Abstract           : The purpose of this research to understand the picture of the happiness lecturer of civil servants and non-civil servants are there surroundings Islamic University of Sunan Ampel Surabaya country. The sample used as many as 75 of the subject lecturer of civil servants and non-civil servants, with random sampling techniques in 9 faculties. Data analysis techniques using descriptive statistics. The results of this study brings out the score's happiness of any professors of civil servants or non civil servants of 9 faculties, score range from number 1-6. Score 1-2 illustrates the level of happiness "was not happy"; score 2-3 illustrates the level of happiness "rather unhappy"; score 3-4 illustrates levels of happiness "very unhappy"; 4 describe the level of happiness "somewhat happy" score 4-5 illustrates the level of happiness "pretty happy"; score 5-6 illustrates the level of happiness "was very happy"; and 6 describe the level of happiness "too happy", as well as the analysis of the answers to open questions that have been answered by the subject. On the subject of civil servants, there are 8 subjects who have levels of happiness "very unhappy"; 6 subjects who have levels of happiness "somewhat happy"; 39 subjects who have levels of happiness "pretty happy"; and 1 subjects who have levels of happiness "very happy". While in a non civil servants, lecturers there are three subjects who have levels of happiness "very unhappy"; 3 subjects who have levels of happiness "somewhat happy"; and 15 subjects who have levels of happiness "quite happy".   Keyword          : Happiness, Lecturer at the Islamic University of Sunan Ampel Surabaya country

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan konformitas dengan gaya hidup hedonisme pada mahasiswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah 80 mahasiswa yang dipilih dengan menggunakan teknik random sampling. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah skala gaya hidup hedonisme dan konformitas. Teknik analisa data menggunakan uji analisis uji kendall’s tau-b dengan bantuan program Statistical Package for Sosial Sciences (SPSS) 25.0 for windows. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif yang cukup kuat antara konformitas dengan gaya hidup hedonisme pada mahasiswa dengan nilai hasil r = 0.315 dan p = 0.000 ( p< 0.05) yang menunjukan kedua variabel tersebut memiliki korelasi yang signifikan antara konformitas dengan gaya hidup hedonisme pada mahasiswa yang artinya semakin tinggi konformitasnya maka semakin tinggi pula hedonisme yang dilakukannya dan begitupun sebaliknya. This research aims to determine the correlation of conformity with the lifestyle of hedonism to students. This research uses a quantitative research methods. The subject of this research were 80 students who were selected using random sampling techniques. The data collection methods used are the lifestyle of hedonism and conformity. Data analysis techniques using analysis tests uji kendall’s tau-b with the help of Statistical Package for Sosial Sciences (SPSS) 25.0 for windows. The results of this research indicate that there was a strong enough positive correlation between the conformities and lifestyle of hedonism to the student with the result r = 0.315 and p = 0.000 (P< 0.05) which showed both variables had a significantly correlation means that the higher the conformity, the higher the hedonism it does and vice versa.

This study aims to determine the effect of products, prices, promotions, and locations on used motorcycle sales at Syaf Motor dealerships in Bukittinggi City. This research is a quantitative study using SPSS version 16.00. Sampling in this study using probability sampling techniques with simple random sampling method, which is each individual has the same opportunity to be the subject of research. The number of samples to be taken in this study can be calculated using the Slovin formula, the sample to be used in this study is 60 people. Data collection using questionnaire methods and consumer techniques. Data collection using questionnaire methods and data analysis techniques using Multiple Linear Regression. The results of the analysis show that products, prices, promotions, and locations have a positive and significant influence on sales, both partially and simultaneously. The most dominant variable affecting sales is the product. From this study, it was concluded that the four variables used provided 54.8% of the influence on sales, the remaining amounted to 45, 20% influenced by other factors not used in this study.

This research was conducted to examine the effect of packaging and prices that influence the purchase decision of chatime drinks in South Tangerang. This study used a survey method by distributing questionnaires. The study population consisted of consumers from students in South Tangerang, while the number of samples was 96 respondents. Sample selection is done by using random sampling techniques Data analysis techniques used in this study using SPSS 2.3 tools. the results of the study prove that packaging and prices influence the decision to purchase chatime drinks.

The purpose of this research is to analyze the relationship between extracurricular interests follow Scouting education with discipline a member Gudep found in Bengkulu City cluster of X. The quantitative approach used and the type of research that used korelasional. The population in this research is the entire members of the Gudep contained in the cluster X 332 by the amount of Bengkulu City students. The sample in this research totalled 84 students. Sampling techniques in the research of this proportionate stratified random sampling. Instrument in this study is the sheet now. Data collection techniques using question form. Data analysis techniques using test prerequisites and test hypotheses using the correlation formula product moment. The results of this research show that the value of rxy = 0.695 with rtabel = 0.212 (0.695 > 0.212), KP = 48.3%, and thitung = 5.74, with ttabel = 1.663 (5.74 > 1.663). Thus, it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between interest in extracurricular education follow Scouting with the discipline of members in Gudep cluster X city of Bengkulu.

The Subject

The purpose of this study was to examine the effectiveness of multisensory-based SAKURA media. The research method used was a single subject type experimental method with the A-B-A research design. The instrument used was a matter of dyslexic children's reading ability test. The subject in this study was a dyslexic child in Sempu Public Elementary School. Data analysis techniques used are descriptive statistics, analysis of conditions, and analysis of conditions. Based on the results of research and discussion, it can be concluded that SAKURA media is effective in increasing the reading ability of GAS subjects. This can be proven by an increase in the percentage of subject achievement at the time of the intervention. In this study, subjects (GAS) got mean levels increasing from 75.2 under baseline 1 (A1) to 88.9 under intervention (B), and 99.3 under baseline 2 (A2). A low percentage of overlap supports this. The percentage overlap between baseline one condition and intervention conditions is 0%, and intervention conditions with baseline 2 are 0%.

