Many factors influence the low number of skilled vocational high school graduates. One factor that is the leading cause is the lack of instruments that can be used in the learning process, especially authentic instruments, to assess students' abilities in the psychomotor domain. Students who are dominant in the cognitive sphere are not necessarily skilled in the psychomotor realm, especially when using the equipment and making improvements to the brake system. The purpose of this study is to develop an assessment instrument that is appropriate to be used by the teacher in evaluating the psychomotor domain's abilities, specifically for the brake system competency. This research is development research that uses ADDIE models as a reference for research. ADDIE model has five stages of development that need to be considered, including analysis; (2) design; (3) development; (4) implementations; and (5) evaluation. Based on the results of the analysis and discussion of the psychomotor domain assessment instrument for the competency of the brake system that was developed to be suitable for use in the learning process. Feasibility is proven from the results of the validation of experts who get an assessment of 4.66 with a very valid category. The instrument reliability test results that get the Cronbach's alpha value of 0.895, and the value of inter-observer reliability is 0.740. In addition, the instrument is also practical when used in the learning process. This was evidenced by the acquisition of practicality test value of 3.31 and entered in the practical category.

Instrumen penilaian merupakan bagian dari suatu proses penilaian dalam pembelajaran, apa yang hendak diukur dalam pembelajaran terkait dengan ketersediaan alat ukur yang dikembangkan. Tujuan penelitian yaitu untuk menganalisis validitas, reliabilitas, dan keefektifan instrumen. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian dan pengembangan (R & D). Tahapan pada R & D yaitu 1) analisis kebutuhan; 2) rancangan produk; 3) desain dan pengembangan; 4) validasi ahli; 5) revisi produk awal; 6) uji coba terbatas; 7) revisi produk; 8) uji coba diperluas; 9) revisi dan analisis hasil uji coba. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji validitas instrumen menggunakan korelasi product moment, uji reliabilitas instrumen menggunakan koefisien kappa dari Cohen dan uji keefektifan menggunakan analisis Uji normalized-gain. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hasil pretest nilainya 79 dan posttest nilainya 83 pada uji coba terbatas, sedangkan pada uji coba diperluas didapatkan hasil tidak jauh berbeda dengan uji coba terbatas yaitu pretest 0,3 dan posttest 0,4. Validitas instrumen sebesar 0,878 yang menunjukkan valid, reliabilitas instrumen sebesar 0.721 yang menunjukan ketegori baik dan keefektifan instrumen terdapat skor 0.3 yang memiliki tingkat efektivitas sedang. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa instrumen penilaian praktik rias pengantin Jogja Paes Ageng baku, valid dan efektif digunakan untuk menilai penilaian praktik sesuai dengan kompetensi mata kuliah.Assessment instrument is part of the assessment process in the learning process. What is to be measured in the learning process is related to the availability of the assessment instrument. The aim of the current research is to analyze validity, reliability, and the instrument effectiveness. This current research employed R&D method. The steps of R&D method: 1) needs analysis, 2) product design, 3) design and development, 4) expert validation, 5) preliminary product revision, 6) limited testing, 7) product revision, 8) expanded testing, 9) revision and analysis of the testing product. The data analysis technique in the current research employed product moment correlation, kappa coefficient for instrument reliability and normalized-gain test analysis for the effectiveness of instrument. The results of the pretest was 79, the posttest was 83 on limited testing, while the expanded test showed not difference of limited testing 0.3 for pretest, 0.4 for the posttest. Validity of instrument was 0.878 which indicates the instrument developed is valid, reliability of practice instrument was 0.721 which indicates in the good category and effectiveness of instruments was 0.3 that have moderate levels of effectiveness. This suggests that the assessment instrument of bridal Jogja Paes Ageng practice is standardized, valid and effective.

Abstract: Learning media is a tool used by teachers to deliver material to students. Based on the results of the interview, it was found that the teacher had not used the media. So that when the observations showed that students were still confused about the material properties and volumes of shapes. This research develops interactive multimedia based on android. The purpose of this research is to produce interactive multimedia that is valid according to media experts, material experts and practical according to users. This study uses the ADDIE model. The result of the development is in the form of interactive multimedia products that are used in building materials. This research was conducted at SDN 2 Glanggang. Based on the assessment instrument from 2 media experts, an average percentage of 94.98 percent was obtained, from 2 material experts obtained a percentage of 89.29 percent, from the trial to the teacher the percentage was 96.05 percent, and the student user trial obtained a percentage of 95.44 percent. Based on the percentage of assessments from experts and the test results show that interactive multimedia is categorized as very valid and very practical so that it can be used in learning activities. Abstrak: Media pembelajaran merupakan alat bantu yang digunakan oleh guru untuk menyampaikan materi kepada siswa. Berdasarkan hasil wawancara ditemukan bahwa guru belum menggunakan media. Sehingga saat observasi menunjukkan bahwa siswa masih kebingungan tentang materi sifat dan volume bangun ruang. Penelitian ini mengembangkan multimedia interaktif yang berbasis android. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menghasilkan multimedia interaktif yang valid menurut ahli media, ahli materi serta praktis menurut pengguna. Penelitian ini menggunakan model ADDIE. Hasil pengembangan berupa produk multimedia interaktif yang digunakan pada materi bangun ruang. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SDN 2 Glanggang. Berdasarkan instrumen penilaian dari 2 orang ahli media diperoleh rata-rata persentase 94,98 persen, dari 2 orang ahli materi diperoleh persentase 89,29 persen, dari uji coba kepada guru diperoleh persentase 96,05 persen, dan uji coba pengguna siswa diperoleh persentase 95,44 persen. Berdasarkan persentase penilaian dari para ahli dan hasil uji coba menunjukkan bahwa multimedia interaktif dikategorikan sangat valid dan sangat praktis sehingga dapat digunakan dalam kegiatan pembelajaran.

