The terms philosophy and religion contain understandings that are understood counterintuitively by many. Philosophy in the way it works departs from reason, while religion departs from revelation. Therefore, this has a lot to do with thinking while religion has a lot to do with experience. Philosophy discusses something in order to see the measured truth, whether something is logical or not. Religion does not always measure truth logically because religion sometimes does not pay much attention to its logical aspects. In this study, researchers used qualitative-descriptive research with a type of library research. Where researchers read and analyzed the literature both books, journals and others carefully and can be accounted for academically this writing. In this study, researchers concluded that religious philosophy is a study of one's belief in religion based on logical thinking and conducted radically.

Syarikah al-abdan is a form of muamalah that can be applied today in improving the welfare of the people. However, in practice today, it seems that there are problems among Muslims in seeing and sorting out the practice of syarikah al-abdan which is following the Shari'a. For this reason, the purpose of this study is to describe the syarikah al-abdan scheme and its current contemporary application forms. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive research approach with library research techniques and content analysis. The results of this study indicate that syarikah al-abdan is a form of business cooperation between two or more people preceded by mutual agreement in determining the results of the profits and/or wages between them. However, in its implementation, it is necessary to pay attention to the pillars and requirements of the syarikah al-abdan, and to consider the views of the majority of madhhab scholars and the Indonesian Ulama Council (MUI). In practice, this study describes the form of syarikah al-abdan in the profession of fisherman and tailor.

This study aims to explain the opinions of Asy'ariyah theology and its comparison with the salaf mazhab. This research is qualitative descriptive research with library research techniques that use normative theological approaches. The results of this study show that Asy'ariyah in various discussions of the creed has its own opinions of Islamic creed, ranging from the first obligation of a mukallaf, the meaning of tawhid, al-imān, asmā' wa ṣifat, kalam Allah, rukyatullāh, to qaḍā' and qadar. Even in one matter, among the Assyrians had different views. As for the comparative study between Asy'ariyah theology and salaf mazhab found a considerable difference between the two. Both in the matter of the first obligation as a mukallaf, regarding kalamullah, the attributes of Allah, destiny, or the matter of faith, so that the defense of the salaf mazhab echoed by Asy'ariyah is only an unproven claim.

This study aimed at identifying and examining definition and scope of the term ulil amri, important things to consider in giving advice to ulil amri, the way to give them advice, and Islamic jurisprudential view on “Peaceful Action”. This study employed qualitative-descriptive method with content analysis techniques and library research. The results of the study shows that: (1) ulil amri to whom Allah obligate obedience are scholars of rabbaniyyun and leaders as well as those who are in charge of Muslims; (2) some important things in giving advice to ulil amri, those are listening and obeying them in good matter, praying for them goodness and salvation, avoiding ghibah and degradation of ulil amri, cooperating in goodness and piety, being patience upon badness and wrongdoing of the leaders, and giving advice to ulil amri; (3) advising them secretly is the best way, but the scholars also advocate to advise them openly if that method more beneficial to leaders and community; (4) “Peaceful Action” is a matter of ijtihadiyyah in which the scholars have different views on it. Therefore, denying munkar both sir (secretly) and ‘alan (openly) is part of maqasid syar’iyyah that need to be implemented based on rules and considerations of goodness and badness.

derivation and inflection Morpheme  is one of the elements present in the field of morphology. Where the morphology is the study of morphemes, and morphemes are elements of language that have the meaning of the free element and bound elements. The problems that exist in this research is to analyze the morpheme of derivation and inflection contained in Jakarta Post. By understanding the derivation and morpheme inflection it can easily develop vocabulary, from one word can gain many meanings                This research is a type of research belonging to linguistic field. The research also used qualitative descriptive research method. This research method is a method that refers to the form of words taken from the data source by explaining the intent of data intention. In addition, this research also uses research libraries (library research). This literature research only discusses existing data data by processing and developing data by using morphological theory that supports the research.                The first step used by the author is to collect data taken from the source, after that the data are all collected then the writers classify the data in several groups. Since in this study only discusses the three topics of the problem, the first is to classify all types of derivation and morpheme inflection found in the Jakarta Post newspaper, the second is the function of each morpheme, and the last is the rule that belongs to the derivation and morpheme inflection The.                Based on this study, the writers found the uniqueness caused by derivation and morpheme inflection when combined  with other morphemes. If the morpheme derivation is compared with the free morpheme it will have a different meaning and sometimes even change the word class. While morpheme inflection when compared with free morpheme it will have a grammatical function.

