This research is motivated by many types and brands of helmets offered to consumers in the market. So that each helmet company must create a strategy to maintain and achieve a higher market share. The problem in this study is "How is the influence of price, quality and promotion of the decision to purchase GM brand helmets for STIE HAS Bukittinggi students. The data used are primary and secondary data. The research data was obtained through questionnaires to 68 respondents. The variables used were dependent variables, namely purchasing decision (Y) and independent variables namely price (X1), and promotion (X2). The method of analysis used by the writer in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of multiple linear regression analysis obtained the following equation: Y = 15,070 + 0,222 X1 + 0.782 X2 obtained that prices and promotions have a positive effect on purchasing decisions. The results of the t test and f test are partially and simultaneously have a significant effect on purchasing decisions.

This study is about syariah banking. The secondary data, obtained from the published reports of Bank Indonesia (BI) was used. It consists of Islamic Banking Statistics (SPS) and the Progress Report on Islamic Banking (LPPS). The analytical methods used were multiple linear regression, F test and t test. Based on the calculation of F test, deposit indicators - ROA, NPF, FDR, and the ratio jointly influence the market share of Islamic banking in Indonesia. Further, based on t test that had been done, the variable deposits, ROA, NPF and the ratio have a significant effect, while the FDR variables have no significant effect to the market share of Islamic banking in Indonesia. Then, DPK variables, ROA, and FDR have a positive effect while the NPF and the ratio have a negative effect on the market share of Islamic banking in Indonesia. From the analysis, it can be implied that the bank should increase deposits and ROA because they will have an effect on increasing the market share of Islamic banking in Indonesia; and the NPF and the bank should lower the ratio because they will reduce the market share of Islamic banking in Indonesia.

This study aims to analyze the comparison of the financial performance of state-owned banks and provide empirical evidence of the effect of LDR, CAR, and NPL on ROA. This analysis uses an independent variable of liquidity and solvency. The independent variable is focused on CAR, LDR, NPL, while the dependent variable is profitability focused on ROA. The data used are secondary data derived from the annual financial statements of BNI, BRI, BTN, Bank Mandiri listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2008 to 2015. The method of testing data uses, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination (R2 ), by testing the hypothesis t test and F test. The results showed that the multiple linear regression equation Y = 1.145 + 0.023 X1 + 0.004 X2 - 0.281 X3. Partial test (t test) shows that the LDR ratio of government-owned banks has a positive and significant effect on ROA with a t count of 3.108 > t table 1.693 with a significant level of 0.0046 or 0.46%. CAR ratio has a positive effect and is not significant for ROA with a t count of 0.126 < t table 1.693 with a significant level of 0.9004 or 90.4%. The NPL ratio has a negative and not significant effect on ROA with a tcount of -4.594 < t table 1.693 with a significant level of 0.0001 or 0.01%. Simultaneous testing (F test) shows the ratio of LDR, CAR, and NPL has a positive and significant effect on ROA with a calculated F value of 26.414 > t table 2.93 with a significant level of 0.000 or 0.0%. The results of testing the coefficient of determination (R2) shows that the independent variables LDR, CAR, and NPL can explain the effect on the dependent variable ROA, which is equal to 0.863 or 86.3% while 13.7% is influenced by other variables not examined.

The role of the sub plantation sector in developing the economy of the province of Jambi is no doubt already seen from the large number of residents who work and drape perekonomiannya in sub plantation sector. the data showed more than 60 percent of farmland in the province of Jambi is used as a plantation. The problem related goals of this research are (1) to analyze the development of the vast land, labor, and GRP sub plantation sector in the province of Jambi, (2) analyze contributions subplantation sector against the agricultural sector and GDP the province of Jambi, (3) analyze the effect of Extensive Land and labor against the Output of the Sub Sector Plantation Jambi province. The methods used in this research is descriptive qualitative and quantitative models by using regression Linear Regression and the contribution Multiplied by the method of OLS. The research results showed that (1) the development of land area, the workforce and GDP of sub sectors of the 2000-2015 period of Jambi province plantation continues to increase each year. (2) the variable land area and number of labor jointly or simultaneous affect GDP sub plantation sector province of Jambi. In the partial variable positive effect land area and significantly to GDP sub plantation sector province of Jambi. While labor has no effect significantly to GDP sub plantation sector province of Jambi.Keyword:P DRB, Estates, Labor, Land Area

In North Sumatra there is one type of horticulture plant, strawberry, especially in Karo district. The purpose of this study was to find out what factors influence the level of income of strawberry picking agrotourism farmers themselves, knowing the price of their own picking strawberry agro-tourism business and knowing whether the picking strawberry agro- tourism business itself is feasible. The sampling method is used by the Central theorem limit method, the total population of strawberry farmers in Karo Regency is 60, in this study 30 farmers were made as representative samples of the entire population. The data collected is primary and secondary data. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression with SPSS 21, BEP software tools and business feasibility analysis using R / C Ratio. (1) From the study using multiple linear regression analysis tools which have positive effect on strawberry farmers' income, namely sales and expenditure volume of RT. (2) Analysis of data from (BEP), it is known that the sales volume reaches the level of 478.80 Kg with a selling price of Rp. 52,760 / Kg, then the sales result is Rp. 38,304,239, with the results of the sale, the strawberry picking agro-business itself was declared even. (3) Analysis of the feasibility of the own strawberry picking agrotourism business in Karo Regency, obtained the results of R / C> 1, then the business is economically feasible.
