This study was conducted before the outbreak of the pandemic and now the results seem clear. The intensive forced use of distance technologies in the educational process has changed the approach to education forever. What exactly has changed? this is already a topic for new research. We suggest going back a little and see how the role of the teacher changed as the use of digital technologies intensified before the pandemic. This article analyzes the studies devoted to teachers’ experiences in interacting with digital environments, and reviews digital learning systems, environments, and tools. The study found that there are many opportunities, applications, and automated digital environments in the world, but none of them can, to a greater or lesser extent, do without a supervisor, or a teacher. In addition, the paper found that, despite the diversity of digital learning tools, that issues existed related to using such tools by teachers due to the lack of adequate digital competence or even because some teachers tend to have a negative attitude towards this new concept of education. Therefore, sufficient conditions and opportunities should be created for teachers to obtain the required digital competence and to explore the culture of digital technology in education and learning environments to succeed in the subsequent integration of digital technology into the field of education.

Introduction. The article deals with the training of professional educational program managers for work in the digital environment of a university. The digital environment of the university is considered from the perspective of managing professional educational programs and is a complex open system that integrates system components for managing content, process, resources, contingent, finance and quality of programs that ensure the integrity and continuity of the educational process at all levels and in all respects. The implementation of a digital model for managing educational programs at a university on the basis of a single digital ring of services for an electronic platform for managing educational programs at a university dictates the need for digital competencies of managers of major professional educational programs (OPOP).By digital competence of the leaders of professional educational programs we mean the ability and willingness to perform labor functions in the design, implementation and replication of an educational program using digital technologies that ensure the effectiveness of activitiesThe way to identify professional deficiencies in the field of digital competencies of the leaders of professional educational programs was the personalized design of educational internship trajectories with tutorial support for the internship. The internship trajectory of the heads of OPOP has a modular structure and is aimed at eliminating professional deficits in the field of information, methodological, communication, technological and organizational component of digital competencies. The internship site (virtual laboratory) is a virtual educational space that provides training for educational program managers and online events: hackaths, quests, webinars, etc.Materials and methods. When writing an article, the following methods were used - theoretical and methodological analysis and synthesis of available special domestic and foreign scientific and methodological literature, conceptual analysis of scientific articles and publications on the topic; study and generalization of both domestic and foreign developments and implementation of projects to create digital environments in education management; application of generalization, comparison, forecasting methods, online surveys.Results. The structure of the digital environment for managing professional educational programs at the university is presented. Functionally described is the ring of digital services for the management of OPOP. The analysis of different approaches to assessing the digital competencies of educators is presented. The concept of digital competencies has been clarified in relation to the head of a professional educational program. The content of the components of digital competency is described: informational, methodological, communication, technological, organizational.Discussions and Conclusions. The developed modular program for eliminating professional deficits of heads of professional educational programs in the field of digital competencies, based on the personalized design of educational internship trajectories with tutorial support for internships, will allow you to effectively administer and manage BEP in the digital environment of the university.

Today the world is in the process of rapid informatization and digitalization of society in all its spheres. The way and pace of life of a modern man is not similar to the life of previous generations. The spread of the coronavirus disease, known as COVID-19, has necessitated acceptance and adaptation to new working and learning conditions for educators from different countries. Educational institutions around the world are responding to numerous prohibitions and quarantine rules with the transition to distance learning. The crisis has already caused an online boom for education and forced teachers to be preparedto deal with this atypical situation. The most powerful source today is digital technology, or as they call it - digital learning tools, which implies competent use of the latest gadgets. Of course, global changes in public life cannot take place without changes in the educational space, so our education system now follows the experience of advanced European countries and implements many programs for the formation and development of digital literacy, including at the educational level. Definitely, Ukrainian education system follows the experience of advanced New Ukrainian School provides for the widespread use of information and communication technologies by each teacher in their own professional and pedagogical activities, which is an essential way to update and informatize the education content in different education institutions of our country. This process is impossible without the systematic use of electronic educational resources (EER) during the educational process, because they definitely create a modernized content of educational space and provide equal access to educational online materials to each participant in the educational process regardless of location, age or other aspects.

