A pharmacist is a profession that can optimize pharmaceutical services for the community. As part of health workers and the front line for drug distribution to the community, pharmacists must contribute significantly to socializing Gema Cermat, especially for prescription drugs that are often purchased without a doctor's prescription. Pharmacies can only submit prescription drugs based on a doctor's prescription. This provision aims to prevent the illegal use or drug means of this group. The phenomenon of irregularity in the circulation of hard drugs in prescription drug services without a prescription in pharmacies cannot be separate from the community itself. The tendency of people who want to do self-medication encourages the rampant phenomenon of deviance. This activity aims to see an increase in knowledge of the prescription drugs class through Gema Cermat education for teachers and parents of SDN 11 Pangkalan Baru, Central Bangka Regency. The activity was carried out in the classroom at SDN 11 Pangkalan Baru, carried out through a pre-test and post-test using a questionnaire. The results obtained showed that the knowledge of the participants was 62.50%. There is a significant difference with a value of 0.000, which means an increase in understanding parents' and teachers' knowledge before and after Gema Cermat education about prescription drugs.

Hypertension is the main cause of stroke which brings high mortality. The cause of hypertension consists of genetic and environmental factors, Along with the changing lifestyle of hypertension cases continues to increase. According to the WHO International Hypertension Society there are currently 600 million sufferers worldwide, and 3 million of them die each year. Based on the results of interviews with hypertension patients who visited the Tanjung Paku Puskesmas among the elderly, said if their high blood pressure always went to the Puskesmas and took hypertension medication, but still rarely did non-pharmacological treatment, so far it was more likely if there were complaints such as headaches, shoulders feels heavy then go straight to the health center. This type of research in this study is a pre-experimental design "One Pre-Test-Post Test Design" in this study the group of subjects was measured blood pressure before deep breathing techniques (pre-test), then carried out deep breating (intervention) and measured again pressure blood after deep breating technique (post test). From the statistical test there was a significant difference between systole blood pressure before and after the deep breathing technique with a p value of 0,000 ˃ 0.05. It is expected that health workers can provide more optimal information, especially for patients with hypertension both mild, mild, moderate and severe to help hypertension sufferers in lowering blood pressure in a non-pharmacological manner.

This action research was conducted to help students develop their vocabulary skills through parent-teacher collaboration and to help parents and teachers understand that collaboration is an important aspect that warrants enough attention. Thus, few studies have focused on parent-teacher collaboration to help students develop their vocabulary skills. This study applies Beck, McKeown, and Kucan’s (2013) three-tiered model of vocabulary to gauge the vocabulary level of the students. Moreover, the researchers used quasiexperimental research to test whether or not collaboration between teachers and parents is effective in improving the vocabulary skills of students. This study used pre-test and post-test to measure students’ vocabulary skills. A training matrix was developed by the researchers to be used for the monthlong duration of the experiment. In the matrix, the researchers employed vocabulary exercises during the experiment. The data gathered were statistically analyzed using SPSS. The results of the study are presented and discussed with reference to the aim of the study; (1) based on the computed mean of the pre- and post-tests, it was found out that there is an increase in the students’ level of performance in vocabulary. Moreover, (2) the results accepted the hypothesis that there is a significant difference before and after the exposure to parent-teacher collaboration. Lastly, (3) it is proposed that parent-teacher partnership shall be the next priority of the school Continuous Improvement Program (CIP) which will highlight communication skills primarily.

