The article presents the results of the influence of new recipes for feed additives made on the basis of local resources on the biochemical parameters of the blood of dairy cows of the Simmental breed in the conditions of Yakutia. Research objectives: 1) study the chemical composition of new recipes for feed additives produced from local resources; 2) determination of the influence of the new formulation of feed additives from local resources on the biochemical parameters of blood in cattle of the Simmental breed. In our experiments, there were no statistically significant changes in the biochemical parameters of blood during the period of the experiments, all the studied blood parameters, both at the beginning and at the end of the experiments, in all groups of animals were within the physiological norms and did not have significant differences between the groups. Consequently, feeding the formulation of feed additives in the composition of Tammi barley, Tuymaada wheat, Pokrovsky and Vilensky oats, dry brewer's grain, Hongurin zeolite, Hongurinobakt probiotic in the diet of cows and heifers of the Simmental breed contributed to the activation of vital processes in the body, assimilation of feed and improved appetite. It should be noted that the cows of the II-experimental group showed a tendency to increase the composition of amino acids. At the beginning of the experiment, the blood lysine content increased by 5.22 mg /% compared with the control and by 5.79 mg /% with the I-experimental group, methionine by 19.67 mg /% and by 10.02 mg /% respectively. The same pattern is observed for the rest of the amino acid composition at the end of the experiment. The data obtained indicate that the optimization of the feed rations of Simmental cows in terms of the content of vitamins of groups A and C through the use of the formulation of protein-vitamin-mineral feed additives had a positive effect on the hematopoietic function. So, if the content of vitamins A and C at the beginning of the experiment was less, then at the end of the experiment the same indicators returned to normal.

The article presents the results of studies on the digestibility of nutrients and the metabolism of calcium and phosphorus in dairy cows. The balance of minerals in the body of cows when feeding feed additives from local resources indicates that the content of macro- and microelements in the diets of animals during the period of the experiments basically corresponded to the norms. The use of protein-vitamin-mineral supplements from local components (barley "Tammi", oats "Pokrovsky", dry brewer's grains, zeolite-hongurin, probiotic preparation "Khongurinobakt", as well as factory components: mineral premix "Megamix", synthetic amino acid – lysine and table salt) balanced the diet for missing nutrients and improved the palatability of the main feed. In the studied diets, 1 ECU had digestible protein – 107.1 g, 125 MJ of metabolic energy and 14.81 kg of dry matter. The ECE concentration in 1 kg of dry matter was 0.66. Feeding by cows of the 2nd experimental group of the recipe for feed additives No. 2 contributed to better digestibility and use of nutrients in the rations. The digestibility of nutrients of cows was higher in cows of the 2nd experimental group, while a high level of digestibility in comparison with the control and 1st experimental groups was established in relation to dry matter by 1.0 and 1.5%, organic matter by 2.8 and 2.0%, crude protein by 3.3 and 2.0%, crude fat by 2.3 and 1.5%, crude fiber by 3.0 and 2.0% and BEV by 0.5 and 1,3%. As a result of the study of the balance of minerals in the body of cows, the positive effect of using feed additives from local resources in the diets of cows has been proven. Consequently, the improvement in the metabolism of calcium and phosphorus in the diet is explained by the fact that protein-vitamin-mineral feed additives had a stimulating effect on the state of metabolic processes and the health of animals in general.

The results of studies on feeding biologically active additives suspensions of chlorella and Bactistatin in the diets of primates are presented. Its positive effect on the bioconversion of diets was experimentally established. The coefficients of digestibility of nutrients with dry chlorella and fishmeal in the composition of complete feed were determined. The obtained experimental data are important for the preparation of scientifically grounded and optimally balanced feeding rations, taking into account the digestibility of feed. This will optimally balance feed rations for all nutrients, while reducing feed costs and, as a result, increasing the profitability of keeping primates. It was found that the introduction of chlorella powder and fishmeal into the diet improves protein absorption by 6.83 and 5.66%, crude fat - by 2.61 and 3.92, crude fiber - by 4.78 and 4.25, NFES - by 4.15 and 2.26, crude ash - by 18.93 and 12.08%. The use of calcium and phosphorus macronutrients was higher in the 3rd experimental group, which received 14% chlorella in the main diet by 1.38 and 8.07%, respectively. In the 5th experimental group, which received 18.26% of the main ration of fishmeal, calcium was absorbed more efficiently by 4.77, and phosphorus - by 1.21%. The use of diet supplements in the form of a suspension of chlorella and Bactistatin helped to stimulate the bioconversion of nutrients in the diets used in the nursery for feeding monkeys, and enabled to maintain the main blood parameters within physiological norms.

