<p>ABSTRACT<br />The Interaction biology of species in the fishing ground caused by displacement energy from one species to another species and create the structure of patterns trophic level. The objectives of this studi are to determine structure of trophic level and composition of dominant spesies in fishing ground by light fishing in waters of the east Southeast Sulawesi. The research method is survey method. Primary data are using simple random sampling of the fish entrails composition of the purse seine and “bagan apung” unit. Analysis of data using analysis trophic level to determine the patterns of trophic level in the fishing ground by using light fishing and descriptive analysis to determine the composition of species based on trophic level. The result showed: (i) The patterns of trophic level in waters of the east Southeast Sulawesi are (I) phytoplankton; (II) zooplankton; (III) shrimp and squid in TL 3,2; (IV) small pelagic fish in TL 3,7; predatory fish in TL 4.2 up; (ii) Composition of dominant spesies in the purse seine is 60% to consumer groups 5 inTL 4,2 up and bagan apung is 66% consumer groups 4 in TL 3,7.</p><p><br />Key words: fishing ground, light fishing, trophic level</p><p>-------</p><p>ABSTRAK</p><p>Interaksi biologi antarspesies di daerah penangkapan ikan disebabkan adanya proses pemangsaan antara satu spesies dengan spesies lainnya yang membentuk struktur dalam tropik level. Tujuan penelitian menentukan pola tropik level dan komposisi spesies dominan yang terbentuk di daerah penangkapan ikan menggunakan light fishing di perairan bagian timur Sulawesi Tenggara. Metode penelitian adalah metode survei dengan obyek penelitian hasil tangkapan ikan unit penangkapan purse seine dan bagan apung. Pengumpulan data primer melalui observasi dengan pengambilan sampel simple random sampling terhadap jenis ikan hasil tangkapan untuk identifikasi komposisi isi perut. Analisis data menggunakan analisis tropik level untuk menentukan pola tropik level dalam proses pemangsaan antara spesies di daerah penangkapan menggunakan light fishing dan analisis deskriptif untuk menentukan komposisi kelompok konsumen berdasarkan tropik level. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (i) Pola tropik level yang terbentuk di perairan bagian timur Sulawesi Tenggara yaitu (I) fitoplankton; (II) zooplankton; (III) udang dan cumi-cumi pada TL 3,2; (IV) ikan pelagis kecil pada TL 3,7; (V) ikan predator pada TL 4,2 atau lebih; (ii) Komposisi spesies pada purse seine 60 % didominasi spesies kelompokkonsumen 5 pada TL 4,2 atau lebih dan bagan apung 66 % didominasi spesies kelompok konsumen pada TL 3,7.</p><p><br />Kata kunci: daerah penangkapan ikan, light fishing, tropik level</p>