The increasing number of elderly and elderly life expectancy is a challenge for health workers. Decreased cardiac endurance, muscle strength and increased incidence of inflammation will occur in the elderly as we get older. health cardio exercises series-I is an aerobic exercise that has moderate intensity and is carried out for 30 minutes, research is needed to analyze the effect on cardiac endurance, muscle strength and decrease plasma TNF-? levels in the elderly. Research design with experimental method, pre-test and post-test design approach. The study was conducted for 4 weeks on 25 samples which were divided into 3 groups of frequency of health cardio exercises series-I to measure endurance of the heart. A 6-minute road test and muscle strength were used for hand grip strength dynamometer, test back and leg dynamometer. Measurement of plasma TNF-? levels is carried out using the Elisa method. The data was then analyzed using paired t-test to see differences before and after health cardio exercises series-I. The results showed health cardio exercises series-I performed 3x / mg can increase the heart's endurance compared to the frequency of 4x / mg and 5x / mg (-16.11 vs 15.62 vs -47.62 meters). health cardio exercises series-I frequency of 3x / mg and 4x / mg can increase back muscle strength (p-value = 0.019, p <0.05) and the frequency of 5x / mg can increase the strength of attractive shoulder muscles. (p-value = 0.033, p <0.05). Health cardio exercises series-I performed 3x / mg, 4x / mg and 5x / mg did not have a significant effect on plasma TNF-? protein expression in the elderly (0.506 vs 0.856 vs. 0.382, p <0.05). It is suggested that the elderly can do I-1 series heart exercise with a frequency of 3x / mg to increase the heart's lung endurance and back muscle strength, a health cardio exercises series-I 4x / mg series to increase muscle strength of the back back, a series of health cardio exercises series-I frequency of 5x / mg to increase attractive shoulder muscle strength.

Integrating the properties of computer algebra systems and dynamic geometry environments, Geogebra became an effective and powerful tool for teaching and learning mathematics. One of the reasons that teachers use Geogebra in mathematics classrooms is to make students learn mathematics meaningfully and conceptually. From this perspective, the purpose of this study was to investigate whether instruction with Geogebra has effect on students’ achievements regarding their conceptual and procedural knowledge on the applications of derivative subject. This study adopted the quantitative approach with pre-test post-test control group true experimental design. The participants were composed of two calculus classrooms involving 31 and 24 students, respectively. The experimental group with 31 students received instruction with Geogebra while the control group received traditional instruction in learning the applications of derivative. Independent samples t-test was used in the analysis of the data gathered from students’ responses to Applications of Derivative Test which was subjected to them before and after teaching processes. The findings indicated that instruction with Geogebra had positive effect on students’ scores regarding conceptual knowledge and their overall scores. On the other hand, there was no significant difference between experimental and control group students’ scores regarding procedural knowledge. It could be concluded that students in both groups were focused on procedural knowledge to be successful in learning calculus subjects including applications of derivative in both groups. On the other hand, instruction with Geogebra supported students’ learning these subjects meaningfully and conceptually.

Reasoning skills are very important in encouraging students to think more critically and logically, as depicted in the Malaysian Education Development Plan (2013-2025). Therefore, this study looked into improving the Differentiation Reasoning Level (DRL) of reasoning skills among students for a topic in the Additional Mathematics subject,  known as Differentiation, through reasoning learning strategy. The study participants consisted of a total of 31 students from a secondary boarding school in Johor, selected through a purposive sampling method. A pre-test was carried out for the participants, from the advanced level, followed by a number of repetition tests, before the post-test assessment was conducted. The data collection for this study employed a set of Reasoning Test on Differentiation (RTD) and 10 sets of learning activities on Differentiation based on modified Marzano Rubric for Specific Task of Situations (1992). This dimension involved four types of reasoning skills, namely,  comparison, classification, inductive, and deductive. The survey data, through paired samples t-test, revealed a significant difference between the mean scores in pre-test and post-test (p <0.05). In addition, the paired sample t-test showed a significant difference on the level of reasoning among students from each construct in the reasoning skills before and after using this module. In conclusion, the Marzano Model of Dimensional Learning (1992) is a thinking skill model that can help improve students' reasoning skills. The model covers analysis aspects of what has been learned by implementing the process of identifying reasons, which will help students to add and expand their knowledge. The findings also implied that, the processes of teaching and learning play an important role in ensuring students’ capability to emphasize on the implementation process of reasoning skills
