This study aims to find out how the East Java BAZNAS is in the empowerment of disability communities in Sidoharjo Village, Jambon District, Ponorogo, East Java, and to look at the problems that exist to find a solution together. The descriptive qualitative approach with the case study method is the research method used. Using interviews with informants, namely, people who are trusted by BAZNAS to distribute and monitor what is needed by the community and he is also an officer of the Kesra sub-district in Sidoharjo Village. The secondary data comes from journal articles, textbooks and other literature. The results of the study were that the BAZNAS program was very instrumental in helping the community in Sidoharjo Village. Assistance is given aiming to empower people with disabilities; in reality, it fails in the middle of the road. For this reason, community participation is needed considering that human resources are vital to assist them because they can still be empowered as long as they are patient, especially those with mild and moderate disabilities.Keywords: East Java Baznas, Community Empowerment, Disabled Persons, Disability Community Empowerment

The purpose of the study was to find out the title role of Pesantren believer Cooperative Mandiri Sidoarjo towards economic empowerment and independence employee boarding schools. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative approach to the case study method. Data collection was carried out by interviews and direct observation to informants, namely those in charge of pesantren, cooperative and cooperative employees (santri). And secondary data collection comes from journals, text books and other literature. The result of this study is the Mukmin Mandiri Pesantren Cooperative plays a major role in enhancing the empowerment of cooperative employees (santri) and playing an optimal role in supporting the independence of the cottage. The economic empowerment of pesantren employees conducted by the Mukmin Mandiri Pesantren Cooperative is by making the Cooperative a work field, a place to apply knowledge and a place to increase income. As for the independence of the cottage, that is to become the main source of funding for Islamic boarding schools in carrying out operations and the sustainability of Islamic boarding schools. Going forward, the Cooperative will further optimize the empowerment of union employees (santri) to print better students in the field of entrepreneurship and religion.Keywords: Cooperative Boarding School, Economic Empowerment, Independence of Islamic Boarding Schools

This research is done to see any risks that happened in Islamic bank, which can damage the bank. While it aims to find out the strategy used by Bank Muamalat Indonesia (BMI) to reduce the risk faced and often happened in the field. The research method uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data collecting was done by relating proposed questions and the conclusion made from the result of the interview with Branch Manager (BM), Relation Manager, and Remedial BMI of Branch Office of Mas Mansyur. The result of this research showed that BMI of Mas Mansyur Branch Office had done the process of risk management by identifying risk in the manner of finding out the existing risks which are financing risk; market risk; and ownership risk, measuring and monitoring the risks in the manner of doing measurement to find out and see any reason that causes those risks exist, and controlling and managing the existing risks in Musyarakah Mutanaqisah (MMQ) financing in the manner of ways that have already determined by BMI of Mas Mansyur Branch Office. Abstact: Management of an Islamic boarding school institution in an effort to empower santri needs to hold conceptual and strategic operational efforts so as to be able to prepare qualified human resources who are ready to compete in the era of globalization which is full of competence. The focus of this research is (1) How is planning in the development of santri (2) How is supervision in the development of santri. In achieving the research objectives, the method used is a phenomenological qualitative approach, as for the type of research case study, the data in this study consisted of primary and secondary data while in selecting and determining informants in this study, using the technique of snowball sampling. This paper discusses the process of organizational restructuring that occurred at the Regional Secretariat of Ende District as a result of the policy of regional apparatus arrangement in Ende District, East Nusa Tenggara Province. Although it has gone through various changes, a number of regulatory tools have been replaced with the consequences of changing the concept of organizational restructuring from downsizing to rightsizing, but have not been able to significantly improve the performance of the Regional Secretariat of Ende District. In this study the author uses the concept of restructuring derived from the 4R theory (Gouilarrt & Kelly, 1995) with the indicators namely building an organizational model, integrating physical infrastructure, and redesigning the work architecture. The research method used is descriptive with a qualitative approach that is carried out through observation and interviews and reinforced secondary data studies from relevant agency documents and the results of previous competent research. The results show that indicators build economic models, integration of physical infrastructure, and redesign the work architecture have not run optimally. The restructuring was apparently not balanced with the availability of human resources and pre-facility facilities as well as good financial management . Keywords: Regional Secretariat of Ende District, Restructuring, Local Government Organization

