Real estate industry, closely related to national economy, is the basic, guiding and pillar industry for national economy, and it can be counted as "barometer" of national economy. Therefore, the sustainable, stable and healthy development of real estate industry can not only meet the housing consumption demands of the masses, but also ensure the stable development of national economy in a relatively fast way and promote the realization of our country's economic construction and social development goals. This article is revolved around the analysis of related concerning real estate industry in China, in which the land policies are paid special attention to. Combined with the status quo of real estate business, the strategies for the healthy development of real estate business are put forward.

Tourism shopping is an important part of the tourism industry as well as the regional economy. Tourism souvenirs sales, in most of the developed tourism areas, account for more than 35% of the total tourism revenues, and even in some individual regions the proportion can achieve more than 50%. But in China this proportion is only 20%. In this article, the corresponding analysis method is used to calculate and analyze the status quo of souvenir network marketing of the tourism website in China and Korea. The article describes the advantages and disadvantages of the tourism souvenirs network marketing in China and Korea, finding the deficiencies in China and analyzing the causes and providing the corresponding reference for the healthy development of China's tourism industry.

Due to the impact of climate change, the development of low-carbon economy and building a low carbon city has become one of the optimal mode of urban development in the future. This paper first describes the related concepts of low-carbon cities, introduces the status of the development of low carbon cities in Shandong Province, identify the favorable conditions and unfavorable factors of the development of low carbon cities in Shandong Province, and finally put forward countermeasures and suggestions. This article points out that Shandong Province should improve the low - carbon policies and systems, build a legal system, increase low-carbon capital investment, develop the carbon trading markets, adjust industrial structure, promote energy conservation etc, then realize the healthy development of low-carbon city.

Problems of increasing of the efficiency of tourist activity enterprises, assessment of tourism resources potential in Ukraine and development international tourist activity is relevant today. The article analyzes and substantiates the development of the tourism business in Ukraine as a priority component of the national economy, is illuminated by the real and potential resource potential for recreational and tourism development spheres in Ukraine, detailed measures for the country's entry into the world tourist market. The tourism industry in Ukraine is gaining momentum. The tourism business is becoming one of the leading and profitable areas of social and economic development. The economy of the tourism business is a set of social relations that arise in the implementation of tourist activity, namely in the production, distribution, exchange and consumption of tourist services (tourist product). The tourism business economy is an integral part of the national economic complex as a catalyst for economic growth. The tourist business will help to increase budget revenues, promote employment growth, including in rural areas terrain, and because of its attractive tourist potential in Ukraine becomes possible for investments. For all this needs marketing, information and advertising support for tourism and recreation potential of the country to be improved. In terms of globalization, Ukraine should take this industry in the consideraration as one of the most promising and innovative sectors of the economy. The state should contribute to the development of the tourism industry and comply with the quality of the services provided. The integration process will be to implement European norms and standards in education and tourism and the dissemination of cultural, scientific achievements. 2020 is recognized to be the year of tourism development in Ukraine. It gives the “green ligh” tourist business. Therefore, analyzing the status and prospects of tourism business development in Ukraine it should be noted, that this industry is becoming a priority branch of the state economy. Historical, cultural-ethnographic, gastronomic, sanatorium-resort potentials of the country at creation favorable conditions for investment and proper marketing will bring country into world leaders in the tourism industry.

The rubber industry is an important sector in the national economy. The article took the natural rubber and synthetic rubber as the main studying objects to analyze and forecast the amount of supply and demand of Chinas rubber raw materials. Analyzed the status of supply and demand of Chinas rubber raw materials from 2006 to 2011, and established the Grey Forecasting Model to forecast the supply and demand from 2012 to 2017 in China, and concluded that the prosperous supply and demand of rubber raw materials would be continued in the future.

The development of the building materials industries is closely interrelated with all of the national economy, and it is obviously affected by macro economy and investment in the fixed assets. In the national economy, building materials industries is an important basic one, and plays an important role in the course of the industrialization and urbanization of our country. Urbanization needs to speed up the upgrade of the building materials industries transition, and come true the new Chinese-style industry. In the building materials industries, there are still many problems, such as Low-level competition, high pressure in eliminating the backward, and so on. The building materials industries provide an important material foundation to fixed assets investment of the urbanization.

The role of agriculture within the frame of the enlarged EU is analysed in this paper. There is a requirement to perceive the tendency towards the downgrading of the status of agriculture in the national economy of the EU countries with the respect of the differences in the importance of agriculture mainly in the countries that are the new EU members. The role of agriculture is characterised by the following indices: share of the agricultural employees in the total employment, share of the added value of  agriculture in the GDP, and index of the value added per one agricultural worker. These indices are the base for the construction of the “index of economic importance of the agriculture” which are the countries ranged by. A multidimensional classification of the countries was realised by the cluster analysis that divided the countries into three clusters accordingly to their similarity with regards to the importance of their agriculture in their national economy.
