Penelitian  ini  bertujuan  untuk  mengetahui  ada  tidaknya  pengeruh  penerapan model pembelajaran Inkuiri terhadap hasil belajar kognitif dan sikap demokratis sisw a  MA  Darussalimin  NW  Sengkol  pada  mata  pelajaran  PKn tahun ajaran 2017/2018.   Penelitian  ini  menggunakan  pendekatan   kuantitatif   dengan  jenis penelitian  quasi  eksperimen  (eksperimen  semu)  yaitu  Nonequivalent  Control Group Design.  Sampel  dalam  penelitian  ini adalah sisw a kelas XI Agama sebanyak 21 orang sisw a sebagai kelas eksperimen dan sisw a kelas XI IPA sebanyak 21 orang sisw a  sebagai  kelas  control.  Instrument  pengumpulan  data menggunakan  tes pilihan ganda sebanyak 20 soal untuk hasil belajar kognitif dan instrument angket untuk  sikap  demokratis.  Berdasarkan  hasil uji hipotesis  uji-t untuk  hasil belajar diperoleh data thitung =1,85 dan t table = 1,684 dengan taraf signifikan 5% dan dk=42 jadi t hitung > t table. Sedangkan hasil analisis sikap demokratis dengan menggunakan skala likert yakni 81,36% dari sebelumnya 69,04% untuk kelas eksperimen  dan  73,65%  dari sebelumnya  65,08%  untuk kelas control.  Hal ini menunjukka   hipotesis  dalam   penelitian  diterima  atau dengan  kata  lain  ada pengaruh  penerapan  model pembelajaran  inkuiri terhadap hasil belajar kognitif dan sikap demokratis sisw a. AbstractThis  thesis  aimed  at  finding  out  the effectiveness  or uneffectiveness  of  using inquiry model in finding result of cognitive study and democratic attitude student of MA darussalimin nw sengkol in PPKn lesson in academic year 2017/2018. The sample in this research w as IX (nineth) of Islamic class. That w as 21 student as experimental class and student of IX (nineth) IPA that w as 21 studenas control class. The instrument w as collecting the data used multiple choice test, there w ere 20  questions  for  the  resulted  of  cognitive  study  and  instrument  quisioner in democratic attitude. Based on the result of hipotesis experimental for the result of study the researcher got tcount = 1,85 and t table = 1,684 in taraf significant 5% and DK = 40. So tcount >t table.While analisist result of democratic attitude w as used likert scala that w as 81,36% w hich before 69,04% for experimental class and73,65% for control class. Vocabulary is an important component in learning a language. Vocabulary is used to communicate to each other through listening, writing, speaking, and reading. These skills are closely related to vocabulary mastery. However, students have difficulties in understanding the vocabularies from their reading or listening activities. This research belongs to quantitative study using quasi experimental of nonequivalent control group design to find out the influence of using Hangman game on the seventh graders’ vocabulary mastery. The data were collected through a multiple-choice test. The hypothesis is tested using t-test. From the calculation of t-test, it was found that tobserved = 2.7, with df = 30+29-2 = 57 in ttable = 2.0, because tobserved ≥ ttable or 2.7 ≥ 2.0. Therefore, it can be concluded H0 is rejected, while Ha is accepted. In other words, “Hangman game influences the seventh graders’ vocabulary mastery.”

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membandingkan hasil belajar antara siswa yang dibelajarkan dengan talking stick dan snowball throwing. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah nonequivalent control group design. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 1 Alalak, dan sample penelitian adalah siswa kelas X IPA 1 yang berjumlah 25 orang dan siswa kelas X IPA 2 yang berjumlah 24 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah tes berupa pilihan ganda. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan uji t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan   terdapat perbedaan hasil  belajar antara siswa  yang dibelajarkan dengan talking stick dansnowball throwing.This study aimed to compare learning outcomes between students who are taught with the talking stick and snowball throwing. The research design used was nonequivalent control group design. The study population was all students of class X SMA Negeri 1 Alalak, and the study sample was students of class X IPA 1, amounting to 25 people and students of class X IPA 2, amounting to 24 people. The data collection technique used is a multiple choice test. The data obtained were analyzed using the t test. The results of the study showed that there were differences  in  learning  outcomes  between  students  who  were taught  with  the talking stick and snowball throwing.

This study aimed at investigating the effect of lexical simplification and elaboration on Iranian intermediate EFL learners’ learning and retention of phrasal verbs. In order to achieve this goal, a PET test was run into 130 learners. When target participants were chosen, they were assigned into three groups including two treatment groups and one control group. Through a multiple choice test, 40 out of 60 phrasal verbs were selected as target phrasal verbs. Through 8 sessions of treatment, each group received a reading comprehension text that contained 5 phrasal verbs. But the way the phrasal verbs in two experimental groups were modified was different. One of them received elaborated input and the other group received simplified input; meanwhile, the control group received unmodified input. After eight sessions of treatment, an immediate multiple choice test was administered to find out which techniques had stronger effect on participant’s learning and retention of phrasal verbs. After one month, the same test, with a different order of items, was administered as delayed posttest to check the participants’ level of retention.  According to the results of the study simplified input group significantly outperformed the control and elaborated group on both learning and retention of phrasal verbs.

A group of 61 schoolchildren with specific language impairment (SLI) was compared with a control group on a comprehension task, in which the child was questioned about a story that had been presented either orally or as a series of pictures. Half the questions were literal, requiring the child to provide a detail that had been mentioned or shown explicitly in the story. The remainder required the child to make an inference about what had not been directly shown or stated. SLI children were impaired on this task, even after taking into account "comprehension age," as assessed on a multiple-choice test. However, the effects of mode of presentation and question type were similar for control and SLI groups. Children who fitted the clinical picture of semantic-pragmatic disorder had lower scores than other SLI children on this task. In addition, they were more prone to give answers that suggested they had not understood the question. However, as with the other SLI children, there was no indication that they had disproportionate difficulty with inferential questions. It is concluded that SLI children are impaired in constructing an integrated representation from a sequence of propositions, even when such propositions are presented nonverbally.