Based on observations made by researchers on learning activities and interviews with teachers obtained data, that the learning outcomes of science subjects with biodiversity material for class X students of State Vocational High School 60 Jakarta for 2014/23015 school year, are still under KKM and still need improvement - improvement in the learning process because the pre-cycle test results showed values with an average of 68.96 and learning completeness reached 57.57%. To overcome these problems the researchers sought to make improvements through the implementation of inquiry-based learning on IP subjects with biodiversity material for students in class X of the first semester of SMK Negeri 60 Jakarta. This research was conducted at SMK Negeri 60 Jakarta in 2014/2015 academic year with a total of 32 students. This research was conducted in two cycles. The indicator of the success of this research is that during the learning process and reflection it is evident that there is an increase in learning outcomes in science subjects in class X of the First Semester of SMK Negeri 60 Jakarta. The results of his research are: learning outcomes in the first cycle the average value shows 75.51, while the learning outcomes in the second cycle the average value shows. 79.30. Based on research data and discussion, it can be concluded that applying learning through inquiry-based methods in science subjects can improve student learning outcomes in class X of the first semester of SMK Negeri 60 Jakarta.

Promotion and introduction of school buildings still uses media such as brochures or pamphlets, because it requires software that can introduce and provide information about specific school buildings in SMK 25 Jakarta. This study aims to provide an introduction to the Virtual Reality 25 Jakarta Vocational High School building using the VR Box as a medium of information about the rooms to prospective new students. This application utilizes the method of research and development (R&D) with the ADDIE model, this model serves to carry out periodic assessments in each phase so that the resulting product becomes valid. The validation test results concluded that the system is valid. Testing the level of user satisfaction after using the Virtual Reality application SMKN 25 Jakarta can be concluded that the average user gives a value of 3.4 or enough on the satisfaction of the application menu display, and gives a value of 3.05 on the satisfaction of virtual mode.

The purpose of this research is to develop a media in the form of educational games that contain local wisdom content, culture, culinary, and health, which are packaged in a snake and ladder game. In addition, this study also aims to test the quality and analyze user perceptions of the "Eduklok Chemistry" game product that has been developed. The method used in this research is to adapt the ADDIE model which includes the stages of analysis, design, and development. The quality of the developed product is tested by the expert judgment method using an expert assessment instrument to get a quality score. The study of users' perceptions of the product is carried out by the method of analyzing user responses to assess user perceptions in the form of response data. Quality test results by material experts that the product developed is included in the category of Very Good (SB) with a percentage of ideals of 100%. The results of quality tests by media experts on products developed are included in the category of Good (B) with a percentage of ideals of 76.92%. Meanwhile, the results of user perception studies show that most users respond Very Good (SB).

  This research aims to produce a final product in the form of a performance-assessment instrument on Cell Structure and Function experiment. The development model is ADDIE. Based on expert's judgment, the instrument was valid and can be tested in the field. Field-test results shown that the product performs high validity and reliability value on measuring student performance on Cell Structure and Function experiment. Therefore, it is concluded that this performance-assessment instrument theoretically and practically has a good quality for measuring student performance in both process and product performance on Cell Structure and Function experiment. The purpose of this study was to develop an instrument to measure the knowledge and skills of fourth grade students in conducting scientific activities on the sub-theme of animals and plants around my house. The instrument consists of a number of items that lead the students to scientific activities (e.g.observe, ask, gather information, process and communicate information) that is equipped by a scoring rubric. The development model used is a model 4-D consists of 4 stages, namely define, design, develop, and desimanate. The validation and limited testing result shows that the scientific approach based-assessment instrument is feasible to use. The developed instruments can be used to evaluate the learning process and assists teachers in developing the competences of the students’s knowledge and skills in conducting scientific activities.

The combined brake system (CBS) is a mechanism that links the front and rear brakes for scooters. For two-wheeled scooters, a CBS with appropriate braking force distribution can reduce the risk of crashing accidents due to insufficient driving proficiency. The design of the braking force distribution for a CBS is challenging to the designer because it has to fulfill many requirements such as braking performance, ride comfort, reliability, and low costs. This paper proposes a systematic method to optimize the parameters of CBS. The evaluation indexes for the design are first discussed. The steps to determine the critical parameter to meet the indexes and a method to predict braking performance are developed. Finally, driving tests are carried out to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method. Experimental results showed that the deceleration of the tested scooter equipped with the designed CBS achieves an average mean fully developed deceleration (MFDD) of 5.246 m/s2, higher than the homologation requirement. Furthermore, the proposed method’s prediction of braking performance is in good agreement with the test results, with errors <1%.
