The formulation of the problem in this research is what are the life skills of the students in the association, what are the efforts made, and what are the obstacles faced by the big family student association of Musthafawiyah Sibanggor Jae in improving the life skills of students at the Musthafawiyah Purba Baru Islamic Boarding School. This study aims to determine what the students' life skills are, the efforts made, and the obstacles faced by the Musthafawiyah Sibanggor Jae's big family student association in improving the life skills of students at the Musthafawiyah Purba Baru Islamic Boarding School. This study uses a qualitative exploratory approach. The informants studied in this study were the entire organizational structure of the student association of the Musthafawiyah Sibanggor Jae, totaling 12 people. This research concludes that there are four life skills in the Musthafawiyah Sibanggor Jae big family association, namely poetry, speeches, recitation of the Quran, and barzanji. The life skills that are formed in this association are life skills that are special, namely vocational skills, vocational skills are skills related to the skills to do a job that you want to be engaged in. The efforts made by the Musthafawiyah Sibanggor Jae big family student association in improving the life skills of students, namely: First, the discipline of the students is running well, this can be seen from the punctuality of the members and also from the attendance or attendance of the members in increasing the activities that have been determined in the union. Second, the exercises are carried out on a schedule according to what has been determined in the union. Third, motivation by giving gifts, rewards, praise and punishment. Meanwhile, there are two factors faced by the student association of Musthafawiyah Sibanggor Jae in improving the life skills of the students, namely: internal factors, the number of students who talk and are cool telling stories when their friends deliver the contents of poetry, speeches, and recitation of Quran recitations, lack of activity students in participating in activities, lack of interest and motivation of students in developing their potential. External factors that come from outside the students, namely the union staff, the inability of the union staff to motivate the students / members, the lack of good cooperation among the union staff, so that sometimes it is thought that activities in improving the life skills of the students are only the responsibility of the chairman of the association.

The level of achievement can also be determined by the size of a person's motivation to learn. Achievement is a condition that is better than someone else. For example, a student can see his performance through comparisons with other classmates. Usually, with this comparison, students are more motivated to achieve good performance.

The focus of this research is on the Problems of Learning Islamic Religious Education in SMP Negeri 5 Padangsidimpuan. In general, the research was conducted to find out: 1. How are the problems in the learning of Islamic religious education about the methods at SMP Negeri 5 Padangsidimpuan, 2. How are the problems with the learning of Islamic religious education about the media at SMP Negeri 5 Padangsidimpuan?This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The data collection instruments used were observation, interviews with the data sources were Islamic Religious Education teachers, and students. The analysis was carried out using the constant comparison method. The research method used in this writing is a qualitative descriptive method, field data collection techniques through observation, and interviews. Data management and analysis techniques, data reduction, data presentation, conclusion and data verification. The technique guarantees data validity, observation persistence, triangulation, checking members.The purpose of this study was to determine the problems in the learning process of Islamic religious education at SMP Negeri 5 Padang Sidimpuan, to find problems in learning Islamic religious education at SMP Negeri 5 Padansidimpuan.The results of this study indicate that the problems of learning Islamic Religious Education at SMP Negeri 5 Padangsidimpuan, regarding the problems of learning Islamic Religious Education, the problems of learning methods of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) at SMP Negeri 5 Padangsidimpuan are very much mapped to three problematic problems, namely: knowledge problems, teacher cognitive , the technical competency of teachers and the strategic competence of teachers in applying learning methods. That the methods and media are not suitable in determining the learning process is not in accordance with the lesson plan. Based on what the authors do, the problem with the method that the writer finds is problematic, as well as the media that the problems of learning media for Islamic Religious Education (PAI) at SMP Negeri 5 Padangsidimpuan are classified into two problematic matters, namely: the problem of media availability and the problem of using learning media.

