Education is a conscious and planned effort to create an atmosphere of learning and learning process so students actively develop their potential. The development of information technology has led to the emergence of various learning model innovations in the world of education. Innovative learning models themselves emerge as alternative solutions to overcome various obstacles in traditional methods. One application of information technology in education is the development of e-learning. Therefore, the researchers offer an alternative to the limitations of learning resources so that it is more interesting for students to learn the material taught by using e-learning based on video tutorials needed in taking a computer-aided fashion design course. This research is an experimental research with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used in this study is Stratified random sampling. Data collection techniques consist of: (1) tests; (2) interview; (3) observation; (4) questionnaire or questionnaire; and (5) documentary films. The results of the study concluded that the cognitive, affective, and psychomotor learning outcomes of students who used the hybrid learning model were significantly higher than students who used the direct learning model.

Information technology is now growing, the need for quality information is needed. The development of technology has a lot to influence the order of life or a certain rule and system that can be utilized in various fields, one of which is in the field of education. The system, which is summarized into an e-Learning concept, has an effect on the transformation of education into digital form both in content and systems. UNIS Tangerang has a faculty called the Science of Religion. One of the important subjects is understanding the use of recitation in the Koran. By using an applicative method, this research was built with the aim of making it easier for students to understand it and also making it easier for lecturers to transfer knowledge to students. With an interactive learning model, it is proven that the results are maximally measured by the passing scores of students in this course.

Learning media is an important part of the distance learning process, especially in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic. Online learning implemented in the midst of a pandemic demands innovation. The process of learning media innovation with the use of information technology is a big part of the progress of education. E-learning as a learning model in education provides a big role and function for the world of education. E-learning as a distance learning model in the education sector provides a big function and role for the world of education, especially since the Indonesian Government since March 2, 2020 (kompas.com) is facing the Covid-19 outbreak where all students at all levels are studying at home. Teachers at all levels of education as the spearhead of the implementation of education need to be empowered by providing knowledge and skills in making innovative learning media using technology. Community service that has been carried out aims to empower teachers in making technology-based learning media. This is based on the special problems faced by teacher partners (SMP Muhammadiyah 14 Paciran), the difficulty in making innovative learning media using technology. After empowerment through lectures on the importance of e-learning, followed by training on innovative learning media with movavi, and direct assistance and use of zoom, it was concluded that (a) teacher partners of SMP Muhammadiyah 14 Pondok Pesantren Karangasem Lamongan have increased knowledge (b) Teachers are capable converting PPT into visual learning media using Movavi software, (c) The teacher is able to take pictures, edit using Movavi on a smartphone. (d) At this stage the teachers are able to make learning media starting from planning by selecting important materials, taking pictures, editing learning media, to rendering so as to produce learning media that attracts students. abstrakMedia pembelajaran menjadi bagian penting dalam proses pembelajaran jarak jauh terlebih ditengah pandemi covid-19. Pembelajaran daring yang diimplementasi ditengah pandemi menuntut inovasi. Proses inovasi media pembelajaran dengan penggunakaan teknologi informasi bagian besar untuk kemajuan Pendidikan. E-learning sebagai model pembelajaran dalam pendidikan memberikan peran dan fungsi yang besar bagi dunia pendidikan. E-learning sebagai model pembelajaran jarak jauh sektor pendidikan memberikan fungsi dan peran yang besar bagi dunia pendidikan lebih-lebih saat ini Pemerintah Indonesia sejak 2 Maret 2020 (kompas.com) menghadapi wabah covid-19 dimana semua siswa pada semua jenjang belajar dirumah. Guru pada semua jenjang pendidikan sebagai ujung tombak pada pelaksanaan Pendidikan perlu diberdayakan dengan memberi bekal pengetahuan, ketrampilan dalam membeuat media pembelajaran yang inovatif dengan pemanfaatan teknologi. Pengabdian masyarakat yang telah dilaksankaan bertujuan untuk pemberdayaan guru dalam membuat media pembelajaran berbasis teknologi. Hal tersebut didasari permasalahan khusus yang dihadapi mitra guru (SMP Muhammadiyah 14 Paciran) kesulitan dalam pembuatan media pembelajaran inovatif dengan penggunaan teknologi. Setelah dilaksankaan pemberdayaan melalui ceramah pentingnya pembelajaran e-learning, dilanjutkan dengan pelatihan inovasi pembaatan media pembelajaran dengan movavi, dan pendampingan baik melalui langsung dan penggunaan zoom disimpulkan (a)  mitra guru SMP Muhammadiyah 14 Pondok Pesantren Karangasem Lamongan  telah bertambah pengetahuannya (b) Guru mampu mengubah PPT menjadi media pembelajaran visual dengan menggunakan software movavi, (c) Guru mampu untuk pengambilan gambar, editing menggunakan movavi pada smartphone. (d) Pada tahap ini guru-guru mampu membuat media pembelajaran mulai dari perencanaan dengan memilih materi penting, pengambilan gambar, melaksanakan editing media pembelajaran, sampai rendering sehingga menghasilkan media pembelajaran menarik siswa.