This study aims to determine students’ mathematical literacy skills in solving PISA mathematical problems. Mathematical literacy is the capacity of individuals to formulate, use, and interpret mathematics in various contexts. Students’ mathematical literacy skills can be seen in the way students work in solving PISA questions. This study is qualitative descriptive research. Data from the analysis of students’ mathematical literacy skills were obtained through tests in the form of descriptive questions adopted from PISA questions, analysis based on indicators of mathematical literacy skill according to PISA, and the interview results with students who worked on the PISA questions. This study shows that students’ mathematical literacy skills were in the medium to the low category; this can be seen from the percentage of students’ answer scores in working on PISA questions. Therefore, it is necessary to provide reasoning questions such as PISA questions to help students improve their mathematical literacy skills.

This study aims to find out: (i) the position of Abu Ishaq al-Syathibi as a fiqh scholar al-maqāṣid; and (ii) the concept of maslahat in the perspective of Abu Isha al-Syathibi.  This research is qualitative descriptive research with library research techniques through historical and sociological approach. The results found that al-Syathibi's ability as a reformer in the realm of uṣūl al-fiqh was very clear in his role in performing new formulations of the theory of al-maqāṣid and managed to open the views of the scholars afterwards to further examine this issue. Al-Shatibi's view of maslahat cannot be separated from his view of al-maqāṣid, especially when he divides the al-maqāṣid into two major parts: those relating to maqāṣid al-syarī'ah and those relating to maqāṣid al-mukallafīn.

ABSTRACT   The goal of this research is to know the application of multiple intelligences concept in teaching book on grade IV with the first theme is Indahnya Kebersamaan in curriculum 2013. This research is qualitative descriptive research. While the kind of this research is library research. The object of this research is teaching book on the grade IV with the first theme Indahnya Kebersamaan the first printing in 2013 with 106 pages which arranged and produced by education and culture minister. The variable in this research is multiple intelligences concept. The technique of data collecting in this research uses documentations technique. The research of data is analyzed by content or document analysis and the technique of descriptive analysis that uses presentence technique to know the number and presentence of the contents multiple intelligences concept, not only the whole of intelligences but also each intelligence.The result of this research points that: there is multiple intelligences concept based on Howard Gardner in teaching book on the grade IV with the first theme Indahnya Kebersamaan which can produce and develop each student intelligences. The findings of the data obtained from are as follows. There is a mathematical concept that contains counts of numbers and mathematical symbols as much as 66%. There is a command sentence that shows problem solving activities or counts of 18%. There are math games or other strategy games such as 7% crosswords, There are sentences that show experimental procedures to find causal relationships. There are sentences that discuss various activities. as much as 6%, rounding up and interpreting statistical data as much as 3% Keywords: Mathematical logic intelligence, Multiple Intelligences, Textbooks, 2013 Curriculum   ABSTRAk   Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui aplikasi konsep kecerdasan logika matematika dalam buku ajar kelas IV tema 1 Indahnya Kebersamaan pada kurikulum 2013. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Sedangkan jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kepustakaan atau studi pustaka (library research). Objek penelitian ini adalah buku ajar kelas IV tema 1 Indahnya Kebersamaan cetakan pertama tahun 2013 setebal 106 halaman yang disusun dan diterbitkan oleh kementerian pendidikan dan kebudayaan. Variabel dalam penelitian ini adalah konsep kecerdasan logika matematika. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik dokumentasi. Data penelitian dianalisis menggunakan  analisis isi atau dokumen (content or document analysis) dan teknik analisis deskriptif menggunakan teknik presentase untuk mengetahui jumlah dan presentase muatan konsep kecerdasan logika matematika, baik secara keseluruhan maupun masing-masing kecerdasan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: terdapat konsep kecerdasan logika matematika menurut Howard Gardner dalam buku ajar kelas IV tema 1 Indahnya Kebersamaan yang dapat menumbuhkan dan mengembangkan masing-masing potensi peserta didik. Temuan data yang diperoleh dari adalah sebagai berikut. Terdapat konsep matematika yang berisi tentang hitungan angka-angka dan simbol-simbol matematika sebanyak 66%. Terdapat kalimat perintah yang menunjukkan aktifitas pemecahan masalah atau hitungan sebanyak 18%, Terdapat permainan matematika atau permainan strategi lainnya seperti teka-teki silang sebanyak 7%, Terdapat kalimat yang menunjukkan prosedur percobaan untuk mencari hubungan sebab akibat Terdapat kalimat yang membahas bermacam-macam kegiatan memperkirakan sebanyak 6%, membulatkan, dan menafsirkan data-data statistik sebanyak 3%. This study aims to analyze: imam Mālik's position in the Islamic jurisprudence map; the concept of maslahat in the perspective of Imam Mālik; and the influence of Imam Mālik's maslahat view in the Islamic world. This research is qualitative descriptive research, using library research and analyzed with historical and sociological approaches. The results of the study found that: first, Imam Mālik bin Anas was one of the imams of the four sects (mazhab) who exerted great influence in Muslims with his ability as a mujtahid and had an independent methodology in conducting the ijtihad; second, one of the most important foundations of Imam Mālik's ijtihad is maslahat. In this case, he actually had similarities with the other ultimate scholars of the four sects. Māliki sect, namely that maslahat -especially maslahat mursalah- is a stand-alone proposition; third, Imam Mālik's assertiveness in positioning maslahat as one of the independent evidences in his ijtihad methodology has stimulated the fiqh researchers to study further explore this so that imam Mālik's fiqh sect can survive to this day and successfully produce phenomenal scientific works that affirm the existence of maslahat as one of the footholds of Islamic law.

