Teachers must be able to increase the standard of their student's education. Various innovations in improving the quality of learning can be done through Classroom Action Research. However, the facts show that the productivity of teachers at SMP 'Aisyiyah Muhammadiyah 3 Malang has not shown significant development. As part of efforts to improve the quality of student learning in class, many teachers have not been able to implement Classroom Action Research. Therefore, this service seeks to provide classroom action research training assistance to teachers of SMP 'Aisyiyah Muhammadiyah Malang. This service program is carried out in four structured activities, namely sharing, concept expository, training and mentoring, and writing research articles. Through the activities that have been carried out, it was found that the main cause of the absence of the research being conducted was motivation. Through psychological strengthening and intensive mentoring, supported by a strategy to develop worksheet instruments, can provide significant results. Teachers of SMP 'Aisyiyah Muhammadiyah 3 Malang can design and produce classroom action research.

Classroom Action Research Training for Aisyiyah PAUD Central Java Teachers to Improve the Quality of Learning delivered by the Principal and Teacher Training of PAUD 'Aisyiyah PWA Central Java, this activity aims to: 1) instill awareness in PAUD 'Aisyiyah teachers on the importance of Classroom Action Research 2) improve skills prepare proposals for Classroom Action Research 3) provide assistance related to Classroom Action Research, 4) train teachers to be able to provide treatment to the subjects studied, so that they experience positive changes. The methods used in this training are presentations, discussions, case studies. This training activity was attended by 142 teachers from PAUD 'Aisyiyah in Central Java. The results of the service are theoretically successful, this can be seen from the enthusiasm of the training participants who actively ask questions about the problems they encounter related to the steps of preparing the CAR proposal, but judging from the practice of preparing the proposal the results have not been satisfactory, because only 15% of participants can prepare a CAR proposal properly. and 33% is considered sufficient, while 52% of participants have not succeeded in compiling a CAR proposal. It is not easy to write CAR, it requires independent effort training from the teacher concerned to solve the problems faced in PBM. In general, PAUD 'Aisyiyah Central Java teachers need further assistance in writing Classroom Action Research.

the purpose of this activity is to meet the needs of teachers in improving teacher competence in the field of business management expertise of teachers in SMKN 1 and SMK Ketintang Surabaya. The reason for doing this classroom action research training (1) to make teachers sensitive and responsive to the dynamics of learning in its class. (2) Improving teachers' performance to become professionals (3) teachers improves the learning process through an in-depth assessment of what is happening in their classroom. (4) classroom action research does not interfere with a teacher's main task because the teacher does not need to leave the class. The results of these activities in the form of articles of scientific work of classroom action research used by teachers as material for improving the process and the results of student learning in the classroom. It is expected that through the classroom action research training and the accompaniment of the script writing of the classroom action research results. And ultimately teachers SMKN Surabaya and SMK Ketintang Surabaya Business Management can improve scientific publications and can increase functional allowance and teacher credit numbers in developing teacher careers.

Improvement of the national education system is needed so that the quality of education increases one of the efforts to improve the quality of education is by increasing teacher professionalism. Increased professionalism of teachers is characterized by an increase in competencies that must be possessed by teachers, namely pedagogical competencies related to management of students, social competencies related to communication skills, personal competencies related to the ability of teachers to have wise personalities, and professional competencies related to ability teacher to master knowledge and improve the quality of learning. One way that can be taken in improving the quality of learning is to carry out classroom action research. Class action research is a research activity to solve learning problems. By conducting classroom action research, teachers are able to improve the learning process through a study of what is happening in their classrooms. The purpose of this training is to find out how far the teacher's knowledge and practices are about Classroom Action Research. The methods that will be used to provide this training include: lectures, questions and answers, discussions, assignments, individual guidance, and independent training in the form of projects. From the results of the overall evaluation of the implementation of the Classroom Action Research training at SD Nurul, Sidoarjo Wisdom was fairly successful, it was seen from the implementation indicators and the results obtained from this training with fairly good values.

Social Service in SMP Negeri 1 Bungoro, located in Pangkep Regency, South Sulawesi. The problem of partners is that teachers still have difficulty planning and implementing Classroom Action Research. An alternative solution to the problem is to provide Classroom Action Research Training to the teachers of SMP Negeri 1 Bungoro, Pangkep Regency. The output target to be achieved is the skill of the teachers of SMP Negeri 1 Bungoro, Pangkep Regency in compiling a Classroom Action Research proposal so that it can improve the quality of learning. The method to be carried out is the presentation of material on classroom action research in PowerPoint displayed on the LCD. From the results of the activities that have been carried out, it is found that there is an increase in the ability of teachers in preparing Classroom Action Research Proposals

