The analysis of the current state of processing of secondary raw materials of wine-making in Ukraine is given. It is proved that the latter is a rich source of biologically active compounds, including phenolic ones, which makes it possible to use it for the production of a wide range of products (raccoon, polyphenol extracts, tartaric acid, beverages, fertilizers, grape oil, cake, vitamin D, animal feed, food powder, abrasives) with high consumer value for various industries: food, pharmaceutical, perfume and cosmetics, chemical, feed, etc. In the light of modern research, the role of phenolic compounds as essential nutrition factors that cannot remain out of the field of view of physiologists, pharmacologists, and food hygiene specialists is shown. However, currently in Ukraine there are no specialized enterprises for complex processing of secondary raw materials of winemaking; traditional technologies are not effective from a technological, economic and environmental point of view, which indicates not rational use of resources and loss of material resources; there are no systematic studies on physical and chemical, microbiological, Toxicological composition in order to determine the optimal direction of its use. A limiting factor is also the lack of comparative analysis of innovative domestic and foreign technologies for processing secondary raw materials of winemaking. In the vast majority of cases, in particular, combs and pomace are taken out of control to agricultural land without special treatment, which leads to acid soil erosion and pollution of the environment with metabolites of micromycetes, increasing one of the global problems of mankind-environmental. At the present stage of technological development, there are a number of innovative developments in the field of processing secondary raw materials, in particular grape pomace, in order to obtain biologically active additives, the limiting factor for the introduction of which is the lack of domestic and expensive imported equipment. A promising way to solve the existing problems is to create a mechanism that will unite the interests of wineries (producers of secondary raw materials of winemaking), processing enterprises (producers of products from secondary raw materials of winemaking), scientists and potential consumers of innovative products. Consolidation of the above-mentioned institutions and enterprises is possible by creating clusters for the development and implementation of innovative technologies and equipment

The current state of processing secondary raw materials of winemaking in Ukraine has been analysed. It has been shown that these materials are a rich source of bioactive compounds. This allows using them to manufacture a wide range of products (oenological tannin, food oenocolourant, polyphenolic extracts, tartaric acid, beverages, grape oil, vitamin D, protein, animal feed, food powder, fertilisers, abrasive materials, etc.) with high consumer value for various industries: food, pharmaceutical, perfume and cosmetics, chemical, compound feed, etc. In the light of modern views, phenolic compounds contained in large quantities in grape stems and pomace have been shown to be indispensable factors in nutrition and treatment. It has been noted that in today’s Ukraine, there are no specialised enterprises for complex processing of secondary raw materials of winemaking. In particular, unprocessed grape stalks and pomace are in most cases uncontrollably carried away to farmlands. This leads to acid erosion of the soil and to polluting the environment by micromycete metabolites, which but exacerbates one of mankind’s global problems, the environmental one. It has been concluded that traditional domestic technologies of processing secondary raw materials of winemaking are technologically, economically, and environmentally ineffective. There is no comparative analysis of innovative domestic and foreign technologies and equipment for processing secondary raw materials of winemaking. Modern innovations to obtain bioactive additives and other products cannot be introduced, since there is no necessary home-manufactured equipment, and imported machines are too expensive. Besides, there is but weak interaction among wineries, research institutions, business structures, and administrative authority. Cluster ideology has been suggested as a basis to organise comprehensive processing of secondary raw materials of winemaking in Ukraine. This will unite the interests of wineries (producers of secondary raw materials), processing enterprises (manufacturers of products from secondary raw materials), research institutions, and potential consumers of innovative products

The concept of sustainable development has begun to be developed, namely in line with current needs and without endangering future generations. In addition to focusing on environmental issues, this concept covers economic development, environmental protection and social development. However, this concept still tends to focus on short- term economic development. With the limitation of the State Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBN) and the resources we have, it is not surprising that policymakers prefer shortcuts. As a result, the quality of economic growth has deteriorated. One of the efforts to harmonize the needs of economic growth and conservation of natural resources is the concept of a Green Economy. This article discusses how to calculate economic development as seen from the amount of Gross Domestic Product (GDP) from a Green Economy perspective. Batu City, as a tourism city that relies on natural conditions and its environment, needs to analyze its economic development from a Green Economy perspective in order to be sustainable. This article aimed to analyze the depletion of natural resources of the sub-sector “Provision of Accommodation and Food – Beverage” which supports tourism in Batu City. The results showed that in 2015-2019, natural resource depletion increased every year. Keywords: Sustainable Development, Green Economy, Depletion, Natural Resources

Industrial revolution turned India into a source of rare, raw materials for British industries as well as a market for their finished products. The British only concentrated on the use of production factors and mass production for earning profit and collecting wealth for selfish development and it has led to a depletion of certain natural resources, leaving the environment permanently damaged and injured. The environmental issues in India become more serious every day like that lack of environmental education, reducing fertility of agricultural land, declining water level on earth, mass deforestation, land degradation, excess use of fertilizers and chemical in food production and river contamination and pollution. Green economy is a design and remedy on sustainable development, sustainable environment and environmental balance. It is against this backdrop, the present research study analyses the state of green economy and its linkages with sustainable development, environmental sustainability with reference to India. The present study concludes that the depletion of natural resources in India was not over or excessive is a move towards a green economy in connection with the indicator of natural resource depletion. The state of sanitation facilities in India is not very much happy and satisfactory. Access to water shows for India it is good, but not better which reveals India has failed in providing drinking water, consequently economic transformation and green economy for sustainable development of India. The important and policy suggestions of the present study are; planned extensive and intensive efforts are very much necessary from India as well for the development of health, water supply and sanitation facilities. Government of India should be more active and dynamic in realizing their green economy. Participation and involvement of people should be obligatory and enhanced in undertaking various activities useful for attaining the green economy and there by sustainable development.

