BPJS as a social security to provides protection to all workers in Indonesian utilize especially mobile application in providing information and services to all BPJS customer anytime and anywhere without having to BPJS branch office. Beginning in 2019 BPJS has mobile application with the name as a continuation of BPJSTK Mobile has been made previously. The addition of new features and improvements to the mobile application apparently still provides problem and complaints from workers addressed to the BPJS branch office, BPJS complaints services, and BPJS contact center. For this reason, it’s necessary to evaluate the implementation of mobile application as a whole to assist BPJS in achieving the objectives to improving IT governance and management of BPJS . This study aims to evaluate the mobile application using the COBIT 5 which has been implemented in BPJS . In this case the evaluation will be carried out using , service, and support (DSS) domain and the domain monitor, evaluate, and assess (MEA) which in the end will be measured the capability level as well as recommendations for improvement and gap analysis on the mobile application .

Maintaining the service performance was the responsibility of the service company. As an organization providing telecommunications network services both satellite and terrestrial networks, decreasing service performance was an indication of IT governance problems in the organization. For understanding the extent of the IT governance in the organization, the assessment of capability level was required. COBIT 5 was the framework for assessing IT processes capability level and combined with the ITIL V3 2011 framework. This research methodology begins with problem identification in the organization, determining the ITIL V3 2011 service lifecycle 2011 related to the problem, and mapping ITIL V3 2011 processes with COBIT 5 processes. The mapping results obtained IT processes of COBIT 5 and then selected based on their relevance to the organization's problems and assessed its capability level using the PAM (Process Assessment Model) method which refers to the ISO/IEC 15504 standard. By defining a target of capability level, it can be performed gap analysis, prioritized process improvement, determined KPI (Key Performance Indicators), and provided recommendation activities of each IT process. Based on the assessment of 12 IT processes capability showed that the capability level of IT processes in the organization is level 1 (performed) with 8 processes and level 2 (managed) with 4 processes. To improve it, COBIT 5 has provided guidance and recommendations for each IT process activity.

Success in providing information services can provide a positive impact to the organization that is in accordance with the expectations of stakeholders. Therefore, the application of IT governance, especially for academic information systems need to be monitored and evaluated to ensure that the entire mechanism of IT management goes according to plan, objectives and business processes. The evaluation also should not only be done in the early stages of a system implemented, but should also be done regularly. The methodology in this study using the COBIT 5 framework that begins with those identified and mapped to the COBIT 5 processes selected. We then measured against these processes to determine the level of the current process capability and also carried out targeting the expected level of capability. Process capability level gap analysis of current and expected conducted to determine the extent to which improvements should be made to these processes. Recommendations for improvement of these processes is based on the COBIT framework 5. Results of this research is assessment and targeting capability level 5 COBIT 5 process were selected as well as recommendations for improvement of IT services activities.

This study aims to measure the management of IT utilization in the Diponegoro University Library using the COBIT framework. From the results of these measurements it is expected to identify the conditions of IT governance at present, the gap with ideal conditions, and improvements to increase the use of IT in line with organizational goals. In this study, IT governance will be assessed in the Evaluate-Direct-Monitor (EDM) aspects of five domains, namely EDM01: Ensure Governance Framework Settings and Maintenance, EDM02: Ensure Benefits Delivery, EDM03: Ensure Risk Optimization, EDM04: Ensure Resource Optimization, and EDM05 Ensure Stakeholders Transparency. The research design used in this study is sequential exploratory, which is collecting and analyzing qualitative data then collecting and analyzing quantitative data. The research location is in the Diponegoro University Library. Data collection techniques in this study were conducted through a survey using interviews with the leaders and managers of the Diponegoro University Library, and observations of conditions at the Diponegoro University Library. Based on score calculation and mapping based on the COBIT framework, the Diponegoro University Library Manager has implemented IT governance. Deficiencies identified are in the EDM01 domain Ensure Governance Setting and Maintenance and EDM03 Ensure Risk Optimization which have not reached the maximum level. capability level is still below expectations. Whereas in other domains, EDM02 Ensure Benefits Delivery, EDM04 Ensure Resource Optimization, and EDM05 Stakeholder Transparency are at the highest level.

The West Nusa Tenggara Department of Manpower and Transmigration (DISNAKERTRANS NTB) is one of the government organizations that assists the Governor of West Nusa Tenggara on labor and transmigration issues. IT governance in a company or organization is very necessary to harmonize organizational goals and strategies. With the problems found regarding to the resources both human resources and IT resources at DISNAKERTRANS NTB. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to determine the capability level of IT governance at DISNAKERTRANS NTB using the COBIT 5 framework by focusing on APO01 subdomains: Manage IT management frameworks, and APO07: Manage human resources. From the research results, the average capability level for the current conditions shows that APO01 and APO07 are at level 2. While the average capability level of the expected condition, shows that APO01 and APO07 are at level 4.to increase the current level, some recommendations are given to be considered by DISNAKERTRANS NTB in drafting the  policies relating to the APO01 and APO07 processes. Information Technology (IT) governance is used to manage and optimize IT resources in supporting organizational goals. The Legal Section of the Regional Secretariat of Salatiga City as part of a government organization has built E-Legal Drafting information system to develop the functions of making regional legal products as well as the realization of e-government development in the legal field. The COBIT framework supports IT governance by providing work support to regulate IT alignment with the organization's business objectives. The results of this study are expected to show an overview of the implementation of IT governance in E-Legal Drafting information system from APO domain within the COBIT 5 framework, show the current system information level of capability and performance that is obtained from the measurement of capability levels, and also providing evaluation and recomendation based on the results of the gap analysis to help obtain the quality of information systems expected by the Legal Section of the Regional Secretariat of Salatiga City.