The perception of learning and teaching in the educational universities have been affected by digital technology. With the industrial concern over sustainability of resources and efficiency in operation in a digital environment, the need arises to implement digital technologies in the educational setting so that digital competence of the future workforce can be elevated, and better industrial output-based education is provided. In this chapter, an attempt has been made to describe and discuss the current scenario of digital integration in higher educational disciplines. The issues concerning this integration include teacher inability to incorporate digital thinking into student learning, student non-adaptability to modern technologies, unreliability of digital educational resources, and lack of infrastructure/power supply in most of the educational institutes. An active digital learning approach in students and extensive training sessions for digital utilization excellence in teachers and educators are a few ways to solve issues regarding the above-mentioned integration.

The article reflects the results of some sociological studies, the results of which indicate the need for the formation of new, digital competencies for higher school teachers. Global economic processes and digital trends are transforming the content and technologies of pedagogical work, but many teachers are not ready for such innovations. The conclusion is made that the sustainable introduction of digital learning tools can be successful only if the general vector of digital transformation of the educational process is justified and supported by both the university administration and the teachers themselves.

The article analyzes the development of distance learning to quarantine with students, which was of a practical nature. The article substantiates the importance of the online platform Google Classroom. The first steps are introductory consultations and instructions on working remotely. Among the problems is the digital inequality of the target audience of students. As teachers, we first of all had to gather and use the tools we had mastered at webinars, trainings, online marathons, online schools, etc .. ", Educational project" On the lesson ", Geek Journal, Ukraїner, Matific, Duolingo, Childdevelop, Code Studio, Study-smile, My Class, etc. At first, students were interested in learning, they were creative, they created, but later they lacked "live" communication. It is justified that the educational process needs to change with the change of information and educational environment. But it is necessary to change gradually, involving students in: development of tests for schoolboys on platforms "All education", "On a lesson"; creation of own sites, blogs; rationally use interactive distance learning tools in their work with children. The emphasis is on the system "teacher-student (parents) -student". Everyone had the opportunity to build an individual learning trajectory, partially meet the needs of students by acquiring the knowledge that is important to them, which will contribute to the development of information and communication competence not only teachers but also all participants in the educational process. Particular attention is paid to the issue of substantiation of the main problems of development of digital competence of pedagogical staff of NUS. Emphasis is placed on the fact that the teacher can organize the following modes of learning: live online communication, when at the appointed time, you organize a video conference, chatting with students; distance learning, stretched in time, when using certain digital tools, a platform for independent learning is created with the active indirect participation of the teacher. It is noted that it is important not only to allow teachers to use distance learning tools, but also to modify the existing educational program to take into account the distance format.