Based on the results of tests conducted on social studies student learning results obtained arelow, the researchers observed that in general the students have not reached the limit ofmastery learning expected by SBC. Abstrak Observasi awal yang dilakukan terhadap 74 guru-guru di SMPN 1 Tanjung Morawa dan SMPN 4 Tanjung Morawa menunjukkan bahwa hanya 10 orang yang mengaku mampu melakukan penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK). Dari 10 guru-guru tersebut hanya 4 orang yang mengaku sudah melakukan penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) dan 6 guru mengaku tidak termotivasi untuk melakukannya. Sementara 64 guru lainnya memberikan alasan tidak memahami prosedur pelaksanaan, PTK bukan pekerjaan seorang guru. Seyogyanya, pelaksanaan PTK tidaklah hanya sebagai disamping tuntutan administrastif, namun guru harus mampu untuk merefleksi pembelajaran di kelas demi peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran membutuhkan penelitian tindakan kelas. Hal inilah yang menjadi dasar peningkatan profesionalisme guru-guru SMP melalui pelatihan penelitian tindakan kelas di kabupaten Deli Serdang. Pelaksanaan Iptek bagi Masyarakat  (IbM) ini adalah untuk membentuk kelompok guru yang mandiri dalam melaksanakan PTK serta mampu menghasilkan laporan serta karya tulis imiah yang dipublikasikan dalam jurnal dengan pendekatan pendampingan yang berkelanjutan. Dosen-dosen yang sudah berpengalaman dalam hal PTK turut membantu sebagai pembimbing guru-guru tersebut. Pelaksanaan IbM ini memberikan kontribusi peningkatan motivasi guru dalam melaksanakan PTK secara signifikan dimana terdapat 13 orang dari 31 orang guru yang dibimbing dapat menuntaskan kewajibannya sampai pada seminar hasil PTK.  Kata Kunci : Jurnal Ilmiah, Penelitian Tindakan Kelas. Abstract Initial observations conducted on 74 teachers at SMPN 1 Tanjung Morawa and SMPN 4 Tanjung Morawa indicated that only 10 of them have the ability to perform classroom action research (PTK). More specifically, 4 out of 10 teachers have engaged with PTK and 6 teachers admitted that they are not motivated to do so. Accordingly, 64 other teachers had lack of understanding in the implementation procedure arguing that, PTK is not a teacher's job. As a matter of fact, the implementation of TOD is not only as a matter of administrative demands, but the teacher must be able to reflect on the classroom learning for the improvement of the quality of learning requires research of class action. This is the basis for improving the professionalism of junior high school teachers through classroom action research training in Deli Serdang district. The implementation of Science and Technology for Society (IbM) is to form a group of independent teachers in implementing PTK and able to produce reports and writings imiah published in the journal with a sustainable approach mentoring. Lecturers who have experience in terms of PTK helped as mentors of these teachers. The implementation of IbM contributed to the improvement of teachers' motivation in implementing PTK significantly where 13 people from 31 guided teachers could complete their obligation until the PTK seminar result. Keywords: Scientific Journal, Classroom Action Research.

Abstrak Jenis penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (classroom action research) yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia siswa kelas IXA SMP Unismuh Makassar melalui pendekatan kontekstual. Penelitian ini terdiri dari dua siklus yaitu siklus I selama 4 kali pertemuan dan siklus II selama 4 kali pertemuan. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas IXA SMP Unismuh Makassar dengan jumlah siswa 30 pada semester ganjil tahun pelajaran 2015/2016 dengan pokok bahasan cerita pendek. Pengambilan data penelitian ini melalui tes hasil belajar, lembar observasi aktivitas siswa dan guru serta angket respon siswa. Data hasil penelitian dianalisis secara deskriptif kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Berdasarkan analisis, hasil belajar bahasa Indonesia siswa mengalami peningkatan, yang meliputi skor rata-rata hasil belajar bahasa Indonesia siswa pada siklus I adalah 75,5 dengan standar deviasi 9,87. Pada siklus II skor rata-rata hasil belajar bahasa Indonesia siswa adalah 85,2 dengan standar deviasi 12,36. Persentase siswa yang mencapai ketuntasan minimal adalah 23 atau 76,66 % pada siklus I dan 27 atau 90% pada siklus II. Sedangkan data hasil observasi aktivitas siswa dan guru yang dianalisis secara kualitatif juga mengalami peningkatan selama diterapkan pembelajaran dengan pendekatan kontekstual pada siswa kelas IXA SMP Unismuh. Selain itu, respon siswa terhadap pendekatan kontekstual secara umum positif dengan jumlah rata-rata sebesar 95,18. Sehingga secara umum dapat disimpulkan bahwa kualitas pembelajaran bahasa indonesia siswa mengalami peningkatan.Kata Kunci : Kualitas Pembelajaran, Pendekatan Kontekstual.AbstractThis research is a classroom action research (classroom action research), which aims to improve the quality of Indonesian students learning junior class IXA Unismuh Makassar via contextual approach. The study consisted of two cycles of the first cycle during the 4 meetings and the second cycle during the 4 meetings. The subjects were students of class IXA Unismuh SMP 30 Makassar by the number of students in the first semester of the 2015/2016 school year on the subject of short stories. Collecting data through the test results of this research study, observation sheet activities of students and teachers as well as student questionnaire responses. The data were analyzed by descriptive quantitative and qualitative. Based on the analysis, the results of studying Indonesian students has increased, which includes the average score Indonesian student learning outcomes in the first cycle was 75.5 with a standard deviation of 9.87. In the second cycle the average score Indonesian student learning outcomes is 85.2 with a standard deviation of 12.36. The percentage of students who achieve a minimum completeness is 23 or 76.66% in the first cycle and 27 or 90% in the second cycle. While data on the observation of activity of students and teachers were analyzed qualitatively also increased for applied learning with contextual approach in class IXA SMP Unismuh. In addition, the students' response to the contextual approach is generally positive with a number average of 95.18. So in general it can be concluded that the quality of learning Indonesian students has increased.Keywords: Quality Education, Contextual Approach.

