Classroom Action Research Training for Aisyiyah PAUD Central Java Teachers to Improve the Quality of Learning delivered by the Principal and Teacher Training of PAUD 'Aisyiyah PWA Central Java, this activity aims to: 1) instill awareness in PAUD 'Aisyiyah teachers on the importance of Classroom Action Research 2) improve skills prepare proposals for Classroom Action Research 3) provide assistance related to Classroom Action Research, 4) train teachers to be able to provide treatment to the subjects studied, so that they experience positive changes. The methods used in this training are presentations, discussions, case studies. This training activity was attended by 142 teachers from PAUD 'Aisyiyah in Central Java. The results of the service are theoretically successful, this can be seen from the enthusiasm of the training participants who actively ask questions about the problems they encounter related to the steps of preparing the CAR proposal, but judging from the practice of preparing the proposal the results have not been satisfactory, because only 15% of participants can prepare a CAR proposal properly. and 33% is considered sufficient, while 52% of participants have not succeeded in compiling a CAR proposal. It is not easy to write CAR, it requires independent effort training from the teacher concerned to solve the problems faced in PBM. In general, PAUD 'Aisyiyah Central Java teachers need further assistance in writing Classroom Action Research.

The implementation of community service aims to provide tips for writing classroom action research articles so that this activity can motivate teachers to write and improve their abilities in researching and writing articles where the benefits can be implemented in the classroom. Facts on the ground indicate that the obligation of teachers to write PTK is a "horror" and burdensome for teachers. That is because the teacher is not used to writing and researching. Hope after community service in both schools, the teacher can overcome problems in class and make the research culture the best solution in school.

<em>The teacher is an element that plays an important role in improving the quality of education in Indonesia. It is inevitable that there are various problems in learning that need to be solved by a teacher, one of them with research. Classroom Action Research is an attempt to correct any shortcomings and deficiencies in learning. Followed by writing a Classroom Action Research Report, carried out as an attempt to think and prove to improve the professionalism of teachers and is no less important as an added value in increasing credit. The aim of this study is to describe: teacher skills in writing Classroom Action Research reports and obstacles for teachers in writing scientific articles. This research is a qualitative research with a descriptive design. Based on the results of the study, it was concluded that the skills to write research reports in the classroom were still low and very rarely performed. The obstacles that the teacher encountered were the lack of understanding of scientific articles, little systematic writing knowledge, limited liability, problems with the use of computers and time. But of all that, the cause of the obstacles that the teacher encounters is motivation.</em>

Improvement of the national education system is needed so that the quality of education increases one of the efforts to improve the quality of education is by increasing teacher professionalism. Increased professionalism of teachers is characterized by an increase in competencies that must be possessed by teachers, namely pedagogical competencies related to management of students, social competencies related to communication skills, personal competencies related to the ability of teachers to have wise personalities, and professional competencies related to ability teacher to master knowledge and improve the quality of learning. One way that can be taken in improving the quality of learning is to carry out classroom action research. Class action research is a research activity to solve learning problems. By conducting classroom action research, teachers are able to improve the learning process through a study of what is happening in their classrooms. The purpose of this training is to find out how far the teacher's knowledge and practices are about Classroom Action Research. The methods that will be used to provide this training include: lectures, questions and answers, discussions, assignments, individual guidance, and independent training in the form of projects. From the results of the overall evaluation of the implementation of the Classroom Action Research training at SD Nurul, Sidoarjo Wisdom was fairly successful, it was seen from the implementation indicators and the results obtained from this training with fairly good values.