SMP Negeri 1 Sigalangan is one of the largest public education-based schools in Batang Angkola District which is equipped with complete facilities and facilities. This research was conducted to determine the use of infocus media in increasing student motivation to learn Islamic religious education, and what subject matter uses infocus media, also what are the obstacles experienced by teachers in increasing student motivation to learn Islamic religious education and how the teacher's solution in overcoming obstacles in increase student motivation to learn Islamic religious education at SMP Negeri 1 Sigalangan. Based on the background of the problem above, the purpose of this study is to find out how the use of infocus media in increasing student motivation to learn Islamic religious education, what materials use infocus media, also what are the obstacles experienced by teachers in increasing student motivation to learn Islamic religious education. and how the teacher's solution in overcoming obstacles in increasing student motivation to learn Islamic religious education at SMP Negeri 1 Sigalangan.The discussion of this research is related to the study of the use of infocus media, in connection with that the approach taken is the theories related to the use of infocus media, the definition of infocus media, the history of the development of infocus media, the advantages and disadvantages of using infocus media, the use of infocus media and constraints on utilization. infocus media.To find out the results of this study, the researcher used a qualitative approach, namely research conducted by observing the surrounding phenomena and analyzing them using descriptive logic by describing and interpreting the object in accordance with what it is. Data collection instruments used were observation and interviews. Data analysis was used with qualitative descriptive analysis.Based on the discussion and research results, it can be seen that the use of infocus media in increasing student motivation to learn Islamic religious education is still categorized as good, because the teachers of Islamic Education in this school are still implementing infocus media even though its use is assisted by school staff. And materials that often use infocus media are material on Islamic Cultural Date, Understanding the history of Islamic da'wah, and Understanding praiseworthy and despicable behavior. The obstacles experienced by the teacher were the lack of the teacher's ability to use infocus media and the lack of student interest in attending Islamic Religious Education lessons. The teacher's solution in overcoming these obstacles is only a suggestion from the principal so that teachers make it a habit of using infocus media to be more competent and always provide directions to students to be more active in following Islamic religious education lessons.

Majelis taklim is a community educational institution that grows and develops from within the Muslim community itself whose interests are for the benefit of mankind. When viewed from the organizational structure, majelis taklim is a non-formal education organization which has a special Islamic religious characteristic. When viewed from the point of view of objectives, majelis taklim is an institution or means of Islamic da'wah which is self-standing and self-disciplined can organize and carry out its activities. In it develops democratic principles based on deliberation to reach consensus for the smooth implementation of al-taklim al-Islamy in accordance with the demands of its participants.Religious practice is an act performed by a servant as a form of bond / obedience to Allah SWT in order to get closer, obediently and obediently carry out His orders and recommendations and stay away from all His prohibitions. The religious practice referred to here is to carry out religious teachings in everyday life, especially in the aspects of faith, worship and morals.

In an Islamic perspective, for a reference to the ethics of the teacher profession which can refer to the guidance of the Prophet Muhammad, because he as an apostle has a superior quality personality as a teacher and guide.The ethics of the teaching profession includes the ethics of the teacher towards himself, among others, being able to be responsible for his scientific insight and expertise and having to practice the knowledge he has in order to benefit himself and benefit others. Teachers' ethics towards their students, they understand the condition of their students, try to transfer knowledge to students until they understand, uphold self-esteem, integrity and never demean their dignity. Teachers' ethics towards peers include, among other things, that teachers should not make false statements regarding the qualifications and competence of peers and not cause conflicts with peers. Teacher ethics towards parents of students include teachers trying to foster effective and efficient cooperative relationships and deliberation in carrying out the educational process. Teacher professional ethics towards the community, among others, teachers must have the ability to communicate well with the community. Teacher ethics in this case concerns their concern for social problems, mutual cooperation, mutual assistance, egalitarianism (equality between humans), tolerance, and so on.

