ABSTRAKKepuasan peternak plasma merupakan faktor penting dalam sistim kerjasama kemitraan ayam broiler antara pihak inti dan plasmanya. Kepuasan peternak plasma terhadap kinerja dari pihak inti merupakan suatu indikator bahwa kerjasama kemitraan telah berjalan ideal sesuai dengan prinsip-prinsip kemitraan. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap peternak plasma yang bergabung dengan kemitraan ayam broiler PT. Mitratama Karya Abadi (MKA). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan peternak plasma terhadap pelaksanaan kerjasama kemitraan ayam broiler pada PT MKA. Responden terdiri dari karyawan PT. MKA dan 30 orang peternak plasmanya, penentuan responden secara purposive sampling. Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis deskriptif dan analisis kepentingan-kinerja (Importance Performance Analysis). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara keseluruhan peternak plasma PT. MKA puas dengan kinerja dan pelayanan dari pihak inti, hal ini ditandai dengan perolehan nilai CSI sebesar 66,75%. Berdasarkan 15 atribut kemitraan yang dianalisa, terdapat 6 atribut kemitraan yang memiliki tingkat kepentingan yang tinggi dan kinerja dari atribut kemitraan tersebut dinilai masih rendah oleh peternak plasma.Kata kunci: kemitraan, kepuasan peternak plasma, importance performance analysis ABSTRACTThe plasma farmer satisfaction is an important factor in the broiler partnership system because it is an indicator that partnership has been running ideally in accordance with the principles of partnership. This study was conducted on the plasma farmer who joined the broiler chicken partnership of PT. Mitratama Karya Abadi. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of plasma farmer satisfaction on the implementation of broiler chicken partnership at PT. Mitratama Karya Abadi. The respondents consisted of employees of PT. Mitratama Karya Abadi and 30 plasma farmers who were determined by purposive sampling. Data analysis used were descriptive analysis and performance-interest analysis (Importance-Performance Analysis). Overall, the plasma farmer was satisfied with the performance and service from PT. Mitratama Karya Abadi, which was indicated by the CSI value of 66.75%. Based on the 15 attributes of the partnership analyzed, there were 6 partnership attributes which had a high level of importance and their performance was still considered as low by plasma farmers.Keywords: business partnership, plasma farmer satisfaction, importance performance analysis

The purpose of this research is 1). To find out whether Lalow Village Leadership Lolak District Bolaang Mongondow District shows the expectations of the community? 2). To know what priorities should the village head have in its leadership? To answer the purpose of this research, the researchers conducted research based on the method of Importance and Performance Analysis used to obtain information about the level of community satisfaction of a service by measuring the level of importance and level of implementation. The results of the research show that 1). The average performance assessment of village chief leadership is below the average expectation (Importance): 2.47 <3.6. 2). The performance of each leadership variable from the score of respondents assessment (conformity level) below 100% (68.7% <100%) which means it has not been satisfactory. From the results of research and data analysis can be concluded that publik expectations of the overall value of Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) indicates that the leadership in Lalow Village District Lolak Bolaang Mongondow District is less than community expectations. which is quite high against the leadership of the village head.Keywords: Leadership, Interests and Performance

The Tax Payer obidience in fulfiling their taxation obligation will be influenced a lot by the satisfaction level toward the service fiscus. The aim of this observation is to know the response of Tax Payer toward service quality through importance and performance. The population which become the object of this observation is the personal Tax Payer registered in Bogor Tax Service Office and the number of respondents taken as the sample are 100 respondents with Slovin formula. The analysis method used is descriptive analysis and importance-performance analysis.   The result of this observation will be able to be used as one of the input to Bogor Tax Service Office in improving the quality service and for the following observation, especially those who take the same object as the observation in order to improve the quality service to the Tax Payer based on the service of its working way which is felt less. Otherwise it is important for The Tax Payer, maintaining the good work or balancing the service quality based on the working way which is evaluated less important by The Taxe Payer, but has been done reasonably well or very well by The Service Office

<div class="page" title="Page 1"><div class="layoutArea"><div class="column"><p><span>During Nisfu shay'ban night in Muna community, various good practices are performed. These practices aim to achieve the primacy of the Nisfushay'ban night which usually starts after the evening prayer by reciting Yasin for three times and ends it with prayer. To welcome the night of Nisfu shay'ban, Muna community performed a ritual called “the Basaha Isifu”. The purposes of this study are (1) to find out the process of conducting the Basaha Isifu tradition in the community of KosundanoSub-district, (2) to understand the symbolic meanings of Basaha Isifu tradition. The location of this research was in Kosundano Subdistrict of Muna community. The data was collected through observation, interviews and documentation. The informants were selected using purposive sampling technique. The data analysis employed a qualitative descriptive analysis which includes data reduction, display data, and conclusion. The results of this study indicates that the implementation of Basaha Isifu tradition starts from (1) the preparation of all stuff needed for the ritual, (2) the implementation indicated by the prayer recitation, and (3) the closure indicated by the attendants shaking hands and enjoying dishes together. Symbolically, Basaha Isifu carried out by Muna community can be interpreted as a form of gratitude for the blessing of Allah SWT for wealth, longevity, health, and safety of all dangers</span></p></div></div></div>