As a result of the researchers found a positive effect of new feed additive on the growth rate, the qualitative indicators of meat fattening. It was found that the effect of feed additives on the productivity increased with increasing doses of feed additives from 100 to 300 g per head. Thus, at the age of 18 months, the bulls of the first experimental group surpassed the control analogues by 3.86, the second – by 5.53 and the third – by 6.42% and the average daily increase by 7.50, 11.63 and 12.45%, respectively. On the basis of the control of the slaughter was revealed that the weight of the paired carcasses in calves from the experimental group was higher than that of peers, not consuming the Supplement, of 5.82-of 9.91%, and their output is up 0.09 to 0.86 percent. At the output of the pulp of the bulls of the experimental groups exceeded the control analogues by 0.72-1.05%. The meat index of their carcasses was, respectively, higher by 0.25-0.36. In average the sample of the flesh of the carcasses of young animals who consumed the study Supplement contained more protein compared with the control 0,28-0,57% fat, respectively 0,68-1,19%. The influence of feed additive and on the content of amino acids in meat was revealed. Thus, essential amino acid tryptophan in the longest muscle of the back of the bulls of the experimental groups was higher by 1.58 – 2.87% and protein quality index-higher by 0.37-0.63. The flesh of the carcasses of calves of the experimental groups had higher technological properties. The moisture-retaining ability of their longest back muscle was higher than that of analogues of the control, by 2,05-2,22%, the fading – lower by 2,04-2,41%. In the body of young cattle, consuming feed additive, protein was postponed more than in control, by 8,67-14,85% and fat – respectively by 11,96-21,44%. The conversion rate of protein they were higher by 0.78-0.86%, energy - respectively 0.67-1.06%. The level of profitability of beef production in the experimental groups was higher than in control at 4, 18-of 1.29%.

The article presents the results of experience in the application of feed additives from local resources in the diets of cows. As a result of the study, the positive effect of using feed additives from local resources in the diets of cows on the digestibility and assimilation of nutrients was proved. The digestibility of cow nutrients was higher in cows of the 2nd experimental group of the formula of feed additives No. 2. Thus, the cows of the 2nd experimental group, who received the recipe of feed additives No. 2 as part of the diet, better digested “raw” protein, fat, and fiber, which served as an additional source of energy for increasing milk productivity. The improvement in the digestibility of most nutrients in the diet is explained by the fact that protein-vitamin-mineral feed additives had a stimulating effect on the state of metabolic processes and the health of animals in general.

Increasing the milk productivity of cows is the main task facing the livestock industry of our country. The study of some hematological and biochemical blood parameters in dairy cows when different feed additives are included in their rations is an urgent research task. The purpose of the investigations was to study the hematological and biochemical parameters of the blood of lactating cows when using different feed additives in the ration. During the investigations, the influence of feed additives such as Zaslon 2+ (at a dose of 20 g/head/day to the main ration), Diatomite (100 g/head/day to the main ration) and Monosporin (70 g/head/day to the main ration) on the hematological and biochemical blood parameters of lactating cows has been observed. The studied feed additives are used for the adsorption of mycotoxins in feed, normalization of digestive processes, and improvement of the livability and productivity of farm animals. In order to study the influence of the tested feed additives on the hematological parameters of the blood of lactating cows under the conditions of the Troitsky area in the Chelyabinsk region, on four groups of cows selected according to the principle of analogues (age, live weight, productivity, breed, physiological condition) the scientific and economic experiment has been carried out. As the result of the investigations, data have been obtained indicating that the feed additive Zaslon 2+ at the dose of 20 g/head/day has the greatest effect on the metabolism in the body of lactating cows.

This article presents the results of studies conducted on piglets with the inclusion of natural feed additives in the diet in order to prevent and correct metabolism. The first experimental group of piglets received a total diet consisting of fullfledged compound feed, a complex micro-feed product consisting of blue-green algae Spirulina, dihydroquercetin and organic iodine, the second experimental group additionally received Spirulina and dihydroquercetin. The introduction of these natural feed additives into the diet of piglets helped to increase the adaptive ability , correction and prevention of metabolic disorders in the body. In these studies, dacha feed supplements prevented hyperbilirubinemia. As a result, the concentration of total bilirubin in the blood serum of pigs of the first experimental group was 1% lower, in the second experimental group it was 13,7% lower than in the control group. They also had a positive effect on the functional state of the liver, as evidenced by a lower content of AlAT and AsAT activity in the blood serum compared to those in piglets of the control group with a close cholesterol-forming fraction. The animals of the experimental group were less ill and the safety of this group was 100%, in the control group it was 90%. The average daily increase in live weight of pigs for 90 days in the first experimental group was 1% higher than in the control group, and in the second experimental group it was 21,7% higher.