The purpose of this research is to analyze the factors that cause the occurrence of fraud in PD BPR Bank Dearah X which is one of the regional owned enterprises of Local Government X and identify the steps ways of fraud prevention which is effective in PD BPR Bank Daerah X. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study. This study uses the primary data and secondary data. This research uses many data collection techniques by conducting an interview, an observation and a documentation. The results show that the factors that cause the occurrence of fraud in PD BPR Bank Daerah X can be classified into four, namely: (1) the pressure that comes from the external and internal influence, (2) an opportunity or a chance due to the weakness of internal control systems owned by BPR , sanctions are not strict enough for the wrongdoers of fraud, and misuse of authority committed by directors, (3) rationalization, and (4) collusion. The ways of fraud prevention which are done by the management of PD BPR Bank Daerah X and based on the results of interviews conducted by the researchers, can be identified as follows: (1) An improvement of the internal control system in PD BPR Bank Daerah X, (2) An implementation of policy of know your employee (KYE) as an effort of fraud prevention by controlling the aspects of human resources (HR); (3) A creation of a special line of fraud reporting policy;and (4) An establishment of policies and sanction procedures. This research aims to find out how far the implementation of Islamic production norms at Faiza Embroidery Industry in Bangil goes on. Author only implements two of four Islamic production norms, which are: to make working as a main pillar of production and to do production activity in a halal way. It uses qualitative approach by using case study method. Deep interviewand observation to informen, were used in collecting data and they are owner and employees of this industry. Secondary data were derived from journal, text books, and the other literatures. Analysis has been done by seeing a suitability between activity of the production process and Islamic production norms. It is started from finance and then to labor, salary system, and materials used.

This purpose of this research is to know the implementation of amil zakah institution controlling management in amil zakah institution Surabaya using planning, organizing, actuating and controlling management and a leads to orphans.This research used qualitative approach with case study method. The subject of this research would be the informants that give informations needed. The Informants were determined by purposive sampling technique purposive sampling is a technique to determine the samples intentionally and also depend on current consideration. The result of this research showed that the implementation of amil zakah institution controlling management has fitted to planning, organizing, actuating, and controlling management. Education, economy, and health are the important points that need to be considered in an attention to orphans.Amil zakah institution needs an achnowledged standart of social service givings it’s about the ways to do social service activities, human resources, facilities and social service administration by alternative minimum, indicative, and maximum standart for each services.

The success of a company depends on its branding managed human resources. Therefore it is important for the company to pay attention to the image or image attached to the company. This article seeks to find out how employer branding is implemented at the e-commerce company Shopee Indonesia. This research was conducted using a qualitative approach and a case study research method. Data collected from interviews with key informants throughout 2018. The results stated that the application of employer branding in Shopee Indonesia is carried out through a program that refers to the company's vision and mission, personality, and core value. Employer branding program refers to the Employee Value Proposition (EVP) strategy of internal marketing and external marketing. Shopee packages the program through #LifeAtShopee which is run by several departments within Shopee. Employer branding programs at Shopee are not only to attract potential employees and keep employees as company assets, but also to influence Shopee's image in the eyes of the public externally and internally.

The aims of this research is to find out the role of utilizing zakat, infaq and shadaqa on the empowerment of orphans in amil zakah institution of Yatim Mandiri Surabaya. The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative with the case study method. In collecting the data, in-depth interview and direct observations had been done on the informants. Journals, text books, and other literatures are also used for the secondary data. This research found out that the utilization of zakat, infaq and shadaqa fund had a role in empowering the orphans through Mandiri Entrepreneur Center (MEC) program. The empowerment given on the orphans are in the form of education and entrepreneurship training while living in a dormitory. The development of this empowerment can be seen clearly with enhancements in academic independence, religion independence and economic independence.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah (1) Untuk mengetahui struktur organisasi pada program ekonomi masyarakat mandiri; (2) Untuk mengetahui kompetensi sumber daya pada program ekonomi masyarakat mandiri; (3) Untuk mengetahui hasil dari pengorganisasian dana ziswaf pada program ekonomi masyarakat mandiri. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi kasus dengan pendekatan kuallitatif, sumber data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan sekunder, adapun teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara,dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa : Pertama struktur organisasi yang diterapkan dikelompok kampung ternak Al Ikhwan Cianjur adalah pengorganisasian garis, dalam model ini kekuasaan pendamping langsung kepada ketua kelompok yang merupakan, kemudian ke anggota dan mitra. Adapun struktur organisasi ini sederhana; Kedua kompetensi sumberdaya sudah sesuai dengan harapan dari mulai sumber daya manusia dan non manusia karena terlebih dahulu dilakukan observasi; Ketiga adanya stuktural secara tertulis, tupoksi masing-masing anggota berjalan, alur komando jelas, dan peningkatan sumber daya pun diselenggarakan serta program ini meningkatkan perekonomian warga atau penerima manfaatan sebesar Rp. 700.000/orang.   The purpose of this study are (1) to find out the organizational structure in an independent community economic program; (2) To know the competence of resources in an independent community economic program; (3) To find out the results of organizing zisafaf funds in an independent community economic program.The method used in this study is a case study with a qualitative approach, the data sources used are primary and secondary data, while the data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The results of this study indicate that: First the organizational structure applied in the Al Ikhwan Cianjur livestock village group is organizing lines, in this model the power of the companion directly to the group leader who is, then to the members and partners. The organizational structure is simple; Both resource competencies are in line with expectations from starting human and non-human resources because observation is first done; Third, there is a written structure, the duties and functions of each member are running, the flow of command is clear, and the improvement of resources is carried out and this program improves the economy of the citizens or beneficiaries of Rp. 700,000 / person.