<p align="center"><strong><em>ABSTRACT</em></strong></p><p align="center"><strong><em><br />Nizam Zachman Oceanic Fishing Port (OFP) has basic facilities, supportive facilities, and functional facilities that are needed for fishing activities in the port. The role of Nizam Zachman OFP as one of the largest tuna fishing ports in Indonesia is to support the availability of facilities required by each tuna industry stakeholders. The aimed of the research were to determine the role of Nizam Zachman OFP in providing support facilities and services in the activities of tuna fishing industries; and to determine the level of interest tuna stakeholders and level performance of Nizam Zachman OFP. Data analysis were carried out using a scoring method based on Ministry Regulation of Marine Affair and Fisheries number 8/PERMEN-KP/2012 about Fisheries Port then adapted to the conditions in the sites and analyze the level of interest and performance level with IPA (Importance Performance Analysis). The results showed that the role of Nizam Zachman OFP was good in production activities, infrastructure and public services, and there were still several service atributes performance that still have to be improved by the fishing port authority.<br />Keywords: tuna industries, IPA, Nizam Zachman, fishing port role, scoring</em></strong><strong><em></em></strong></p><pre><em>               </em></pre><p align="center"><strong>ABSTRAK</strong></p><p>Pelabuhan Perikanan Samudera Nizam Zachman memiliki fasilitas pokok, fasilitas penunjang, dan fasilitas fungsional yang sangat dibutuhkan dalam setiap aktivitas perikanan di pelabuhan. Peran PPS Nizam Zachman sebagai salah satu pelabuhan perikanan tuna terbesar di Indonesia dalam menunjang ketersediaan fasilitas diperlukan oleh setiap <em>stakeholder</em> industri tuna. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menentukan peran PPS Nizam Zachman dalam menyediakan fasilitas pendukung dan pelayanan dalam kegiatan industri perikanan tuna; dan menentukan tingkat kinerja PPS Nizam Zachman serta tingkat kepentingan  <em>stakeholder </em>tuna. Analisis data dilakukan dengan<strong> </strong>pembobotan atau <em>scoring</em> berdasarkan Peraturan Menteri Kelautan dan Perikanan Nomor 8/PERMEN-KP/2012 tentang Kepelabuhanan Perikanan yang kemudian disesuaikan dengan kondisi di lokasi penelitian.  Selanjutnya dilakukan analisis tingkat kepentingan dan kinerja dari PPS Nizam Zachman dengan menggunakan analisis IPA (<em>Importance Performance Analysis</em>). As time has developed, many e-commerce platforms exist in Indonesia, so that competition in maintaining consumer loyalty on an e-commerce website often occurs. This study aims to determine the effect of e-price and e-trust on e-loyalty and the role of e-trust in mediating it. The research method used is quantitative and using questionnaire. The population used in this study are consumers who have ever shopped online through the Indonesian online marketplace who are domiciled in the province of Bali. The sampling technique in this study was purposive sampling and accidental sampling and a sample of 120 respondents. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis and path analysis. The result of this research is that Shopee is e-commerce with the biggest enthusiasts in Bali. E-price and e-trust have a positive and significant effect on e-loyalty, and e-price has a positive and significant effect on e-trust, e-trust can mediate the effect of e-price on e-loyalty. This research is expected to be able to provide input to further researchers, e-commerce providers, sellers who sell in e-commerce, and customers. Providing reasonable prices, security in transactions, trust in online vendors, will certainly increase consumer loyalty, either by not moving to other e-commerce and recommending it to others.

Consumers are holders of important information in the management and planning of business development. The purpose of the study is to analyze consumer attitudes towards various processed milkfish and analyze the performance of product attributes of various processed milkfish in Glagah District, Lamongan Regency. The data analysis method used is descriptive analysis, Fishbein attitude model and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). The results showed that the respondent's assessment of the processed otak-otak and smoked milkfish stated a neutral attitude, and the respondent's assessment of the shredded milkfish and crackers stated a positive attitude. The performance attributes of various processed milkfish included in quadrant I measure the processed otak-otak and the processed abon. Attributes included in quadrant II are taste and price for processed otak-otak, smoked, and crackers, while shredded milkfish only have tasted attributes. Attributes included in quadrant III are product packaging and ease of access for all kinds of milkfish preparations. Attributes included in quadrant IV are the size of the product for shredded and milkfish crackers. It does recommend that producers of otak-otak and smoked milkfish improve their products to get a positive attitude from customers.

