ABSTRACTThe low level of community participation in the allocation of village funds indicates that the implementation of the village fund allocation still has not fully involved the community in the village financial management process. This is due to the weak leadership influence of the village head as the supreme leader who has full authority and responsibility in managing the region and its community. The low level of community participation has an impact on the lack of community satisfaction and trust in the village administration.