This thesis entitled "The efforts of Islamic Religion teachers in increasing the motivation to learn Islamic Islamic education at SMP Negeri 2 Sei Kanan District, Labuhan Batu Selatan Regency." So the problem in this research is that there are students who skip class when the learning process is taking place, lazy to do assignments, noisy in the room. And the lack of hours of PAI subjects.In the above problem, this study aims to determine the description of what Islamic Religion teachers have done in increasing students 'motivation to learn Islamic Islamic education in SMP Negeri 2 Sei Kanan District, Labuhan Batu Selatan Regency, the efforts made by Islamic Religion teachers in increasing students' motivation to learn Islamic Islamic education in SMP Negeri 2 Keamatan. Sei Kanan, Labuhan Batu Selatan Regency, and the obstacles faced by Islamic Religion Teachers in increasing students' PAI Learning Motivation at SMP Negeri 2 Sei Kanan District, Labuhan Batu Selatan Regency.In this study, a qualitative research was used using descriptive methods, namely a method that describes the symptoms found in the field. By using data collection instruments consisting of observation, interviews and documentation.From the results of the researcher and the discussion, it was concluded that the efforts made by Islamic Religion Teachers in Increasing Student Motivation for Islamic Education in SMP Negeri 2 Sei Kanan District, Labuhan Batu Selatan Regency were giving praise, giving tests, giving numbers or assessments, knowing learning outcomes and giving punishment . Then the obstacle faced by Islamic Religious Education teachers is the lack of subject hours, but Islamic Religion teachers try to optimize that little time, namely by holding additional lessons once a week, then dealing with students who are lazy to do assignments, this is where the most difficult obstacles to face The Islamic Religion teacher, however, the Islamic Religion teacher is patient in dealing with students who do not do their job. And there are also students who are noisy when the learning process is taking place, and going in and out of the room, this is disturbing the concentration of the student's learning

Human as a creature created by the Khaliq for several reasons, the theological like to worship Him, pray, away from what he has forbidden and pursue what is commanded. In social language it is to continue to grow and become a useful being. The phrase to be better has certainly been a long process, requiring mental, character, and physical changes. Academically historical studies are always related to phenomena, both phenomena that occur through the something found and a text. Like the findings of fossils or skeletons that are believed to have lived much longer with Adam A.S to Muslim beliefs as the first humans were created.This is happenedin the interpretation of Ibn 'Atsur in tafsir of al-Tahrir wa al-Tanwir states that once lived a group of beings who have human likeness in QS, al-baqarah (2): 30 regarding the creation of Adam A.S. in his commentary view there is a name quote that became the first creature created but made the destruction of the earth, instead, it was created the prophet Adam A.S as the most perfect form (innovation).From this the author goes on to trace further on the history of human creation, and focuses problem on the QS. Al-Baqarah (2): 30, and stands on some important questions, what underlies the interpretation? And what influences Ibn 'Atsur's method of interpretation? And what happened at that time?The results found that his method to interpretation applied by Ibn 'Atsur is not Stagnant in the sense that he always receives a lot of knowledge from various circles of scientists who are considered worthy to be published, like the opinion of Persian and Greek beliefs concerning the first creature is not Adam AS, of humanity and Jin. Absolutely, this is not a real truth according to Ibn 'Atsur also, seen from the interpreter that is not too elongated in this matter. But he still put it because it has the value of science that is considered valuable, seen at that time has been found a fossil or frame that is believed to be a human-like creature that has lived very long. This interpretation is also reinforced by the one-time interpreter Muhammad Abduh who states the same way. The conclusion that can be captured by the author is that when it is a science, there is no harm in being included in a work such as tafsir, to be known to everyone and the extension of knowledge.

Patient behavior is behavior that Allah commanded and selection of attitude to be auspicious. Forms can be patience in obedience to Allah, to be patient in accepting the trials of life, patient of encouragement passion of lust, invite the people to be patient in the way of Allah, to be patient in conditions of war, and to be patient in social life. The primacy of the patient, among other things for him Paradise, Allah will love him, his sins will be deleted to be canged and he may reward. Patient has relationship with mental coaching, among others: patience as mental therapy, patient as an indicator of the creation of mental health, and thereis patient as a means of developing a healthy self mentally.