This study aims to produce an innovative learning model based on Microblogging Edmodo.  This research was conducted through the application of Research and Development (R&D) methods which included several stages of research, it is started from designing SCL learning models based on microblogging edmodo, validation, and trials (small and large scale). The results of the study showed that the innovation of student-centered learning models based on edmodo e-learning microblogging was feasible to be applied in the learning process. It can be seen from the validation reaches 79.16%. The feasibility of the application is also strengthened by the increasing of the average percentage from audience validation. It results of 77.33% in small-scale trials and 91.30% in large-scale trials. This percentage shows that SCL learning models based on e-learning microblogging edmodo can be applied to students

This research is aimed to find out whether the aplication of blended learning has significant effect on the students' achievement of Understanding English Structure subject or not, and to know if the students' achievement after the application of blended learning is better than the prior knowledge of the subject.  It was also to see if the application of blended learning give positive effect to the students' digital literacy.   Hence, the researcher employs experimental research by giving hybrid-learning model as the treatment.  It is expected that the students can achieved good score about English structure. The research involves the second semester students of English Language Education Study Program of FKIP Pakuan University. They were chosen through purposive sampling technique. Based on the result of data analysis by using ANOVA, the students' achievement in strcture class was improved. Based on the t-test results it is known that the average pre-test is 63.4 and after treatment in the form of learning using a hybrid / blended learning model, the average post-test value becomes 86 so that the increase is 22.6. So that it can be stated there is a significant increase in student learning outcome scores by using hybrid / blended learning models. The positive result was also gained from the digital literacy questionnaire.  Most of the students' digital literacy was improved significantly at about 10 to 20%.  Therefore, it can be stated that hybrid-learning model can improve students' achievement in grammar class and also can improve their digital literacy.

<p class="AbstractEnglish"><strong>Abstract: </strong>Developing digital learning innovation with the Blended POE2WE model aims (1) to access knowledge without time and space limitation, (2) to establish internet-based communication, (3) to make learning easier and more enjoyable, and (4) to create more interactive and innovative learning process. The method was literacy (library study). Electronic Data Processing was used to manipulate data into more useful information. Data is a raw object, not processed yet and going to be processed. Meanwhile, information is processed data and becomes other useful data. Digital learning is the product of industrial revolution 4.0. It deals with a large collection of computers in networks that are tied together so that many users can share their vast resources. Besides, the Prediction, Observation, Explanation, Elaboration, Write and Evaluation (POE2WE) learning model was developed from the POEW learning model and the Physics learning model with a constructivist approach. As a consequence, Blended Learning is used to synthesize face-to-face learning and online-based learning into an integrated mix so that can create a high, efficient, and attractive impact. Blended learning practically means that learning (classroom-based learning) is also facilitated with other electronic formats (e-learning) to create an optimal learning program. This is due to that the use of e-learning is very superior compared to Conventional Learning (face-to-face).</p><p class="AbstractEnglish"><strong>Abstrak: </strong>Pengembangan inovasi pembelajaran digital dengan model <em>Blended POE2WE</em><em> </em>bertujuan untuk<em> </em>(1) mengakses pengetahuan setiap saat tak terbatas waktu dan tempat (2) menjalin komunikasi berbasis internet (3) menciptakan pembelajaran lebih mudah dan menyenangkan. (4) menciptakan proses pembelajaran lebih interaktif dan inovati. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah literasi (studi pustaka). Pengolaan Data Elektronik digunakan untuk memanipulasi data menjadi suatu informasi yang lebih berguna. Data merupakan objek mentah, yang belum diolah dan akan diolah. Sedangkan, informasi adalah data yang telah diolah dan sifatnya menjadi data lain yang bermanfaat. Pembelajaran digital adalah produk revolusi industry 4.0. Oleh karena itu, <em>Blended Learning </em>digunakan untuk mensintesis pembelajaran tatap muka dan pembelajaran berbasis online menjadi satu campuran yang terintegrasi sehingga dapat menciptakan dampak yang tinggi, efisien, dan menarik. Secara praktis, <em>blended learning</em> berarti bahwa pembelajaran (pembelajaran tatap muka dalam kelas) juga dilengkapi dengan format elektronik lainnya (<em>e-learning</em>) untuk membuat suatu program pembelajaran yang optimal. Hal ini disebabkan karena pemanfaatan <em>E-Learning </em>sangat diunggulkan dibanding dengan Pembelajaran Konvensional secara tatap muka.</p>