This is study aims to determine the use of the Inside Outside Circle model of the learning outcomes of Indonesian history in Sriwijaya kingdom material. The research method used is a quantitative method, with a pure experimental approach. The designed of this study is Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design. The type of research instrument used was a multiple choice test consisting of 35 questions. Technique for analyzing the data used quantitative techniques. The population in this study were all X grade students in academic year 2018/2019. And sample of the data taken in  X grade students at AKL 1 as the experimental and X OTP 2 as the control. The experimental class was treated using the Inside Outside Circle model on the Sriwijaya Kingdom learning material and the control class was not treated inside the circle learning model. Based on the analysis of the use of research hypotheses, the results of this study conclude there is an influence of the Inside Outside Circle learning model on the learning outcomes of Indonesian history on Sriwijaya kingdom material.

This research aimed to know the effect of physics learning method with virtual experiment on motivation and physics learning result of 10th grade students of MAN 2 Mataram in academic year of 2014/2015. This experiment employed posttest only control group design. Samples were taken by using purposive sampling technique. X 3 class was chosen as experiment class and X 5 as control class. The result showed that motivation and learning results of experiment class students mean score were 78.75 and 78.20, respectively, while the motivation and learning results of control class students mean score were 68.29 and 64.67. The motivation data of both classes were homogeneous. On the other hand, the learning results of both classes were not homogeneous. Both data were analyzed by using t-test. It was obtained that tcount score were 6.10 and 5.18 for motivation and learning results, respectively, with ttabel score were 1.99 and 2.04 at significant rate of 5%. The tcount was greater than ttabel, which meant there was difference between the students who were got the physics learning method with virtual experiment and the conventional one. It can be concluded that physics learning method with virtual experiment affected motivation and physics learning results.

Abstract - This research is aimed to find the effect of cooperative model learning think pair share type with experiment method toward learning physics result of the students at man west Lombok in academic year 2017/2018. The kind of this research is quasi experiment with Untreated control group design with pretest-posttest research design. The population of this research is all of the XI students of MAN West Lombok which consist of 34 students. Sampling jenuh technique is a way of taking the sample, while XI IPA 1 students as experiment class and XI IPA 2 as control class. The instruments that used are; multiple choice test and observation sheet. The amount of the multiple choice test are 25 questions where the test before has been through validity test, reliability, different capacity and standard of questions difficulty, while the observation sheet used to measure the affective and psychomotor score. Based on the result of the research that achieved from the mean score for pretest of experiment class is 40,19 and control class is 37,45, while the mean score of post-test experiment class is 73,52 and control class is 51,27. The hypothesis of the research is tested using t-test polled varians with significant standard 5% and achieved tresult 7,646 and ttable  2,021. Based on the criteria of hypothesis test, if tresult > ttable, it means Ho released and Ha accepted, where it can conclude that there is a effect of cooperative model learning think pair share type with experiment method toward learning physics result of the students at man west Lombok in academic year 2017/2018.

  This study aimed to investigate the effect of anonymous peer assessment on students’ writing ability. Quantitative approach was used in this study. Post-test only control group design was the design used in this experimental study. The post-test only control group design was designed to discover the purpose of this study which was to investigate the significant effect on writing ability between students who obtain feedback from anonymous peer assessment and students who obtain feedback from conventional assessment. The study was conducted at SMK PGRI 1 Singaraja. The eleventh grade students in Academic Year 2017/2018 were chosen as the population. The samples were 44 students from XI AP and XI UPW. The instruments used in this study were lesson plan, anonymous peer checklist, writing scoring rubric, and writing test. Writing scoring rubric and writing test were used to obtain the data through post-test while lesson plan and anonymous peer assessment were used during the treatment. The data then was analyzed by using SPSS 16. The results of the analysis show that (1) the mean score of the experimental group was 77.55 while the mean score of the control group was 68.77. (2) The t-observe was 3.892 and it exceeded the t-critical value which was 2.018. Therefore, based on the aforementioned results, it can be concluded that there was a significant difference on writing ability between the eleventh grade students who obtained feedback from anonymous peer assessment and those who obtained feedback from conventional assessment at SMK PGRI 1 Singaraja in academic year 2017/2018.

This aimed to know the influence of PjBL model toward learning results of moral lessons in knowing the prophet and apostle in IV grade of Islamic School Padangsidimpuan Angkola Julu in academic year 2019/2020 by using PjBL and Direct Instruction model. The research model used Quasi-Experimental Design with None Quivalent Control-Group Design. The used instrument is the learning result test. Data analysis used t-Test. Research result showed (1) there is the influence of PjBL model toward student's learning test on moral lesson of knowing prophet and apostle material.

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh meningkatnya angka kematian ibu nifas yang disebabkan oleh perdarahan salah satu cara untuk mengatasi perdarahan itu dengan cara melakukan pijat oksitosin pijatan ini dapat merangsang hormone oksitosin yang menyebabkan kontraksi uterus sehingga proses involusi berjalan normal. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengidentifikasi pengaruh pijat stimulasi oksitosin pada ibu nifas yang dipijat oksitosin dan yang tidak dipijat oksitosin. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian Quasi eksperimen dengan metode post test only control group design. Sampel dalam penelitian ini diambil dengan cara consecutive sample.sampel berjumlah 45 orang yang terdiri dari 15 orang sebagai responden yang di intervensi dan 30 orang sebagai variable control.