Во второй декаде ХХІ века внедрение электронно-цифровых устройств во все звенья общественных отношений достигло выдающихся масштабов, что отмечено и на образовательном процессе учреждений высшего образования. Развитие современной образовательной среды вуза невозможна без использования цифровых средств обучения (ЦСО) таких, как: платформы дистанционного обучения (EQUITY MAPS, GOOGLE CLASSROOM, MOODLE), мобильно-цифровых приложений (CLASSTIME, LEARNINGAPPS, QUIZIZZ) и платформ онлайн связи (GOOGLE MEET, ZOOM, WEBEX). Особое место в контексте внедрения ЦСО принадлежит медицинском образовании, где уровень личной подготовки соискателя (теоретической и практической) очень важен в контексте спасения человеческих жизней. Цифровые средства обучения позволяют использовать  особенности современного соискателя с его постоянными пребыванием в цифровом пространстве с целью обучения до введения ограничительных мер, вызванных пандемией COVID-19. Образовательный процесс не должен останавливаться, и соискатели должны получать качественное образование, но нужно сохранять баланс между аудиторной и дистанционной формой передачи знаний и умений. На помощь участникам образовательного процесса может прийти образовательная технология смешанного обучения. Эта технология обучения достаточно новая и динамично развивается, она незаменима при очной форме обучения. Данная образовательная технология предоставления образовательных услуг сочетает в себе лучшие аспекты и преимущества преподавания в аудитории и интерактивного или дистанционного обучения, создает доступные курсы для соискателей образования, при которых учебный процесс представляет собой систему, состоит из разных частей, которые функционируют в постоянной взаимосвязи друг с другом, образуя целостную образовательную среду вуза. In the second decade of the XXI century, the introduction of electronic and digital devices in all links of public relations reached an outstanding scale, which was also noted in the educational process of higher education institutions. The development of the modern educational environment of the university is impossible without the use of digital learning tools (CSOs) such as: distance learning platforms (EQUITY MAPS, GOOGLE CLASSROOM, MOODLE), mobile digital applications (CLASTIME, LEARNINGAPPS, QUIZIZZ) and online communication platforms (GOOGLE MEET, ZOOM, WEBEX). A special place in the context of the introduction of CSR belongs to medical education, where the level of personal training of the applicant (theoretical and practical) is very important in the context of saving human lives. Digital learning tools allow you to use the features of a modern applicant with his constant stay in the digital space for the purpose of training before the introduction of restrictive measures caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. The educational process should not stop, and applicants should receive a high-quality education, but it is necessary to maintain a balance between classroom and distance forms of knowledge and skills transfer. The educational technology of mixed learning can come to the aid of participants in the educational process. This training technology is quite new and dynamically developing, it is indispensable for full-time training. This educational technology of providing educational services combines the best aspects and advantages of teaching in the classroom and interactive or distance learning, creates accessible courses for educational applicants, in which the educational process is a system, consists of different parts that function in constant interrelation with each other, forming an integral educational environment of the university.

Актуальность статьи обусловлена необходимостью освоения ресурсов цифровой образовательной среды в учреждениях дополнительного профессионального образования. При этом учитывается, что одним из ведущих средств обеспечения повышения квалификации является дополнительная профессиональная программа. На основе анализа научной литературы делается вывод, что формулирование единых методологических подходов и принципов существенно повышает качество разработки образовательных программ, основанных на применении цифровых технологий. Утверждается, что успешный опыт разработки образовательных программ, реализующихся с привлечением ресурсов цифровой образовательной среды, требует уточнения в соответствии со спецификой образования взрослых обучающихся. Ставится цель – формулирование принципов разработки и реализации дополнительных профессиональных программ, основанных на применении цифровых технологий. Научная новизна исследования заключается в том, что в статье сформулированы авторские методологические установки, принимаемые во внимание при разработке и реализации дополнительных профессиональных программ, реализующихся с использованием цифровых технологий. Обозначенные методологические основания послужили основой для определения принципов, которые необходимо учитывать для разработки и реализации дополнительных профессиональных программ, функционирующих в условиях цифровизации системы образования и реализующихся с использованием информационно-коммуникационных технологий. Впервые представлены принципы, охватывающие процесс разработки и реализации дополнительных профессиональных программ, основанных на применении цифровых технологий. Теоретическая значимость разработанных методологических оснований и принципов заключается в том, что их применение обеспечивает фокус на ключевых целях и назначении образовательного процесса, особенностях взрослых обучающихся, снижает риск нарушения баланса между формой и содержанием, повышает эффективность в выборе ресурсов и технологий. Практическая значимость исследования заключается в том, что данные основания могут быть полезными для научно-педагогических работников и преподавателей учреждений дополнительного профессионального образования, задействованных в разработке и реализации программ повышения квалификации с привлечением ресурсов цифровой образовательной среды. The relevance of the article is due to the need to master the resources of the digital educational environment in institutions of additional professional education. It is taken into account that one of the leading means of providing advanced training is an additional professional program. Based on the analysis of scientific literature, it is concluded that the formulation of common methodological approaches and principles significantly improves the quality of the development of educational programs using digital technologies. It is argued that the successful experience of developing educational programs that are implemented using the resources of the digital learning environment requires clarification in terms of taking into account the specifics of adult education students. The aim is to formulate principles for the development and implementation of additional professional programs using digital technology. Scientific novelty of the study consists in the fact that the article formulated the author's methodological guidelines, taken into account in the design and implementation of additional professional programs implemented using digital technologies. These methodological foundations served as the basis for determining the principles that should be taken into account for the development and implementation of additional professional programs that operate in the context of digitalization of the education system and implemented using information and communication technologies. For the first time the principles covering the process of development and implementation of additional professional programs using digital technology is presented. The theoretical significance of the developed methodological foundations and principles is that their application provides a focus on the key objectives and purpose of the educational process, the characteristics of adult learners, reduces the risk of imbalance between form and content, increases efficiency in the choice of resources and technologies. The practical significance of the study includes the fact that these foundations may be useful for scientific and pedagogical workers and teachers of institutions of further professional education involved in the development and implementation of professional development programs involving the resources of the digital learning environment.

