Triple battom line”is a corporate report disclosure concept. One of the instruments used in company report disclosures involves corporate social environmental responsibility. Then the purpose of this study”is to reveal corporate social responsibility”such as Company Size, Profitability, Leverage, Share Ownership, and Liquidity that can influence the Triple Battom Line disclosure in sharia companies listed in”the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) for the 2015-2018 period. This type of research is quantitative”research. Sampling using a proposive sampling method with sampling based on certain criteria, to obtain samples in this study were 10 companies registered in the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) from 2015-2018. The data used is secondary data from the company's annual financial statement data from 2015-2018.”The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression. As for the results of the study, it shows that partially”company size, profitability and leverage variables affect the disclosure of Triple Battom Line on companies listed in JII for the period of 2015-2018. While the share ownership and liquidity variables do not affect the disclosure of Triple Battom Line for companies listed in JII for the period of 2015-2018. The simultaneous variables of company size, liquidity, leverage, share ownership and liquidity affect the Triple Battom Line disclosure in companies listed on JII for the period 2015-2018. For the results of the test of the coefficient of determination (R square) variable company size, profitability, leverage, share ownership and liquidity can affect the Triple Battom Line disclosure in companies listed on the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) for the 2015-2018 period of 86.3%.” Keywords: Triple Battom Line, Company Size, Profitability, Leverage, Share Ownership, Liquidity.

PurposeThis study aims to examine the effect of company size on social responsibility disclosure. In addition, this study examines the president director's busyness and political connections in moderating the association between company size and disclosure of corporate social responsibility.Design/methodology/approachThe data used in this study were secondary data which included 1,165 observations (company-year). The analysis technique used was multiple regression method and the analysis was carried out by employing STATA software.FindingsResearchers found that company size has a positive effect on social responsibility disclosure. The busyness of the president directors and companies connected to politics significantly weakens the association between company size and disclosure of social responsibility.Research limitations/implicationsThis study uses only one measure of the driving force of social responsibility disclosurePractical implicationsThis study contributes to the social responsibility literature by examining the effect of company size on social responsibility. Information on social responsibility disclosure has been carried out by companies in Indonesia; however, it is indicated that only large companies provide sufficient information on social responsibility.Social implicationsStakeholders can find out information on social responsibility carried out by the company.Originality/valueCompanies with busy CEOs and politically connected firms weaken the association between company size and disclosure of social responsibility.

This research aims to show the effect of capital adequacy ratio (CAR), financing to deposit ratio (FDR), non-performing financing (NPF), operating expenses on operating income (OEOI), and inflation partially and simultaneously on return on assets (ROA) at Sharia Commercial Bank in Indonesia. This type of research is a quantitative research using secondary data based on panel data. The research population consisted of 11 Islamic Commercial Banks in Indonesia using the purposive sampling technique so that 220 samples were obtained. The data analysis technique used is panel data regression method, classical assumption test, coefficient of determination, t-test, and f-test. The results show that CAR has a positive and significant effect on ROA, FDR has a negative and insignificant effect on ROA, NPF, and inflation has a positive effect and is not significant on ROA. At the same time, OEOI has a negative and significant effect on ROA. Simultaneously all independent variables have a significant effect on ROA.

This study aims to examine the analysis of the effect of profitability and managerial ownership over the period of submission of financial statements in the stock exchanges of Indonesia. This research uses secondary data with population and sample of financial data of State Owned Enterprise (BUMN) listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2012 until 2016. The analysis technique used is classical assumption test which includes normality test, multicollinearity, heterokedastisitas and test Autocorrelation. Other tests use multiple linear regression test, T test, F test and Coefficient of determination test. The results showed that Profitability and Managerial Owners Influence all on the Period of Submission of Financial Statements.Profitability, Managerial Ownership and Time of Submission of Financial Statement.

At present the development of property and housing companies is very rapid. The purpose of this research is to be able to determine the effect of Liquidity, Leverage and Company Size on Financial Distress in Property and Real Estate Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange Period 2013-2017. The approach used is quantitative research. Researchers use secondary data types and sources. The population of this research is 48 Property and Real Estate Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2013-2017. The sample is 29 Property and Housing Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2013-2017 with 145 observational samples. The sampling technique is a purposive sampling method. Data Analysis Technique used is Logistic Regression. The results of this study are liquidity affecting financial distress in Property and Real Estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Leverage does not affect financial distress in Property and Real Estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The size of the company does not affect financial distress in Property and Real Estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Liquidity, leverage and company size affecting financial distress in Property and Estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar perbedaan yang signifikan ukuran perusahaan antara PT Telkomsel  Tbk dan PT XL Axiata Tbk. Penelitian komparatif, populasi penelitian ini adalah data laporan keuangan PT TERKOMSEL TBK selama 22 tahun dari tahun 1997-2018 dan PT XL AXIATA TBK yaitu selama 18 tahun dari tahun 1999-2018. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Purposive Sampling. Sampel penelitian ini selama 5 tahun dari 2014-2018 terdaftar di bursa saham. Jenis data penelitian kuantitatif dengan sumber data sekunder. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji normalitas data dan independent sample t-test. Analisis menunjukkan bahwa variabel Ukuran Perusahan pada PT Telkomsel  Tbk dan PT XL Axiata Tbk. berdasarkan nilai Sig (2-tailed) sebesar 0,010 sehingga nilai signifikan 0,000 > 0, 05, maka Ha ditolak dan H0 diterima yang menyatakan bahwa tidak ada perbedaan yang signifikan antara Ukuran Perusahaanpada PT Telkomsel  Tbk dan PT XL Axiata Tbk.AbstractThis study aims to find out how big a significant difference in company size between PT Telkomsel Tbk and PT XL Axiata Tbk. Comparative research, the population of this study is the data of PT TERKOMSEL TBK's financial statements for 22 years from 1997-2018 and PT XL AXIATA TBK for 18 years from 1999-2018. The sampling technique in this study uses purposive sampling. This research sample for 5 years from 2014-2018 was listed on the stock exchange. Types of quantitative research data with secondary data sources. The data analysis technique uses normality test data and independent sample t-test. The analysis shows that the Company Size variable at PT Telkomsel Tbk and PT XL Axiata Tbk. based on the Sig (2-tailed) value of 0.010 so that a significant value of 0,000> 0, 05, Ha is rejected and H0 is accepted stating that there is no significant difference between Company Size at PT Telkomsel Tbk and PT XL Axiata Tbk.

