The teacher is one of the important components in the teaching and learning process that participates in the formation of potential human resources in the field of development. Therefore, the teacher must play an active role and place his position as a professional force, in accordance with the demands of a growing community. TPQ al-Maghfiroh is an Islamic educational institution located in the Pilangglenteng Hamlet of Karangsemi Village, Gondang District, Nganjuk Regency. Educators at TPQ have not mastered the full learning methods. The approach in this service uses the Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) approach.

This article deals with the training of Fun English Games Learning Method for English Teacher in MAS NU Batahan, This article shows several learning methods by using English Games funny and easy to understand, such as, Word Connect Application, Spelling Bee application, Stop the Clock Application, Typing Paragraphs for speed. This activity intends to enlarge some learning methods by using English Games for fun, and to give comprehending that English learning’s easy and enjoying. The method of this study used community development that collaborating theory and practicing in which using fun English games learning method in teaching English for English teacher MAS NU Batahan. The result shows that Fun English Games learning Method’s successfully applied in the classroom, the students are happy and can understand English learning easily and quickly through Fun English Games Method. It has benefit for teachers in teaching 4 skill, reading, writing, speaking and listening that must be mastered by students. In addition, School can use this method to improve the quality of learning in achieving very satisfactory results. Based on the explanation above can be concluded that Fun English Games learning Method for English teachers is very useful dan helpful in teaching and learning process.

Pesantren is an educational institution that has a long and unique history. Historically, pesantren were among the earliest Islamic educational institutions and still survive today. In contrast to educational institutions that emerged later, pesantren have been very instrumental in printing ulama cadres and then play an active role in the spread of Islam and the transfer of knowledge. However, in its development the pesantren has undergone a transformation that allows it to lose its identity if its traditional values are not preserved. Today the existence of pesantren has experienced such a development that the intended components are increasingly increasing and equipped with infrastructure and facilities. In its growth history, pesantren have undergone several phases of development including the existence of pesantren specifically mixing with these developments. This paper simply discusses the modernization of Islamic education in pesantren, which then reinforces it with the objectives, curriculum, human resources, learning methods, institutions, infrastructure and facilities and the resulting changes.

The purpose  of this activity is for increasing  students interest  in learning  at MI Nasrul  Ulum Klagensrampat. This activity uses a learning  method in conveying material  to students.By applying this method the writer hopes that the learning process can be achieved properly. Learning media in general is a tool for teaching and learning. Everything that can be used to stimulate the thoughts, feelings, attention and abilities or skills of students so as to encourage the learning process. This limitation is quite broad and includes the understanding of resources, environment, people and methods used for learning / training purposes. Barriers to the use of teaching aids in supporting student interest in learning, obstacles include: conditioning students' attention to learning with teaching aids, teacher learning methods that tend to be less varied so that students are less enthusiastic in learning if the teacher is monotonous, the teaching aids available in schools are incomplete, making teaching aids in accordance with the material and student input is difficult, the minimum time to prepare learning with teaching aids.

This article aim to analyze Ibn Khaldun's thoughts on education and its relevance to modern world education. This research uses qualitative approach (Library Research) by analyzing the sources collected and summarized in the article. Result this research shows that education is not only a teaching and learning process that is limited by time and space, but education is a process where students are able to live, absorb and even capture natural events throughout the ages. Ibn Khaldun's thoughts are also very relevant to modern education when viewed from various aspects, namely educators, learning methods, curriculum and educational goals. Positive impact What is expected from the results of this study is the adoption of the concept of Modern Education with the Concept of Education according to Ibn Khaldun.

The teaching and learning process (learning) is an activity to carry out the core of education and curriculum at an educational institution. Teaching and learning activities contain various concepts related to the educational mission, educational foundation, and educational goals. In addition, learning is focused on what the lecturer must do as the one who provides learning. The learning process at this time is constrained by the Covid 19 pandemic faced by Indonesia, thus affecting all activities, one of which is Bungo Regency residents, especially in the academic field. Therefore, all learning activities carried out on campus are not allowed and must be done at home or online. One of them is the learning process for the Pancasila Course in the English Education Study Program (PBI), Semester II Year 2020/2021. This study uses descriptive qualitative methods in the form of photos and questionnaires via google forms which are distributed to students through whatsapp groups using 26 PBI second semester students. The results of this study indicate that students have internet signal problems, which are 81%. So the importance of the internet network is to make it easier for students to carry out the learning process effectively, due to the lack of a network. AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan proses belajar mengajar Permainan Bola Voli Melalui Metode Pembelajaran Games and competition Pada Siswa Kelas V SD Negeri 14 Lebong Selatan. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada jam belajar Penjasorkes kelas V SD Negeri 14 Lebong Selatan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK), penelitian ini secara obyektif atau apa adanya dengan subyek siswa kelas V SD Negeri 14 Lebong Selatan berjumlah 15 orang. Penelitian ini dilakukan dalam 2 siklus, setiap siklus terdiri dari empat tahapan yaitu : (1) perencanaan,  (2) pelaksanaan tindakan, (3) observasi, dan (4) refleksi. Jenis data yang dikumpulkan adalah data kualitatif berupa hasil observasi aktivitas guru dan siswa pada saat proses belajar-mengajar berlangsung. Adapun hasil pengamatan terhadap siswa dalam proses belajar mengajar Permainan Bola Voli Melalui Metode Pembelajaran Games and competition pada siklus I adalah sebesar 55% dari keseluruhan pengamatan terhadap proses belajar mengajar. Pada siklus II meningkat menjadi 85%. Sedangkan hasil pengamatan terhadap guru pada siklus I sebesar 65% dan meningkat pada siklus II menjadi 90%. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa adanya peningkatan yang sangat berarti dalam penerapan metode pembelajaran games and competition pada siswa kelas V SD Negeri 14 Lebong Selatan.Kata Kunci : Proses Belajar Mengajar, Bola Voli, Games and competition.AbstackThis study aims to determine the improvement of teaching and learning process of Ball Games through Learning Methods of Games and competition In Grade V Students of Elementary school 14 Lebong Selatan. This research was conducted at the learning hour of class V of SD Negeri 14 Lebong Selatan. The research method used is Classroom Action Research (PTK), this research is objective or what it is with the subject of grade V students of SD Negeri 14 Lebong Selatan totaling 15 people. This study was conducted in 2 cycles, each cycle consisting of four stages: (1) planning, (2) implementation of action, (3) observation, and (4) reflection. The type of data collected is qualitative data in the form of observation of teacher and student activity during the teaching-learning process. The results of observation of the students in the learning process Teaching Ball Volleyball Through Learning Methods Games and competition in the first cycle is 55% of the overall observation of the teaching and learning process. In the second cycle increased to 85%. While the results of observations of teachers in the first cycle of 65% and increased in cycle II to 90%. So it can be concluded that there is a very significant improvement in the application of learning methods of games and competition on students of grade V Elementary school 14 Lebong Selatan.Keywords: Volleyball, Games and competition, Teaching and Learning Proces
