evidence.

AbstractRemoval models were proposed over 80 years ago as a tool to estimate unknown population size. Although the models have evolved over time, in essence, the protocol for data collection has remained similar: at each sampling occasion attempts are made to capture and remove individuals from the study area. Within this paper we review the literature of removal modelling and highlight the methodological developments for the analysis of removal data, in order to provide a unified resource for ecologists wishing to implement these approaches. Models for removal data have developed to better accommodate important feature of the data and we discuss the shift in the required assumption for the implementation of the models. The relative simplicity of this type of data and associated models mean that the method remains attractive and we discuss the potential future role of this technique.Author summarySince the introduction of the removal in 1939, the method has being extensively used by ecologists to estimate population size. Although the models have evolved over time, in essence, the protocol for data collection has remained similar: at each sampling occasion attempts are made to capture and remove individuals from the study area. Here, we introduce the method and how it has been applied and how it has evolved over time. Our study provides a literature review of the methods and applications followed by a review of available software. We conclude with a discussion about the opportunities of this model in the future.

The rise of e-commerce has brought considerable changes to the relationship between firms and consumers, especially within international business. Hence, understanding the use of such means for entering foreign markets has become critical for companies. However, the research on this issue is new and so it is important to evaluate what has been studied in the past. In this study, we conduct a systematic review of e-commerce and internationalisation studies to explicate how firms use e-commerce to enter new markets and to export. The studies are classified by theories and methods used in the literature. Moreover, we draw upon the internationalisation decision process (antecedents-modalities-consequences) to propose an integrative framework for understanding the role of e-commerce in internationalisation