Social Service in SMP Negeri 1 Bungoro, located in Pangkep Regency, South Sulawesi. The problem of partners is that teachers still have difficulty planning and implementing Classroom Action Research. An alternative solution to the problem is to provide Classroom Action Research Training to the teachers of SMP Negeri 1 Bungoro, Pangkep Regency. The output target to be achieved is the skill of the teachers of SMP Negeri 1 Bungoro, Pangkep Regency in compiling a Classroom Action Research proposal so that it can improve the quality of learning. The method to be carried out is the presentation of material on classroom action research in PowerPoint displayed on the LCD. From the results of the activities that have been carried out, it is found that there is an increase in the ability of teachers in preparing Classroom Action Research Proposals

Teachers must be able to increase the standard of their student's education. Various innovations in improving the quality of learning can be done through Classroom Action Research. However, the facts show that the productivity of teachers at SMP 'Aisyiyah Muhammadiyah 3 Malang has not shown significant development. As part of efforts to improve the quality of student learning in class, many teachers have not been able to implement Classroom Action Research. Therefore, this service seeks to provide classroom action research training assistance to teachers of SMP 'Aisyiyah Muhammadiyah Malang. This service program is carried out in four structured activities, namely sharing, concept expository, training and mentoring, and writing research articles. Through the activities that have been carried out, it was found that the main cause of the absence of the research being conducted was motivation. Through psychological strengthening and intensive mentoring, supported by a strategy to develop worksheet instruments, can provide significant results. Teachers of SMP 'Aisyiyah Muhammadiyah 3 Malang can design and produce classroom action research.

Abstrak Observasi awal yang dilakukan terhadap 74 guru-guru di SMPN 1 Tanjung Morawa dan SMPN 4 Tanjung Morawa menunjukkan bahwa hanya 10 orang yang mengaku mampu melakukan penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK). Dari 10 guru-guru tersebut hanya 4 orang yang mengaku sudah melakukan penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) dan 6 guru mengaku tidak termotivasi untuk melakukannya. Sementara 64 guru lainnya memberikan alasan tidak memahami prosedur pelaksanaan, PTK bukan pekerjaan seorang guru. Seyogyanya, pelaksanaan PTK tidaklah hanya sebagai disamping tuntutan administrastif, namun guru harus mampu untuk merefleksi pembelajaran di kelas demi peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran membutuhkan penelitian tindakan kelas. Hal inilah yang menjadi dasar peningkatan profesionalisme guru-guru SMP melalui pelatihan penelitian tindakan kelas di kabupaten Deli Serdang. Pelaksanaan Iptek bagi Masyarakat  (IbM) ini adalah untuk membentuk kelompok guru yang mandiri dalam melaksanakan PTK serta mampu menghasilkan laporan serta karya tulis imiah yang dipublikasikan dalam jurnal dengan pendekatan pendampingan yang berkelanjutan. Dosen-dosen yang sudah berpengalaman dalam hal PTK turut membantu sebagai pembimbing guru-guru tersebut. Pelaksanaan IbM ini memberikan kontribusi peningkatan motivasi guru dalam melaksanakan PTK secara signifikan dimana terdapat 13 orang dari 31 orang guru yang dibimbing dapat menuntaskan kewajibannya sampai pada seminar hasil PTK.  Kata Kunci : Jurnal Ilmiah, Penelitian Tindakan Kelas. Abstract Initial observations conducted on 74 teachers at SMPN 1 Tanjung Morawa and SMPN 4 Tanjung Morawa indicated that only 10 of them have the ability to perform classroom action research (PTK). More specifically, 4 out of 10 teachers have engaged with PTK and 6 teachers admitted that they are not motivated to do so. Accordingly, 64 other teachers had lack of understanding in the implementation procedure arguing that, PTK is not a teacher's job. As a matter of fact, the implementation of TOD is not only as a matter of administrative demands, but the teacher must be able to reflect on the classroom learning for the improvement of the quality of learning requires research of class action. This is the basis for improving the professionalism of junior high school teachers through classroom action research training in Deli Serdang district. The implementation of Science and Technology for Society (IbM) is to form a group of independent teachers in implementing PTK and able to produce reports and writings imiah published in the journal with a sustainable approach mentoring. Lecturers who have experience in terms of PTK helped as mentors of these teachers. The implementation of IbM contributed to the improvement of teachers' motivation in implementing PTK significantly where 13 people from 31 guided teachers could complete their obligation until the PTK seminar result. Keywords: Scientific Journal, Classroom Action Research.