STMIK Primakara is a Technopreneurship campus who have a vision to produce IT Scholar with entrepreneurial mentality. However, to achieve that, STMIK Primakara need to manage the IT Government to support the academics and non-academics environment around the students until graduates are controlled by department of IT Development and Implementation (PPTI). The researcher will evaluates the capability level of IT Governance in STMIK Primakara and provide recommendations for the gap between the performance in domain process APO03, APO04, and BAI01 using quantitative and qualitative methods. Moreover, the researcher will use survey, interview, and document studies for the data required.  The results of this research shows the average of capability level in domain process APO03, APO04, and BAI01 are partially achieved. Therefore, to fill the gap between STMIK Primakara current capability level and expected capability level, recommendation have been given by the researcher to create an improvement regarding to STMIK Primakara IT Governance.

Banyaknya fasilitas kesehatan terutama yang bekerjasama dengan layanan Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial (BPJS) Kesehatan membuat masyarakat terbantukan terutama dalam melakukan pengeobatan. Namun tidak semua masyarakat tau secara pasti lokasi dan informasi keberadaan fasililitas kesehatan tersebut berada. Hanya fasilias kesehatan yang memiliki nama besar saja yang masyarakat ketahui. Untuk itu di dalam penelitian ini dilakukan pengembangan aplikasi yang khusus menyediakan informasi fasilitas kesehatan terutama rumah sakit dengan layanan BPJS. Untuk memudahkan dalam pencarian informasi maka dalam proses pengembangan digunakan teknologi location-based service sebagai alat bantu pencarian. Sedangkan proses pengembangan aplikasi digunakan model SCRUM. Model SCRUM sendiri merupakan model pengembangan yang mengedepankan kecepatan dalam proses pengembangan. hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan berupa aplikasi mobile yang peruntukkan bagi masyarakat dalam mencari informasi fasilitas kesehatan terutama rumah sakit. Aplikasi ini juga terbukti mampu memberikan informasi keberadaan rumah sakit baik berdasarakan lokasi pengguna ataupun keberadaan rumah sakit itu sendiri.   A large number of health facilities, especially those in collaboration with the Health Social Security Administering Body (BPJS), has made the public assisted, especially in carrying out medical treatment, However, not all people know the exact location and information on the whereabouts of these health facilities. Only health facilities with big names are known to the public. For this reason, in this study, an application development that specifically provides information on health facilities, especially hospitals with BPJS services was carried out. To make it easier to find information, location-based service technology is used in the development process as a search tool. While the application development process using the SCRUM model. The SCRUM model itself is a development model that emphasizes speed in the development process. The results of research that have been done are in the form of a mobile application that is intended for the public in finding information on health facilities, especially hospitals. This application is also proven to be able to provide information on the whereabouts of the hospital either based on the user's location or the existence of the hospital itself.

The development in the field of technology is currently growing rapidly, one of the technological developments at this time is the internet. Then what is obtained by using the internet can also be utilized in the field of transportation, namely by making an Android mobile-based travel ticket booking information system using a smartphone. Travel is a type of transportation service that serves passengers with a door to door or pickup system at the booking address, then delivered to the destination address. However, the process of booking travel tickets today is still done traditionally by coming to the counter or branch office of travel so it takes a lot of time and is inefficient, and there are also several other ways to call a travel agent, sometimes such methods are not effective because of the occurrence of a pile of tickets without accurate data. Therefore this study aims to facilitate travel passengers in searching or booking Travel tickets in the West Sumatra Region by designing an Android mobile application. Apart from that in providing location information to the drivers of the traveling fleet to pick up passengers at certain locations by using Google Maps, and application features such as travel schedules, ticket checks, ticket reservations, and account registration.

This study discusses the state of IT governance in colleges that are outside Java, Indonesia, Universitas Sam Ratulangi. This study also aimed to provide recommendations for improvement that IT governance in the region there are more improved. COBIT 5.0 be used to measuring the level of IT governance capability. Within this framework, there is measurement tool called Capability Level, which is a model capability that can help process of defining and understanding the processes of an organization. 7 of 37 Enabler Goals / Processes owned COBIT 5.0 are the main purpose of universities, among others: Ensure Risk )ptimization (EDM03), Ensure Resource Optimization (EDM04), Manage the IT Management Framework (APO01) Manage Human Resources (APO07), Manage Risk (APO12), Manage  security (APO13), and Manage Changes (BAI06). The results of the evaluation of the measurement capabilities of IT governance at universities in Manado stop at level 1, with a score that is not so good in all of its processes, with an average score obtained is 50.87. Having in mind the scores obtained, it can be given recommendations for the improvement of higher education in the city of Manado, so that IT governance in the region there equate with IT governance in Java.