Quality of service is any activity carried out by the company or hotel in order to meet consumer expectations. The dimensions of the service quality are Tangible, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance and Empathy. Various efforts need to be considered by the hotel in order to satisfy the guests. So is the case with Segara Village Hotel which is a four-star hotel in Sanur. This study aims to determine the quality of service of room attendants at Segara Village Hotel, using the techniques of qualitative-quantitative descriptive analysis. Respondents in this study were guests at Segara Village Hotel as many as 50 people. Data obtained by questionnaires that measured using a Likert scale. Data were analyzed using analysis techniques and performance level of importance, and the Cartesian diagram. It was found that the factors are a top priority (considered important by guests, but the implementation is felt still less) is the appearance of room attendant, accuracy, reliability, timeliness in cleaning room, the provision of information to the guests, room attendant accuracy, and understanding of what is desired by guests.

Cyberstalking is behavior that leads to repeated invasion of one's privacy by electronic mail or computer-based communication with a view to controlling, coercing, intimidating, harassing, or threatening. The purpose of this study is to describe the understanding of forensic science students about the concept of cyberstalking; the object criteria of this study are forensic science students who are still active and have taken cybercrime courses. This research method uses descriptive quantitative. Subjects in this study were obtained through purposive sampling with a total of 36 students. The technique of collecting research data is by distributing closed questionnaires. Research data analysis technique is a descriptive analysis technique, describing data obtained using tables and graphs. The results of this study indicate that forensic science students already have the correct perception of cyberstalking. The majority of students can distinguish statements with indications of cyberstalking and not cyberstalking.

Perairan Ujung Kartini merupakan perairan yang menjadi muara dari Sungai Wiso dan Sungai Kanal yang terletak di sisi barat Kabupaten Jepara. Di sekitar Perairan Ujung Kartini terdapat kegiatan manusia yang dikhawatirkan dapat menyebabkan perubahan kualitas air terutama kandungan unsur hara. Perubahan kandungan unsur di perairan akan berdampak terhadap persebaran dan kelimpahan fitoplankton serta konsentrasi klorofil-a. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kesuburan perairan dan hubungan antara kelimpahan fitoplankton dengan konsentrasi klorofil-a. Penelitian dilakukan pada bulan November dan Desember 2017. Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian analisis deskriptif dan penentuan lokasi sampling menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Pengambilan sampel air dan fitoplankton dilakukan di tiga stasiun yang ditentukan berdasarkan tinggi rendahnya kegiatan manusia. Pengambilan sampel tersebut dilakukan pada saat kondisi pasang dan surut dengan dua kali pengulangan. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh menunjukan bahwa kelimpahan fitoplankton pada saat pasang dan surut berkisar antara 6.375 – 13.725 sel/l dan konsentrasi klorofil-a pada saat pasang dan surut berkisar antara 0,126 – 1,392 mg/m3. Nilai diatom quotient sebesar 1,533 yang berarti perairan yang diteliti termasuk ke dalam kategori perairan eutrofik. Kelimpahan fitoplankton dan konsentrasi klorofil-a pada saat pasang lebih tinggi daripada saat surut. Keduanya mempunyai hubungan yang sangat erat. Ujung Kartini Waters is part of the estuary of the Wiso River and Kanal River which are located on the west side of Jepara Regency. In the surrounding area, there are human activities that are feared to cause changes in water quality, especially nutrient content. Changes in nutrients content in the waters will have impact on the distribution and abundance of phytoplankton and concentration of chlorophyll-a.  This study aims to determine the level of aquatic productivity and the relationship between phytoplankton abundance with chlorophyll-a concentration. The study was conducted from November to December 2017. This research includes descriptive analysis and determination of sampling location using purposive sampling method. Samples of water and phytoplankton were collected at three stations based on the level of human activity. Sampling was carried out during high tide and low tide with two repetitions. Based on the results of the research, the abundance of phytoplankton at high and low tides ranged between 6.375 - 13.725 cells/l and chlorophyll-a concentrations at high and low tides ranged between 0,126 – 1,392 mg/m3. The value of diatom quotient is 1,533 which means that the waters of study area belong to the eutrophic category. The abundance of phytoplankton and concentrations of chlorophyll-a at high tide is higher than at low tide. Both show a high level relationship.

This study aims to analyze consumer perceptions of the level of importance and performance of companies related to Ice Coconut Long Black products and to develop appropriate strategies for improving the quality of Ice Coconut Long Black products at Titik Temu Coffee Shop, Seminyak, Badung. This study uses a survey method with the distribution of questionnaires, namely an analysis of the importance and performance of Ice Coconut Long Black products and an analysis of the importance of consumers of Ice Coconut Long Black products and competing products namely Coconut Espresso Martini at Missibu Coffee Shop. These analyze use two methods, namely the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) method and the Quality Function Deployment (QFD) method. In the analysis of the IPA, there are 3 attributes in the first quadrant of cartesius diagram, which is the top priority. Such product taste, product color and product price. While the value of the total suitability obtained is still below 100%, which is equal to 89,15%, which means that the importance of consumers have not been fulfilled by the performance of the company/product. Whereas QFD produces the priority of increasing product attributes starts from the product’s taste because it gets the highest repair ratio value, while the priority of increasing technical parameters starts from controlling the quality of ice cubes, coconut water and espresso because it gets the highest level of technical importance.
