Along with the Indonesian government project to develop science technopark, the Ministry of Agriculture of Indonesia has established Cigombong Agricultural Technopark (ATP). Agroeduwisata program is one of the Cigombong Agricultural Techno Park (ATP) programs as a tool for agricultural technology dissemination as well as become one of the business units for income-generating. To increase the number of visitors, the manager should explore the existing weaknesses and strengths to define the priorities of improvement to increase the visitor’s satisfaction. This study aims (1) to measure the satisfaction level of visitors on the Cigombong ATP agroeduwisata program, and (2) to identify the importance and performance level of the program. The research was conducted in September-October 2020 by a survey of 34 visitors to the Cigombong ATP agroeduwisata program. A descriptive analysis was developed by using the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). The results suggested that visitors were satisfied with a CSI value of 78.79 per cent. Furthermore, according to IPA, the improvement of the safety of location and accommodation facilities should be prioritized and further developed Meanwhile, the attributes including the benefits of agroeduwisata, the responsiveness of services, comfort of the location, politeness and friendliness. guides, ease of communication for carrying out activities, agroeduwisata activity packages offered, supporting facilities, consumption facilities and tidiness of guides were found to perform quite good and therefore should be consistently maintained. In addition, the attributes such as ticket prices, promotions, the response of complaints and access to the location were found to be less prioritized.

The Tax Payer obidience in fulfiling their taxation obligation will be influenced a lot by the satisfaction level toward the service fiscus. The aim of this observation is to know the response of Tax Payer toward service quality through importance and performance. The population which become the object of this observation is the personal Tax Payer registered in Bogor Tax Service Office and the number of respondents taken as the sample are 100 respondents with Slovin formula. The analysis method used is descriptive analysis and importance-performance analysis.   The result of this observation will be able to be used as one of the input to Bogor Tax Service Office in improving the quality service and for the following observation, especially those who take the same object as the observation in order to improve the quality service to the Tax Payer based on the service of its working way which is felt less. Otherwise it is important for The Tax Payer, maintaining the good work or balancing the service quality based on the working way which is evaluated less important by The Taxe Payer, but has been done reasonably well or very well by The Service Office

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan karakteristik konsumen minuman kopi, kesesuaiantingkat kinerja dengan kepentingan atribut kualitas dan tingkat kepuasan konsumen mengenai atributkualitas produk minuman kopi di Java Preanger Coffee House, Bandung. Penelitian didesain secarakuantitatif dengan analisis Importance Performance Analysis dan Customer Satisfaction Index. Hasilpenelitian terhadap 62 orang responden menunjukkan bahwa (1) konsumen didominasi laki-laki,berpendidikan sarjana, berusia 25-30 tahun, pekerjaan wiraswasta, tinggal di kota Bandung danberpendapatan di atas Rp5.000.000 per bulan; (2) Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan IPA, atribut yangmemiliki kepentingan tinggi dan kinerja yang memuaskan meliputi atribut rasa, kualitas, bahan baku,kenyamanan tempat serta pelayanan. Atribut yang memiliki tingkat kepentingan yang tinggi namunkinerjanya perlu ditingkatkan adalah atribut harga, aroma dan cara penyajian. Atribut yang memilikikinerja yang biasa saja serta tingkat kepentingannya rendah adalah atribut manfaat, tampilan fisik,ukuran volume dan informasi menu. Sementara, atribut yang konsumen anggap kurang pentingpengaruhnya namun kinerjanya berlebihan adalah atribut variasi rasa. (3) Hasil perhitungan indekskepuasan konsumen menunjukan bahwa konsumen merasa puas atas kinerja atribut kualitas produksecara keseluruhan. Perusahaan harus meningkatkan kualitas produknya sehingga sesuai dengan hargayang ditawarkan, memberikan pelatihan kepada pramusaji, menggunakan teknik pengolahan kopiyang lebih baik. Sedangkan untuk penelitian selanjutnya sebaiknya diteliti