It is known that mineral additives play an important role in increasing the productivity and efficiency of the animal husbanry industry as a whole. The state of the body can be assessed by the content of mineral substances in a blood test. The purpose of the work was to study changes in morphological and biochemical blood parameters in first-calf heifers during the period of increasing the milk yield when they are fed a complex mineral and vitamin feed additive (CMVFA). The study of the influence of feeding the complex mineral and vitamin feed additive in the ration to first-calf heifers during the the period of increasing the milk yield on morphological and biochemical blood parameters has been carried out. The experiments were carried out in 2019–2020 in the OOO Breeding Farm “Valiev” in the Dyurtyulinsky district in the Republic of Bashkortostan on 3 groups of first-calf heifers of Black-and-White breed per 15 heads in each selected by the method of pairs of analogues. The animals of the control group received the main ration (MR) adopted on the farm, the 1st experimental group MR+120 g/head CMVFA according to the recipe No. 1, the 2nd experimental group MR+120 g/head CMVFA according to the recipe No. 2. In the ration of animals of the control group there was a deficiency of basic macro- and microelements. The use of CMVFA as part of the ration of first-calf heifers during the period of increasing the milk yield had a positive effect on the morphological and biochemical parameters of blood. Studies have shown that the use of CMVFA in the rations of first-calf heifers provided the need for minerals and vitamins, accelerating metabolic processes in the body during the most stressful period of lactation, the period of increasing the milk yield. According to the results of biochemical blood parameters, it is possible to esimate the improvement of protein, carbohydrate and mineral and vitamin nutrition in the first-cakf heifers of the experimental groups during the period of increasing the milk yield, which showed their genetic potential more fully and used nutrients more effectively for milk synthesis.

Promising direction in ensuring food security and independence of Russia is the widespread use and study of new feed additives of probiotic action. Today, probiotic preparations are widely used in dairy farming. They support the positive microbial balance of the gastrointestinal tract and stimulate the activity of the digestive, motor-evacuation, hormonal and immune systems. Authors studied the efficiency of the composition of 2 strains of Bacillus subtilis during 14 days after calving (1 experimental group) and 14 days before calving and 14 days after calving (2 experimental group) in the technology of milk production and improving its quality. In the process of conducting scientific and industrial experience, modern research methods were used that were able to obtain high-quality and most informative data on the processes occurring in the body. Analysis of the results of hematological blood parameters of animals of all groups confirmed the physiological of recovery of the cow's body in the postpartum period, but with different degrees of intensity. Animals of the experimental groups reached peak milk production. By the end of the third month in group 1, milk productivity was 28.94±6.84 kg, in group 2 - 32.17±3.33 kg, which formed an increase of 6.44% and 15.59% relative to the background values. In the control group of cows-27.90±7.25 kg. By day 150, the average daily milk yield in animals of the first group was 25.07 ± 4.38 kg, the second - 25.33 ± 2.52 kg, control 22.75 ± 8.82 kg. Milk quality indicators - fat and protein content in animals receiving probiotic supplements were variable. In the milk of animals of the 1st and 2nd groups, the average fat content was recorded 3.69 g / 100g and 3.74 g / 100g, respectively, and the average protein content was 3.104 g / 100 g and 3.240 g / 100 g. In peers of the control group, the fat and protein content in milk was determined to be 3.79 g / 100 g and 3.016 g / 100 g. The studies established and proved the promise of the widespread introduction of probiotic in dairy cattle breeding, which was based on the composition of endo- and exometabolites of 2 strains of Bacillus subtilis. There was an improvement in the physiological status and an increase in the milk productivity of Holstein cows of the black-motley breed.

The article presents the results of experimental studies on the determination of the influence of iodine citrate on hematological and biochemical parameters of blood of sucking piglets. It was established that hemopoiesis and metabolic reactions in pigs depend on the level of Iodine in the sows, and in the later period (the 10th day) and from the receipt of the biometal as part of the prestarter. Iodine, in nanocitate form, at the expense of high bioavailability and chemical activity, provided the need for thyroid gland in it in much less quantities than the amounts recommended for pregnant and lactating sows in the form of potassium iodide. It has been established that at the admission to the body of a sow 0.095–0.19 mg/kg of feeding of iodine in a nanocyte form (1/4–1/2 of the recommended amount of iodine in the form of CI), its positive effect on hemopoiesis and metabolic processes in newborn piglets is peculiar (increased number of red blood cells, hemoglobin content, high percentage of lymphocytes, increases in the concentration of total protein and in particular albumin, against the backdrop of growth in blood plasma levels of CSF, the concentration of hormones T3 and T4 is quite stable. A higher dose in the premix of iodine citrate (1 : 1) is irrational and most likely undesirable, since against the background of inhibition of this group of erythropoiesis, eosinophilia and lymphopenia, the protein synthesis function decreases and the activity of AlAT, AsAT increases. Hematological and biochemical parameters of blood of piglets obtained from sows, which received a minimum amount of iodine in the form of citrate (0.1 : 1) with premix, did not undergo significant changes, were within the limits of physiological values, although in comparison with the animals of the control group, and particularly, the piglets of the group D2 and D3 tended to decrease (growth). Consequently, iodine citrate as a source of iodine for pregnant and subsistence sows can be recommended in the amounts: 0.095–0.19 mg/kg and 0.125–0.25 mg/kg feed.