<p>The purpose of this research is for to know and test whether there is influence of discipline and compensation of employees on work productivity PT. Garuda Milky Artha in Surabaya.</p><p>The research method used, i.e. a quantitative approach and sampling Techniques using sample random sampling. Data collection techniques used is questionnaire. While its data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression tests.</p>The results of data analysis in this study is there is a significant influence on the value of discipline and compensation against work productivity with significance value of discipline and the value of 0.05 &lt; 0,011 significance compensation amounting to 0.028 &lt; 0.05. This shows that the two variables are declared Ho denied. So it can be concluded that there is a significant influence on the value of discipline and compensation against work productivity at PT. Garuda Milky Artha in Surabaya.

Background of this research is nilai of matematic is good. This research is a descriptive study, with a population of student in Jhon’s Febby population totaling IS 80 people, the sample was taken 60% of the population, namely 48 people with a sampling technique that is stratified random sampling. Techniques using questionnaires, and data collection tools using questionnaires. Data analysis techniques use a percentage formula. The results showed that the description of the earning stratigic l in learning methodwas very good category, the aproved of thelearning strategic its was very good category, and thelearning teknique its was very good. The research is proposed to test the influence of Leadership and Motivation Work on Public Service Quality. The population in this study was the Kantor Kementerian Agama Sungai Penuh who had received the last 1 year service at the Kantor Kementerian Agama Sungai Penuh, amounting to 260 people. Furthermore, by using the Slovin formula, a sample size of 158 people was chosen with a sampling technique based on Simple Random Sampling. This study uses primary data and secondary data. Data analysis techniques used are path analysis and hypothesis testing using t test with data analysis using SPSS version 20. The results of the study based on showing that partially the Leadership and motivation work have a positive and significant effect on Public Service Quality. The results also show that motivation work variables act as intervening variables between Leadership and Public Service Quality.

The purpose of this research are : 1) knowing the process of developing interactive with using Adobe Flash CS3 Professional media, 2) knowing the effectiveness of interactive learning with using Adobe Flash CS3 Professional media, 3). knowing the ability of students' mathematical understanding after using the Adobe Flash CS3 Professional media. The type of research is Research and Development (R & D) with One-Group Pretest-Posttest. The research was conducted at Mardi Waluya 2 Sukabumi Junior High School in the 2018/2019 semester event. The writer take the population of this study is on VII class. The sample used simple random sampling and for the instruments used were validation questionnaires media and tests. Data analysis techniques are using the Likert scale for validation questionnaires media, using the T test to determine effectiveness, and N-Gain to determine the increase in students' mathematical understanding skills. Interactive learning media are valued by media experts and material experts, with the results obtained that are valid so that they can be used in learning. The results of the effectiveness test are Thit (8.78)> T table (1,699) with a significant level used which is 5%. With high criteria of N-Gain test results are 75.61. Based on the results of these studies, interactive learning with using Adobe Flash CS3 Professional media can be effective in learning and can improve students' of mathematical understanding skills.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kecerdasan interpersonal anak usia 5-6 tahun di TK Barunawati Kota Ternate dan seberapa besar peningkatan kecerdasan inter-personal anak usia 5-6 tahun dengan menggunakan metode bermain peran. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilaksanakan dalam II siklus. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah anak didik kelompok B di TK Barunawati Kota Ternate yang berjumlah 25 orang. Kolabolator dalam penelitian adalah guru kelas B, sebagai pelaksana tindakan, peneliti sebagai observer dan guru pendamping sebagai pembantu observer. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, catatan lapangan dan dokumentasi. Observasi meliputi proses pembelajaran sosial emosional dan kecerdasan interpersonal anak. Catatan lapangan digunakan untuk melihat permasalahan yang dihadapi selama pembelajaran. Dokumentasi digunakan untuk memperoleh data yang berbentuk foto. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan statistik deskriptif sederhana. Data dianalisis secara kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kecerdasan interpersonal anak usia dini dapat ditingkatkan melalui metode bermain peran. Peningkatan tersebut sebesar 76%.Kata Kunci: metode bermain peran (role playing), kecerdasan interpersonal, anak usia dini. The Implementation of Role Playing Method to Improve Interpersonal Intelligence of Children Aged 5-6 Years in Kindergarten Barunawati AbstractThe study aims to increase interpersonal intelligence of children aged 5-6 years in kindergarten Barunawati Ternate City and how much the increase in interpersonal intelligence of children aged 5-6 years using role playing methods. This research is a classroom action research conducted in two cycles. The subjects in this study are students in kindergarten group B Barunawati Ternate City amounting to 25 people. The collaborators in this research were the B-grade teachers acting as the executor, while the researcher was an observer and as a teacher assistant in the observation. The data were collected through observation, notes field and documentation. Observations included the process of learning social emotional and childrens interpersonal intelligence. Field notes were used to see the problems faced during the learning. Documentation used to obtain data in the form of photos. The data analysis techniques used simple descriptive statistics. The data were analyzed quantitatively and qualitatively. The results of this study shows that early childhood interpersonal intelligence can be improved through the role playing methods.
