This study aims to determine stakeholder governance in improving the quality of education at Madrasah Tsanawiyah (MTs) Negeri 1 Sukoharjo. This governance includes the management of teaching staff and education personnel in improving the quality of secondary education at MTs Negeri 1 Sukoharjo, student management in improving the quality of secondary education at MTs Negeri 1 Sukoharjo, governance of partner communities and graduate users in improving the quality of secondary education at MTs Negeri 1 Sukoharjo. The methodology in this study uses a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques in this study include observation, in-depth interviews, FGD (Focus Group Discussion), and document review. Data analysis in this study was carried out in 4 (four) steps, namely: 1) performing data management, 2) writing memos on the edge of field notes or transcripts to assist database exploration, 3) delineation, classification, and interpretation, and 4) visualization and representation findings. The results showed that the governance of stakeholders in improving the quality of education at Madrasah Tsanawiyah (MTs) Negeri 1 Sukoharjo which includes the management of teachers and education personnel, student governance, and how madrasahs manage the role of stakeholders in improving the quality of secondary education at Madrasah Tsanawiyah ( MTs) Negeri 1 Sukoharjo is done very well so that the quality of education at Madrasah Tsanawiyah (MTs) Negeri 1 Sukoharjo is very good.

This research aims to determine the role of the head of Madrasah in improving the quality of education in MTs Negeri 4 Kulon Progo, and to help improve the competency of teachers in the learning activities with a real, measurable, controlled, directional program to achieve learning objectives. This research uses qualitative descriptive methods with data collection through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this research are: 1) supervision of the head of the district of the state of the principal of the school 4 Kulon Progo includes education, managerial, administrator, supervisor, leader, innovator, and motivator; 2) The role of quality improvement is done by increasing the professionalism of teachers by giving opportunities to teachers; 3) Factors affecting the implementation of the head of the Madrasah include: the planning, implementation and follow-up that is carried out continuously to the teachers and education personnel.

<p><em>Educators and education personnel are one of the most important elements in improving the quality of education. Human resources are important in achieving the goals of an institution or organization, because HR is the driving force of other resources. Competition between Integrated Islamic Primary Schools in Bandung Regency, especially in Baleendah District will have an impact on the quality of recruitment of Educators and Education Personnel, as has been done by SDIT Al-Ihsan Baleendah. The focus of this study is the analysis of the recruitment of teaching staff and education personnel at SDIT Al-Ihsan Baleendah. This study aims to capture the recruitment strategy carried out by SDIT Al-Ihsan Baleendah. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive study. In the data collection technique, various techniques were used in this study, namely interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis procedure used in this study was qualitative analysis. Based on the findings from the research results, it was concluded that the implementation of recruitment at SDIT Al-Ihsan Baleendah was carried out through administrative tests, interviews and practice stages. </em></p>

The quality of education of a nation is largely determined by the quality of human resources both educators and educational staff. Therefore, it is a necessity for every educational institution to improve the quality of teaching staff. Efforts to increase or develop it lead to one meeting point that is so that the school towards the ideals expected by all existing stakeholders. This study uses a qualitative approach to the type of case study, which research is carried out at Sunan Giri Islamic Middle School. Data collection is done using techniques: interviews, observation, and documentation. While the data obtained were analyzed through several stages namely: Condensation, data display, and verification of conclusions as well as checking the validity of the data. The process of developing human resources both educators and education personnel has been going well, but there are still shortages here and there both in terms of implementation and evaluation of the results of the development.

This study determined whether there is any influence and how much influence the role of the school committee and school operational assistance programs on the quality of education. This research was conducted in SMP Negeri Rambang, Muara Enim. This type of research is quantitative research. While the method in this research uses the partial correlation method. The sample in this study were 45 educators and teaching staff at the school. The data collection technique in this study used a questionnaire. The results of this study showed that 1) there is a relationship between the role of the school committee and the school operational assistance program; 2) there is an influence between the role of the school committee on the quality of education; 3) there is an influence between the school operational assistance program on the implementation of education quality; and 4) there is a significant joint effect between the role of the school committee and the school operational assistance program on the quality of education.

This paper describes the Role of Supervisor in Building Religious Culture. Teachers are components of human resources that must be fostered and developed continuously in order to perform its functions potentially. Therefore, to improve the quality of education starts from teachers and other education personnel. One of the efforts that can be done is by doing a supervision. Religious culture is one of the objectives of learning Islamic religious education, ie that learners can lead to the aspect of being not only leads to aspects of knowing and doing it. In this case, supervisor support will be given to build a religious culture, considering that one of the goals of the supervisor is the one provided to help teachers become professional, skilled and skilled teachers and able to do more effectively in achieving educational goals.

<p>The quality of education is a benchmark in assessing the success of the school in creating qualified students. It is appropriate if the school or institution can maintain and improve the quality of its education. Improving the quality of education is influenced by many factors, such as the leadership of the manager, the professionalism of the teacher, and the support of the teaching and education personnel in the institution. The purpose of this study was to obtain information about improving the quality of PAUD that focused on how planning, management, evaluation, inhibiting and supporting factors in the implementation of Handayani PAUD quality improvement, as well as efforts made to overcome the obstacles found in applying quality improvement planning. This research uses descriptive qualitative method. Data collection procedure techniques used are field research techniques while the methods used are observation, interviews, and documentation. Subjects in this study were managers, teachers, and education personnel in Handayani PAUD. The results of this study indicate that: (1) improving the quality of institutions can occur if there are plans and programs that are prepared and disseminated by joint managers of educators and education personnel and related parties, (2) management of quality improvement needs the support of all parties in the institution, (3) the evaluation of the improvement of the quality of education by the manager by supervising it periodically and continuously, and the manager should also involve the role of the supervisor to help supervise the program management in the institution, (4) the commitment of all parties in the institution is a supporting factor while less optimal evaluation from the manager, educational background of educators that are not appropriate and the professionalism of educators in carrying out the learning process is one of the inhibiting factors, and (5) the efforts made to overcome obstacles are by involving educators and education personnel in workshops or training mbingan and motivation, as well as planning to form a parenting program with parents of students around the institution's environment because the quality of education will increase and be carried out well with joint efforts, maximum control and evaluation of managers and related parties.</p>

This paper discusses the importance of the students ‘character building in the level of primary school/Islamic elementary school to face the globalization and information era. Education is the process of determining the nation’s character. Good or bad character of the nation in the future will be determined by the present quality of education. Building the character through Tahfidzul Quran learning approach is expected to be the main foundation to improve the degree and prestige of learners as the asset of the nation. This study aimed to describe the process of Tahfidzul Quran learning which included planning, organizing, doing action and monitoring the important role of learning itself to build the learners’ character, especially in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Istiqomah Sambas Purbalingga.

Vocational schools (SMK) is a secondary education that preparesstudents primarily for working on a particular field. Diverse efforts made by SMKgraduates increased 8 Medan include improving the quality of education byreforming both the substance of the material and the provision of facilities andinfrastructure. The article deals with the world rating of Ukrainian educational sphere according to The Global Competitiveness Report and UNESCO Science Report. It shows comparative indices of Ukraine in contrast to the other countries of these world ratings according to the “Quality of primary education”, “Penetration of primary education”, “Penetration of secondary education”, “Quality of secondary education”, “Quality of education in Sciences”, “Quality of school management”, “School access to the internet” and others. The article also defines strategic directions of reforming Ukrainian education system to improve its position in the world international ratings.