Abstract The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the Dow Jones Islamic Market Index (DJIM) and World Gold Prices on the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) for the 2014-2018 Period. This type of research uses descriptive quantitative research. The data used is secondary data in the form of a time series with a period of 5 (five) years namely 2014 to 2018. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression with the help of the SPSS persi program 16.0. Based on the results of the analysis it can be concluded that partially and simultaneously the Dow Jones Islamic Market Index (DJIM) and World Gold Prices have a significant positive effect on the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) for the 2014-2018 Period. From the results of the analysis of the coefficient of determination (Adjusted R Square) the Dow Jones Islamic Market Index (DJIM) variable, and the World Gold Price can affect the Jakarta Islamic Index for the 2014-2018 period by 34.8% while the remaining 65.2% is influenced by other variables Keywords: Dow Jones Islamic Market Index, World Gold Prices, and Jakarta Islamic Index Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Dow Jones Islamic Market Indeks (DJIM) dan Harga Emas Dunia Terhadap Jakarta Islamic Indeks (JII) Priode 2014-2018. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif. Data yang digunakan merupakan data sekunder berupa rangkai waktu (time series)  dengan priode 5 (lima) tahun yakni tahun 2014 sampai dengan tahun 2018. Teknik analisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan program SPSS persi 16.0. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dapat disimpulkan bahwa secara parsial dan simultan Dow Jones Islamic Market Indeks (DJIM) dan Harga Emas Dunia berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Jakarta Islamic Indeks (JII) Priode 2014-2018. Dari hasil analisis koefisien determinasi (Adjusted R Square) variabel Dow Jones Islamic Market Indeks (DJIM), dan Harga Emas Dunia dapat mempengaruhi Jakarta Islamic Indeks priode 2014-2018 sebesar 34,8%  sedangkan sisanya 65.2% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain Kata Kunci : Dow Jones Islamic Market Indeks, Harga Emas Dunia, dan Jakarta Islamic Indeks

This study aims to determine whether the financial performance measured by using CAR, ROA, LDR, BOPO, and CSR can affect the value of banking companies as measured by using PBV. This study uses secondary data taken from the annual report of banking companies during the year 2012-2016 listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The number of samples of this study as many as 25 banking companies with a total of 125 data. This research method is quantitative research. The results of this study indicate the effect of CAR, ROA, LDR, BOPO, and CSR variables on firm value measured by using PBV in a banking company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Tthe objective of this study is to determinethe effect of slack resources and board’s gender on the quality of corporate social responsibility disclosures. The analysis technique uses multiple regression analysis methods. The sample in the study were 28 companies listed on the Indonesia stock exchange and reported sustainability reports for 2015-2017, so that 84 observations were obstained. The results find that slack resources have negative effect on CSR disclosure quality, while the gender on board of directors have positive effect on CSR disclosure quality. There is no relationship between commissioner’s gender and CSR disclosure quality. The control variables used in this study are company size, profitability and leverage, company size and leverage has a influence on CSR disclosure quality while the profitability has no influence on CSR disclosure quality

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of company size on corporate social responsibility disclosure and to determine the effect of audit committee size on corporate social responsibility disclosure, and to determine the effect of company size and audit committee size together on corporate social responsibility disclosure in mining companies in the period 2014-2018. Data collection using secondary data obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population in this study are mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Sampling with puposive sampling method, there are 155 samples. The method of analysis uses multiple linear regression. The results of the study concluded that the size of the company and the size of the audit committee simultaneously had a significant effect on corporate social responsibility disclosure, company size had no significant effect on corporate social responsibility disclosure, and the size of the audit committee had a significant effect on corporate social responsibility disclosure.

This research aimed to determine the effect of CSR cost that the company paid for community, social, environment, etc. based on financial motive, ethic motive and altruistic motive simultaneously or partial, on the ROE and ROS of company.The research is quantitative research with the help of IBM SPSS Software 21 version with regression analysis. Population of this research is manufactured company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in the period 2011-2014. Samples were collected by purposive sampling method and 10 companies are used for this research.The result of the test is CSR cost based on ethic motive have a positive significant effect on ROE and ROS (sig. &lt; 0,05). However, both CSR cost based on financial motive and altruistic motive have no-significant effect on ROE and ROS (sig. &gt; 0,05). For the future research, the researcher recommend that the company which listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange are more transparent and detailed information on the CSR include the activities, the CSR target, the cost that company spend and all the other data about CSR. Then, the company which do the CSR investment and transparent with the CSR report can attract other potential investor for the company, so that can make a positive effect on the financial statement.<br />Keywords: CSR Motive, Financial Motive, Ethic motive, Altruistic Motive