This class action research aims to improve the quality of student learning outcomes in Islamic Religious Education subjects. The alternative offered to achieve that goal is to introduce the giving question and getting answer method. This study uses the Classroom Action Research (CAR) method of Kurt Lewin's model. Data collection techniques used were observation and tests. Classroom Action Research in class VIII H, SMP Negeri 1 Baregbeg, Ciamis Regency. The steps of data analysis are as follows: data selection, data correction and data weighting. The results of this study prove that the giving question and getting answer method has succeeded in improving the quality of student learning outcomes in Islamic Religious Education subjects at the Baregbeg State Middle School in Ciamis Regency.

Abstrak: Tujuan workshop ini pada khususnya diharapkan dapat meningkatkan atau memperbaiki kinerja belajar siswa di sekolah, meningkatkan mutu proses pembelajaran di kelas, meningkatkan kualitas penggunaan media, alat bantu belajar, dan sumber belajar lainnya, meningkatkan, memperbaiki maupun menjaga kualitas prosedur dan alat evaluasi yang digunakan untuk mengukur proses dan hasil belajar siswa. Selain itu, workshop ini juga dimaksudkan untuk membantu guru-guru dalam upaya peningkatan atau perbaikan terhadap masalah-masalah pendidikan anak di sekolah serta peningkatan dan perbaikan terhadap kualitas penerapan kurikulum dan pengembangan kompetensi siswa di sekolah. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelaksanaan pelatihan ini adalah metode ceramah, latihan, dan evaluasi. Secara umum, hasil pelaksanaan pengabdian pada masyarakat ini adalah cukup baik dan reponsif (dari rata-rata respons peserta pasca pelatihan sebesar 80,45% yang berada pada kategori positif) artinya terdapat pemahaman para guru tentang profesinya, terutama dalam hal pemahaman penulisan/ pembuatan/ pelaksanaan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas.   Kata Kunci: Penelitian Tindakan Kelas, Pembelajaran Siswa   Abstract: The purpose of this workshop is in particular expected to be able to improve or improve student learning performance in schools, improve the quality of classroom learning processes, improve the quality of media use, learning aids, and other learning resources, improve, improve and maintain the quality of procedures and evaluation tools used to measuring the process and results of student learning. Abstrak : Penelitian tindakan kelas merupakan salah satu proses inkuiri yang penting untuk dilaksanakan oleh guru dalam rangka meningkatkan kualitas proses dan hasil belajar peserta didik. Ada tiga karakteristik PTK yang perludipahami yakni, 1) dilaku-kan atas dasar adanya masalah yang dipicu oleh kesadaran guru bahwa praktik pembelajaran yang dilakukannya di kelas memerlukan perbaikan, 2) merupakan suatu bentuk kegiatan inkuiri yang dilakukan melalui refleksi diri, dan 3) dilaksanakan di dalam kelas oleh guru secara terintegrasi dengan kegiatan pembelajaran dan dapat menjadi tindakan inovatif guru dalam proses pelaksanaan tugas profesinya. Dalam rangka mengembangkan semangat dan kemampuan guru untuk melaksanakan PTK maka guru perlu difasilitasi untuk berperan serta sebagai peneliti pendamping dosen, diciptakan peluang dan akses untuk mengikuti diseminasi tentang hasil penelitian dan teori-teori serta praktik PTK di sekolah.Kata kunci : PTK, inkuiri, teori-praktik, peneliti pendampingAbstract : Classroom action research is one form of teacher inquiry activities to improve the quality of teaching processes and student learning achievements. There are three important characteristics of classroom action research (CAR) that should be known by teacher. First, it is conducted by teacher based on their awareness in relation to his/her teaching process. Second, it is a teacher’s inquiry activity which should be conducted through self reflection. Third, it is conducted by teacher as form of teaching innovation during his/her professional activities. In the efforts to developsteacher spirits and ability to proceeds classroom action research, therefore it is important to provide broad facility for teacher to be involved in lecturer’s research activities as co-researcher and to joint dissemination of scientific articles about theories and practices of the lassroom action research.Keywords : CAR, inquiry, theory-practices, co-researcher
