The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of Saanen doe goats’ birth types on milk yields,lactation length, dry period, days open and kidding interval at PT Fajar Taurus. This research employeda case study method using secondary data of production and reproduction of Saanen doe goats. Datawas analysed using Microsoft Excel program and Kruskal Wallis test. The results showed percentages ofSaanen doe goats with single, twinning and triplets birth are 47.94%, 39.73% and 12.33% respectively.Milk yields for single birth was 1,14±0,43 litres/goat/day, lactation length of 286.43±119.73 days, dryperiod of 68.89±18.57 days, days open of 205.31±117.67 days, and kidding interval of 355.31±117.67days. Milk yields for twinning birth was 1.32±0.49 litres/goat/day, lactation length of 270±219.43 days,dry period of 69.10±17.52 days, days open of 189.10±227.22 days, and kidding interval of 339.10±227.22days. Meanwhile, milk yields for triplets birth was 0.93±0.40 litres/goat/day, lactation length of360±228.97 days, dry period of 66.67±23.78 days, days open of 276.67±240.38 days, and kidding intervalof 426.67±240.38 days. There is nonsignificant effect of birth types on milk yields, lactation length, daysopen and kidding interval in Saanen doe goats (P>0.05). However, birth types were found to have asignificant effect on dry period (P<0.05).

Carp (Cyprinus carpio) hatchery cultivation is one of the business activities carried out by the community in Ciparay District, Bandung Regency. This research aims to analyze the financial feasibility of carp hatchery cultivation in Ciparay District, Bandung Regency. This research was conducted using a case study method consisting of primary data and secondary data. Primary data obtained from interviews with respondents and secondary data obtained from related agencies. This research uses 38 respondents as samples based on the sampling method (purposive sampling). The analysis used in this research is descriptive quantitative. The results obtained from this research are carp hatchery cultivation in Ciparay District has a profit value of 164,225,000 IDR/year, Profitability of 217%, R/C of 3.2 and Payback Period of 33 days so it is feasible to run and develop. Carp hatchery cultivators in Ciparay District, Bandung Regency are indicated to be prosperous because they have a higher income than the Regional Minimum Wage of Bandung Regency.

The transportation and distribution (T&D) of nascent informal sectors, it is important to have a good performance in operations. In order to achieve high performance, it is necessary to know which operational factors are critical for success and which are less important. Only then can management focus attention on those factors that have a strong effect on performance. In The India a large project has been carried out to find these critical operational success factors. The progress in techniques and management principles improves the moving load, delivery speed, service quality, operation costs, the usage of facilities and energy saving. Transportation takes a crucial part in the manipulation of logistic. The objective of study is the impact on GDP from logistics savings. To measure efficiency gains of drivers in logistics savings, to study the effect of efficiency gains on nominal GDP. The study is case study method adopted based on secondary data and it is concluded that the GDP impact on efficiency gains of transportation and distribution of nascent informal sectors in India exhibited that customers’ final bill remains same; Transport company’s profits go up and customer takes away all the savings

<p><em>This study aims to examine the factors that affect the performance of the ERP implementation. These factors are: the data migration, system documentation, knowledge transfer, system testing, and integration interfaces. These factors can increase the performance of the implementation of ERP software applications that are on retail industry. The case study method in this research is using interviews and direct observation, the object of the interview in this study is Functional modules of SAP ERP. Sources of data derived from primary data and secondary data. The results of this study indicate that factors influence on the performance of retail industry. Therefore, the factors to be considered in order to improve the success of SAP ERP project in the future. The theoretical implications and suggestions for future research are also discussed in the final part of this study. (SB)</em><em></em></p>

The pace of competition has increased in every sphere of the economy, and to face such high level of competition, organizations look for sustainable competitive edge. Knowledge as a tool of competition has been found to be highly sustainable as compared to physical resources and even technology, so organizations look for managing knowledge with strategic focus. This paper attempts to assess the knowledge management practices of a top Indian B-School, to identify the challenges faced by the B-School in the domain of knowledge management implementation and the coping strategies adopted by the school vis-à-vis the challenges. The study adopts for itself a descriptive framework and bases the enquiry on both primary as well as secondary data. For carrying out the investigation, case study method of research was applied. The findings show that though the B-School under study practices most of the selected parameters of knowledge management, managing knowledge as a strategic tool for developing and maintaining sustainable competitive edge is yet to be recognized.

