This research aims to find and find out the factors that affect customers saving at Bank BRI Praya Branch, these factors include Products, Interest Rates, Places, Promotions, Processes, physical, employees and services. This type of research is descriptive research at Bank BRI Praya Branch, Jalan Gajah Mada No. 128 Praya Central Lombok. This research method is a sample survey, determining respondents using Simple Random Sampling. The analysis model used is qualitative using the Likert scale and quantitative using table anlisa and factor analysis. Based on the calculation of factor analysis results, six variables affect customer saving decisions, including Product Variables, Places, Processes, Physical, Employees, and Services. The six variables form the two factors that most affect the arena has an eigenvalue of more than 1.0 and loading factors above 0.4. Factor 1 has an eigenvalue of 1,914, and factor 2 has an eigenvalue of 1,587. The other two variables do not participate in the influence, namely for variable interest rates and promotions. The interest rate does not enter into because it has an MSA of less than 0.5. At the same time, the advertisement does not affect it because it has a loading factor of less than 0.4. Therefore, Bank BRI Praya Branch must pay attention to factors that influence customers by improving their quality and improving variables that do not affect to attract people to save more optimally in the future

The bank stocks equilibrium pricing relation is the traditional CAPM augmented by a second factor to account for the unexpected changes in the interest rates. This paper examines the methodological issue of constructing an interest rate variable that is orthogonal to the market index. We test a new approach in which the interest rate variable and the market return are treated as the components of a bivariate vector, a suitable vector ARMA model is determined, and then the appropriate whitened residuals are used as the interest rate factor in the two-factor model. Results are compared with the results from other models in which prevailing orthogonalization procedure is used. Our investigation indicates that the robustness of the result depends, to a limited extent, on the procedure employed to orthogonalize the two factors.

The primary purpose of this two-phased study was to examine the structural validity and statistical utility of a racism scale specific to Black men who have sex with men (MSM) who resided in the Washington, DC, metropolitan area and Baltimore, Maryland. Phase I involved pretesting a 10-item racism measure with 20 Black MSM. Based on pretest findings, the scale was adapted into a 21-item racism scale for use in collecting data on 166 respondents in Phase II. Exploratory factor analysis of the 21-item racism scale resulted in a 19-item, two-factor solution. The two factors or subscales were the following: General Racism and Relationships and Racism. Confirmatory factor analysis was used in testing construct validity of the factored racism scale. Specifically, the two racism factors were combined with three homophobia factors into a confirmatory factor analysis model. Based on a summary of the fit indices, both comparative and incremental were equal to .90, suggesting an adequate convergence of the racism and homophobia dimensions into a single social oppression construct. Statistical utility of the two racism subscales was demonstrated when regression analysis revealed that the gay-identified men versus bisexual-identified men in the sample were more likely to experience increased racism within the context of intimate relationships and less likely to be exposed to repeated experiences of general racism. Overall, the findings in this study highlight the importance of continuing to explore the psychometric properties of a racism scale that accounts for the unique psychosocial concerns experienced by Black MSM.

Inflation is a condition in which there is a sharp (absolute) increase in prices that lasts continuously for a long period of time followed by a decline in the real (intrinsic) value of a country's currency. circulating through an increase in bank interest rates. For this reason, the government carries out monetary policy by suppressing the money supply through increasing bank interest rates. However, the interest rate has various kinds, namely classical interest rate theory, neo classical, modern keyness and hicks. Therefore, this study focuses more on interest rates and the theory of interest rates by experts. So that it produces descriptive research.