Chemical and Microbiological Quality Characteristics of Dried Octopus (Octopus sp.) Marketed in North Konawe Regency Southeast Sulawesi ABSTRACT         The aim of this study was to determine the characteristics of chemical composition (water, ash, protein, fat, and carbohydrate) and total bacteria (TPC) of dried Octopus. Data analysis of this study used descriptive analysis. The sampling technique of this study are used simple random sampling and used the survey method. The results of the highest chemical composition of the treatment was found at water content  S1 19.89%, ash S3 13.63%, protein S2 46.99%, fat S3 5.82% and carbohydrate S2 10.19%.  The best Total Plate Count (TPC) result was found at S2 3.8 × 104 Cfu/g Keywords: Chemical Test, Octopus (Octopus sp.) Dry, and Total Plate Count (TPC).ABSTRAKTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui karakteristik komposisi kimia (kadar air, kadar abu, kadar protein, kadar lemak, dan kadar karbohidrat) dan total bakteri (TPC) terhadap gurita kering. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan analisis deskriptif. Teknik sampling yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah simple random sampling. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu metode survei. Hasil penelitian komposisi kimia perlakuan tertinggi kadar air terdapat pada S1 19.89%, kadar abu tertinggi terdapat pada perlakuan S3 13.63%, kadar protein perlakuan tertinggi terdapat pada S2 46.99%, kadar lemak perlakuan tertinggi terdapat pada  S3 5.82% dan kadar karbohidrat perlakuan tertinggi terdapat pada S2 10.19%. Characteristics of Chemical Composition and Total Bacterial of Roa (Hemirhampus sp.) Smoke Marketed in the Bungku District of Central Morowali DistrictABSTRACT         The aim of this study was to determine the characteristics of chemical composition (water, ash, protein, and fat) and total bacteria (TPC) of smoked roa fish. Data analysis this study used descriptive analysis. The method used study is the survey method (Simple Random Sampling). The results of the chemical composition of the highest treatment water content P2 13.02%, ash P3 5.65%, protein P3 40.82%. and fat P3 13.87%. The best organoleptic test results were found in P1 with 7.30 appearance, 8.20 odor, 8.00 taste, 7.80 texture, and the best mushroom specifications were at P2 9.00. The lowest total bacteria test was found with 0,83×105 Log CFU/gr.Keywords: Ikan roa (Hemirhampus sp.) Hasil penilaian uji organoleptik terbaik terdapat pada P1 sepesifikasi kenampakan 7,30, bau 8,20, rasa 8,00, tekstur 7,80 dan pada spesifikasi jamur nilai terbaik terdapat pada P2 9,00. This study aims to determine the influence of reward on job satisfaction in PDAM Tirta Lontar,Kupang Regency. The method used in this study is a survey method with a quantitative approach.The sample in this study was taken using simple random sampling technique with Slovin method bytaking 67 respondents from the entire population. Primary data obtained by questionnaire filleddirectly by the respondent. The results of this study indicate that the reward is positive and significantwith a coefficient of 1.095 and a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. Keywords: Job Satisfaction, Reward

Environmental pollution is the undesirable change in physical, chemical and biological characteristics of air, land and water. As a result of over-population, rapid industrializations, and other human activities like agriculture and deforestation etc., earth became loaded with diverse pollutants that were released as by-products. The paper is an attempt to identify the awareness on environmental pollution among BEd student teachers. The investigator adopted the survey method to study the awareness on environmental pollution among BEd student teachers. The study is based on primary data which is collected from 300 BEd student teachers in and around Coimbatore district using simple random sampling technique. The findings reveal that there is a difference in the level of awareness on environmental pollution among BEd student teachers.FCASR

Purse seine is one of the fishing gear that has been used by PPN Muara Angke fisher to catch pelagis fish. The selectivity of purse seine was still being researched until now . This research was conducted  determine the selectivity of purse seine fishing gear with parameter the length of Euthynnus affinis, weight and numbers catch on purse seine fishing gear landed in PPN Muara Angke. The research used a survey method with quantitative descriptive analysis. The sampling method used in this was purposive sampling and random sampling. The data collected during the research were primary data and secondary data. Primary data included the number and weight of catches, fork length of Euthynnus affinis from five purse seine fishing vessel in PPN Muara Angke. Secondary data included production data of purse seine catches from 2015-2019 and vessel data obtained from Central Port Management Unit Jakarta and PPN Muara Angke. Purposive sampling used for the number of catch, weight of catch, production of purse seine catch from 2015-2019 and purse seine fishing vessels data. Random sampling used for fork length Euthynnus affinis fish, 250 samples were taken randomly on one purse seine fishing vessel. The research results pusre seine fishing gear which was landed at PPN Muara Angke was not selective due to the percentage length of the Euthynnus affinis was worth, proportion of amount and weight less than 60%.

Language and life are inter-related. The scope of language is widened with the widening scope of human activity. Today there is no activity, which does not find its expression in terms of language. Listening and reading are passive or receptive skills and speaking and writing are active or productive skills. The paper is an attempt to find to identify the receptive skills in English among B.Ed trainees. The investigator adopted the survey method to study receptive skills of B.Ed trainees. The study is based on primary data which is collected from 300 BEd trainees in and around Coimbatore district using simple random sampling technique. The findings reveal that totally 25% of the selected B.Ed. trainees belong to low level of receptive skill, 46.6% of the selected BEd trainees belong to moderate level of receptive skill, 26.6% of the selected BEd trainees belong to high level of receptive skill. Also it is found that there is no significant difference in receptive among the selected B.Ed trainees based on gender and locality.