The relevance of the study under consideration is due to the need to increase the efficiency of students independent work in solving computational problems. A theoretical rationale is proposed and the practical implementation of an automated training and diagnostic system for the formation of skills to solve problems according to the “white box” model is described. The leading idea of the study is the construction of mental schemes for a given topic, which allow to visualize the dynamics of changes in the learner’s level of ability to solve computational problems. The methods of accounting for forgetting educational information and methods of personalized selection of tasks are substantiated. Este artículo es producto de una investigación que tiene como finalidad establecer la relación que tienen las TIC con el rendimiento académico de los estudiantes del Colegio Técnico Industrial “La Alborada” de la ciudad de Milagro, provincia del Guayas, Ecuador. Este estudio se enmarca dentro de las investigaciones descriptivas, correlacionales, ya que por medio del análisis, observación, comparación y descripción de las variables, se establece el escaso uso de las herramientas tecnológicas en el proceso educativo. Los datos estadísticos se obtienen de los resultados por la aplicación de instrumentos a los estudiantes y docentes de la institución. Se utilizaron los métodos deductivos, inductivos y teóricos para el desarrollo del proceso. La propuesta requiere un fortalecimiento en el uso de las nuevas tecnologías de la Información y Comunicación, siendo importante que los docentes conozcan el uso adecuado de las mismas y las integren en sus horas de clases, porque mejorará el rendimiento académico de los estudiantes por su nueva forma de explicar las clases que serán más interactivas y divertidas. Es necesario realizar un Plan de capacitación en el uso de las herramientas e- learning que garantice una educación de calidad.   Palabras claves: TIC, rendimiento académico, proceso educativo.   ABSTRACT   This article is the result of a research that aims to establish the relationship of ICTs to academic performance of students in the Industrial Technical College “La Alborada” in Milagro, Guayas, Ecuador. This study is part of a descriptive, correlational research, since through analysis, observation, comparison and description of the variables, the limited use of technological tool sin the educational process is established. The statistics are obtained from the resultsof the application of tools for students and teachers of the institution. Deductive, inductive and theoretical process development methods were used. The proposal requires as treng then ing in the use of new information and communication technologies and it is important that teachers become aware of their proper use and incorporate them in their classes, because these will improve the academic performance of students in classes that are more interactive and fun. AbstractIn secondary technology education, models of artifacts, systems and processes, visualized and simulated through digital tools (digital models) are a relatively new element. Technology teachers teach digital models to meet syllabus criteria of digital competence, applicable to for instance problem solving and documentation using digital tools. However, there is a lack of knowledge concerning how teachers use digital models in their teaching, what their intentions are, and what content they choose. It is known, though, that teachers’ experiences influence the teaching. Therefore, the aim of this study is to investigate teachers’ experiences of teaching digital models in compulsory school, to contribute to more knowledge of teaching in this area. This study takes a phenomenological lifeworld approach, and 12 semi-structured interviews with lower secondary technology teachers form the empirical data. The data were analyzed thematically and the results are four themes of experiencing the teaching of digital models, indicating that technology teachers teach with different aims and purposes; Enhancing and integrating other subjects, Visualizing technology to the pupils, Enabling digital modelling, and Preparing pupils for the future. Further, the results also indicate that the content and methods of teaching differ and that teachers did not experience digital models as one single idea but as an amalgam of multiple ideas. These findings can be used as a basis for further research and development of teaching concerning digital models.