Environmental concerns and the drive to reduce the dependence on petroleum based fuels brought the use of renewable energies to the forefront. Biomass appears as a very interesting option for direct conversion into heat. In this context, densified forms of biomass such as pellets are of great relevance because of their easy of use, high efficiency and low emissions. Expected trends in the biomass market suggest that equipments should operate over a wide range of thermal loads and with fuels derived from lower quality raw materials; simultaneously, a high efficiency and low emissions are taken for granted. Currently, biomass domestic boilers prove to be very sensitive to fuel characteristics and load conditions. This work reports on the development of a 15 kW net pellet boiler. A prototype was built that enables the independent control of the air supply into various regions of the combustion chamber and an accurate supply of fuel. The test rig also includes: boiler and flue gases extraction system; feeding system; heat dissipation system; flue gas analyzer; data acquisition system and all sensors. In order to optimize the combustion conditions, pollutant emissions and their relation with feeding conditions, primary and secondary air flow rate and excess of air was analyzed. The results suggest that this burner is a promising for implementation in domestic boilers. The advantages are: CO emissions well below those observed in similar equipments and the capacity to maintain the emissions level constant under different loading conditions.

The article is devoted to the peculiarities of the introduction of the model of sustainable development in the economic systems of the leading world countries. Sustainable development is understood as a state of preserving the integrity of ecosystems, conservation of natural resources, constant maintenance of material and social well-being of the population. Economic policy of sustainable development is characterized as a state-defined system of scientifically sound measures aimed at improving economic processes and phenomena in order to simultaneously achieve economic growth, social justice and environmental management. The features of economic policy of sustainable development of Sweden, Switzerland, Denmark, Iceland and Czech Republic have been analyzed. The experience of establishing additional taxes for pollutants and tax benefits for enterprises that take measures for environmental modernization of production has been suggested to use in Ukraine. It has been considered necessary to create a system of national grants for the implementation of such models of economic management of natural resources, which not only will not harm the environment, but will also correct the already caused harm. The obligatory principle of implementation of specific environmental measures has been recognized the administrative and financial decentralization.

Numerous studies demonstrate that the goals of economic growth frequently take precedence over addressing social problems and problems of environmental degradation. The manifestations of this imbalance differ from country to country depending on the stage of development of the productive forces, and institutional framework that ensures the creation and adoption of new practices and approaches to exploitation of natural resources. This problem is entirely inherent into the economies of resource regions. The paper aims to examine the impact of the extraction of raw materials demanded by the national economy on the problems and prospects of the long-term sustainable development of northern Russian localities. Methodologically, the research rests on the theory of inclusive development and evolutionary economic geography. The comparative analysis of the formation of local budgets and dynamics of the Okrug in Russia reveals that the degree of their financial sufficiency depends insignificantly on the scales and dynamics of raw material production. The legislation on assigning revenues to local budgets takes into account the specifics of the northern oiland gas-producing territories rather poorly. The financial capabilities of local communities do not allow handling existing ecological problems. The growth in hydrocarbon production in current institutional conditions does not guarantee sustainable long-term development for such territories. Addressing environmental issues requires instituting serious changes at federal and regional levels, including making the alterations to the articles of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation. It is also crucially important to give financial incentives to introduce new technologies, provide research grants, lower labour taxes, and raise taxes on the use of natural resources.

The modern requirements of the innovative economy for the processing sector of agricultural raw materials should focus on waste-free resource-saving technologies for processing, greening production and environmental conservation, this is the philosophy of deep processing technology. Only by laying the foundation for economic activity can these principles of work ensure the full use of all available components of agricultural raw materials with a minimum of secondary resources and production waste and ensure the sustainable development of industry. The deep processing of corn and wheat grains in Russia is the most promising area, for this purpose, a developed raw material base has been created and modern plants for the processing of these raw materials have been built with the production of a significant range of products. The development and introduction into the industry of deep processing technologies based on diversification of production to obtain a wide range of products is a key priority for the development of the Russian starch industry. The need to ensure the development of deep grain processing is due to a number of factors - this is due to the satisfaction of domestic demand for these products, a decrease in import dependence on high-value-added grain processing products, and the possibility of entering international markets under the federal project «Export of agro-industrial products». The last decade for the starch industry was marked by an increase in production capacities, modernization of existing enterprises, a concentration of production, which expanded the diversification of the economy of industry and ensured good dynamics of production of basic types of products, increased its competitiveness. It is possible to comprehensively solve the problems facing industry and bring it to a new technological structure only when developing a targeted development program that will link the use of all types of resources based on modern achievements in scientific and technological progress and new forms of production organization.