kegiatan pemasaranpromosi dan distribusi terhadap kepuasan konsumenKata kunci: kepuasan konsumen, atribut kualitas, Customer Satisfaction Index, Importance, Performance Analysis, kopi.ABSTRACTThe aim of this research is to analyze consumers’ characteristic, the level of conformity betweenimportance and performance level of coffee’s quality attributes and the overall satisfaction level ofconsumers towards quality attributes of coffee in Java Preanger Coffee House. Results showed 1) the major consumers in Java PreangerCoffee House are men which age around 25-30 year old that have job in private sector. They live inBandung, have allowance per month more than Rp5.000.000 and have bachelor degree; (2) Based onImportance Performance Analysis, attributes that have high importance and performance are taste,raw material quality, convenience place, and service atrribute. Attributes that the performance shouldbe increased are price, flavor, and serving method. Attributes that have average performance and lowimportance are benefit, physical appereance, coffee volume, and information menu. Attribute that haslow importance but has too much performance is variance of flavor; 3) The Customer SatisfactionIndex calculation showed that Java Preanger Coffee House consumers are overall satisfied withperformance of the coffee drinks quality attribute. Companies should improve the quality of theirproducts to match the price offered, providing training to waiters and using better coffee processingtechniques. Penelitian yang bertujuan melihat kinerja pelayanan dan mengukur tingkat kepuasan nelayan telah dilakukan di PPN Karangantu kota Serang tahun 2011. Metode penelitian menggunakan studi kasus. Metoda pengambilan data dilakukan secara purposive sampling. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis tingkat kepentingan dan pelaksanaan dengan menggunakan importance and performance analysis (IPA) dan CSI (customer satisfaction index). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa berdasarkan IPA diperoleh indeks kepentingan berkisar antara 4,03 – 4,30, sedangkan indeks kinerja berkisar antara 2,08 – 3,72 Tingkat kepuasan nelayan terhadap pelayanan PPN Karangantu berkisar antara 0,41 – 0,74. Pelayanan terhadap nelayan yang masih dirasakan kurang baik adalah pelayanan kebutuhan solar dengan nilai 0,41 dan pelayanan kebutuhan es dengan nilai 0,44. Title: Archipelago Fishing Port (AFP) Service Toward Operational Fishing NeedResearch purposed to observe service performance and to measure satisfaction level of fishermen have been conducted at Archiplego Fishing Port of Karangantu, Serang, in 2011. Method of the study is case study. Data is taken by purposive sampling. Data analysis method employs analysis of interest level and application by using important and performance analysis (IPA) and CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index). Based on IPA, the study shows that interest index range between 4.03 – 4.30, while performance index range between 2.08 – 3.72. Fishers satisfaction level toward AFP Karangantu range between 0.41 – 0.74. Unfavourable service to fishers is solar oil need service valued 0.41 and ice need service valued 0.44.

This study aims to determine the consumers’ characteristics of attitude and satisfaction; in adition to its correlation with marketing mix of lele terbang package in Sambal Lalap Restaurant Bandar Lampung.  Research location was determined purposively.  The number of interviewed sample was 59 respondents that were chosen by convennion sampling.  The first and fourth objectives were solved by descriptive analysis.  The first and fourth purposes were analyzed descriptively, the second purpose was analyzed by using Fishbein’s multiattribute, and the third purpose was analyzed by using Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and Importance performance  Analysis (IPA).  The result showed  that consumers were dominated by 19 to 24 years old women, and was bachelor students who had income last than < Rp1,500,000.00 per month and frequency of purchase the package was 1 to 3 times per week.  The score of consummer attitude had been positive, some attributes with the highest score were taste, price, halal, cleanness, and the comfortable of the place.  In overall, the score of CSI was feeling satisfied in consuming the menu packages of lele terbang.  Based on the analysis of IPA, the attribute at the Kuadran I (main priority) was hygiene attribute.  Moreover, the attribute in Kuadran II (hold the prestation) were taste, price, halal, cleanness, and the comfortable of the place.  Attribute in Kuadran II (low priority) were aroma, size, benefit, location, and facility.  While, attribute in Kuadran IV (excessive) were the attribute of menu and parking area.  The marketing of menu package lele terbang at Sambal Lalap Restaurant had implemented marketing strategy (marketing mix).Key words: Attitude, CSI, IPA, marketing, package menu of lele terbang