This study aims to determine students taught by E-Learning and SFAE models obtain higher economic learning outcomes compared to SFAE models without E-Learning. The study is conducted in odd semester of Academic Year 2019/2020 in class XI of SMA Negeri 1 Perbaungan. The sampling technique of this study uses a cluster random sampling technique to establish an experimental group and a control group. The research approach is quantitative research with a quasi-experimental research design with non-equivalent (Pre Test and Post Test Design). The research design is pretest and posttest control design  and the research design can be presented with a 2 x 2 factorial design with the Two Path Analysis of Variance (ANAVA) technique. The results shows that there is a difference between student learning outcomes in the E-Learning class + SFAE Learning Model, and student learning outcomes applied by the SFAE Learning Model model and students who gained the greatest influence from E-Learning + SFAE Learning Model on student economic learning outcomes, namely 0 , 0929. It means that E-Learning + SFAE Learning Model can explain 9.29% the effect of variations in the score of student learning outcomes.

This study examines the development of information technology that focuses on the use of web based learning as a learning medium in the world of vocational education. Web-based learning provides convenience for students in learning activities such as increasing productivity, flexible and interactive. The results obtained from several literature studies from journal articles, opinion papers, conceptual papers, etc. were analyzed for content related to the use of web based learning in the world of vocational education. The result of the literature review in this paper is that E-learning is a learning process that is poured through internet technology, with the principle of simple, personal, and fast need to be considered. Therefore, the principles and communication of learning need to be designed like conventional learning. The need for developing the right e-learning learning model according to needs. Web base learning is a learning model that requires technological tools, especially information technology such as computers and internet access. In practice, web base learning utilizes internet facilities as a medium for delivering information (material) learning such as websites, e-mail, mailing lists, and news groups. The planned use of web-based learning technology has proven to provide a significant contribution to the world of education, especially for vocational education that requires students to think critically. In implementing web based learning, there are several factors that need to be considered such as supporting facilities and infrastructure, users (students as users and teachers/lecturers/experts as material presenter), readiness of online materials and costs.

Due to heavy workload and tight working schedule, it is difficult for part-time students at City University of Hong Kong to ‘digest’ course materials and to understand the content of the course. Therefore, it will be convenient if a lecture presentation with course materials is recorded and posted into the Internet. Then, students can easily attend the lecture on-line in anywhere or watch back the video archive of the presentation through the Web. This chapter aims to provide a solution to achieve a hybrid learning model (HLM) including e-learning and traditional teaching platform by synchronizing video, audio and image files which are used in a presentation. In addition, this is targeted to record and to retrieve by using an on-line podcasting system and an XML SMIL technology respectively.

The development of digital learning innovations using the POE2WE model aims to (1) learn to seek knowledge at any time and anywhere (2) establish technology-based communication (3) to make learning more interesting and enjoyable (4) to create a more interactive and innovative learning process. The research method used is literacy (literature study). In addition, the Prediction, Observation, Explanation, Elaboration, Write and Evaluation (POE2WE) learning model was developed from the POEW learning model and the Physics learning model with a Constructiveivistic Approach. Therefore, information has an important and real role, in the era of the information society or the information society. POE2WE learning model can make students as subjects in learning. students actively find a concept through direct observation or experimentation, not from memorizing material books or explanations from the teacher. This model allows active students in the learning process, gives students the opportunity to construct their knowledge, communicate their thoughts and write down the results of the discussion so that students are more mastered and understand the concepts that will have an impact on increasing student learning achievement. The application of learning innovation through Digital Technology in Physics learning with the POE2WE model is categorized as a new thing. The development of this model touches the realm of e-learning in response to the demands of the industrial revolution 4.0.