The purpose of this activity is to provide training on writing Classroom Action Research (CAR). The training was attended by 25 teachers in Gunungkidul, Yogyakarta. From the scope according to the teaching function of the Social Sciences seems clear concept (Expanding Communnity Approach)  which starts from the things nearest to the students (families) to the further (global). The fact that the case is still much do teachers in the field, a learning process that dominates without regard to the basic ability of students, (Teacher Contered) without involving students actively in it . In general problem in this research is the extent to which the effectiveness of the inquiry model of ' social' can improve learning outcomes of students in the Social Sciences in the sixth grade at SDN 12 Jurai Limes Tower District IV District, the South Coast, in the academic year 2013/2014? This type of research is classroom action research (classroom action research), which has the ultimate objective is to improve the quality of learning in schools, educational relevance, quality of the education, education management efficiency. The research location is in the sixth grade at SDN 12 Limes Tower District IV Jurai, South Coastal District , the school year 2013/2014 . research subjects are students of class VI SDN 12 Limes Tower , Genab the semester, academic year 2013/2014. The final goal of teaching social studies is the formation of the learner as an intelligent social actors (Socially Intelligent Actor) which is formed from a touch of pedagogy . Based on the research showed an increase in the quality of students in the sixth grade value SDN No. 12 Limes Tower, in the academic year 2013/2014, the graph continues to rise, excellent 61%, good 9.5% and quite 23% and increased sense of solidarity between friends, group shows real changes that have an impact on everyday life including relationships with people such as interviews and visits. Of the overall activities carried out can be concluded that the model of the inquiry socially very suitable to be applied to examine the social phenomena that arise in the community, a fact primary school age children third grade had been able to carry out the stages of the inquiry by the hypothesis as the direction in problem solving and uses the fact as a hypothesis.

To learn something well, we need to hear, see, ask questions about it, and discuss it with others. Not only that, teachers need to "do it", that is to describe something in their own way, to show their example, to try to practice their skills and to do tasks that demand the knowledge they have gained. Problems to be studied in this research are: a. How to improve learning result of Indonesian language especially about writing short story? b. Steps taken in improving learning outcomes Indonesian language ?.  The approach of this research uses a qualitative approach with classroom action research design, which is carried out cyclically. Cycle I with planning, action, observation, and reflection. Likewise the next cycles. In PTK as well as teachers can examine their own activities on their own done in its own class. By involving their students through planned, implemented and evaluated actions, TOD can be performed without interrupting other learning and will not burden the work of the teacher in performing daily tasks. PTK can be done in an integrated manner with daily activities. Precisely with PTK teachers can improve the quality of learning processes and products. The study considers the results or impact of classroom action research from various criteria based on reflections for revision. Reflection is a re-application of the lessons learned. The reflections are evaluations that have been made and suggestions for future learning.    Based on the description of researchers draw conclusions as follows: The ability of students to write short stories in class IV before using the method of writing (writing together) is categorized enough with the average value: 6.90 (unfinished). There is an increase in the ability to write short stories with the method of writing writing (writing together) grade IV students are categorized both with an average value of 7.69 (complete). This capability increases in cycle II and cycle III reaches an average value of 8.46 (complete). Matched material for writing short story experiences for students SDN 07 Pasar Salido is a material that suits the conditions, desires, experiences, and the ability to write short stories.

The paper explores the classroom action research as one of research methodologies. This kind of research methodology aims to solve learning and teaching problems and improve the quality of education. There are four models of classroom action research, namely Kurt Lewin model, Stephen Kemmis and Robyn McTaggart model, Margaret Riel model, and Robert P. Pelton model. To make the models easy to apply, the authors show an example of classroom action research framework.