This study aims to analyze the income of leek farming in Manembo Village, Passi Timur Sub-district, Bolaang Mongondow Regency. This research lasted for 2 months, from November to December 2019. Sampling in this study was carried out by simple random sampling method with a number of respondents were 25 leek farmers. Primary data were collected through direct interviews using a list of questions (questionnaires) that have been prepared. Secondary data were obtained from the literature related to this research and related institutions. Data analysis used in this research is to use quantitative descriptive analysis and expenditure (production costs) to analyze the income of leek farming. The results showed that the income of onion farming in Manembo Village, East Passi District, Bolaang Mongondow District per farmer on average was IDR. 2,688,800.- *eprm*

This study aims to obtain empirical evidence about the effect of tax service, tax penalty, and taxpayers’ awareness on  taxpayers’ compliance. The population included individual taxpayers registered in the Tax Service Office of Merauke. The primary data were collected in a survey method by giving questionnaires to 187 respondents; and the sample were selected by using simple random sampling. The data were then analysed by using multiple linear regression method with SPSS program. The results revealed that all variables in the hypothesis testing have positive parameter coefficient. The effect of  tax service, tax penalty, and taxpayers’ awareness on taxpayers’ compliance are significant, as all t-statistic value are greater than t-table 1.653 at a significance level of 5%.

The research has been conducted at Ndetundora 1 Village, Ende Sub- District, Ende Regency. The purpose of This research are to know: (1) Nuabosi cassava marketing strategy, (2) Nuabosi cassava marketing channel. (3) Cost, profit, margin, and farmer's share. This research was conducted in March 2019. The research method used was survey method with respondent interview techniques and questionnaires. Number of samples as many as 50 respondents. Determination of samples used in two stages namely first, what is done purposely (purposive sampling) and secondly which is simple random sampling. Data collected are primary data and secondary data. Primary data obtained from direct interview with farmers while secondary data obtained from institutions. Nuabosi's cassava marketing strategy, marketing channel, eco-disposal, cost, profit, margin, and farmer's share are quantitatively, qualitatively, and descriptive analysis. the research results show that (1) Marketing strategy using SWOT Analysis by finding strengthtens, weakness, opportunities, threats from products, promotions, places and prices. (2) Pattern of marketing channels namely farmers - traders of village retailers - consumers, farmers - village collector traders - city retailers - consumers, and at the last channel farmers - inter-island traders - consumers. The total cost to farmers for the first channel is Rp.400 / kg, the village retailer is Rp.1,587 / kg for margins. In this channel, the farmers are Rp. 5,000 / kg, the retailer is Rp.5.000. Farmers’s Share 71% and 100%. In the second channel, the total costs incurred by farmers are Rp. 12,500, village collectors are Rp. 15,000 / kg and city retailers are Rp. 20,000. Farmer marketing margin Rp 7,500, village collector traders rp 2,500 / kg, city retailer traders 5,000 / kg. And for the last channel the price of nuabosi cassava for farmers is Rp. 12,500 / kg and inter-island traders Rp. 25,000/kg. The total costs incurred are IDR 2,508 / kg, inter-island traders Rp 10,000. The margin on this channel is Rp. 12,500 / Kg and the collecting trader is Rp 12.500/kg. Farmer’s share for farmer is 50 %, while for inter-islan traders 100 %. Inter-islan traders 25.000 m

Attitude is defined as a settled way of thinking or feeling about something. Allport (1954) defines attitude as a “learned disposition to think, feel and behave toward a person (or object) in a particular way.” Language is a system of conventional spoken, manual, or written symbols by means of which human beings, as members of a social group and participants in its culture, express themselves. The functions of language include communication, the expression of identity, play imaginative expression and emotional release. This paper is an attempt to identify the attitude towards learning languages among high school students. The investigator adopted the survey method to study the attitude towards learning languages among high school students. The study is based on primary data which was collected from 300 high school students in and around Thrissur district using simple random sampling technique. The findings reveal that there is a difference in the level of attitude towards learning languages among high school students.