The purpose of this study is to analyze 1) the exchange rate of fish cultivators (NTPI) in Garut Regency, and 2) the factors that affect the NTPI in Garut Regency. A case study method including both primary and secondary data was used in the study. Primary data were generated from the interviews with respondents. Secondary data were obtained from the relevant agencies. This study used 45 respondents as research sample based on the purposive sampling. The data analysis used is NTPI and multiple linear regression. The results obtained in this research are the average NTPI in Bayongbong Subdistrict, which is 116%, explaining that fish cultivators' expenditures on household consumption and production cost are lower than their income. So it can be concluded that fish cultivators in Bayongbong Subdistrict are prosperous cultivators. Factors that can affect NTPI are age, education level, work experience, number of family members, income, and expenditure.

This study aims to understand the practice of government financial accountability in Kludan Village, Tanggulangin District, Sidoarjo Regency. Village finances are very interesting to study, because of the large amounts of funds released by the centre for the development and welfare of communities in the village. This study uses two forms of public accountability, namely vertical accountability and horizontal accountability. The use of these two forms of accountability is expected to be able to dig deep information for the village government. This study uses an interpretive paradigm with a case study method. The data used are primary data, obtained from interviews with informants and secondary data obtained from documentation owned by the village government. Village culture is also a tool used by researchers in making decisions when observing research carried out. This is because village culture also influences the way the community and village government think about making decisions. The results showed that the village financial accountability vertically and horizontally had been carried out in accordance with the rules of government on 113 of 2014. This was evidenced by the implementation which was carried out in a transparent, accountable, participatory as well as orderly and budgetary discipline. However, there is still a lack of mastery by village officials regarding the recording of accountability reports. The village government tends to have less accountability. This will have an impact on the level of trust of the village community and the welfare of the village environment.

The objective of this research is to to determine the level of profit from the Cake Lumpia households business in the Bumi Nyiur Village Wanea districts. The method used in this study is the case study method. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Primary data were collected in the field directly from the source in this research is the owner of household enterprises cakes spring rolls, for the purpose of research and the data has not been published before. This data was obtained through interviews based on questionnaires that are relevant and have been prepared. As for the secondary data includes vil-lage profiles will be obtained from government agencies associated with this research. To determine the amount of benefit artisans will use a rat stamp benefit analysis followed by analysis of R / C to determine the feasibility of this venture. These results indicate that the average total revenue in this business is Rp. 1,000,000 / day, with a total production cost of Rp. 283,896.7. Then the total profit earned in spring roll pastry business in Bumi Nyiur Village, District of Wanea is Rp. 716,103.3 / day. Analysis of R / C who do show that the average household businesses spring rolls baking in the Village Earth Nyiur District of Wanea experiencing gains, where the R / C ratio of 3.52 and it can be concluded that the business is feasible to run.

This study aims to find out how the East Java BAZNAS is in the empowerment of disability communities in Sidoharjo Village, Jambon District, Ponorogo, East Java, and to look at the problems that exist to find a solution together. The descriptive qualitative approach with the case study method is the research method used. Using interviews with informants, namely, people who are trusted by BAZNAS to distribute and monitor what is needed by the community and he is also an officer of the Kesra sub-district in Sidoharjo Village. The secondary data comes from journal articles, textbooks and other literature. The results of the study were that the BAZNAS program was very instrumental in helping the community in Sidoharjo Village. Assistance is given aiming to empower people with disabilities; in reality, it fails in the middle of the road. For this reason, community participation is needed considering that human resources are vital to assist them because they can still be empowered as long as they are patient, especially those with mild and moderate disabilities.Keywords: East Java Baznas, Community Empowerment, Disabled Persons, Disability Community Empowerment

This study aims to analyze the level of income and added value of tempe agroindustry. This study uses a case study method. The research location is chosen purposively in Punggur Subdistrict, Central Lampung Regency, with the consideration that Punggur Subdistrict has the highest number of tempe producers in Central Lampung Regency. The samples were chosen by accidental sampling method in three villages. The number of respondents are 42 respondents. The data used in this study are primary and secondary data. The results showed that the tempe agroindustry in Punggur Subdistrict, Central Lampung Regency was profitable and feasible because of R/C > 1 and positive added value.Key words: added value, agroindustry, income, tempe

This research tries to highlight the phenomena of “an empty box” and society resistance to oligharchy formation in the regional election of Pati in 2017. Its aims are to find out the underlying factors, and other factors trigerring the existence of “an empty box” and society resistence. This research is qualitative with a case study method. The data was gained by interviewing informants deeply, and collecting secondary data. The results of research show that there are various models of general election with a single candidate, and various local society resistence to political oligarchy practices and formation also appear. Further, the weaknesses of political party recruitment as the sources of leadership and the greed of political elites are also revealed. Knowing the findings, a good arrangement to improve the function of political parties should be done. Then, for the future research the roles of oligarchy in regions as one of ways to control local political actors can be studied.