This study was intended to analyze the attributes of tourism villages in Sleman district that were perceived by domestic tourists, to identify the perceptions of domestic tourists on the importance of various attributes of tourism villages in Sleman Yogyakarta, to identify the perceptions of domestic tourists on the performance of tourism villages viewed from various attributes which were considered important by tourists and to describe whether or not there were differences in perceptions of domestic tourists on the importance and performance of various attributes of economic, social and tourism infrastructure in the Tourism Village of Sleman Regency. Respondents of this study were domestic tourists who were visiting tourism villages in Sleman Regency with a sample of 150 people, who were selected using purposive sampling technique. The data analysis technique used descriptive analysis and Importance-Performance analysis. The results of the analysis showed that the attributes of public facilities, tour guides who master the local culture and have communication skills, security of tourist attractions (tourism  villages), comfort of tourism villages (organized, clean, complete facilities), tourism information (directions, posts on tourism village gates), friendliness of the local people, and people's understanding of culture and tourism objects are in the "Keep Up The good Work" quadrant. The attributes of parking facilities, road quality and health services (hospitals, pharmacies) were in the "Concentrate Here" quadrant. As for the attributes of the number of public transportation facilities, public transportation lines, banking services, traditional or classical cultural events or shows, events or performances of contemporary culture, souvenir shopping, food shopping (culinary), tourism village ticket prices, tourist price levels (tour package prices, outbound, event) were in the "Low Priority" quadrant and the choice of natural or cultural attractions was in the "Possible Overkill" quadrant. Keywords: tourism infrastructure, tourism village attributes, level of importance, level of performance ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk menganalisis atribut-atribut desa wisata di kabupaten Sleman yang dipersepsikan oleh wisatawan nusantara, untuk mengidentifikasikan  persepsi wisatawan Nusantara terhadap tingkat pentingnya berbagai atribut desa wisata di Kabupaten Sleman Yogyakarta, untuk mengidentifikasikan persepsi wisatawan Nusantara terhadap kinerja Desa Wisata dilihat dari berbagai atribut yang dianggap penting oleh para wisatawan dan untuk mendeskripsikan ada atau tidaknya perbedaan persepsi wisatawan Nusantara atas arti penting dan kinerja berbagai atribut infrastruktur ekonomi, sosial dan kepariwisatan di Desa Wisata Kabupaten Sleman. Responden penelitian ini adalah para wisatawan nusantara yang sedang berkunjung ke desa wisata di kabupaten Sleman dengan sampel sejumlah 150 orang, yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposiv sampling. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif, analisis Importance-Performance. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa atribut ketersediaan fasilitas umum (MCK), pemandu wisata yang menguasai budaya lokal, pemandu wisata yang memiliki ketrampilan berkomunikasi, keamanan tempat wisata (desa wisata), kenyamanan desa wisata (teratur, bersih, fasilitas lengkap), informasi pariwisata (petunjuk arah, tulisan pada gerbang desa wisata), keramahan penduduk lokal, dan pemahaman masyarakat akan budaya dan obyek wisata berada pada kuadran “Keep Up The good Work”.  