AbstractH.A.R. Tilaar emphasizes to the importance of education based on culture, because education is process of culture. Therefore, between the education and culture has been greatly relation, because the education is not able to be separated from culture that has reflected and grown up dynamically in Indonesian society.The purpose of this research is to determine how the education based on culture according to H.A.R. Tilaar’s perspective. The object of this research was H.A.R. Tilaar’s Perspective which concerns to the education based on culture.The approach of this research was literature review. The source of the data were a text book written by H.A.R. Tilaar and other literatures related to this research. The technique of analyzing data were the content analysis of the text book written by H.A.R. Tilaar and other literatures.The result of this research are : (a) H.A.R. Tilaar conceptualizes the education as an culturing processes; (b) the education process is an culturing process through the interactive process between teachers and students; (c) it is necessary to the Government of Indonesia to correct the National education concept by proposing several aspects such as ; (1) the basic value of education; (2) to notice the function of sociological education; (3) the relation between culture and education; (4) the education as The Agent ofChange, and (5) to get the equalization of education opportunity; and (d) to grow up the creative and adaptive thinking toward education phenomenawhich always move dynamically in the environment of the Indonesian community which has its complexity.Keyword: Education, Culture.

In the monograph of Professor A. M. Starostin the notions “philosophical novations” and “research philosophy” was introduced and approved. The author divides the whole array of philosophic research into fundamental and applied – the sphere of philosophical novations. Fundamental and philosophic investigations are directed to the study of the problems of objective reality, thinking, cognition, the truth, freedom and other basic categories. The sphere of fundamental research is slowly changing and it’s development is marked by the outstanding names (Platon, Descartes, Kant, Schopenhauer, Heidegger etc.). As to the sphere of the philosophic innovations, its emergence and development are connected with application of methods of philosophical reflection to the realization of interdisciplinary problems of science, development of political, religious, artistic, ethical trends, which can't be researched only with the help of their own methods. The sphere of philosophic novations develops dynamically and according to its own scales and is twice larger than the sphere of fundamental philosophy.In his monography the author, from the viewpoint of his treating of fundamental and innovative projection of the philosophic knowledge and philosophic methods, analyses contemporary problems of politics, education, culture, science.

AbstractIt has become a necessary requirement of the time for colleges to carry out enterprise education to produce high-quality personnel with entrepreneur spirit and ability. It is discussed at the beginning of this article that the purpose and status quo of the enterprise education for college students in China and then the reasons for the poor condition in enterprise education are explored. It is found out that colleges do not provide an effective systematic platform for enterprise education; necessary personnel are not provided for such purpose in the teaching staff in Chinese colleges; in actual operation practical effect is not achieved in the moral training in colleges. Therefore, new concept in moral training must be introduced and first-rate teaching staff must be provided for the effective enterprise education. Special courses must also be systematically compiled for the purpose.

Puberty is a challenging time for both children and parents. Many researches about parenting in puberty time have been done in the western culture context. Due to Chinese parents' special philosophy of parenting, it is valuable and interesting to probe the this parenting-related issue in Chinese context. Unfortunately, there was few study to do so. As the supplement for previous research, this study aimed to discuss Chinese parenting behaviors during children's early adolescent time by introducing two interviews with a parent of early adolescent boy and a parent of a girl in early adolescence respectively. It's found that the Chinese parenting style can be explained from 3 aspects: aims of parenting, basic idea of parenting, expectations to kid. No matter for boy or girl, the parenting involves supervision and understanding and love, which is a kind of unique style shared in Chinese family education culture. Besides, parent gives more expectation about parent-child communication to girl.

Аннотация: В современном развивающемся обществе все больше расширяется роль и значение информации. Информация становится ключевым фактором развития человеческой цивилизации. В этих условиях важное место в структуре личности принадлежит ее информационной культуре, предполагающей владение источниками информации, способностью к ее поиску и активному использованию в жизненных процессах. В овладении молодежью информационной культуры важная роль принадлежит вузам и вузовским библиотекам. В статье показаны актуальность рассматриваемой проблемы, значение этих факторов становлении информационной культуры молодых поколений в период получения высшего образования, когда идет формирование всей культуры личности в целом. Раскрывается содержание понятия информационной культуры, кратко характеризуется современное состояние формирования информационной культуры в вузах Кыргызстана, определяется роль вузовских библиотек в воспитании информационной культуры студентов. An important role in the mastery of information culture by young people belongs to universities and university libraries. The article shows the relevance of the problem, the importance of these factors in the formation of the information culture of young generations during the period of higher education, when the formation of the entire culture of the personality as a whole is in progress. The content of the concept of information culture is revealed, the current state of the formation of information culture in universities of Kyrgyzstan is briefly characterized, the role of university libraries in the education of students' information culture is determined. The field of molecular biology has provided great insights into the structure and function of key molecules. Thanks to this area of research, we can now grasp the biological details of DNA and have characterised an enormous number of molecules in massive data bases. These 'biological periodic tables' have allowed scientists to connect molecules to particular cellular events, furthering scientific understanding of biological processes. However, molecular biology has yet to answer questions regarding 'higher-order' molecular architecture, such as that of chromatin. Chromatin is the molecular material that serves as the building block for chromosomes, the structures that carry an organism's genetic information inside of the cell's nucleus. Understanding the physical properties of chromatin is crucial in developing a more thorough picture of how chromatin's structure relate to its key cellular functions. Moreover, by establishing a physical model of chromatin, scientists will be able to open the doors into the true inner workings of the cell nucleus. Professor Shin-ichi Tate and his team of researchers at Hiroshima University's Research Center for the Mathematics on Chromatin Live Dynamics (RcMcD), are attempting to do just that. Through a five-year grant funded by the Platform for Dynamic Approaches to Living Systems from the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology, Tate is aiming to gain a clearer understanding of the structure and dynamics of chromatin.

YouTube is one of the most utilised online content sharing sites, enabling commercial enterprise, education opportunities, and facilities for vernacular creativity. Its user engagement demonstrates online community development; alongside its use as a distribution platform to monetise one’s branded self. However, as a subset of Alphabet Incorporated, its access is often restricted by governments of Asian Pacific countries. This research describes how countries that have banned YouTube still have exceptionally strong online communities, bringing into question the sorts of augmentations used by its participants. This article focuses on digital intermediation strategies, specifically the DIY approach of community building through the use of unseen infrastructures. This comparative study of YouTube channels in several Asia Pacific countries highlights the techniques that bypass limiting infrastructures to boost online community activity. The results demonstrate digital intermediation provides unique opportunities for key agents to contribute to strengthening social imaginaries within the Asia Pacific region.