This research deals with the way of male and female participants of different social status in delivering argumentation on instagram. The purpose of this study was to explain the way male and female instagram participants in arguing on instagram, to describe how social status affects the languages of male and female instagram participants of different social status communicating in instagram and to explain the reason of male and female instagram participants use the language in the way they are. This research is conducted by applying qualitative descriptive research. The data in this study are nine arguments from male instagram participants who have higher status, lower and equal with female and nine arguments from female instagram participants who have higher status, lower and equal with male which has been selected in about two months. The findings indicate that male instagram participants tend to use conjunction, conditional and biconditional to convey their arguments in instagram, whereas female instagram participants tend to use the five types of argumentation ie negation, conjunction, dicjunction, conditional and biconditional in instagram. Male with higher social status argue in conditional with female and male of equal status, male of equal status argue conjunction with female and male of equal status, lower status male argue conjunction with male and female whose status is higher. Female with higher social status argue negation, disjunction and biconditional with female and male of lower status, female of equal status argue negation and conditional with equal status of female and male, male with status lower use conjunction and conditional with male and female whose status is higher. The reason why male and female instagram participants differ in their arguing is that instagram participants with high social status tend to be affected by their social status, they tend to use the argument to show that they are competitive and wise in arguing. While instagram participants who are of equal social status, tend to show solidarity and maintain communication. Participants with lower social status tend to be selfish by giving arguments that seem undeniable or responsive. Keywords: gender language, instagram participants, social status

Recently the issue of integrating religion view into all life aspects has emerged rapidly. It has something to do with building especially children’s character since they were a child. Moreover, cases of students who lack of norms and attitudes are growing immensely. Hence, the integration of religion in this case Islamic value into all subjects at school is urgently needed. In English Language Teaching (ELT), immersing Islamic value has been constrains by English Teachers because of the limitation of knowledge. Therefore, this paper presents and discusses the values and ethics in Islam its forms and sources. It shades more lights on the infusion of Islamic values and ethics in ELT, the role of teachers, challenges faced in embedding Islamic values into English materials. This paper uses qualitative descriptive research. Library research was used by taking into account some journals and sources related with instilling Islamic values in English teaching. The data then is explained by using descriptive analysis. Finally, this study concludes with some recommendations for tracking the challenges such as inserting exercise with Islamic values in the English topics, using Islamic names for person, event or places, connecting the relevant verse of Holy Book or using it as the material to be translated and using English books containing Islamic messages.