Atribut fasilitas parkir, kualitas jalan dan layanan kesehatan (rumah sakit, apotik)berada pada kuadran “Concentrate Here”. Adapun atribut jumlah sarana transportasi umum, jalur transportasi publik, jasa perbankan (ATM dan sejenisnya), event atau pertunjukan budaya tradisional dan klasik, event atau pertunjukan budaya kontemporer, tempat belanja cinderamata, tempat belanja makanan (oleh-oleh), harga tiket masuk desa wisata, tingkat harga wisata (harga paket wisata, outbound, event)berada pada kuadran “Low Priority”. This research aimed to find out consumption pattern and level of satisfaction of household consumers on “Palas” rice. The research was done in South Lampung with a survey method. The data was collected in Mei 2018. The technique used for sampling was nonprobability sampling with 40 respondents. The analysis methods used were descriptive analysis, Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). The research showed that the household consumers of “Palas” rice consumed 9.12 kg per month. They consume “Palas” rice because the quality of “Palas” rice is quite good such as the color, the cleanliness, and the price. The CSI value obtained is 73,60 percent which is in satisfying category. According to the results of IPA attributes that should be top priorities are taste and texture of rice.Key words: Consumption, Customer Satisfaction, “Palas” rice

This study aims to explore the consumers’ attitudes and satisfaction toward restaurant. This research is conducted at "XXX" Lamongan Restaurant in Bandar Lampung. Data collection was carried out in January-February 2019 by the case study method employing the number of respondents of 60 people who were selected by nonprobability sampling method. The data were analyzed using Multiatribut Fishbein Model, Customer Satisfaction Index and Importance Performance Analysis. The results of this research showed that food taste has the highest score of consumers attitude toward restaurant. The satisfaction level of the restaurant has the value of 83.73%, included to the very satisfied category. The restaurant has been implementing the product attributes that were suitable with consumers’ wishes.Key words : consumer, restaurant, satisfaction

<p>ABSTRACT<br /><br />One of the services with an important role in the fisheries is the availability of services in the fishing port. Provision of services will affect to the level of satisfaction fishermen. Satisfaction fishermen are something important in supporting performance and the development of a fishing port. This study aims to determine what service attributes that already meet the satisfaction of the fishermen, knowing service attributes that need to be prioritized according to the repair or improvement of fishermen, and assess the level of satisfaction with the services of Kejawanan Fishing port’s fishermen overall. The study was conducted at the Fishery Port Nusantara (PPN) Kejawanan in Cirebon, West Java. The study was conducted in August and October 2015 for 14 days. Collecting data using interviews with 17 respondents. Analysis of data using Importance and Performance Analysis (IPA) and Customer satisfaction Index (CSI) using 15 attributes assessment. The results showed that there are eight service attributes were considered to have met the fishermen satisfactory that the physical condition of the facility; the availability of the number of officers; their service procedures are clear; officers provide services as promised; speed of officers in handling services; alacrity officers in serving the fishermen; friendliness, attention and attitude of officers; and delivery of information. There are two attributes of service that still needs to be improved, namely the handling of complaints of fishermen; and the officer knows, understanding the needs and desires of fishermen. Overall fishermen have felt very satisfied with the services provided by the port.<br /><br />Keywords: fishermen satisfaction, Kejawanan fishing port, service</p><p>-------<br /><br />ABSTRAK<br /><br />Salah satu bentuk pelayanan yang mempunyai peranan penting dalam dunia perikanan yaitu tersedianya pelayanan jasa di pelabuhan perikanan. Pemberian pelayanan akan berpengaruh terhadap tingkat kepuasan nelayan. Kepuasan nelayan penting dalam menunjang kinerja dan pengembangan suatu pelabuhan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui atribut pelayanan apa saja yang sudah memenuhi kepuasan nelayan, mengetahui atribut pelayanan yang perlu mendapatkan prioritas perbaikan atau peningkatan menurut nelayan PPN Kejawanan, dan menilai tingkat kepuasan nelayan terhadap pelayanan PPN Kejawanan secara keseluruhan. Penelitian dilakukan di Pelabuhan Perikanan Nusantara (PPN) Kejawanan di Cirebon Jawa Barat. Penelitian dilakukan pada bulan Agustus dan Oktober 2015 selama 14 hari. Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode wawancara kepada 17 responden. Analisis data menggunakan Importance and Performance Analysis (IPA) dan Customer Statisfaction Index (CSI) menggunakan 15 atribut penilaian. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat 8 atribut pelayanan yang dianggap telah memenuhi kepuasan nelayan yaitu kondisi fisik fasilitas; ketersediaan jumlah petugas; adanya prosedur pelayanan yang jelas; petugas memberikan pelayanan sesuai yang dijanjikan; kecepatan petugas dalam menangani pelayanan; kesigapan petugas dalam melayani nelayan; keramahan, perhatian dan sikap petugas; dan penyampaian informasi. Terdapat 2 atribut pelayanan yang masih perlu di tingkatkan yaitu penanganan keluhan nelayan; dan petugas mengetahui, mamahami kebutuhan dan keinginan nelayan. ABSTRAKKepuasan peternak plasma merupakan faktor penting dalam sistim kerjasama kemitraan ayam broiler antara pihak inti dan plasmanya. Kepuasan peternak plasma terhadap kinerja dari pihak inti merupakan suatu indikator bahwa kerjasama kemitraan telah berjalan ideal sesuai dengan prinsip-prinsip kemitraan. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap peternak plasma yang bergabung dengan kemitraan ayam broiler PT. Mitratama Karya Abadi (MKA). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan peternak plasma terhadap pelaksanaan kerjasama kemitraan ayam broiler pada PT MKA. Responden terdiri dari karyawan PT. MKA dan 30 orang peternak plasmanya, penentuan responden secara purposive sampling. Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis deskriptif dan analisis kepentingan-kinerja (Importance Performance Analysis). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara keseluruhan peternak plasma PT. MKA puas dengan kinerja dan pelayanan dari pihak inti, hal ini ditandai dengan perolehan nilai CSI sebesar 66,75%. Berdasarkan 15 atribut kemitraan yang dianalisa, terdapat 6 atribut kemitraan yang memiliki tingkat kepentingan yang tinggi dan kinerja dari atribut kemitraan tersebut dinilai masih rendah oleh peternak plasma.Kata kunci: kemitraan, kepuasan peternak plasma, importance performance analysis ABSTRACTThe plasma farmer satisfaction is an important factor in the broiler partnership system because it is an indicator that partnership has been running ideally in accordance with the principles of partnership. This study was conducted on the plasma farmer who joined the broiler chicken partnership of PT. Mitratama Karya Abadi. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of plasma farmer satisfaction on the implementation of broiler chicken partnership at PT. Mitratama Karya Abadi. The respondents consisted of employees of PT. Mitratama Karya Abadi and 30 plasma farmers who were determined by purposive sampling. Data analysis used were descriptive analysis and performance-interest analysis (Importance-Performance Analysis). Overall, the plasma farmer was satisfied with the performance and service from PT. Mitratama Karya Abadi, which was indicated by the CSI value of 66.75%. Based on the 15 attributes of the partnership analyzed, there were 6 partnership attributes which had a high level of importance and their performance was still considered as low by plasma farmers.Keywords: business partnership, plasma farmer satisfaction, importance performance analysis

This research was conducted in Sumber Makmur village, Lubuk Pinang subdistrict Mukomuko District from in March 2015 by surveyed 92 corn farmers as samples.  This study is aimed at investigating the performance and the benefit of an attribute services marketing institutions agribusiness in support of corn in kabupaten mukomuko and estimating satisfaction level of corn farmers to marketing institutions  services in support  corn  agribusiness in Kabupaten Mukomuko. The purpose of the first analyzed by Importance Performance Analysis (IPA)  method and the purpose of the second analyzed by Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) method. From IPA results, it can be  drawn conclusions that marketing institution 1 services aspects that need to be improved and are considered important for farmers are fast service, right and always respond to help the farmers of corn, the accuracy of scales and willingness to respect and serving officers and by prioritising the needs of farmers. Then the marketing institution 2 services aspects  that need to be improved and be considered important for farmers are communicating information the quality of corn desired consumers to farmers, the ability to communicate from the officers and openness and honesty in giving information service. Corn growers were satisfied with marketing services institution 1 with CSI of 70,65 %, and to marketing institution  2 with CSI of 72,21 %.  Keywords: Corn, Marketing, IPA, CSI, Satisfaction.
